Hello,

My loan was closed on 5th June and till date I have not received the NOC. I have been told that my vehicle number is not updated in your records and I need to send the self attested RC copy to loansupport email. I have sent the RC copy 5 times till now but they are keep sending the same email and close the request. They provided phone number for Malkit Lamba but it is also not valid. Could you please help to get it solved at earliest.

    In the month of March 28th 2024, I have cleared all my balance/debt, and No Due certificate is also issued. But I have applied for a loan and came to know that Cibil bureaus it is still reflected as "Settled or Written Off" previous state.
    In the month of April/May/June, I have been in touch with HDFC grievance with multiple mails and I hear only that HDFC team has update the credit bureau and it should reflect...

    False offus EMI charges rs 16749

    [protected] saving act PERVAIZ AHMAD NAIK my HDFC bank account I had paid all my loan amount in credit card instantly calling Customer care HDFC bank and as advised by them paid all the amount in one go instead of paying 12 months EMI with interest of Rs 34000 tentatively on purchase of Rs 42000 cost of a laptop.Surprisingly I received a EMI OFFUS charges of rs16479 as credit card bill kindly investigate it covering the truth....

    False OFFUS EMI Charges

    From April 2024 offus emi charges are included in my monthly statement. What are these charges? I want them to be reversed.

    On June 30, 2024, I did a transaction in foreign currency worth ₹553.44. On July 3, 2024, I see the same charge again with the name 'DEBIT CARD PUR ADJ DT'. I tried calling hdfc customer care but don't get the option to speak to someone. What is that double charge for? I paid through paypal. Why am I being debited twice?

      I had applied for an HDFC account on May 2024. Apparently, my account has been frozen because my welcome kit was not delivered or something.

      I live in Noida, where I work, however had chosen Barrackpore as my branch, because it's close to where I reside.

      Our apartment is being renovated, so we are currently living at a rented property. So, I genuinely shared my current rented apartment's address as my communication address - here's the thing, I am back at Noida and my mother's usually out for her office work. The verification guy apparently came to visit our address and didn't find anybody there and just casually decided to freeze my account without my concern? My mother lives at the address I had provided, so there should not be any issue with my verification. It's not possible for a person to be available at their residence 24*7 and we are new to the location as well - why not just ping the account owner in advance before the fabled visit?

      If the address is that much of an issue, why not just hit me up and inform me that my address needs to be my workplace's address or whatever, instead of literally blocking my account!

      I would LOVE my account to be unfrozen, because there's funds in it. When I was creating the account I was not informed about the arbitrary shenanigans of address verification or whatnot.

        Account blocked due to unreceived welcome letter

        Hi,

        I am Selshiya, my debit has been blocked without any reason, more over i didn't get any intimation, message, form bank or courier department and form three days asking unblocked the debit card but till now my account has been not activated and they are not even taken any action on this. While you are blocking don't you have any responsibility to intimate the customer or else any message. While opening an account you people...

        For many years I have tried to get a clear process to close my mum’s demant account. She has a medical condition so can speak, also her mental state is such that she dose’s understand what is go8ng on.
        The two issues are:
        3 companies in her portfolio have ceased trading so what can be done so we can still close the trading account? Transferring unlisted company shares to a relative is not a solution which has been suggested.

        Account is deactivated because we are in constant discussions on how to proceeded. In the meanttime my mother has come to live with me. In the UK there is only 1 identification document which has a photo and current address - driving licence. She doesn’t drive to we are going round in circles and not getting anywhere.

        In fact it has been a very poor service.

        I’m hoping you can help.

          Hi,

One of the worst service form hdfc bank. Review the issue and resolve as soon as possible.
          My bank branch is C/O Whitefield, Bangalore and they don't even care to pick calls to hear me out.

            On 24 June 2024 rs 177 had deducted from my hdfc account number [protected]. When i checked the deduction why its happening than this detail is showing there - "hdfc bank 3rd party cash txn inc gst 190624-MIR[protected]. I don't know about this deduction? Why this deduction happen without my knowledge how would they can do?

                My savings account no.[protected] has been blocked by hdfc bank due to change in residential address on 13/06/2024 without informing me and then i have contacted to branch on 15/06/2024 & submitted updated aadhar card copy & e-kyc was also done. But still after a week even today my account has not unblocked. I cannot withdraw or receive funds in my savings account. So please help me.

                  getting yc error for google pay and none of the upi apps are working.

                  Im Mahendra, I'm facing last 1 week problem with HDFC Bank, this is my Savings Account number[protected].
                  For some reason the bank had applied minus charges on my account, but they paid all the charges in the account, Still not remove hold funds, I have deposited the full amount of charges in the account. I request you to request me to remove the hold funds. From HDFC Bank. Customer care also not help to resolve my issue, also I visited to nearest branch all staff ignoring me to accept my issue, please help me to resolve my issue, So that I can exchange money, hold funds cannot be transacted.

                    Today when i checked my bank statement 5, 508 rupees was deducted from my account with multiple transactions for not maintaining minimum balance. I started this account as salary account and when i changed my company i changed my bank account as well and nobody from your bank or anyone informed me that if we don't use salary account for a long time the account will be automatically changed to savings account. When my account was changed to savings account i didn't get any notifications via call or email. Now i changed my salary account back to hdfc And now i was being charged 5, 500 for not maintaining minimum balance without any notifications or any debit message nothing how come the bank have a right to debit this much amount from my account without any notifications. I want my money bank. Atleast the bank should notify the customers about this change and i wasn't aware about this. Atleast the bank should have informed me about all this, i want my money back. This is not my mistake.

                        I made a salary account with HDFC bank believing that it was the best option out of the 3 I was present with (Kotak, HDFC and PNB). I received a welcome kit and the account was functioning with a couple of days. I could make UPI transactions and everything.
