Hi There,

I would like to inform you that I’m card holder from 2011 with Hdfc and paying my debts on time from day one however I have done one transaction with some ecommerce site and got cheated by them after raising to many complaints on there site when I was not getting resolution. I have raised transaction dispute with Hdfc and spoke on customer care to know more about the process first executive have given me wrong information that he will hold that payment and I will not be charged for the same but that never happened so another guy told me that after raising dispute I will get help from bank to recovery this amount which is not happening even. So now when I have stopped the payments after being frustrated so Im getting threats from collection team which the call there self payment assistance department. I called by Mr. Saurav who was very rude and was saying that we will track you and civil kharab kar dunga apko daily calls karunga aur esse hi tension dunga apko paise toh dene hi honge rather than listening to me and try to understand my concern he started shouting on me and was very rude to me even.
Below mentioned are some rules sent to me by lawyer for my reference.

RBI Rules:
(iii) Fair Practices in debt collection

(a) In the matter of recovery of dues, banks / NBFCs may ensure that they, as also their agents, adhere to the extant instructions on Fair Practice Code for lenders (circular DBOD. Leg. No. BC. 104 /09.07.007 / 2002–03 dated May 5, 2003) as also IBA’s Code for Collection of dues and repossession of security. In case banks / NBFCs have their own code for collection of dues it should, at the minimum, incorporate all the terms of IBA's Code.

(b) In particular, in regard to appointment of third party agencies for debt collection, it is essential that such agents refrain from action that could damage the integrity and reputation of the bank / NBFC and that they observe strict customer confidentiality. All letters issued by recovery agents must contain the name and address of a responsible senior officer of the card issuing bank whom the customer can contact at his location.

(c) Banks / NBFCs / their agents should not resort to intimidation or harassment of any kind, either verbal or physical, against any person in their debt collection efforts, including acts intended to humiliate publicly or intrude the privacy of the credit card holders’ family members, referees and friends, making threatening and anonymous calls or making false and misleading representations.

I would like to inform that even I don’t want to keep this money but I just need some help from which I guess will not get.

    I used credit card in hdfc but your team wrriten of my credit card and updated in cibil so now i can't get loan any where really if i not get loan to clear my financial problem i will die and your hdfc is responsible for my death because my limit is 70000 but your team asking to pay 110000 to clear and if i pay also cibil will not clear so really i have no way except my death because i am in financial problem in local so hdfc is only reason for my death

      All of a sudden i rec'd a message from fastag (Hdfc) saying i was debited for rs 260 for adjustment entry. I have no clue what this charge is about, i did not use fastag on the day i rec'd this message. Hdfc online support is so bad i can neither raise any ticket for this nor i can call their support phone number. I can be reached at [protected]@yahoo.com

      I have mailed my complaint 5 days back. there is no response at all.

      This is a serious. you guys are troubling customers
      same here on 14/02/2019 my hdfc fastag debited 265 rs

      No one at hdfc fastag or at insolutionsglobal albe to answer which toll gate has debited mu money. or short payment on which toll gate.
      as customer i has right to know where my money debited.
      but no one at hdfc fastag customer care or insolutionsglobal able to reply my question about duduction.
      finaly i closed my fastag id.

      thkans for best service.
      but closing my fastag only for deduction that not clarified by HDFC.

        imps debited but not credited into sbi account

        I have made an imps transfer of 4000, the money was deducted but it was credited into the other sbi account,

        I have been trying to connect with bank customer care but the call is not going through "host link down cannot connect call" is the message on the ivr.

        Imps is meant for instant money transfers.. My relative was in hospital and it was emergency...

        I have a loan account[protected] with hdfc bank and i am paying them @9.35%. Now hdfc bank offers new customer to 8.35% but when i am going ask them to reset my interest rate to 8.35%. They are asking for extra money to reduce the same. My loan type is :resident home loan-variable rate-monthly rest".

        So could you please help on this as they are not agree to reset my loan to 8.35 % until or unless i pay the extra money. Now it is my question why i have to pay extra money as i take this loan as variable rate.

          All verications has been sucessfully completed of my application but my application status shows me disapproved. Bank asked me to fullfill some more formalities.

          "a format of the copy of letter sent to you has been attached for your reference. Pls fulfill the requirement and respond to us for processing the application further"

          After this message recieved i am also send these documents to banks chennai card division by courier but still i didnt get any confirmation call from bank. I am still waiting for the call.

          Kindly look in this matter as early as possible.

            Hello team,

            I have done transaction of 4094.4 rs on 9th of march. Money got deducted from payzapp account success fully but not credited to sbi account yet.

            When i called to sbi, they told me that check with payzapp because they haven't got any amount yet.

            I need this money critically. Need your urgent support here to refund the money.

            When i tried to call your customer care; call is not even connected.

              Hdfc fastag is very pathetic, i haven't expected this from hdfc. Since last 10 years i am a privileged customer of hdfc bank and for that reason only i applied fastag through hdfc. But now i completely lost that respect to hdfc. I tried through all means - in their toll-free number, in their e-mail but its been 2 months i am not getting any response from them and not able to track the status of my fastag. Please guys don't go through hdfc for fastag

              HDFC Fastag is one of the worst services from HDFC I have come across. Last week I was able to login to site for recharge and this week continuously getting invalid id or password. There is no assistance as such to resolve the issue. The toll free number never works or connects.

