This complaint is against the Credit card division of HDFC credit card. In the month of September I had lost my credit card and hence blocked it.
The total outstanding amount in the Credit card at that time was ~ Rs 45, 000. I cleared the entire amount together and did not apply for a new card as I got a new job and left India for training in my new career...

Depository charges- This is in reference to the transaction made into my account without intimating me by HDFC bank. An amount of 842.70 was deducted from my savings account on 11 July 2014 under the header of depository charges, without even letting me know. Dmat services i never tried to pursue, they Mislead the people when they open the account by saying that this is for free no extra charges will be deducted . I want my money back...

HI, I just called HDFC customer care.I just wanted to know about some extra charges they just did to my account. They told we have sent you verification code and I just checked there was no code even after half an hour. Now I do not have any option so submitting my complaint here. I lost my tam card, I blocked the card and applied for new debit card. I got my card but it was hot listed I.e. No use and also waited for more than 9 days but still didn't received.
