Sir my Hdfc current account kyc is pending for more times. I went to my home branch and submitted my KYC application, it has been almost 3 months and till now there has been no response; my KYC is showing as pending and I am facing a lot of problem in doing account transactions, hence I request you that either you get my KYC activated as soon as possible or get my account closed so that I can start my transactions from another bank.

    Behalf of me, as an employee my previous company opened a zero salary account in HDFC Bank Jaipur Ashok Marg branch in 2022. In the first week of December 2024, I have transferred by branch from Jaipur to Kondotty. I have started reusing the bank account recently and I have transferred my personal loan amount around 3.33 Lakh rupees to this account. After spending I kept around 30000 rupees in the account. Today I noticed that the HDFC Bank has been deducted around 4500 rupees from my account as AMB Charges. They have deducted around 700 rupees per month from my account on 12th December 2024 with out informing me.(included screenshot in attachments). I am requesting here to take necessary action to get back my amount and penalize the bank for same.

      I'm a student pursuing my bachelor's, , i recieve 1000rs for my miscellaneous expenses, out of which hdfc deducted more than 500 rs, citing amb charges, how am I supposed to survive now for two weeks?. First they deducted 240 for the month of November as my account was below 5000 i thought ok I will maintain from this month as I'm going home, then they kept deducting more money citing various other charges going as far back as april, they kept deducting till my account balance was zero. My exams are going on currently l, how am I supposed to survive 1000kms from my home, I was given no warning, recieved no phone calls before deducting, they have properly ruined my life.

        I received a call on 6 Dec 2024 and initially things seem OK..I thought of moving ahead and provided relevant communication information like my phone no..alternate phone no and nominee phone no. After some time I decided not to move ahead and asked him that I will connect with him if I want to. few days later he started calling on all phone no I provided. I stopped responding him but he kept on calling on my wife's phone no. Today I picked up the call and asked him simply not to call on any of the phone no. He became abusive and started with foul words like mentioned in previous complaint above. He kept on calling on my landline no, mobile no. I have disconnected the landline and blocked on mobile no. His detail are:

        HDFC Life should do something with this person. He is maligning HDFC Life name.

          Over AMB charges

          Hi Team,

          I'm not using my HDFC bank account [protected] from the last few months.Now recently they have deducted around 5500+ charges from ny account as a AMB charges .I'm not sure how they are deducting 5500 is huge amount for me.

          Please check and help me on this issue to get my money bank.

          Getting almost five calls a day from random mobile numbers and my RM lead is saying that they can't do anything for mobile numbers as those people are not the employee of HDFC bank. But when we ask they say that they are the employee of HDFC bank and can provide all types of loan.
          I have raised a complain in April 2024 and no resolution is taken by Mr. Ritesh Waghmare (ritesh.[protected]@hdfcbank.com). Not only calls, received 15-16 emails in last 5 months from different employees of HDFC bank who sits in the branch. Why my RM as well as her leader Mr. Ritesh is sharing personal contact details with everyone in HDFC bank. Why our personal and financial details are not confidential, who gave them right to share such information.

            I purchased a speaker worth 15580 from an e-commerce store & paid it with my credit card, as it had offers. After that I paid the outstanding amount in full full !

            But, still I was charged with an OFFUSS-EMI !!

            I demand a refund of the installments debited & the OFFUS loan cancelled.

              I have been using my HDFC credit card for the past 5 years, yet I have never been able to access the EMI conversion feature. Every time I attempt to convert a transaction into EMI, the system indicates that the feature is unavailable.

              This is a stated benefit of the card, and despite multiple attempts, I have received no resolution or proper explanation for this issue.

              I kindly request clarification on the reason for this persistent unavailability and immediate steps to enable the EMI conversion feature for my card.

                  AMB charges

                  I had an salary account with HDFC Bank Panchkula Branch.
                  I left the company and moved back to my home town. I visited the local branch here in Himachal to close the account which they said that I had to visit the Panchkula branch. I could not travel down to Panchkula.
                  Now the bank had charged me 4000 rs as they converted the zero balance account into salary account and there was no intimation or acknowledgement from my side.br...

                  Transaction of Rs. 6080 was reversed on my debit card on[protected]:19:37:32.

                  But till now i.e.[protected]:01:04:18 amount has not been credited.

