Dear Sir, I have received a new superia credit card for which neither I made any request nor permit to bank for delivery. I have already had a HDFC credit card and I am more than happy with that. You are requested kindly close/ collect back the said superia card whose no is [protected]. Otherwise to avoid unnecessary usage/ security I will be damaged it forever.     Dear sir, With reference to above proposal no. I have paid amount of policey on 28th august. On 4th sep I received for medical which I completed medical procedure on 5th sep. Again I received the letter stating that for my policy there is rate up OR if I undergo medical test again at my own expense and if report is normal, then there will be no rate up. I have completed re medical on 27 sep at my own expense. Yesterday when I called customer care, to my surprise i came to know that there is no re-medical issued in my proposal. I asked customer care executive mr. Sefal to lodge complaint. He provided me complaint no. I called customr care and I was speaking to mr. Murli, TO MY SURPRISE I CAME TO KNOW THAT THERE IS NO COMPLAINT LODGED YESTERDAY INSPITE OF ME HAVING COMPLAINT NO. Does it mean that executives are providing complaint nos randomly as per their fancy, ??????????????????????? Really pathetic service experiend by me. My policy is not issued even after completing all procedure from my side for more than 17 days (more than 10 working days). And more than 43 days since my a/c got debited. Please help me to me know whether my policey will get issued...??????? I have mailed several times customer care but I am not receiving any revert. I am calling customer care but they are telling me that since my policy is in proposal stage we dont have details n I am s uppose tto contact my agent. Please help. Vishal Dhamsania [protected]

      Dear HDFC Representative This may sound offensive to you but your bank sucks... BIG TIME!!! To start off, my customer id is 47377563 and I am fed up of the who work for HDFC. I do not give a damns as to who you are and what you do but I am not letting HDFC get out of this that it has created. First off, I used to be a classic customer for HDFC and some one from your stupid bank pushed me into the preferred status. Full of and lots of headache to get myself back to the classic customer status. Second point of contention - I wanted to purchase a car and applied for a car loan. I was told that I did not need to submit any documents as I was pre approved for a loan of around 8.7 lakhs INR. The stupid loan guy rejected my loan and told me on my face that I would not get any loan authorized if he could help it. Well, I had already put down a deposit and this attitude did not help especially after the classic - preferred issue. That is when I decided to cut off every tie with HDFC. Thereafter, I have tried calling your helpline to pay off my credit card dues and to end this entire relationship but it takes some from your bank to call me and threaten me to really push me off the edge. Now, I do understand that I owe some money which is due on my Credit Card but I refuse to pay anything till such a time that the very employee who thought he could get away with giving me a deadline on the payment as if I owed him money, will call me and apologize to me. Not only that, I am not going to walk into one of your stupid bank branches and fill out some stupid application. Take a bloody cheque and be done with it. No more charges and no more phone calls. Every call that is made to me will be met with choicest of abuses, that I can promise you. I shall wait for a reply for a period of 48 hours from the time of sending this letter and if Mr. Gaurav does not apologise to me, this is what I am going to do... 1.) I am going to post on every online forum e.g. FB (HDFC page and all media pages), twitter, mouthshut, bankbazaar, Complaint board, Consumercourt.in, ComplaintsBoard, Consumer Pain, Complaints Blog, Complaints India, iComplaints, Client Complain, Indian Consumer Forum, Complaint Bolo, Yahoo and not to mention the countless consumer forums all over Internet. 2.) Hire people to distribute pamphlets across all HDFC branches in Delhi NCR to ensure that every HDFC customer and potential customers across the city know about how HDFC deals with its erstwhile customers when they try to leave. 3.) Contact a lawyer to file a case of continued mental harassment against HDFC and seek criminal proceedings against the bank's employees for encouraging such a culture. You could have fooled me once before but not this time round. I am going to screw you and hit you where it hurts. P.S.2 - I have bought the most awesome car. NO THANKS TO YOU THOUGH!!!

        Withdrawal 5000 rupees using ICICI bank ATM using HDFC ATM card, but got only 4600 rupees, in between 500 rupees notes got 100 rupees note, immediately contacted security guard of icici ATM, he has given mobile number of icici bank, called to that number, he told me that the money will automatically refunded in 48 hours, but not credited, again call to that person, he told me to contact HDFC bank only, then raised a complaint to HDFC bank, complaint number is 810296, after 10 days again called to HDFC no response. Again telling to contact icici bank, playing with each other without giving my money back. Also HDFC customer care people telling that my transaction is correct one because they got this statement from icici bank, I need one clarification from icici bank, how can you people can tell the transaction is proper and I got my full amount from atm, have you checked the CC CAMERA VISUALS PRESENT IN THE ATM, first check that, without doing that how can you know whether I got 100 rupees note in place of 500 rupees note. need my money back as soon as possible. Both HDFC and ICICI bank people not responding for my questions and telling any thing about complaint and when can they credit my bank to my account.               Dear Sir, I have taken one policy from HDFC life in 2009. I paid 3 premium by direct debit option. In 2012 I missed to keep balance in my account and could not visit any branch as I am settled in abroad since few years. I tried to contact some agent by call or by my relatives in India but no one helped us to provide the status of my policy. So, policy remain unpaid till date and now they replied few days back that we have to pay our three installment with interest amount 23850 if we want to continue. I sent them request to waive the charges so I can pay pending amount. But they are not giving any reply. I sent many reminders but no reply. I also request them to give calculations if I want to surrender but no reply. Kindly note that we are getting very poor service from this company. After selling product, no one is there to help us.                   Hi I failed to make my Credit card payment for two months resulting my account on hold. I have been trying to contact the collections department at[protected]/[protected] but no body is able to assist me. I never declined to make the payments and the delay in the payment was because of my medical injury. I have sent multiple emails to [protected]@hdfcbank.com and [protected]@hdfcbank.com to deduct my minimum payment and release rest of the amount promising making future payments on time but no one has reverted so far.                         Hi Sir, I used my HDFC Credit card to withdraw Rs.10000/- at SBI ATM Machine (RLY STN, SOMNA) debited even though I did not get the cash and despite the message (Sorry unable to process) I have already complaint with HDFC helpline on 03/10/14 at time 10:20AM and request to credit the said amount into my account.                           Dear sir, I was visited at your atm of Model colony branch, pune and Guard Not telling me about time to Start atm machine again, as guard says Iss-SDB fullfilling cash in machine, time was 7 Pm date 13oct 2014 and after 1hour again guard said that no idea about time to start atm.many customers Was going on icici bank atm due to hdfc not working, very good services. Why too much time taken to cash fullfill Do something dear Thank you

