    Hi, this is tanuja dhale. I am holding hdfc credit card ending with 4417. I have been charged 1299/- for one assist membership without my opinion on 17 november 2017. I dont need that one assist membership qt all. I have called one assist and spoke to one of your oneassist executive (Via phone call) told me that i will get the refund of rs.499 out of rs.1299. And really this is unfair and availing oneassist membership is clearly on my own opinion.
    First of all deducting my rs.1299 is purely illegal even i have not made any request. I din't respond to your message/call/mail please don't deduct any amount from my credit card. They are not doing it in a professional way and hdfc bank is encouraging these activities is the worst part.

      Dear sir,

      Last year i have deactivated my credit card and auto pay from my credit card and now i have received message from hdfc bank amount has been deducted from the credit card amount of rs 232 something. I really dont know if i deactived my credit card why i have received such kind of these messages. Please look into it and will not pay any single penny to hdfc bank

However the account is active and the Smartpay payment towards your Vodafone is still active. Hence payment of Rs 227.16 has been paid towards your Vodafone bill has been done from your credit card and fiance charge of Rs 11.62 has been levied on your credit card on 05/11/2017. Hence statement for the month of November 2017 has been generated.

        Cancellation of one assist membership
        I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1899/- from my credit card number ending with 0627 without my concern on date:22/11/2017. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1899/-

          My credit card payment was for rs 5090. I already paid 5000, i confirmed from customer service of hdfc 3 times on call that will i get any fine if i pay 2 days late. They told me that for the first time there will be no charges but i got charges as fine.
          My remaining balance was only rs90 and now it is rs3496. I will not pay a single penny. And last time i speak to hdfc customer care there was a super visor on call and he was very rude over the call i told that person that he can listen to the recording of those 3 calls of there agents.

They told to me contact custom care phone for the same matter. I did so but custom care people told that you have already received in your address.

            But still now i didnot get any postall letters or noc from your hdfc bank, so i am requesting you to equire the matter and make arrangement for issuing of noc. Otherwise i have to choose alternative way.

              I've recently applied for a hdfc credit card via bankbazar for paperless work. I'm not sure why the bank has denied my humble application for a hdfc credit card. I believe this is somehow related to my earlier card which was renewed on time but got returned to relevant office due to non reception at my end. Even after my repeated talks with relevant and concerned team, the card was blocked until i myself realized lately (After almost 3 year which bears no due till now) for which i wasn't informed. Now they say that `with regard to reinstatement/issuance of fresh credit card, we wish to clarify that the same is subjected to various parameters/guidelines which are fairly wide ranging and internal to the bank.in view of the above, we regret our inability to extend our credit card services to you at this point of time` - i don't really understand being a loyal customer this how a bank treats its own customers like this.

              I really don't understand what's so internal to bank : (! Really disappointed.

              Once rejected always rejected? Can't i reapply for the card? How long is this gonna take? Forever?

              Kindly re-employ your divine sources and intelligence in not loosing loyal customers dear bank.

                I have an old relationship with hdfc. Have multiple accounts with them. However, since couple of days i could not do any transaction and all my transactions were declined. Later i found that even i cannot transfer funds between my own hdfc accounts. It looks like the kyc issue. But i am a non resident and hold nre accounts. This will have adverse effect on my creditability. How can my own funds be blocked? Is this ethical to do? Will it give me motivation to continue relationship with bank? Please resolve the issue so as to have some respite and think about continuing the relationship.

                  I am having a bank account in hdfc from past 7 years.. Out of these 7 years..5 years i was having a preferred account in hdfc.. I have shifted to bangalore some 5 years back..2 years back when i visited your local kanakpura branch in bangalore for some transaction.. Your hdfc staff in the local brach forced me to open an account in kanakapura hdfc branch.. I strictly said no.. As i know this was ploy used to charge some mab charges (Minimum average balance).. Your people said.. Nothing extra will be charged as all the accounts will be linked to a single customer id... This account in local branch will just facilitate me in account transactions with out any restrictions.. Even though i opposed some how your people opened the bank account by forcing me... Today i have been charged rs 708 as mab charges in the kanakapura account.. Even though my main account (Hyderabad) account had inuf money.. That is above the minimum amount that has to be maintained..

                  The worst part is that you people have transferred rs 708 from my hyderabad account to kanakpura account with my knowledge and then deducted my rs 708 as mab charges for october month.. This is nothing but day light robbery..

                  I know these are the cheep tricks used by bankers to charge mab charges.. Thats why i have opposed it at the beginning only.. Inspite of that.. You have opened and account making a false claim that no mab will be charged for different accounts as they are under single id... What i predicted exactly same thing happened..

                  Second thing is how can you move my money within accounts with my knowledge or without giving a intimation to me...

                  Utter non sence

                  If this is the condition of the customer who a preferred customer for 5 years... God knows what will be the condition of normal customer without any knowledge..

                  If this is not sorted out.. I am going to shoot mails to higher authorities and take the matter to consumer court and social media also.

                  So please forward this mail to the concerned people.. And rectify the mistake

                    Cheque amount of 2.05 lks got debited my account but not received by second party.
                    Knowingly or unknowingly bank staff has transferred this amount to some other account but not transferred to correct receiver.
                    It is going to be a month now for incident.

                    Moreover upon reporting the incident to branch. Bank manger and staff behaving rudely and not supportive.

                    Cheque dropped at mauranipur (U. P) hdfc branch (Branch code 003002).

                    Will be highly thankful for any help.

