I don't know why this has done and without any message of such deduct

    My savings account no.[protected] has been blocked by hdfc bank due to change in residential address on 13/06/2024 without informing me and then i have contacted to branch on 15/06/2024 & submitted updated aadhar card copy & e-kyc was also done. But still after a week even today my account has not unblocked. I cannot withdraw or receive funds in my savings account. So please help me.

      getting yc error for google pay and none of the upi apps are working.

      Since past 2 weeks I'm getting error code YC on googlepay. I tried doing reset and all other things but still im not able to resolve the issue. i contacted the branch manage even he is unable to solve this issue. Not only Gpay but none of the UPI apps are working. Even hdfc app is showing some honour emmiter error. Help me resolve this issue. ASAP...

      Hello sir/ madam
      Im Mahendra, I'm facing last 1 week problem with HDFC Bank, this is my Savings Account number[protected].
      For some reason the bank had applied minus charges on my account, but they paid all the charges in the account, Still not remove hold funds, I have deposited the full amount of charges in the account. I request you to request me to remove the hold funds. From HDFC Bank. Customer care also not help to resolve my issue, also I visited to nearest branch all staff ignoring me to accept my issue, please help me to resolve my issue, So that I can exchange money, hold funds cannot be transacted.

        Today when i checked my bank statement 5, 508 rupees was deducted from my account with multiple transactions for not maintaining minimum balance. I started this account as salary account and when i changed my company i changed my bank account as well and nobody from your bank or anyone informed me that if we don't use salary account for a long time the account will be automatically changed to savings account. When my account was changed to savings account i didn't get any notifications via call or email. Now i changed my salary account back to hdfc And now i was being charged 5, 500 for not maintaining minimum balance without any notifications or any debit message nothing how come the bank have a right to debit this much amount from my account without any notifications. I want my money bank. Atleast the bank should notify the customers about this change and i wasn't aware about this. Atleast the bank should have informed me about all this, i want my money back. This is not my mistake.

            Account blocked due to undelivered welcome letter

            Hi,
            I made a salary account with HDFC bank believing that it was the best option out of the 3 I was present with (Kotak, HDFC and PNB).             प्रत्येक माह की 8 तारीख को मेरे खाते से ₹1000 की तीन म्युचुअल फंड SIP का भुगतान होता है परंतु इस बार मई माह में बैंक के द्वारा 7 तारीख को ही मेरे खाते से तीन म्युचुअल फंड की राशि की कटौती की प्रक्रिया कर दी गई और 7 तारीख को सुबह के समय मेरे खाते में पर्याप्त राशि नहीं होने के कारण म्युचुअल फंड की SIP असफल हो गई तथा 7 तारीख की शाम के समय मेरे खाते की राशि 10132 रुपए थी, बैंक के द्वारा एक दिन पहले ही मेरे खाते से म्युचुअल फंड एसआईपी का भुगतान किया जाना एवं असफल होने पर मेरे खाते से 1770 रुपए का शुल्क लगाना बिना मेरी किसी गलती के सही नहीं है महोदय कृपया करके आवश्यक कार्रवाई करें !

              On May 13, 2024, my HDFC account was put on hold with a reference number [protected], and an amount of ₹210 was held. I contacted HDFC customer service, and they advised me to visit the nearest HDFC branch. I went to the HDFC Muradnagar branch, where the branch manager asked me to speak with Jitender Kale Ji from cyber crime, referencing the same number [protected]. When I contacted Jitender Ji, she informed me that there was no such complaint.

              Despite contacting HDFC multiple times, I received no resolution, and I felt continuously humiliated by their responses. On May 24, 2024, I received another hold on my account for uncovered service charges of ₹1.18.

              I need to pay my hospital dues, and I deposited money into my HDFC account for this purpose, but I am unable to make transactions. HDFC has not provided me with any solution, and I am feeling helpless. Additionally, I incurred extra charges from ICICI Bank due to these issues. I need help determining who is responsible for this situation.

                Subject: Legal Notice for Unauthorized Deduction of Funds and False Commitment

                Dear Ashish,

                I am writing this legal notice to address the unauthorized deduction of INR 20, 000 from my account without my consent at your HDFC Bank branch located in Udyog Vihar, Gurgaon. Furthermore, I wish to bring to your attention the false commitment made by Mr. Ashish, the branch manager, regarding the reversal of the deducted amount.

                On [17/04/2024], I was dismayed to discover that an amount of INR 20, 000 was deducted from my account ([[protected]]) without any prior intimation or authorization from my end. This deduction occurred at a time when my family member was hospitalized and in critical condition, necessitating my immediate attention and resources towards their medical care.

                In light of this distressing situation, I approached Mr. Ashish, the branch manager, seeking clarification and resolution regarding the unauthorized deduction. Mr. Ashish assured me that the deducted amount would be promptly reversed upon submission of the requisite documents. Relying on his commitment, I diligently provided all necessary documentation as requested by him.

