I send the credit card closer form to hdfc card division on saturday, till now no reply nothing happens, i called customer care number after waiting 30min call getting disconnected with any information, before sending closer letter i called customer care and checked the total outstanding amount and paid all single rupees, no out standing now, why hdfc not allowing us to close formal way. I know this formal complaint also not work in india
