I m writing on behalf of my mother who holds an acct with hdfc bank, at its branch at h-37, bali nagar, new delhi 110015.
In the month of jun this yr, she opted for net banking services which was started immediately.in aug 17, she wanted to transfer some money to me as part of loan through net banking. However, the third party transfer was disabled and thus we processed the same by getting the form signed by her by the end of aug 17.
Till today (16 sept 17), the problem has not been resolved. The relationship manager, mr rajan is busy in his own time work so much that he was totally clueless when asked on phone yesterday. Further, he is unable to address the issue at all and keep making excuses.
In addition to this, the form for updating of mobile number was also filled, which again has been lost sight of, and no action taken.
I apologise to my mom for having trust on hdfc bank and opening an acct there. The agony may pls be resolved.
