IBT charges, high value cash withdrawal

I, Sumi is using HDFC ATM Card for 2 years. When I checked my bank statement I found a reduction of IBT Charge, 112.36 INR in my statement. Need a solution to this as many customers across the country must paying this money and that could result into lakhs of rupees being charged on a daily basis. I purchased one life insurance plan: 'HDFC Life ProGrowth Plus', from HDFC. The life insurance policy number is : 17074412 which I started with Rs 75000, which was revoked by me during the free look period of 30 days. And I was clearly informed by the bank representatives that the total sum of Rs. 75, 000 will be credited to my account if i plan to cancel it within 30 days. (a big lie i guess) They returned 72240.35/- and not the total money. Unecessarily deducted : 2759.65/- . The reason for withdrawing this policy was misleading the customer and mis-representation of facts. I asked for ONE policy and one agent of HDFC bank named Neeraj Chaurasiya (in NFC branch ) gave me 2 policies. I came to know when the documents were delivered to my place. (how conveniently these people lie in order to sell off policies and make their incentives out of it) When i made a complaint, the bank said 'you signed the document and it was told to you that some money will be deducted.' Why i made a complaint : 1. The rep lied that he is giving 1 policy, instead he gave me 2 policies. 2. He never attended my call or helped me in any of the clarifications in fact it was all lies. 3. All the agents said infact promised me that the documents will be handed over to me and not sent to the registered address which is in bhopal. (because of which i couldnot check the documents) 4. Most important point : all the agents, each one whom I interacted with said that there is a free look period of 30days and I will get the complete refund if I plan to revoke it 5. When agents give documents for sign offs to the customers, they dont ask them to read the papers, they simply give the details of what is written in the documents and ask for sign offs. And the agents categorically told me that in the free look period if you plan to cancel the policy you will get the complete money 75000- total money. Request you to please help if you can. thanks :)

Just before 5days of registry date they told me that don't provide loan for IT fields and also not going to refund processing fees of 5058 INR, which was taken for a loan of 9lacks I also into a loss of 5lacks Biaana amount due to HDFC LTD.       Hello Sir I have availed Personal Loan with loan account no : 19299205 from your bank in the mm/year 09/2011 for 6 lacs rupees. I have paid 39 EMI's till date. I have been told initially that after 36 EMI's there will not be any Pre closure charges for loan closure.. As per the repayment schedule statement my total outstanding till date is Rs. 267, 474.21. When I call personal banker for closure procedure he told me the final amount which includes 2.25 % of pre closure charges. Now my concern is how can you add pre closure charges? If there is any revision in your guidelines that should be applicable for new customers but not for old or existing customers. Request you consider this issue as high priority and do the needful ASAP. Looking forward for viwer of my PreClousure Charges.

        I have applied for loan transfer from LIC HFL Bank to HDFC LTD in HDFC Ltd, Lohia Nagar, Ghaziabad Branch on 15/07/2014 through HDFC Loan File No.[protected]. For this a Processing fees of 5, 091.00/- have drawn from my account through Cheque no. 580520 By HDFC LTD on 31/07/2014. I received the sanctioned letter from HDFC Ltd of Approx. 906000/- amount on Dated 03/09/2014. Now my Legal reports have cleared from the bank lawyer and came back to HDFC LTD, Lohia Nagar branch, Ghaziabad under Mr. Manoj but he is not ready to prepare the loan amount cheque till date. In between the whole process I have visited approx 16 to 20 times in HDFC Lohia Nagar, Ghaziabad Branch to meet Mr. Manoj to deposit many papers regarding my property and my service details, some papers twice times I have submitted to him but his response to me is not clear. After clarify the legal report from bank lawyer and my each documents for HDFC Head office, Mr. Manoj (from HDFC LTD Lohia nagar Branch) is asking the original papers of registry of my property which is having in my current loan bank (LIC HFL) before making the cheque of loan amount. In My Same building flat No. G2 my neighbour Mr. Shushil Kumar Triphathi file no.[protected] have taken the loan from HDFC LTD before one year. The bank staff is harries me a lot before 4 months please help me to solve my case because I have spent a lot of my time and money in this matter. Kindly Please help me.           Proposal No. 17032274 I have seen really worse customer services and delay in response but you guys have toppled all the bad service record. I paid all in advance on for this term policy. Submitted all mandatory documents at that time itself. After 20 Days no communication about my medical from HDFC, I myself called many times and dropped mails 6-7 times I have literally have been on the edge of frustration, it's all takes from your representatives but no concrete work in delivering policies on time. What I am not able to understand, how you can expect customers to believe in you, when you can't perform the first step right. When a customer opts for a Term plan, you should understand it's about a life and a family whom he/she cares about, so unless he feels satisfied after how he can be assured that after his/her life you (HDFC LIFE) will take care of things smoothly. This has been embarrassing for myself to fight for something which rightfully is mine and in response to that i just get is some lies about on-going process or the false policy delivery time. Please wake up guys, this way nobody is going to opt your policies, such bad services can't attract more customer base. nikhil bhatia

