Please resolve asap
ransaction disputed on 31 july 2024 MCTF Debit (no reference number) for amount Rs.13000
Reason: original transaction of the same amount was made on POS in bimal bengaluru, 29 July 2024 and redebited on July 31 again.. i have raised a complaint two days back and have not received any update. It has happened to many clients MCTF transaction debited without consent. There aren't responding to it. They tell us to follow up with the concerned team.

    In my hdfc bank account I have seen there was some money deducted due to not maintaining minimum balance after that I deposited some money such that it's more Rs. 10, 000. Even after this money keep deductions due to low balance for previous months and now my balance again went less than 10, 000 thereafter I was deducted lot of money every month. I don't no why this happened eve though I was maintaining correct balance. The bank page says required average monthly balance is 10, 000 but I was never informed about that and they were charging me a lot of money every month. I got my 1st AMB charge in the month of november 22nd 2023 they deducted money 2 times that was 601.80 and 377.87. After this there was another AMB charge on 11th jan 2024 that was Rs.45. As I got to know about this I deposited Rs.11, 000 on 14th jan 2024 after I was deducted money on 7th feb 2024 and so on a lot of money was deducted on 8th feb 2024 and 8th march 2024 and also so on in april.
    I have attached screenshots for all of these please look at it and give me refund as soon as possible.

      Dear Team,

      This side Ritik Gupta I'm holding bank account in HDFC bank ltd and was opened 2 to 3 years back and took the look due to Covid-19 and already did the payment but still my account still in -tive state when I visited the branch they told me there is no due and for further details please connect with customer case but when I've connected with the Customer care they told to connect with the branch but no response from there end.

        Account blocked with no notification

        My hdfc account has been blocked and i have received no notification about it... I called the customer care number and they are saying account is blocked due to kyc not done. Why did hdfc bank not give me any notfication for the kyc? Why did it block my account directly without informing me. Please unblock my account as soon as possible...

          The documents for the NRI CUSTOMER UPDATE FORM FOR RE-KYC have been submitted by and twice in person and at least twice by email. Our account has been blocked for two months and we still have not received any response from the bank. My wife has been to the Vrindavan branch in person several times, unfortunately with no result.

            And i just updated my account to higher AQB.
            As bank told there will be no bank charges after upgrading.
            Then to i was charged for some statement charges today.

                Hello,

                My loan was closed on 5th June and till date I have not received the NOC. I have been told that my vehicle number is not updated in your records and I need to send the self attested RC copy to loansupport email. I have sent the RC copy 5 times till now but they are keep sending the same email and close the request. They provided phone number for Malkit Lamba but it is also not valid. Could you please help to get it solved at earliest.

                  Hi,

                  In the month of March 28th 2024, I have cleared all my balance/debt, and No Due certificate is also issued. But I have applied for a loan and came to know that Cibil bureaus it is still reflected as "Settled or Written Off" previous state.
                  In the month of April/May/June, I have been in touch with HDFC grievance with multiple mails and I hear only that HDFC team has update the credit bureau and it should reflect "NIL" or "Cleared".
                  Last Grievance[protected] update received by me.
                  I have informed my lawyer to go on with legal case for providing me false details it is updated. 8th July 2024 when bank people tried to fetch report for loan purpose it is observed the status remains as "Settled" and loan is rejected.

                  I need an quick update on my consumer complaint here with quick resolution or else led to legal action with notice.

                      [protected] saving act PERVAIZ AHMAD NAIK my HDFC bank account I had paid all my loan amount in credit card instantly calling Customer care HDFC bank and as advised by them paid all the amount in one go instead of paying 12 months EMI with interest of Rs 34000 tentatively on purchase of Rs 42000 cost of a laptop.Surprisingly I received a EMI OFFUS charges of rs16479 as credit card bill kindly investigate it covering the truth.

                          From April 2024 offus emi charges are included in my monthly statement. What are these charges? I want them to be reversed.

                          On June 30, 2024, I did a transaction in foreign currency worth ₹553.44. On July 3, 2024, I see the same charge again with the name 'DEBIT CARD PUR ADJ DT'. I tried calling hdfc customer care but don't get the option to speak to someone. What is that double charge for? I paid through paypal. Why am I being debited twice?

                            I had applied for an HDFC account on May 2024. Apparently, my account has been frozen because my welcome kit was not delivered or something.

                            I live in Noida, where I work, however had chosen Barrackpore as my branch, because it's close to where I reside.

                            Our apartment is being renovated, so we are currently living at a rented property. So, I genuinely shared my current rented apartment's address as my communication address - here's the thing, I am back at Noida and my mother's usually out for her office work. The verification guy apparently came to visit our address and didn't find anybody there and just casually decided to freeze my account without my concern? My mother lives at the address I had provided, so there should not be any issue with my verification. It's not possible for a person to be available at their residence 24*7 and we are new to the location as well - why not just ping the account owner in advance before the fabled visit?

                            If the address is that much of an issue, why not just hit me up and inform me that my address needs to be my workplace's address or whatever, instead of literally blocking my account!

                            I would LOVE my account to be unfrozen, because there's funds in it. When I was creating the account I was not informed about the arbitrary shenanigans of address verification or whatnot.

                              I am Selshiya, my debit has been blocked without any reason, more over i didn't get any intimation, message, form bank or courier department and form three days asking unblocked the debit card but till now my account has been not activated and they are not even taken any action on this. While you are blocking don't you have any responsibility to intimate the customer or else any message. While opening an account you people address everything from customer. One of the worst service form hdfc bank. Review the issue and resolve as soon as possible

                              The man who opened the account is very irresponsible his name is karthik. He didnot inform about this welcome letter at all.

                                For many years I have tried to get a clear process to close my mum’s demant account. She has a medical condition so can speak, also her mental state is such that she dose’s understand what is go8ng on.
                                The two issues are:
                                3 companies in her portfolio have ceased trading so what can be done so we can still close the trading account? Transferring unlisted company shares to a relative is not a solution which has been suggested.

                                Account is deactivated because we are in constant discussions on how to proceeded. In the meanttime my mother has come to live with me. In the UK there is only 1 identification document which has a photo and current address - driving licence. She doesn’t drive to we are going round in circles and not getting anywhere.

                                In fact it has been a very poor service.

                                I’m hoping you can help.

                                    On 24 June 2024 rs 177 had deducted from my hdfc account number [protected]. When i checked the deduction why its happening than this detail is showing there - "hdfc bank 3rd party cash txn inc gst 190624-MIR[protected]. I don't know about this deduction? Why this deduction happen without my knowledge how would they can do?