                However, to my dismay and utter disappointment, the promised reversal of funds has not been initiated till date, despite repeated follow-ups from my end. This egregious breach of trust and failure to honor commitments has exacerbated the already stressful situation, leaving me in a precarious financial position at a critical juncture.

                It is imperative to highlight that the continued retention of the deducted amount has inflicted significant financial hardship and emotional distress on me, especially considering the exigent circumstances surrounding my hospitalized family member.

                In light of the foregoing, I demand the following:

                Immediate reversal of the deducted amount of INR 20, 000 to my account without any further delay.
                Compensation for the mental anguish, financial loss, and inconvenience caused due to the unauthorized deduction and subsequent false commitment made by Mr. Ashish.
                An official apology from HDFC Bank for the distress and inconvenience caused.
                Please be advised that failure to comply with the aforementioned demands within [Specify a reasonable time frame, e.g., 15 days] from the receipt of this legal notice will leave me with no option but to pursue legal recourse to seek redressal for the aforementioned grievances, including but not limited to initiating appropriate legal proceedings against HDFC Bank and Mr. Ashish.

                This notice is issued without prejudice to my rights and remedies, all of which are hereby expressly reserved.

                Kindly acknowledge the receipt of this legal notice at the earliest.

                  Description:I am Abhishray wadhwa. Last year in the month of October or November I received a call from your sales team regarding a credit card. They mentioned you are eligible for life lifetime free card. Kindly register for it. I asked them multiple times are you sure about that? As i don't want to pay any credit card fees they said yes sir it is life time free card.
                  Then in month of April i was seeing and outstanding Bill of RS.2950 of which i raised a lot of complaint RS. 2500 got refunded and RS. 450 was still pending i was also told that there would not be any late fee as you dont need to pay this amount in response to one of my complaint but i received late fee of RS590 so now i can see an outstanding bill of RS.1040 rupees. When I contacted customer care they said there would be any return for GST. You have to pay the GST and Late fee of the amount which should not be there in the first place.

                    Dear Sir/Madam,

                    I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding the freezing of my bank account without any prior notice. My name is Ravi Parihar, and my HDFC BANK Account number is [protected], Branch : Pali, Rajasthan On 24th Feb 2024, I discovered that my account had been blocked, preventing me from accessing my funds or conducting any transactions.

                    This unexpected action has caused significant inconvenience and distress to me. I rely on the funds in my account for essential expenses such as rent, utilities, and groceries. The sudden freezing of my account has left me unable to meet these obligations, putting me in a financially precarious situation.

                    Despite repeated attempts to contact my bank and resolve this issue, I have not received any satisfactory explanation for the freeze or a timeline for when my account will be unfrozen. This lack of communication and transparency is unacceptable, and I believe it constitutes a violation of my consumer rights.

                    I hereby request the immediate unblocking of my account and the release of all funds held within it. I urge the Consumer Department to intervene and ensure that my bank complies with its obligations to provide timely access to my funds and transparent communication regarding any account-related matters.

                          My account was on "No debit" as my debit card got misplaced. But still I was paying my EMIs in timely manner.
                          Recently I removed "No Debit" from account with balance of 11, 800. Within one month,
                          they have deducted EMI RTN for all the previous months from last year. For each month they deducted around 230. I didn't withdraw any money within a month & my account has come down to 8000 balance.
                          This is just unacceptable.

                              I am Bidipta pal . I gave IRDAI exam from Hdfc life, Serampore. My exam was held at NSEIT Limited - Howrah. I couldn't continue my job for some reason. My contact person in Hdfc life is Mrs. Shayeri Roy[protected]. I had requested her for given my NOC but she couldn't provide me. She said that it was not in her hand. So I would request you please provide my NOC as early as possible.

                                My name is saksham gupta . Some months ago my account was debit blocked by tha bank due to the transaction made by my account.
                                I seriously appreciate that banks take these steps to protect us from any type of fraud and cyber crime . For that I visited the branch and gave them all the details and documents they asked me . But still my my issue is not resolved . I received a scolership recently and I have to pay that to my ongoing education loan .
                                Please I request you to kindly resolve my matter as soon as possible.

                                So if you are also facing debit freeze in your bank account then there is nothing to worry unless you have not done anything wrong. Banks do it for our safety. Okay so the process is simple just go to your home branch and tell them about the freeze and ask them the reason behind freeze . So there can be two reason 1- bank might itself done it . 2- cyber crime team has done it. So in my case bank had done it . The reason for debit freeze in my account was because I have a Student account and I have made many transaction, although transction was not illegal aur fraud bit bank doesn't know so for investigation they freeze your account so just go and provide all the documents they ask and wait patiently because it takes at least one month to complete the process. Thanks