Since aug 2017 i have been frantically trying to change my mob no. Visited the branch submitted the sign mismatch form with new request to issue the card or to know the status. But regret i can't.                         Debit Card usage for withdrawal at International ATMs will attract a charge of Rs 25 per balance enquiry and Rs 125 per cash withdrawal ( plus GST). There is a currency conversion markup of 3.5 % on foreign currency transactions carried out on debit cards as Transaction amount + 3.5% Foreign Currency markup + Difference in foreign currency Rate( Its the difference in foreign currency rate on date of transaction and on the date of settlement {Receipt of claim from acquiring bank}). Charges are applicable for ATM withdrawals and also for POS transaction. The exchange rate used will be the Visa/MasterCard wholesale exchange rate prevailing at the time of transaction.                           Hello,
                          I have hdfc credit card (And am an account holder too). Usually i pay my credit card bills before due date and everything goes fine. This time when i checked my last month’s statement, i found that even i have paid my bills, i have been charged minimum amount due on the due date. On the next day that amount was returned since i have already paid the bill.
                          But why would i be charged on something that has happened due to bank’s mistake? They charged me autopay refund fees and igst on that.

                          This is seriously unacceptable. I have tried contacting them through many channels but failed.

                            I am charged a lump sum of 8, 200 from my hdfc bank account and the above quoted are the details given. I have no idea why such an amount has been removed from my account without any notice.. I deposit and withdraw from my home branch and i pay my taxes for all that passes through. What kind of cheating is this?

                              I visited your bank more than 4 times no proper guidance to close the loan. All are interesting while only taking loan, while closing no guidance given by them from erode branch. First time they said your monthly installment not updated, second time no cash above 49000, third time check leaf issued through my blood relative, the bank staff didn't accept. Today 4th time time closed. I had lost 4 working days.

                                I am a customer of hdfc bank since 2013 and using credit card ending 6319.in feb 17 i have make some shopping at my sister marriage occasion but in apr bank imposed extra charges. When contact to care person, they said me to make only minimum amount and wait for reversal to make total outstanding amount payments. I wait whole month but not received any confirmation and when i contact to care again they tell me same proceedure. I hv follow the same but same problem. As on today my total charges levy of rs. 20000 on total shoping of only rs. 65000.in bank nobody ready to listion and resolve the issue.

                                Thus due to false and miscommunication from bank, i am suffering a lots.

                                  I applied online for fastag through hdfc fastag program. I made payment of 300 inr (200 for security amount & 100 as the top up amount).                                   Hi, my name is amir nehal. I was using a credit card of hdfc bank having card no ending with 5695. I dont know exactly, however roughly i can say i used that card for approx 1- 1.5 years without any issue. I was paying all my bills on time etc. After that due to some circumstances i used my card for approx rs approx 18000 and was not able to deposit the credit card bills for 2-3 months. Months passed but i was not in a situation that i could pay my credit card bills yet however when ever the customer service from hdfc called me about the payments, i inform them that am not in a very good financial situation to pay the bill in one shot so please convert this amount into emi so that i can pay it. But they rejected every time.in 2017 my financial situation become good and i paid the total amount of rs 33, 119 excluding gst and overdue fine and late fine amount. The total payment they said is rs 33, 199 (Principal amount + interest + penalities) excluding gst and overdue fine and late fine so i paid 35022 total in this month. Also they told me that if i just want to settle the matter then i can settle it in lesser amount by paying just around rs 18, 000. I said no i do not want to do any settlement but i want to pay the complete amount as i am very thankful to the hdfc bank that they waited so long for me to pay my bills. Before payment i spoke with customer care department that once i pay the bill will you issue me no due certificate? They said yes then i asked how many days it will take? They said once you pay the total amount then with 2-3 days we will issue your no due certificate.
                                  And the status of my card account will be updated in the cibil database. But now i have been calling to customer care department from last 4-5 days about my no due certificate they are not responding at all they are saying collection department is responsible to issue so call the collection department then i called to collectionn department i asked to check my status of payment they said yes you paid the total amount after that i asked about my no due certificate they are saying, collection department is not responsible to give no due certificate so call to customer care department
                                  . Its been more than a week now and i have not got any reply or any call regarding my no due certificate from hdfc bank. Not even they have updated my cibil. I think this is a very bad customer service from hdfc bank toward their reliable customers. So i want that hdfc bank should take care of this issue and issue me a no due certificate and also update my cibil rating as soon as possible.

                                    I shiva goud chinchalpeta cc would like to bring to your notice that my card had been blocked and i have requested to unblock the same. I had issues in making the payment to the card had to visit my branch to make payment initially they have also faced problem in accepting the payment i called your executive and got the information card number mentioned is wrong and i had received alterante account number [protected] to accept the payment where i have decided not to use the card because of the issue now i am asked to make annual membership payment for the card for not making transaction. Why do i use the card when i am having problems in making the payments. And for your kind information i was never informed about this annual membership

                                    thanks for looking in to my request, i just want explain it shortly here. after speaking to customercare i understood that i am supposed to make four transactions before grace period to have the free membership fee on the card. the card number mentioned was it self wrong and when i have saved my card to make online transaction it did not let me do. could you please consider my point here and remove the charges which i was not aware of.

                                      Hi,

                                      On 20th and 21st two transactions are appearing on my statement 3rd party cash txn inc gst 151117-mir[protected] and 3rd party cash txn inc gst 161117-mir[protected]. For which i have been charged 177.00 inr for each of those.
                                      I've just noticed this one and am not sure how many times in the pas this have been happened.
                                      Kindly request you to look into the issue asap.
