    I wish to bring to your attention that rs 4893.26 is showing due on my account ending with 6946.
    It came to my notice when i received amount due message for that account.
    There was no communication from the bank regarding any lapse of services or payment due on the card.
    We were not given any notification about the lapse of service or amount due in the cards either via email or via sms.
    I request you to look in the matter as early as possible and refund the money to me.

    We have been preferred customers of hdfc for a long time and i do not wish that this event should hamper that relationship.

    Please look into the same and revert back with possible solution or else we will have to take some action regarding the same.

    Let me know if any more information is required for any further clarification of the event.

      I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs 1399 from my credit card number ending with * * * 4620 without my authorization on date: 14/11/2017.

      I don't want this membership, so cancel the membership and refund the same.

      Please take the necessary action asap otherwise i will have to take action against this illegal fee charged without intimation.

        I had applied online for an hdfc fastag. I made payment on nov 4, 2017, & uploaded the application form. The reference number is hfr 0090009. There is no response from the bank since then. The toll-free number is either not working. Whenever i get connected, the persons keep on assuring that i will get the details in one day, but nothing is happening. Let me know what is the status of the application.

          I am sonal jain an hfdc credit card holder and the hdfc people have activated this one assist membership by saying me that they are not going to activate it rather they are going to keep it on hold. I came to know about it when i received a message of 2499 due amount. And i am not interested in any of these things. So i want you to cancel this and refund me the amount also.

            Dear sir/mam,

            I am using hdfc credit card, in the month of aug'17 generated bill i had one billing dispute and same was been informed to bank customer care person and he requested to submit the dispute form the same filled and send to the given mail id on the same day.

            Again i called on 26-aug'17 to customer care and requested the status, the executive (Ritu) informed me that same was temporary reversal given so its only hits in next month bill, before my due date on 02-sep'17 spoken to the customer care person and same reply given at the same time i told i should not get any finance charges or late fee they told nothing will charge you no need to pay the amount.

            Once bill generate on 16th sep'17 they have charged me the financial charges and nothing have been reflected in bill the same outstanding was reflected. When i called to customer care executive (Mr. Ashok) they have told they given only on 8th sep'17, so the financial charges have been charged. Then i requested to transfer the call to supervisor or higher officer, the executive denied to transfer the call.

            After many conversation i told i will right the mail regarding this to bo team with your name details then the person transfer to one of the person mr. Antony am not sure that i spoke to supervisor are any other executive so till date am not received a single call for my compliant but if i leave this again my financial charges, late fee, etc. Will charge on me and the same time it will affect my cibil score.

            So am planning to take a legal action against the bank so request your support for the same.

              Due to kyc suddenly account has been blocked and my all cash less transction has been returned and i have loss many business due to this bank should inform and take care of business account.

                I have been charged membership fee this month. But when i took the card, hdfc people said, its life time free card. But now charging me a membership fee. This happened last ti9me as well. Till now it is not sorted out. Now again they charged.

                Atleast beggars ask for money. They don't cheat like hdfc bank. I regret that i chose hdfc bank.

                Better they should shut the banks, than cheating the customers.

                Looking for refund from them.

                As you can see thru my credit card, not even a single time it has been resolved.

                First said, no joining fee.. But got charged.
                Then said no annual fee.. But got charged twice.

                Now tell me, how much to bear as you guys becoming CHEATERS.

                So rudely he is asking for OTP. And without OTP he cannot do refund it seems.

                Banks asks us to KEY-IN the OTP. None of the bank persons ask for OTP to tell.

                    The hdfc fastag toll free number:[protected] is not working, neither they have any email id to contact. I have registered with hdfc fastag, the cc is charged with the 300 rs as deposit + minimum load on the rfid wallet. But there has been no rfid dispatched that can be put on the windshield. Its been more than a week now that i have registered and trying to reach hdfc fastag on the toll free number above to know when will my rfid dispatched or how do i collect it?

                    When the toll free number is not working for more than a week, why do you display it on your website: https://www.hdfcbank.com/htdocs/common/E_TOLL/index.html and most importantly, you have disabled your customers to contact you for any information they may need, you neither have any email id.

                          My credit card application was rejected despite having a cibil score of 850+. I got the offer from bank and they asked me to apply on card to card basis for quick approval. Can i know the reason why my application was rejected after all the verification was done.                             My name is mohsin patel, my hdfc account no [protected]

                            I have a saving account in hdfc bardoli branch

                            When i checked my account statement, i see a transaction of rs 177, 885, 885, 413, 177 deducted from my bank account in the name of inter-brn cash chg incl st & ec. & ach debit return.

                            I tried calling the telephone banking but there is no options to speak to customer care.

                            I am surprised to see how the nationalized bank do such things without prior information to customer. Also 2360 rupees is too big a amount to charge.

                              I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs 1899 from my credit card number ending with 4452 without my concern on date :19/11/2017. I am not interested about this service and dont want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs 1899/-

                                I received an email on sept to do my kyc. As per the mail, i sent the documents to [protected]@hdfc.com on 1st oct 2017. On 3rd oct 2017, it received an email the documents are in order, however i needed to do extended kyc and send english declaration. I did this on 10th oct 2017.in spite of it, they blocked my netbanking. After several emails and phone calls, they unblocked my netbanking on 23rd nov 2017 but again re-block it on 27th nov. On the same date, they send a regular email to do my kyc. I didn’t understand the reasons to do my kyc again in one month but did it again on 2nd nov 2017. This time also did it through netbanking. Finally, they unblock my netbanking on 16th nov 2017. However, i on the same date i received another email to do my kyc. Now, i suspect they will block my netbanking again.

                                I would like hdfc bank why i need to do my kyc again and again. What is mental harassment? My homeloan ecs was due on 15th nov 2017 which was rejected by hdfc bank despite my account be adequately funded? Who will be responsible for late payment due to irresponsibility on the part of your bank. I have already escalate the issue on your website. However, there also i didn’t receive an adequate response but just assurance that it will be resolved in so and so working days, i don’t need a date but i need a proper justification from your part for this torture.

I previously send many emails contact your customer care multiple time and escalate the issue to escalation-emt.                                   Hdfc blocked all my accounts linked to my customer id since 16th nov evening, including my salary account. My so called customer relationship person yashvita alve phone number - [protected] did not bother to call stating that the account will be blocked nor responds to phone calls post it. Luckily i had debit card of another bank and could use it since i was travelling.

                                  The account was blocked in-spite of linking my aadhar card, submitting address, identify proof on the net banking.

                                  Hdfc banking quality clearly is deplorable and i don't think i will ever bank with hdfc again

                                    I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1299/- from my credit card number ending with 0454 without my concern on date:27/10/2017. I am not interested about this service and didnt opted for it and don't want this membership any more. So request to cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1299/-

                                      I have a salary account and while generating the credit card, bank guaranteed me that credit card will be free for lifetime and in the 1st month i got a call from hdfc phone banker that please do the 1st transaction from credit card so that your credit card will become free, no yearly charges will be there. I did the same too, but now i got a 590rs. Due in my credit card as a yearly credit card charges. This is very bad that you gave bad promises, this doesnt expect from hdfc bank, if this is so then deregister my credit card.
