I would like to inform you that i have been apply document for cancellation of my policy no 15737753 as per consultation of your executive name mr. Ravi sharma sitting in your gurgaon office. And still i he sale me new policy sanchay plan and he committed me that he will be help to refund my running policy there was include agent amount that should not be pay becuse he did not give you proper services from date of issue and he processed all formalited form last 2 months and commited that i will get my refund amount till 15 sep 2017 that is 1, 83, 00/ inr

And now m trying to connect with mr ravi sharma and he is not givening me response his mobile no is - [protected]

Please look this matter.

    Dear hdfc/ one assist,

    This is regarding to the request for the cancellation & refund the amount of inr 1299/- towards one assist mfee debited on 13/sep/2017. I have reached one assist & hdfc customer care services both multiple times via phone & emails and till now it has not been resolved.

    How can you people debit my account without my knowledge and moreover without my consent. And, now you people have converted it into 3 months emi option with 1.5% interest p. M + gst without my consent. This shows your unethical practice. How can you activate such things and create a relationship number without contacting me despite no requisition from my end to activate.

    You do it for yourself and you then intimate us of creation of relationship number and deduct amount from account. It's unnecessary for me to have a one assist relationship, hence kindly resolve the issue and refund the debited amount with emi charges and never repeat it again without my consent.

    @ hdfc bank,

    What kind of security level you are providing to your customers. Feeling very unsecure to bank with you people. Completely unethical & unprofessional practices.

    If you are not resolving this & refund my amount i seriously wish to close my savings + credit card accounts with hdfc and ensure will not have any kind of relationship with hdfc in future too. I will convey the same to all in my network.

    Hope i will get back my money asap.

      This is regarding the relationship manager named mr. Shashank ([protected]) and mr. Anil kumar ([protected]).

      I needed bank statement of my savings account on urgent basis.

      These two continuously made a fool of me by delaying it.

      All they were saying was our runner is just leaving, he is just leaving.

      Full day passed, they did not send.

      What the hell these relationship managers are meant for?

      I am with hdfc bank for the past 8 years and not even once mr. Anil (Earlier rm) and now mr. Shashank (New rm) has helped me with anything.

      All they gave is excuses.

        I have done transactions through payzapp bharat qr code for irctc ticket, as train cancelled they refunded money to payzapp account but it was not refunded to wallet of payzapp, even payzapp transaction history shows amount refund but it is not credited to wallet of payzapp. Please help me in this matter.

          Hello,

          I did a transaction from payzapp on 10/09/2017, in which i tried to move money from payzapp account to my bank account, while doing so i entered wrong ifsc code, hence the transaction got failed, but the money was deducted from my account, which has not been refunded yet. On multiple queries, customer care support is not providing any satisfactory answers. It should have been refunded within 5 working days, please check.
          Amount debited from my credit card(Kotak credit card) hile adding the money.. however not reflecting in Payzapp wallet.. Payzapp registered with [protected] number. Kindly help me refund the amount. transaction done on 14th Sep-2017 for 10000(5k each time)

          I got the refund yesterday, thanks for the support.
          I done transaction 5000 rs 3 days back but still not refunded to my card nor payzapp please refund it asap by taking it high priority

            I have transferred rs.5000 from my personal savings account to my payzapp account but the transaction got failed. But the money was debited from my bank account. I have raised a complaint mail to payzapp immediately but i received only a system generated mail. It is 9 days since this happened i'm yet to receive refund or any proper reply from hdfc..

            Rs. 826 has been debited from my salary account without any prior intimation. HDFC bank did not tell about this charges while opening Demat account and really they are looting from customer.

            I want my money back to my account.
            As I have very bad experience in HDFC kothrud branch 0149 . I want close my saving account & Demat account. Non cooperative nature & not accept the account closing form . Lot's of extra charge is add to account.Very pathetic way to close account & unwanted charge is applied.
            We have a HDFC swipe machine in our restaurant. The same machine has been stopped due to non availability of GST number. We are continuously following up the same with Mr. Sudhir Kare from HDFC. We are not getting response from him. We are facing a lot of problem due to this.
            I would request the seniors to please look into the matter and oblige

              I paid my tata sky bill amounting to rs 2000/- through my credit card on 17 sept 2017 at about 1.37 am. This amount has yet not been credited to my account of tatasky. On speaking to the customer care of tatasky, i was advised to obtain transaction number from my credit card bankers, which is hdfc. I have tried atleast 50 times between 1930h and 2340h today ie., 19 sept 2017. After being put on hold to wait for the executive, there was no response. This was very humiliating and reflects proffessional incompetancy. Kindly take strict disciplinary action against the concerned and intimate my transaction number at the earliest.

