Loan 4 best team are literally abusing on call and that team handle by gurav kadge hdfc credit manger.

I require personal loan, due to some address issue my file was rejected by mr gaurav kadge, i m follow up from last 2 week with loan 4 best team.

My requirement is bt+ 3lacs fresh amt,

But these just guys are blindly working, they don't know even what is the customers require.

I m with hdfc from last 8 yrs.

If hdfc reffering these types of agencies, then not good for hdfc.

    I have a made fund transfer of rs 5000 from payzapp app to my saving account on[protected] the transaction get failed and money didn't credited to my payzapp wallet. I have called on customer support no. [protected] and ask for clarification of refund they could not give a proper information, many a times the is in waiting, and when connected to executive they don't cooperate with me. (To.       Sir i have given my mandatory document for opening my salary account in your infosis branch bhubaneswar on friday but they are not taking any action on this i have to submit my relative document in my company as soon as my possible and today is fourth working day and they r not opening my account so i reqiest you to please look into this matter as soon as possible i have called them several times but they are just ignoring me i dont know why??? So please help.

        Hello i m nagesh singh one of tht guy he calls me he told he is my personal bankar and your r. D % has increased before u was getting 6.5 %and now it's 13 % i was happy and then i m ready to go with his instructions he told me u have to take all your money back in your account and after tht again u have to invest i followed all his instructions he told me 15000 minimum u can start i transferred my 15000 rs in your hdfc life account but finally when everything was done then they told me every year u have to pay 15 k every year

          I am gentem. Immanuel having current account [protected] in your bank.

          I have requested you to close my hdfc current account but your management has not taken any action on that.

          On top of that, i was charged an amount of 7300 rupees.

          I am not willing to pay the amount if 7300 rupees because it is the mistake of your team.

          So, kindly requesting you to close my current account without any charges.

            I have personal loan[protected] amount rs. 1, 50, 000/- loan amount was got credited in my hdfc bank loan account in the month of sep 29th 2015 as top up rs 1, 47, 782/-. From nov onwards i am paying emi of rs.3568/- on regular basis.

            But, till date i have not received any loan statement, sanction letter of loan from the bank. Now, i require the sanction letter as well as personal loan schedule statement at the earliest for some specific purpose.

            My personal loan account no. Is 35349030. The tenure of loan is 5 years.

            Please help and kindly forward the loan sanction letter as well as personal loan schedule statement through e-mail..

              Hello team,

              This is to inform you that from last month, around 3 people who states themselves as hdfc employees made a visit at our residential address for verification of some fake product loan from some store at worli. We are very clear that we haven't taken any loan from hdfc bank. On top of it, they are taking name of my father in law who has expired four years ago. Whenever those hdfc officials visits my place, they don't have any proof to justify their claim for verification. Three different people visited us and they are asking for our documents like adhar or pan card. My question is that when we have not taken any loan how can you ask us our private information. If you guys really want to do verification, brings all the documents which you have collected while providing loan and then match with our original id.

              We are very much irritated as these people visit us when only my mother in law who is an patient is present at home. If again and again you guys makes unnecessary visit, we have no option but to raise an fir against this. Also i will take this matter to consumer court as this is pure harassment as just because you guys have done some goo[censored]p while giving loan, why we should suffer.

              Kindly look into the matter and revert back asap. Never expected such big mistakes from big organisations like hdfc.

              Again we got a call from person stating as HDFC official claiming that they we have taken loan and asking for our documents. This is too much. You guys not even courteous enough to investigate the matter and close this matter. This is pure harassment. I am going raise an FIR against all these officials . Also I will lodge a complaint in consumer court against you guys for such big blunder you guys are doing. I will ensure this matter get escalate to higher end and will also claim compensation from you as now this is getting unbearable!!!

              a person (Mr Shahid Khan, Employee id -S59964, Mobile no - [protected] )who claims to be from HDFC loan verification dept met us and presented us some fake documents which are as follows:-

              Loan no :[protected] & [protected]

              Pan card- Sign is edited and wrong not matching with original id
              Employment details- Completely wrong not matching
              Bank details- Completely wrong not matching
              Electricity bill- Reliance electricity bill which is not applicable to residents residing in Navi Mumbai.
              Contact no- Wrong no, which he didnt provide us

              We asked for the xerox copies of these above documents to raise FIR in police station but he denied. We also with his manager (Mr Mudassar I Shaikh), Sales Manager, Consumer Durable & Life stsyle Products), J.B Nagar, Andheri (E) Branch- (Visit card attached in mail)

              I want you guys to take action against these fraudelent people as they are using our name and address for claim product loan and not providing us details of the same. We are however taking this matter to consumer court and also raising FIR.

              Kindly help in resolving above fraud case and close thsi matter as soon as possible to avoid legal battle

                With you reference that, your side charge to me used over limit charges. But i don't know card is limit crossing swipe time. Any limit crossing message is not to me my card time, card swipe perfectly but don't any message card swipe time. After this day your office is charges to me over limit crossing. So i request to you to please reverse my over limit charges. I will promise second time don't any mistakes.

                    Dear sir,
                    In my 15/09/2017 bill for the credit card i am debited withrs.4143.00 being the debit because of the usage of priority pass on 01/06/2017.
                    On contacting your customer care i was informed that if we use priority pass in india we will be levied with the charge of 1755.00 per person.
                    It was not at all informed by any one, rather your executive in amritsar mr. Naveet whose mobile no is [protected] had informed me at the time of giving this card that 6 (Six) accesses to the lounge is allowed with in one year.
                    Also at the time of the use i was not at all asked by the executive at igi that i will be cheated after three months by the credit card company hdfc.
                    You have to reverse these charges and get the same done as early as possible or i am left with no other option of seeking the legal help and all the expenses will be borne by the credit card company.