                            HDFC CREDIT CARD is totally Unsecured : I have set a pin for my credit card in HDFC atm as instruction by HDFC customer care but the pin is not at all working at the time of swapping or any transaction . I was under impression of that my card was protected with PIN but when I swapped it for a big amount it was not asking for any PIN . Later on I have informed HDFC for the thing happened but I was totally disappointing the way they respond, I was told by their supervisor that the PIN get expire if its not use for two to three months . Instead of any proper solution I was asked to upgrade the card . HDFC always sending payment reminder to their customer if getting delay But they are not at all serious to inform customer about Chip and PIN based credit card . This is totally disappointing Security and Customer service provides by HDFC bank .

                              I had closed my HDFC bank account ([protected], MAGARPATTA ­ PUNE) few months ago. That time I was told that as I'm closing my account before march end, there is interest of Rs. 504 which I couldn't receive that time, but DD/check of 504 will be transferred to my address. But still I didn't receive any DD/check. I went the branch 3-4 times after that. Every time the tell me that, I will get the DD/check of 504 Rs in few days. Due to emergency I tried to deposit on 45 feet road branch in Pondicherry, but the Teller (shalini Rajendran) forced me to deposit the amount in my Account Branch, but finally she agreed to deposit. Total Liability was 3 lacs Now after paying 8 EMI's of Rs 10326 each o/s is Rs 268753 including Rs 16966 as prepayment charges. Total libility after 8 months 351361/-

                                    HDFC general insurance involving in cheap tricks to get customers. After paying the full price of policy they have reduced the validiyt from 12 month to 10 months to suit them. There was no confirmation given before doing this. Its shameful for company of such repute to involve in such cheap sales tricks. DO NOT BUY POLICY FROM THEM AND BE ANOTHER SUFFERING CUSTOMER.

                                      I have done online shopping of 15000 on flipkart, and before doing it I have called at HDFC CC regarding the offer of 5% because somewhere I have read that they are giving cashback on snapeal only . So that I have called them and asked them regarding 5% cashback, and he said me yes that I wll be given 5%, so I have done online shopping on flipkart only . And now today I called them, they were just like " hum ne to ye bolo hi nhi tha ", "ye offer to sirf snapdeal pe tha " and all that crap . I have asked them to check my voice recording of call but the customer care executive, named POONAM, denied it saying " hum log voice record nhi karte, only points mention karte hai aur apne jo call kia tha usme aapne snapdeal ka pucha tha flipkart ka nhi " what is this man !!! They are just making us fool. I had make it clear with CC 2 times regarding cashback on flipkart, I have called them on 29th regarding it and in that call I have 2times asked their CC executive and he said me yes for cashback, now they are not ready to give me my cashback. help me with this. attaching the email with this, which I have sent to them regarding todays incident. thanks.

                                        Dear Sir, I had taken loan from Centurian Bank and HDFC Bank back in 2006 & 2007 in Jamngar. Consuquent upon of long leave after that period and my transfer from Jamnagar to Kolkata in 2009, I was not able to pay the loan in total. Honestyly I tried to pay the loan in 2008 but by the time there was merger of both banks and I stayed for 4 days, but bank could not trace the files. I came to kolkata in 2009. In may this year 2014, I started getting calls from [protected], for loan repayment. First of all they pressed me for settlement of Centurion Bank loan. When I said to give some time, they started calling on my office numbers abusing each of my colleagues. Even they did not spare my head of office, Director. To save myself for the harassment I paid 90, 000/- on 20/6/2014. after one month they again called to repay the loan of HDFC Bank, settling the amount at 36, 200/-. Again they pressed me to deposit any amount till 25 Augst and I deposited 10, 000/- . In the month of September 2014 m they raised the rest amount by 5000/- and get me promised to pay the amount till 25 of the september. My mother was ill and I was away from the office and when they did not find my number as I had lost the cell phone on the way to my home town, they again started abusing office colleagues accusing them that they were lyeing, abused my higher officials . Sir I work in Central govt Deparment, when I was repaying the loan on time, this was just nonsense thing done to me, causing me mental harassment. with reagards vijay bahadur singh, [protected]