                I pay to credit card rupees 2000 but it shows that the a availability is only increased of ruprees 1100.. I don't know why?
                I check some places online but there shows that the only possible cause is i paid the last statement after the due date. But i know this clearly i paid the due on that very day of the last month. Or if this is the only cause they my bill was above 10000 so late fine will be 750 but extra 150 is debited.

                  My transaction for rs.10, 000/- but the amount was debited from my bank account. As per their timelines and policy i waited for 5 business days and contacted my bank for a charge back. The bank asked me for a reference number.

                  For that i have been endlessly calling payzapp on their tollfree number and have dropped them 10+ emails.

                  Their toll free number is busy 24/7 and the e-mail i sent haven't been replied to.

                  Am worried as the amount is high and am late on rent due to this stupid customer service from them.

                  I want my money back right away. I've already provided a feedback on their web-site link as well but they're so thick skinned that they don't even care to respond.

                  Please fix this asap before i escalate further.

                  I tried adding money to payzapp wallet and I got a confirmation also that my amount has been deducted and loaded to wallet but my wallet is showing no balance. I tried reaching out customer care many times but they didn't responded. This is very poor and ridiculous behaviours of your. I need my issue resolve at earliest.
                  My account has been debited with approx 855 r in regards of depository charges, i don't understand why this has been deducted. Please return my amount.

                    I raju asangi did two transaction through bhim app on 7th of jan.2017.in one transaction i pad vodafone bill of rs.487.07/- & airtel dth recharge of rs.250.00/-. And one more transaction on 7th oapril 2017 towards vodafone bill of rs.370.76/-
                    These transaction are not updated with in the time bond, i paid the above second time through online payment these transaction are credited to the company account.
                    The transaction done through bhim later credited to the personal upi account namely, jatinkumarramanlal (Rs.487.07/-), gajendrakumar (Rs.250/-) and sanjayakumar dhar (Rs.370.76/-)
                    I started raising the complaint on the same day that is on 7th of jan.2017 & 7th april 2017 through bhim app only. I started writing to hdfc support customer care, grievance. Redressal, recently from 1st sep.2017 toprincipal nodal officer, ombudsman. I received mere than 25 complaint nos. From the above said customer care.
                    When i call to the respective customer care, they will give the numbers.
                    But they never paid my extra payment done. So please do the needful to get my money back.

                      I applied for moneyback credit card but i wrongly got diners club international (Rewardz) credit card. I want to know the reason.

                      I posted the query regarding this issue. They explained me i am applied the credit online but i am not sure and something happened in backend.

                      Now they deduct 1500 amount in the credit card and they advice to pay the amount in smart emi 3 months. For your information i am not apply the smartemi. Why these things are happening now days. I want free life time credit card other wise close the card and just leave me.

                      If the credit card is not closed within 1 week. I am sure i will close my hdfc account.

                      I have applied the money back credit card two weeks back reference is no [protected]s1. I tracked the credit card status its came to know it is in disapproved status. I don't know why it is rejected.

                      I am not responsible for this issue. And i am sure and i didn't pay any single amount to cancel or replace this card. Its totally disappoint me a lot.

                        Instant PIN change process for Debit Card is as below :
                        Login in Netbanking and Click on Cards tab
                        Go to Debit Card => Request section
                        Click on Instant Pin Generation option
                        From the Card No drop down select your card number
                        Now enter new pin
                        System will prompt for OTP validation, enter the OTP received
                        On successful validation of OTP, success message will appear on the screen and with this Debit Card pin will be reset immediately
                        Alternatively, you can apply for regeneration of your ATM / Debit PIN in following ways:

                        1. Through NetBanking
                        Login into NetBanking
                        Click on cards
                        Click on Request option under Debit Card status on the left hand side
                        Click on Pin Regeneration
                        Select the card number and click on continue.
                        If you are eligible for Green pin, system will ask to verify the mobile number and if the number is correct, then One Time Password( Green PIN OTP ) is sent to the registered number instantly which you can use in HDFC Bank ATM to set a PIN of your choice.

                        If not eligible for Green PIN, Physical PIN will be dispatched to your mailing address.

                        Select the Reason, Check the mailing address, Confirm the address and click on the Terms and conditions and click on confirm Physical PIN will be dispatched to your mailing address.

                        2. Through SMS

                        You can generate Debit Card Green PIN through SMS banking by following below steps :

                        Step 1 : Send SMS to 5676712 from your bank registered mobile number. ( SMS format : Type REPINLast four digit of Debit Card e.g REPIN XXXX )

                        Step 2 : You will receive Green PIN ( 6 digit OTP ) on your mobile

                        Step 3 : Visit any of nearest HDFC Bank ATM to set 4-digit PIN.