                        Hi guys!

                        M suraj and residing in mumbai.

                        The hdfc finance persons asked me to take a policy of rs.1.0 lakh for a loan of rs.20 lakh on 0% interest. I purchased the policy in january 2016. Hdfc finance told me that the amount is returnable.

                        Again they told me to take policies of rs. 3.0 lakh as a tax amount against rs. 20 lakh i. E. 15% service tax against loan amount of rs.20 lakh.

                        This tax amount increased from 15% to 18% after implementation of gst. So in month of aug hdfc finance took another 3% from me in from of additional policies.

                        So in total i paid almost 4.6 lakh to take a loan of rs.20 lakh.

                        Now no reply from hdfc finance, delhi.

                        1. HDFC finance told that the amount invested in INSURANCE POLICIES (in my case it is Rs. 4.60 LAKH) would be refunded after disbursing loan amount.

                        2. FILE NUMBER awarded to me by HDFC FINANCE is HDFC SF 2802F

                        3. HDFC Finance instructed to buy policies from HDFC LIFE, FUTURE GENERELLI and BHARATI AXA.

Inspite of that i got a msg on teh 18th of july'17 that i owed some money to the bank which was reversed due to a mistake from your end. Ref # [protected]. The amount was reversed on teh 25th of july. Again today the 18th of sept'17 i received a msg saying i owed 1221 to the bank. I am really unhappy with the service provided and want this issue solved once and for all. Or i will be forced to take legal help on this matter.

                              Almost writing to [protected]@payzapp.in. From my app for the transaction id[protected]yn98gy6, but no response received.

                              As the amount transferred to the transport company has not been credited to them but my payzapp account has been debited by 5000.00 (Five thousand rupees)

                              Amount loaded to payzapp wallet from my credit card, the amount 5000 has been claimed by payzapp merchant for which the transaction number is – [protected] given by my credit card company.

                              So either transfer the money to the said account or credit back my payzapp wallet.

                              Note : the email id [protected]@payzapp.in. And the customer numbers provided are not working how can a customer be confident/believe in using such wallets where customer service is very worst

                                In my cr. Card statementdt.16/07/2017 i had outstanding of rs10000/=, i was out of india for 4 months, i returned on 6 sept.2017 to india from canada. My son had already paid rs.10000/= in aug.2017, but in staement of aug 16, you charged interest & penalty of rs. 950=85, though he paid little late, but you must consider my past records. Since i am holding your card i never missed to pay, and i had paid full amount everytime, i did not opt to pay instalments. Kindly waive my charges otherwise i am not interested in your card facility.

                                Dear Customer,

                                We wish to clarify that, payment of atleast the minimum amount due towards the card outstanding needs to be received by the bank to ensure that the card account is active and available for usage. Further, to avoid levy of finance charges and late payment charges, payment of the total outstanding needs to reach the bank by the payment due date. We have reviewed your request and confirm having reversed the bank charges of Rs.930.87 billed to your card account in the month of August and September 2017 statement. This credit will reflect in your October 2017 statement.

                                  I am sorry to say that.. Its understanding between the hdfc bank & sodexo, so that they can make full under the redeem program run by hdfc. These coupons are not acceptable any where in the city.

                                  Request to either close this program of let us know how to get them redeem.

                                  Just want to make complaint against the fraud, redeem program run by hdfc credit card team, they have made tie up with the fake company like sodexo, which does not have market reputation & same is going to happen for hdfc moving onwards. I am not sure why they have did tie up with this fake company & after informing the same, bank is saying they are not responsible for any issue or concern.

                                  Then team, just want to chk with you why you are giving those vouchers if you are not responsible for them.

                                    I am amit tomar. I have hdfc credit card. Their ladies making too much loudness. And also call to my relation. My family member calling me and told me that they using abuse. They make too much charges on my credit card. And now try to mindly tourcher. I have more hadache. I just want to close hdfc bank for ever. As i wish. Plese help me as you can.

                                      I have added rs:500 in my payzapp on 14 sep 2017 and i want to send that money to my sbi bank account but money has not credited to my bank account and even though it is not showing in my payzapp also, i am trying to contact

                                      I did a transaction from payzapp on 04/09/2017, in which I tried to move money from payzapp account to my bank account, while doing so I entered wrong account number that account number was not opened, but the transaction was success, but the money was deducted from my account, which has not been refunded yet. On multiple queries, customer care support is not providing any satisfactory answers. It should have been refunded within 5 working days, please check.

                                      I made transaction of rs.5000 to my Union Bank savings account on 20/09/17, transaction failed but amount debited from Payzapp wallet. Still it's not received back.

                                      When I will get the refund?..Please need response immediately.

                                        Hi,

                                        I have opened salary account with hdfc in october 2016 through company mykaarma.com. But i left this company as i got a better opportunity somewhere else, now i had joined back again. I want to use my existing hdfc account.

                                        But i have - ve balance in it.

                                        I already paid the negative amount. But later i come to know that you canot charge us maintenance fees.

                                        I want the full refund of my amount.

                                        I also want to buy the credit card and term insurance plan from hdfc bank.
                                        But i will buy those only when you refund me back my penalty that i had paid for maintaining zero balance.
