Dear Team, I am using SB account in HDFC since 2012, MY KYC is updated in account, at present i am using Payzapp in this app it asking update KYC, Before this i already updated KYC . Why its asking this . Now i need to transfer money from wallet to my account .
Before this i done same this and i transfered money from my wallet . now its asking to update KYC, But it now showing to update??.
More over its clearly saying that, i[censored] r a HDFC bank account holder need not to be update KYC, Then why it asking update KYC?
My PAN, my Aadhaar number also updated in account . Worst app developed by team, Pls resolve?

    I am complaining about negative fee charged for non maintenance on savings account.
    As per rbi guidelines, no bank is authorised to charge negative fees for non maintainable.
    I am almost lost 8k from my account just because of negative balance after i have credited 20k.

      I had one assist subscription for 1 year and had asked them beforehand if there is no automatic renewal i was assured there was not and i will be informed, but after a year the subscription was automatically renewed and charged for a year

        Dear Sir,

        In the month of March 2017, I was missold this Insurance product (HDFC SL Progrowth Super II) by Mr. Rahul Kumar Srivastav, my previous Relationship manager at HDFC Bank.

        In the pretext of getting a home loan sanctioned, he convinced me into buying this Life Insurance product. At the time of buying I was told that the life Insurance will be free and there would be no premium allocation charges.

        Now when I check my statement I find that huge premium allocation charges and insurance charges and policy administration charges have been levied.

        A poor man has been missold a policy which I will not be able to continue.

        Kindly stop the policy immediately without any surrender charges or penalty whatsoever.

        Also please ensure strict actions against misselling of policies.

        Also immediately stop the auto pay linked to my bank account with HDFC Life.

          I have a salary account on hdfc. Due to some problem i left the job 2 months after joinning and the account is still active. On[protected] i got a message from hdfc for non maintenance charge for the month of jan and feb together and i was shocked! When i went to my nearest branch to close the account they told me that i have to pay non maintenance charge then only they can close the account. But how did the account turned from salary to personal account without my knowledge and also i got message for jan and feb together for non maintenance charge. I am jobless and the amount is huge for me i am not gonna pay single penny. I request hdfc kindly waive off my balance and close my account account account no [protected]

            Sir, i am hdfc credit card holder, i used to this card regularly. When i saw the statement i was shocked because rs. 1899 for one assist plan was deducted. Kindly deactivate my one assist plan from my hdfc credit card & refund my amount of rs.1899 which was auto debit in my credit card account.

            Deactivate my one assist plan
            I have used a credit card issued by HDFC and settled it with the 25k amount paid monthly, it has been almost a year I am no longer using any credit card.
            I have not been informed or issued a NOC by HDFC Department, Tried calling them and emailing them several times.

            It neither shows settled but active with some due amount in my CIBIL Score.

              I have been suffered by a fraud done by hdfc ergo by starting a insurance policy without my permission and deducting my money from credit card continuously and when claimed for the same, did not refunded my amount but increased my credit limit which was not desired by me. The money was deducted in cash but is not refunded in the same manner.
              I want my money back in the form of monetary amount not any limit.

                My credit card no. [protected] (Damodar muchhal) has been charged with an amount of 14135/- on ac of non payment. But this charges were initially amounted to rs 600/- for autopay returned facility which i didnt opt for from the date of issue.

                I have the documented proof showing cheque deposited before the due date and got it debited on same day from state bank a/c but got credited in hdfc bank after due date and for which the bank has charged me with autopay facility and accumulated the amount to rs. 14135/-.

                Request you to please resolve the matter asap as its affecting my cibil score

                          Received an sms from hdfc on[protected] at 2219hrs indicating that a mandate was issued which i did not authorize. If there's a potential deduction to my account, i would like to block it immediately. I didn't find an option on net backing that lets me block this. Submitted a request to hdfc as well via the contact us section. Here's the text message with masked reference no.:

                          "dear customer mandate reference no: hdfc[protected]xxxx34 issued to birla sunlife insurance company pvt ltd with value rs. 79200.00 and frequency adho is received today for processing.in case of any issue please get in touch with your branch."

                            Dear customer mandate reference no. Hdfcxxxxx issued to hdfcltd with value of rs. Xxxxxx and frequency month is received today for processing.in case of any issue please get in touch with your branch.

                            I have not given any mandate and neither my agent explained about this???
                            All i have signed-up for is emi which gets deducted every month end...
                            The mandate amount is nearly 3 times the actual monthly emi...

                            As an nri customer, this often goes un-noticed and i'm sure how many people will be facing this issue... This is very serious concern and needs to be addressed immediately...

                              I had approached asaf ali branch with a request to add aadhar no with mu dmat accout. Your branch is asking original aadhar card. You must be aware that govt is not sending the aadhar card by post which can be called original. Your branch is not accepting the print our duly attested by me under my signatures. I requested then to verify from the govt site but that too is not acceptable to them. I feel that they are simply harassing.

                                  Hdfc bank had debited a total of rs.1088/- twice from account stating that it's due to some amb chrg incl gst charges without any notice. Money has been debited twice on 12th march, 2018 for feburuary and twice on 13th feb 2018 for december 2017. You should atleast notify us about the balance before randomly deducting money like this. I am totally unsatisfied with all your services. If you are not going to refund my amount i have to close this account. Please get it resolved asap.

                                    I had opened my salary account at kakinada branch in an esteemed organization, while i was working with spartan solutions inc. At that time of opening concerned bank executive assured me that my account is lifetime free even if on zero balance. Now the bank converts my salary account converted into savings account & charged monthly. Now it's 1431.15 negative balance. Without my permission how can the bank convert my salary account into a savings account? Would like to know the reason for salary account converting to saving account. And there is no intimation or justification from the hdfc bank.

                                      hdfc saving account negative balance penalty

                                      Hello,
                                      I had saving account with hdfc which somehow i was not able to operate since i do not have salary account with hdfc and my regular needs are done through my current bank account. one of the employee working with hdfc insisted to open the saving account at the time i took hdfc life policy.As they have targets . later on we went to HDFC asking for closer of both accounts and ended up opening a joint account which we wanted to...

                                      I had applied for credit card (Application no. [protected]s2) for 2 times with all eligible documents ask by bank but after verification of my residence and office address successfully by representatives in my presence i am getting status after 10 days that my disapproved because we are not able to contact you with your contact information. Then i am getting a attachment to resend contact information. But both the time i was contacted and representatives came to my place taken pic of my id card and driving liscence. Please help me to resolve my issue.