            I have taken Vehicle loan from HDFC bank, drive in road, ahmedabad in April-2013 with 18 months of installment. At the time of taking loan, I have said that I have HDFC bank accout but it is not in use. So HDFC bank executive (Name: Sajjad) has told me to reactivate the account. I have said him that I ll not be able to maintain minimum balance in that account, so he said me that he would make some adjustment that would not charge any maintenanace chargea in it and i just have to deposit installment amount in account as it will be cinvinient for them to deduct installment amount. Acordingly I have submitted all installment on time every month. Till 16 installment, I didnt face any issue. In 17th installment, bank has charged me 600 rs. Charge for account balance maintenance and and 18th full installment of 3950 they have deducted fully as charges of balanave maintenance. Till 16 installment they have not charges any amount only in last two installment they have deducted total 4600 rs as charges. Due to whichmy last installment was not paid to HDFC loan co. I have discussed this with drive in road brach but they are not ready to give me any answer and they are rudely giving me the answer. I have also talked with rajkot branch as my account is with that branch but they are telling me that issue is from ahmedabad branch so ask them. Again I went HDFC branch of ahmedabad, now they are tell person who has deal with me for loan is from HDFC loan so ask them. I Also discussef same with HDFC lian department, they told me that its not issue from their side. In short, all are not giving me the proper explanation and reason and solution. Now HDFC loan are giving me warning and threat to forfitt my vehicle only for unpaid last installment which I have paid but they wrongly deducted as charges.

            My another question is that why charges deducted in only last two installment? Why noy in first 16 months?

            Please help me to fix this issue? Now I am fad up with continous calls and warnings and threats from HDFC, please help me.