                  Message received from HDFC Bank:

                  "Transaction Reversed!On HDFC Bank DEBIT/ATM Card xx3144 Amt: Rs.6080 By MAKEMYTR9875011 On[protected]:19:37:32"

                    Ive loan with HDFC bank and My loan ID:[protected]. My account is Freezed because of multiple funding.

                    Due to unavoidable circumstances, I had to take multiple loans which is above my eligibility criteria as per bank policies. My father in law is in critical condition who can't take more than few steps and suffering from very severe COPD (chronical lung Disease), for him immediately BTVA procedure has to be done or else things will turn out to be fatal. This procedure is done only in few places in India (bangalore apollo, hyderabad Yashoda hospital). As my medical insurance doesn't cover my father in law and also my wife just delivered a baby and her insurance is also completely utilized.
                    We don't have any other choice than getting a loan from bank. This procedure will cost more than 7 lacs.
                    Just because of the situation I am in a situation where I got required loans but unable to perform his surgery because HDFC has blocked my account and all my funds are stuck in there.

                    I reached out to various loan centre branches like indiranagar, mahadevapura and also my bank branch manyata tech part but no one is of any help as this is been locked by credit Investigation team.

                    I sent numerous email to loan support team from 04/09/2024 up until last week and got a single negative responses stating that I need to close my existing loan (loan ID:[protected]. If I was in a situation of closing a loan all of the sudden then why would I prefer taking other loans at first place?? the only option for us is personal loans when emergency arises like this. I prove that I have all capabilites to pay my monthly EMI without fail then what more does HDFC bank is expecting from a person like me?? I had funds in my account but still defaulted from paying hdfc new loan because of the issues caused my HDFC credit team, collection team is sending mesages every single day and harassing me to pay EMI even when my funds are locked in your bank.

                    My life has become so stressful and miserable because of this incident. I don't understand why HDFC bank targets innocent like me when I promise to pay emi on time.

                    I really request you to help me out in this situation by releasing my account, so that I can start using my HDFC account normally and start paying my EMI on time. Please show some courtesy on my situation, I can provide whatever proofs that you are looking for on the medical procedure.

                      Hi I have an account in hdfc. I receive my salary in that account. They blocked my account because of my other credit card transactions. So I went and submitted all the documents regarding my transactions and gave an explanation regarding that transactions like I do swiggy and rapido part time jobs so that Petty transactions are from the customers of rapido so I said then and after that they said they'll come for the address verification. But it's been one week they still didn't give me any update about verification. Please do the needful and activate my account

                          25th Oct, 2024, received a sms from HDFC on Mandate for Rs 13527.00 could not be cancelled due to IR.

                          Till that day, I could see the money on hold by Bank in my account.

                          Its still showing pending in Gpay as awaiting for withdrawal by Bank.

                          The SMS on not able to refund was from bank, both Gpay and Zerodah both confirmed its Bank needs to unlock my money.

                          It was on hold at bank but now bank is not unlocking the funds for use.

                              Few weeks ago I updated my communication address and that time address was successfully updated and I get confirmation on mail. After few days I received one email that saying your address change latter is undelivered hence your account is restricted. This is my salary and Mai account no one is helping me to activate my payments. I am suffering from this. I contacted to bank they don't know anything they said it will automatic resolve in 24 hrs but still not resolved. I need to activate my account as soon as possible

                                Beware of scams by Insurance companuies like HDFCLIFE especially their policy named Sanchay Plus(SPL). I went to the HDFCLIFE office in Bangalore to close my earlier policies and they convinced me to put 1.50L in the above policy of policy#26805792 which is basically a scam. Let me tell you why. You have to pay 1.50L per year for 10 years plus GST for initial years, where your family members get 16L anytime you die. After 10 years you don't get any life insurance but get 2.6L each year for 10 years.

                                Please note you can get a 16L life insurance for 10K premium per annum. So you are left with 1L 40k per annum. Even if you do FDs of 1.40L per year at 7% pa for 10yrs you will get a return of around 20L lumpsum at the end of 10years and dont have to wait every year after that for part payment. Moreover you will also save the GST paid for the initial years. Please be careful about this.

                                Also bigger scam is when I paid for first year and lost my job and told them to close it before second term and they said they can't return my money because Guaranteed Surrender time period is 2 years which is a bigger scam. So they want me to pay another 1.50L+ GST(totaling 3.16L) and then close the policy and they will return back only 92k(now I am losing 1.58L but if I closeit next year, I will lose 2.22L).

                                So basically they are just fooling us.
