HDFC Bank Customer Care's response Dear Customer,
Instant PIN change process for Debit Card is as below :
Login in Netbanking and Click on Cards tab
Go to Debit Card => Request section
Click on Instant Pin Generation option
From the Card No drop down select your card number
Now enter new pin
System will prompt for OTP validation, enter the OTP received
On successful validation of OTP, success message will appear on the screen and with this Debit Card pin will be reset immediately
Alternatively, you can apply for regeneration of your ATM / Debit PIN in following ways:
1. Through NetBanking
Login into NetBanking
Click on cards
Click on Request option under Debit Card status on the left hand side
Click on Pin Regeneration
Select the card number and click on continue.
If you are eligible for Green pin, system will ask to verify the mobile number and if the number is correct, then One Time Password( Green PIN OTP ) is sent to the registered number instantly which you can use in HDFC Bank ATM to set a PIN of your choice.
If not eligible for Green PIN, Physical PIN will be dispatched to your mailing address.
Select the Reason, Check the mailing address, Confirm the address and click on the Terms and conditions and click on confirm Physical PIN will be dispatched to your mailing address.
2. Through SMS
You can generate Debit Card Green PIN through SMS banking by following below steps :
Step 1 : Send SMS to 5676712 from your bank registered mobile number. ( SMS format : Type REPINLast four digit of Debit Card e.g REPIN XXXX )
Step 2 : You will receive Green PIN ( 6 digit OTP ) on your mobile
Step 3 : Visit any of nearest HDFC Bank ATM to set 4-digit PIN.
You need to be registered for SMS banking to avail this facility. Incase you are not registered for SMS banking facility, send SMS to 5676712 (SMS format : 'REGISTER or Visit nearest ATM/Branch or login to Netbanking).
Note : Kisan Savings Accounts and BSBDA small accounts are not eligible for Green PIN OTP.
3. Through Branch
Please submit the form at any of our branches - On receipt of the form & successful verification, we will process a new ATM PIN and send it to your mailing address. You may verify your address by logging into Netbanking through "My Contact Details".

4. Through phone banking
Submit a request at PhoneBanking, post validation with your Telephone Identification Number (TIN).

Charge of Rs.50 + taxes towards PIN reissuance would be levied, as applicable.

HDFC Bank Customer Assistance
I had force close the personal loan and they said you will get the closure letter (NOC) documents in mail or mailing address but it's now one month has been completed but there is no any documents received tried many times calling to customer care but they also responding wired.
I would also suggest as per my experience that don't go with HDFC personal loan:
- There is no any option for part payment
- They have no good process to close the loan
- you have to go bank and it takes around 3 hrs min.
Other bank are good as compare to HDFC.