                        You need to be registered for SMS banking to avail this facility. Incase you are not registered for SMS banking facility, send SMS to 5676712 (SMS format : 'REGISTER or Visit nearest ATM/Branch or login to Netbanking).

                        Note : Kisan Savings Accounts and BSBDA small accounts are not eligible for Green PIN OTP.

                        3. Through Branch

                        Please submit the form at any of our branches - On receipt of the form & successful verification, we will process a new ATM PIN and send it to your mailing address. You may verify your address by logging into Netbanking through "My Contact Details".

                          The bank has auto debited rs. 1299/- from my credit card number ending with 4841 without my concern on date:18/09/2017.

                          I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more.

                          So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1299/-

                            I have a salary account in hdfc bank which was opened by my previous company where i was working 3 years back but when i changed my company then my new company opened my new account in icici bank. But now i am working in a media company where they have asked me to open an account in hdfc. I like hdfc bank services so i got agree because i have an account in hdfc but when i checked my balance in my account then i found that i have been fined around rs.5000/- unnecessarily. It really made me disappointed.
                            I request you to please waive off all the penalties from my salary account so that i can continue my hdfc bank account to receive my salary from my company.
                            Your quick response will be appreciated.

                              Hi team,

                              I've been trying reach you on phone since more than 3 days. It's always busy.

                              On 14th september, i've made a withdrawal transaction of 5000rs. But, it took so long to turn up the success screen along with a popup message stating "your transaction has been successful. If your funds are not credited to your bank account, the same will be refunded back to wallet within 4 working days". But, i see that 5000rs credited to neither of them (Bank account/payzap wallet).

                              This is not the kind of experience we expect from such a reputed bank. Could you please expedite the resolution and do the needful.

                                  Sir i am costomer of your bank from past 8 years... On dated sep.19 i received a call for credit card. I gentry request your person not to call me due to some very urgent work. He called me again within 5 mints. I again request him not to call me otherwise i will withdraw my account from hdfc.in reply he said ok please remove account and after this i continually received too many calls from hdfc from different nos. Asking for same credit card subscription. I have screen shot of call history which i will use as a proof.

                                    I have sent 5000 to the bank account of mine which shows successful but the amount is not showcasing in my account credentials. The need of money for people can be immediate.in such cases, it is very disappointing that the amount has been blocked in this manner.

                                    Is this app built by hdfc to store such amount and achieve interest amount profit to the bank? A basic amount of 5k takes 5 days and what if i transact a huge amount? Will you guys settle it in 15-20 years in installments?

                                    Your customer care folks seem to be busier than our pm. Held the line for a long time in terms of getting a solution.

                                    Hdfc you are not only creating apps full of bugs but you are also letting other banks opportunity to grow and develop far better then what you guys are

                                      This is with reference to my hdfc life policy no.[protected]Photo of policy document attached).

                                      I had bought this policy in 2014 and it was sold to me by hdfc representative. I was told that its a minimal investment per month and benefits are very good. I was given a sheet with hdfc life logo and break up of investment with returns.

                                      The person explained me that after the lock-in period of 3 years i will get 1, 15, 000/- as the sum assured. And he gave me the paper that had the breakup mentioned on it. Since i have my daughter's education to be managed i decided to go for it and plan her education accordingly.

                                      Now i knew i have completed my 3 years so i went to hdfc life office in thane to surrender the policy as i needed the money to pay my daughter's term fee. I got the shock of my life when they told me there is no repayment of this kind of amount available on your policy. They told me that a maximum amount of 11-20k would be payable to me even if i surrender it now.

                                      I am still not able to recover from this shock. I had planned my expenses on the basis of getting 1, 15, 000 and i am told that you might not get even 15, 000.

                                      Please imagine my plight now. I have invested 72, 000/- in this policy and i am not even getting what i have paid the bank.

                                      I have lost all the strength mentally to fight or complaint. As of now i can only beg to you to please look into the matter and pay me my money.

                                        My name is rajveer singh. Recently i applied for a hdfc credit card. Luckily, i got the card after eligibility check. After one week, rs 878 got deducted from my card for "hegic-crdt shld & fl cvr" and after 2 more days, rs. 100 + gst for "emi processing fee-smartemi ln# 296916".

                                        I did not opt for any of the credit shield policies or health or life insurance in first place. I don't know why hdfc being such a reputed organisation cross sell these insurance products in this unauthorized manner.

                                        I requested for policy cancellation after talking to customer care. They said policy amount of rs. 878 will be refunded but emi processing fee can only be refunded by "hdfc ergo".

                                        So, i request hdfc ergo to please refund emi fee of rs. 100 + any taxes which were charged to my credit card. Please cancel all the policies and smart emis permanently as i don't want to buy any as of now.