                Hi HDFC LIFE, <'HDFCSL=[protected]' Proposal No. 17070981> I have seen really worse customer services and delay in response but you guys have toppled all the bad service record. To put my point: 1) I paid all in advance on 4th september for this term policy. 2) Submitted all mandatory documents at that time itself. 3) After 20 Days no communication about my medical from HDFC, I myself called many times and dropped mails twice and thrice (can check the below thread) for setting up my medical test. 4) Finally on 27th sepetember my medical got over. 5) Now from 27th September to till today 8th november it's been more than 40 days and I just receive one or another verification call or some email asking about more medical reports which i don't understand when you have performed medical in your own assigned clinic why needed further. In this association of mine with you in last 2 months, I have literally have been on the edge of frustration, it's all takes from your representatives but no concrete work in delivering policies on time. What I am not able to understand, how you can expect customers to believe in you, when you can't perform the first step right. When a customer opts for a Term plan, you should understand it's about a life and a family whom he/she cares about, so unless he feels satisfied after how he can be assured that after his/her life you (HDFC LIFE) will take care of things smoothly.                     Dear sir, This brings to your kind notice that i use the credit card no ending 5734, i have used this card in September last week till now. I was told that we get interest free credit period for 50 days starting from the day of credit -- when the card is given, many hidden information are not given !! 1--No information was given to me regarding the bill cycle. -- no mail, sms, no courier or post 2--even before going, i spoke to phone banking number of times for details, any outstanding, etc -- no information was given regarding the outstanding and that i have to pay my dues 3--When with my own curiosity i asked today the phone banking number regarding my dues. i was told that interest has been charged on my dues. 4-- i opened my international limit on phone banking, and i spoke to the executives no of times, but no idea was given to me regarding payments -- i informed them also that i will go out of india from 14th to 23 rd october 2014 --- i should have been informed for my dues by them as i all the time asked them that should i pay in advance before going, so that my limit does not stop? they always said that no you can come back and pay as per your bill !! 5-- i do not use credit card for loans and interest --- it is for ease and cash safety, sir, do not levy me with interest for which i strongly oppose and never demanded for this credit on interest 6-- i strongly oppose to this interest and penalty, please reverse this and i pay my dues the next day please do it soon 7-- there were even plans to link my life insurance policies from november onwards as my premiums fall due from dec every year, and link my electricity and mobile bills from the credit card -- if my complains are not redressed to my wishes and my right is not given to me, i will not use this credit card facility and denounce your working This is totally wrong and i strongly object to this as no bill, no sms or mail was provided to me regarding my dues and i was under this impression that i get a 50 days leverage. I am a very old customer of HDFC bank with more than 12 a/c, saving and current of me myself ([protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], 5243, 7012, ), loan accounts, and my industry account, and cc limit of my anupam industries, my brother rajeev srivastava, rakesh srivastava, father SP srivastava and my family and i believed HDFC to be a transparent body with clear instructions.                       Hi I have a HDFC Credit Card, which I am using for last 2 years. It has a limit of 61, 000 and till now I have paid around 45000 rupees. It is showing the dues of Rs.74000. Which I cannot because of bad financial problem. As I see Total limit is of 61000 subtract total payment till now 45000, is 16000 rupees.                         Hdfcbank versovaova bank has deducted rs rs. 393.26 on 9-4-14, ₹280.90 on 12-5-14 ₹280.90 on 14-6-14 and ₹280.90 from my sb account for not maintaining minimum balance of rs.10000/-as far as I know there was a directive from RBI that banks should not deduct money from customers for this reason.please help me.                           Dear sir, This is to inform you that i had taken a 2 nos. policy from hdfc life one in 2006 having policy no.10113714 another policy no.12277823 in 2007.in june went i went to hdfc athawagate branch, surat.they told that there is a recession in market hence you will have 2 options one is to surrender the policy and one is to getting transfer in new policy. But i had surrendered the policy and i got my amount 112650/- in sept.2014.but on 19 october i received the call from insurance verification dept.delhi how much policy you have and what type of service i am getting from insurance co.but while conversation they informed me that i get the short amount from hdfc life against policy no.12277823.if you will to get another amount before diwali. So, i told that if i will get back my fund value return i will ready to take.so, they informed med that we are forwarding your complaint to hdfc life.so, i received the call from hdfc life. Mr.Subhash jain from hdfc life marketing dept.is says that you had received only 50% fund value from hdfc life which is invsted by hdfc life in market and balance 50% fund valu which is invested by him in another 3 companies that amount is pendins and it is transferred in agent account who had given me the policy. And you will get around 92000/- amount with in 10 to 12 days for that you have to take a new policy for generating the agent code and 18000/-premium which is refundable with to me. Total amount will be refundable around 1, 10, 000/-with in 10 to 12 days. But now mr.subhash jain is not contacting to me from that day and when i calling to hdfc life they are able to connect with mr.subhash jain. Also, i already informed by mail from 1st day itself for all the conversartion but the customare care department is also, not responding .                           We would like to inform you that the policy document provided to policy holder contains a copy of all the documents signed by the policy holder giving us the consent to issue the policy.
                          The above policy document was delivered to you at your correspondence address after the consent received from you with the signed proposal.
                          As we have not received your cancellation request within the free-look period, we wish to inform you that we are unable to process a refund of premium paid towards this policy. The provision is also mentioned under ‘Option to Return/withdraw’/’Cancellation in the Free Look Period’ section of your policy document.
                          As per company policy we had done a welcome call and you have successfully completed the call thereby giving us your consent toward issuance of the captioned policy.