              I will not recommend anyone to apply to HDFC Fastag.

                Dear team,
                I have hdfc card since last 3 years, i have always paid my dues on time, however since last 4 months i was not able to pay the dues on time as i lost my mom who was suffering from a major disease and now going under a financial crisis.

                I paid rs 5500 to card from paytm (As directed by third party collection agent) which doesn't show in the statement. After that i paid rs 13800 and after paying that as well my outstanding remain same.

                I want to clear it in a go and can pay upto rs 1.5 lac in a go. Hdfc debt collection agent came to my house without calling me and shared every details with my family member which is a breach of policy, as per rbi they are not supposed to come without informing me and if they want to meet me they have to come to a place where i will request them to meet. Also they shared all the details to my family members who are already in such a painfull situation as lost my mom recently. They are not supposed to share any confidential information to anyone except me.

                Even doing these mistakes from hdfc collection agents, i am ready to deal with you guys and ready to settle the card in 1.5 lacs. I hope you guys will go beyond your policies and will help me in this extenuating situation.

                      Have been facing health issues since 6 months because of that i didnot get office iam not getting salary and its been 15k imposed interest on my creditcard and also since 1 year iam requesting foe emi offer they are telling there is no offer it is not fair while taking card they should have informed on this and please reversal interest charges and iam not ata all affordable and iam planning to pay complete amount after reversal.                         This is with regards to my diners black card from hdfc bank which was blocked. Now the bank team is not allowing me to redeem my reward points which are very valuable to me. Also i am supposed to receive an incremental reward points, for which your customer support team has no answer.

                        I have been following up with them for last 20-25 days but not getting a proper response. Please solve my issue on priority.

                          I had applied for the hdfc credit card and the otp verification, physical verification had been done. I also got this sms stating - dear applicant your hdfc bank credit card app ref no [protected]e1 is approved in principle subject to internal checks. Yesterday the credit card representative at the bank branch confirmed that its in process and it will get dispatched in 4-5days. But today the status changed from in process to disapproved. I have never owned a credit card neither have taken any loans. I don't have any credit history and then why did this happen? I had very high expectations from hdfc bank and even the phone banking customer care is not supportive. Please look into it.

                            debit card emi debited for cancelled product

                            I purchased a mobile of rs 14999/- from flipkart on 13/2/18 on hdfc bank debit card emi option, (Debit card last 4 digit numbers are 8287) after few minutes i cancelled the order and flipkart refund the full amount (Inr14999/-) in my account (Flipkart mail screen shot is attached) with transiction reference numer[protected].
                            But after that i was regularly received massage from hdfc bank that-

There is no option in Netbanking to reissue new credit card. Moreover I am unable to connect to the customer care through call. Your customer care service is pathetic.                                 I have been debited twice for the one emi reversal. Customer care is saying one by hdfc account and other by loan department.
                                It's very disappointing to be having relationship with hdfc.
                                Insite of giving you business in many services mf, cc, salary account, loan.
                                Than what the benefit of having all this account with you if you charges too much.

                                  We would like to inform you that i am utilizing your bank’s credit card for last 8 months however last 6-7 months, we are receiving credit card statement on 14th to 15th of every month. I had received my statement 14/09/2017, 14/11/2017and 14/02/2018 i noticed that you have finance charged rs741.27 +rs. 100 p. Fee on month of september, + rs 120 (Finance charged) on month of november nd rs 115 (Finance charged) on month of feburay 2018 i called to customer care before 3 months and i told him that i am new credit card user i did not know very well how to use credit card so please waive late fee and financial charges. Customer care person told me that time you can waive late fee and finical charges after tow months. I got a mail last month from customer care in which same charged waived off not all.

                                  I kindly request you to waive the late fee and financial charges as well all tax as a good will gesture to a loyal customer of yours.

                                  Incase you are not making waiver of the above charges, then i will surrender the credit card which please note

                                  Dear Customer,

                                  We wish to clarify that, payment of atleast the minimum amount due towards the card outstanding needs to be received by the bank to ensure that the card account is active and available for usage. Further, to avoid levy of finance charges and late payment charges, payment of the total outstanding needs to reach the bank by the payment due date. Hence, we request you to effect payment towards the total amount due within the payment due date to avoid levy of bank charges. Being sensitized, we have reversed the bank charges of Rs.2417.4 billed from Sep'17 to Jan'18 statement. Further, effective July 01, 2017 Service Tax, KKC & SBC of 15% is replaced by Goods&Service Tax (GST) at 18%. GST for Fee & Charges / Interest transactions Billed on the statement will not be reversed and the same remains payable by you.

                                    I would like to say you that i applied for hdfc credit card and got reference no :[protected]w6 i got all verification call.

                                    Today got checked in hdfc link showing track your card application. Found the reason as follows.

                                    Disapproval of the credit card application does not reflect in anyway on your credit standing or your financial stability

                                    Please let us know the reason why it got disapproved enen after several rounds of verification. My salary is also good 51k and hdfc owned my salary account also.
