Hi,

I had received a phone cal from hdfc bank in feb'18 saying that my credit card is suspected to be under threat and that i should block my credit card and re-issue a new one. I immediately complied with the message and blocked the card and got a new one.

However my credit bill which i received today (8th march'18) for the feb'18 billing cycle seems to have 6 entries which are not tallying with my usage & have a high ticket size of expenditure. Please help me solve this matter.

    Hi,
    My name is chand mittal
    I am a customer of hdfc bank. I received a call from hdfc bank and they said that your credit card limit is getting increased from 20, 000 to 60, 000 but there is a policy where all your cards get secured and for this you have to submit total of 1900 something rupees in credit card charges. They did not give me any clarification that is this compulsory or not.
    So now i got to know that taking this policy is not a compulsion for increasing the credit card limit
    Now i am not using that credit card and so i am not liable to pay any amount
    Please deactivate my one assist account.

      Without my intimation amount is deducted from my cc card num ending 1662 today 06 03 2018..im not interested in one assist plan n i feel its very inconveniency costing to me if this is the service we get than the review about hdfc is gonna b very bad with hdfc..i request you to cancell the plan and refund my amount asap..take the request on a priority basis..

        Hello - I have applied for Fastag via application reference no. HFR037219. I am an existing HDFC customer and have uploaded all KYC documents and made the requisite payments. Unfortunately, there is no way for me to check for status as the customer care number is always busy.

        Please let me know the status and by when can I get the tag.

          My name is vikas porwal recently i applied hdfc bank credit card luckily i got the credit card after eligibility check. After one week rs 900 got deducted my card for hdfc credit shield insurance premium.

          I did not opt for credit shield insurance premium. I don't know why hdfc being such a reputed organization cross sell these insurance products in these unauthorised manner.

          So i request hdfc ergo to please refund rs 900 which are charged my credit card. Please cancel all the policy from my card. I don't want buy any as of now

            Today I tried to contact your customer care executive to finish the emis of my cell phone that I have been finance by your bank some girl picked up the call and she didn't tell me anything what I have to do whit that. How would I finish my loan and she hanged up the call and get away. Now I dont know what to do. And now I have dicide to not to pay any of the emi of your bank the lady who hanged up my call she will the rest of the emi. What ever I want to do but I wont pay any single penni for my rest of the emi.

              charges for using pp lounge without my credit card & signature

                    HDFC third party person said interest 10.99% and tenure 3 years and .5% processing fee but completely cheated me with 12.49% interest 4 years tenure and 9% processing fee, I spoke with a irresponsible person Srikant ([protected]) he closed my complaint without asking to me. again I called to customer care they told we cant help.
                    Still awaiting solution . else start to publish in social media

                    Conclusion : HDFC is not a good bank to believe don't go for loans with HDFC.

                      Mujhe zaroorat ni thi lekin bank employee ke request Karne per Mai taiyaar ho gya.fir unhone bank ke hi credit card department k employee ko Mera online credit card apply Karne ko kaha. Credit card department k employee se bhi online apply karte waqt kisi bhi tarah k charge na hone k baare me pucha tha unhone bhi credit card free hone ki baat batai thi.
                      1st August 2017 ko jab mere a/c se 561.05 rupya kata to iss bare me Mai bank se pucha to bank ne bataya ki apke credit card pe Oneassist ki ek service suru Hui h jiska 1399 rupya apke a/c se credit card k through Autopay ke zariye 3 instalment me katega jiski pahli kist apke a/c se Kat gai h.
                      Jab Maine credit card department ko bataya to unhone Oneassist service ko band karwane k liye Oneassist k coustomer care pe call karwa ke use band Karne aur kata gya Paisa refund Karne ko kaha.
                      Aisi koi bhi service (Oneassist) suru Karne ki request Maine ni ki thi. Credit card department ke jiss employee ne credit card online apply Kiya tha usi ne Oneassist service ki request pe trike Kiya hoga jiski mujhe bilkul bhi zankari ni thi.
                      Actually Bank ke credit card department ke employee card bechne ke target ko Pura Karne ke liye coustomer se facts ko chupaya jata h jaisa ki mere case me h.
                      Jab se credit card mujhe Mila h tab se (Jun 2017--March 2018)Ab Tak Maine credit card ka pin bhi genrate nahi Kiya h.
                      Chuki 1st August 2017 ko mere a/c se jab 561.05 rupya kata gya to Maine apne a/c me sufficient fund rakhna band Kar Diya taki aur rupya na Kate. iss matter ke bare me Mai 7 baar bank ke chaker lagata Raha aur apni pareshani bank ke Kai employee ko batata Raha lekin pareshani door ni Hui. Aur iss antral me pata ni kaise Mera A/C aaj ki date me -9659.01 ho gya h.Aur haal hi me bank ki traf se mujhe ek legal notice bheja gya h.iss bare me bhi jab Mai bank se pucha to wo setelment department me baat Kar bakaya Paisa jama Karne ko kah rahe h.
                      Maine koi bhi aisa transaction ni Kiya h jiska main bank ka udhaar rahu.                           This # hdfc bank always deducting amount, how many time will you deducted and what is rules you are following as per rbi guidlines, refund money as soon as possible other wise i will go court. For every thing you are deducting the money from customer, you don't have common sense if there are poor customer also open the account for their personal loan or gold loan, at that time how will you deducted the money from their account without proper reason.

                            One assist service has been activated automatically on my credit card. I have not been opted for this service without my permission this service has been activated.. I also got a mail and a post from one assist team. I dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card. I m continuously calling on[protected], and [protected], but they not cancelling the servicing. I have called several times on oneassist customer care but they are directly refusing to deactivate my service.

                            On 1st March 2018, Rs 177 had deducted from my hdfc account number [protected]. When i checked the deduction why its happening than this detail is showing there — "hdfc bank — 3RD PARTY CASH TXN INC GST 190218-MIR[protected]". I don't know about this deduction? Why this deduction happen without my knowledge how would they can do?

                              I tried adding new beneficiary to transfer amount within hdfc. I am not receiving otp.
                              I have tried multiple times to add a beneficiary for transferring within hdfc
                              My registered mobile number is correct with +91 prefix.
                              Because of this i am not able to do transactions.

                                Hdfc bank has deducted rs. 413.00 in the above deductions, i not even received any intimation via call/email/sms from the bank before deductions.

                                  I send the credit card closer form to hdfc card division on saturday, till now no reply nothing happens, i called customer care number after waiting 30min call getting disconnected with any information, before sending closer letter i called customer care and checked the total outstanding amount and paid all single rupees, no out standing now, why hdfc not allowing us to close formal way. I know this formal complaint also not work in india

                                    I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1399/- from my credit card number ending with 5852 without my concern on date:02/03/2018. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1399/-

                                      I have a salaried account with hdfc bank and this month i got a deduction of rs 885 from my account in the name of inter-brn cash chg incl gst 220218 and i just want to verify that why i had to pay this amount without any prior notice on my contact number as well as on my email address. Moreover the hdfc bank claims to be the number one bank in the industry and still it tries to sell unnecessary products to the customer by misguiding them with the false information because i have been receiving such kind of calls from one of your department. I usually pay all my credit card and loan bills on time. So kindly help me with some accurate information for this unknown transaction of rs 885 as it seems to be a scam to me because its a huge amount and i hope to get some decent information from hdfc bank. Other information is mentioned below...