                            While offering credit card to me the bank representative not explained me the charges applicable while withdrawing the cash from ATM. & now they charged 300 RS per transaction... I requested them to reclaim them to me in upcoming bill but they are avoiding the same.

                                I(Suresh Baddika) have taken loan#22274920 in your bank and I completed 26 months EMI's so far with out any due. I called to the customer care for preclose details for my loan. They mentioned 4.4% service tax towards the preclosure charges from October 1st, 2014, and this is not intimated to me. When I took the loan they the executives told me that I can preclose my loan after completion of 24 EMI's with ZERO percent. Now they are telling as per the RBI guide lines we are charging 4.4 percent towards preclosing the existing customers. My strainght question to the HDFC Management why other banks are not charging the preclosure charges. Your bank looks like looting money from the customers in every possible way. I have taken 4 loans in your bank so far and the bank people took the money for preclosing one loan and processing for another loan in a same time. This is happened to all my 4 loans. I finally want to give complaint on this to Executives of HDFC Bank, how this bank is taking money towards preclosing, processing and other mandatory insurance premium for every Loan I took. Since 6 Years I am maintaing my good relationship with your bank. Now I decided to stop my relationship with your bank. I took my first step to avoid this bank in future by cancel my credit card in this bank. And I will convey this incident to all my people in my circle how HDFC is taking money.

                                  Dear sir, This brings to your kind notice that I use the credit card no [protected], I have used this card in September last week till now. I was told that we get interest free credit period for 50 days starting from the day of credit. No information was given to me regarding the bill cycle. When with my own curiosity I asked today the phone banking number regarding my dues. I was told that interest has been charged on my dues. This is totally wrong and I strongly object to this as no bill, no sms or mail was provided to me regarding my dues and I was under this impression that I get a 50 days leverage. I am a very old customer of HDFC bank with more than 12 a/c of me myself and my family and I believed HDFC to be a transparent body with clear instructions. Please reverse my interest so that I pay my dues without any hassle and remain as your previlage customer with good will and regard. Thanking you. Yours Dr Anoop Srivastava

                                    Hi, This is of grave concern that HDFC Bank has issued a credit card on my name to another unknown person. Even after repeated mails and calls, the issue is still not resolved. Below is the details : 1. I already have a HDFC Credit card, which is valid till 2016. But, without any prior notice /information, the bank transferred the card and registered a new credit card on my name. The due amount was also transferred to the new card. 2. The new card and PIN was then delivered to some unknown person (not to me). I have raised this issue with Customer centre & Grievance Redressal forum of HDFC, but to no result. 3. Now, the bank has been calling repeatedly to my home number (instead of calling me ) and asking to make payments. I have told and written them clearly that I cannot make payments against the new card, which I do not even possess. God knows, who has that card and what he has done with it till now. 4. Even after repeated mails and calls, the issue has not been resolved and they keep on adding Finance and Late payment charges against my name for a card that I do not have with me.                                       Dear Sir, attache loan form slip &amp; call Records Pl z Help me &amp; others I got a call from [protected] Mrs. Shruti Sharma regarding loan of 2 lac. She told me I called from HDFC BANK LTD LOAN DEPRTMNT that loan approved within one week in your account but file charges 1350.00 Returnable . after submitted all document and check they self chaque no. 019234 date 10-oct-2014 &amp; when chaque cleared date [protected] in name cash withdrawl of shahzad alam saifi to that check after 1 week i got call To Mrs. Shruti On [protected] they told me that your loan will be dispatch in next 2-3 hr but after that They are not talking with me and no any response from there… Called From Mrs. Shruti Sharma [protected] Provided Mob.
