    Dear Sir/ Madam,

    I couldn't maintain AMB due to financial crisis
    No communication through telephonic calls or SMS was made by bank regarding non-maintenance of balance and its implications.

    Now recently I have received aid from Government through schemes like 'Mukhyamantri mazi Ladkin Bahin Yojna'.
    Unfortunately the money was deducted by bank as penalty for not maintaining AMB.

    I am in need of the financial support and need refund of monies provided by government as financial aid for needy people.

    I intend to continue with the account and will maintain required balance but need money to be refunded in order to do so.

      My name is "Matani Balakrishna" Recently i opened my salary account in hdfc bank, i got instant account kit, also my September month salary also credited into the bank. From bank end they sent a welcome letter to my residence address, but i couldn't collect welcome letter due to i'm out of the town during delivery time, because of welcome letter not receiving my account has been freeze. For reactivation i visited Prestige Shantiniketan, Whitefield branch on[protected] i raise a complaint against account has been freeze. As of today[protected] still my account not active. And the branch staff behavior also not well, they said wait until the activation. i contacted persons names is "Smitha & suman [protected]"

        dispute regarding minimum balance requirement and charges

        My bank has charged me very huge sum of amount without intimating it before. As Due to some financial issue I was not able to maintain the minimum balance required to maintain the bank account. As I was unaware of the fact that they will deduct around ₹ 8000+ in just one day without any prior notice or message.         HDFC Bank has debited my account no. [protected] with following charges-
        [protected] = 708 Rupee
        [protected] = 552 & 708 Rupees

        Please refund the charges as I don't have prior knowledge of these charges.

          Had purchased hdfc sl progrowth super ii from hdfc life which was the biggest mistake of my life. They firstly blocked surrender for 5 years. When i completed 5 years and wanted to surrender their website did not have an option to surrender and they directed me to send an email instead. Upon issuance of email they took 2 more days to come back with a link for surrendering the policy. Once i clicked that they asked for kyc. All the while they had not even informed about kyc until when i wanted to cancel the policy. This took them 2 more days and eventually they paid me 4% less stating that the market linked scheme value was decided by market. Also to highlight when i clicked surrender value they presented a value of 1.02 crore and ultimately without any transparency they directly credited only 97 lakhs. Upon several attempts to reach out to hdfc life their customer care wont take a complaint on this regard and simply kept putting me forward to a front end operator who had no authority. Hdfc life also never informed me while selling me the policy that they will take a good chunk of money from my premium as fund allocation charges yearly and only invest the balance in the market. Do not ever invest in hdfc life. It is a big fraud and you will get better returns just by keeping an fd with nationalized bank. The customer service and complain redressal system of hdfc is abysmal.

              I am getting lot of commercial calls from HDFC bank even after registering to national portal and HDFC's site.

              I think HDFC is sharing contact details of customers to calling agencies, where they get numbers and other details like location, job, annual income etc.

              I have account in other banks too, but no banks call me and disturb me like this. This is a serious concern about privacy & safety of HDFC bank's customers. Please look into it and take immediate action on it.

                I am writing to express my frustration and disappointment regarding the unauthorized deduction of ₹514.8 from my account, despite my recent conversion to a salary account, I was assured that converting my account would resolve the issues I had been facing, yet I am now dealing with unauthorized deductions that I did not authorize or approve.

                This is not only a violation of trust but also a fraudulent practice. I demand an immediate explanation and a full refund of ₹514.8 that was deducted without my consent. I have attached a screenshot of the deduction for your reference.

                If such incidents occur again, I will escalate this matter to higher authorities, including the Banking Ombudsman, and seriously consider closing my account with HDFC Bank. This level of service is completely unacceptable and unprofessional.

                I expect an urgent response, a full refund of ₹514.8, and a detailed explanation of how you plan to ensure this does not happen in the future.

                    Bank has been converted my salaried account into saving account without giving any prior notice and held 495 amount by hdfc Bank from my account and demanding amount foreclose the account according to RBI Bank has given prior notice to costumers for conventing the account into and other mode in my case Bank convert the salaried account into saving account even Bank has not given and notice for low balance charges. Please look into the matter

                      I have a saving account with hdfc bank. I have started with sip in mutual funds (Groww) using auto-pay option. But I didn't have sufficient balance in sip date so I have been charged ach debit return charges of rs 590 is deducted from my account on 27/08/24, also rs 649 on 3/09/24 and rs 1410 on 26/09/24

                      I have never been informed that this would be charged due to lack of funds. What are these charges for! Why are they so high. It is not a debt I have to pay. It is sip.

                      Hdfc bank has to return this money. There was no intimation from the bank on the consequences of not keeping sip amount in account.

                      Please help me resolve this. People are losing trust in public banks and now these banks also! but I will close my account if it is not returned. If auto debiting is a service you provide as a bank, then it is your duty to inform me of the charges for the same. You must give me a warning that if funds are insufficient, you will be charged. Nothing was there.

                      Please please help me resolve this and return my money

                          There is a fraud transactions of rs26520 on 22/05/23, on whatsapp call it already communicated bank as per their instructions and immediately communicated to cyber crime they established it as online financial fraud. Inspite of that they ph and mailed me to pay their outstanding of rs 31000 after adding there card annual charges as well as late payment fees. I already mailed them several time to cancel my card as zero outstanding but still they forced me to pay their outstanding, surprisingly they sent me a mail on30/07/24 that i have not used my card more than one year so they cancelled my card. Inspite oh that they repeatedly ph me to pay their outstanding. It is very embarrassing and as a senior citizen i felt threat from them.

                            receiving marketing calls despite of dnd activated

                            In order to stop receiving telemarketing calls from HDFC bank, I have activated DND through HDFC bank portal multiple times and last one was on APR 12, 2024.
                            Despite of DND activation, I keep receiving marketing calls for personal loans, credit cards and other sales related calls everyday from HDFC representatives.                             I have hdfc food card which is not working it says transaction failed i tried in Zomato, Swiggy & in Big basket platforms still it doesn't work I contacted HDFC Bank customer care they always says either the card is not visible at their end or says the they will check with the IT team.

                              I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the unauthorized deduction of ₹514 from my account, which has left my balance in the negative. It appears that this amount has been deducted under the vague label of "uncovered service charges" – a term I do not recall authorizing or agreeing to at any point.

                              To clarify, I hold a salary account with HDFC Bank and do not own any credit card, so I fail to understand why these charges have been imposed on my account. I must say, it is quite surprising to see charges being imposed without prior notice or consent, especially when transparency is something one expects from a reputed institution like HDFC. This has caused an unnecessary inconvenience, and I expect the bank to address this immediately.

                              Kindly look into this matter at the earliest and arrange for the refund of the deducted amount. I trust this issue will be resolved promptly, as I would prefer not to escalate this further.

                                Cancer policy 90462423 tumor detection and claim submission.
                                The hdfc life was not accepting my forms as they dont know there policies of cancer care.
                                I am paying premium since 2017. I have drtectrd tumot of 5cm nesr pancretic head and its cancerous in natutre.
                                I went to lifr insurance dadar brsnch they didnt know how to process it. They send mail to there backend team.
                                Then i tried submiting form in thane after 3 attempt they accpetrd my form.
                                But i didnt received any email.
                                I got message on mobile as below.
