This guy so work less. He is all time a fool every one. My hdfc bank classic account. He man is asking for me make a your credit card. All documentation is completely but no answer me back 3 last month. Yes or no. I called he not attended my cll. I'm complete her manager but no gud results so i'm face hdfc bank service. All staff is very ugly behaviour. Very bad experiences hdfc bank staff service

Hi Ram,

There was a technical glitch which was being identified and it has been fixed. Due to this issue customers were not able to load money and transfer the money. The issue has been resolved from our end. The failed transactions will be refunded to customers in source card within 5 working days time.

    I have given the address change request in the hdfc bank in visakhapatnam. Earlier we are in vijayawada. Now shifted to visakhapatnam. I have given the request in the online complaint also. No body bothered to call also. Now my card is getting expired in this month. And the bank is sending the card to the old address. The hdfc bank is have a such a bad services towards its customer. Today i have called to the customer care also but they refused to take the complaint. I have given the complaint in the mail to them but i dont thing they will take any action on this issue. So i want to complaint it in the consumer forum. Please take action on this issue at the earliest. At the tome of taking the card they do 100 of call to the customer and request to take the card. At the time of the services they will not do any service. Veru bad service from the hdfc bank.

      I have applied for credit card on hdfc bank before 10 days but it is showing disapproved. I want to know the exact reason why it got rejected. I have never applied for credit card before and no any due liabilities to banks. Then why it got rejected. My application no. Is cc33233702

      Dear sir I applied for personal loan. I got confirmation regarding loan approval. But I already told that which person those send a person for collecting paper.         We have load the money 5000 dt.10/9/2017 & time 4.00 am from mob. Number [protected] from rbl bank credit card ([protected]) & received in my pazapp & the money is transfer 5000 rs.in my account -[protected], ifsc code hdfc0000930 & transaction failed but deducted from my wallet. Its been a one week but did not my money back my wallet i tried to email to [protected]@payzapp.in but just got the system generated mail but no human inervation. I tried to calling continuous customer but it is not responding & 24 hours continuous busy.

        Tried to withdraw rs3000 on 3/9/17 .

        It reflected as unable to process in atm counter.

        But at the same time amount has been debited.

        Generated the debit transaction message in my registered mobile number as well as in website.

          I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1299/- from my credit card number ending with 5689 without my concern on date:17/09/2017. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1299/-

          I tried to add 3000 rupees to my payzapp wallet from my HDFC credit card on date 08/09/2017 .The money didn't added in my walley but debited from my credit card already I tried to call customer care no but it is not working.In but yet I have not got any response.           I made a bank transfer of rs.5000 but it was not credited to my account and its showing my transaction status as success kindly check on to it its been 10days no reply from your end contact no unreachable kindly assist on this
          I had apply for my account closure on 10, 11 August, on 17th of August my friend transfer 1000 Rs to my account via UPI and it has credited and I got the notification also that the money is credited but i asked my money from the bank they are telling your account is already closed.

            I have hdfc credit card from the year 2011 and i have been a regular payer of credit charges. Due to some financial crisis, i'm unable to pay dues within the said time. But, i'm trying to pay as early as possible max before subsequent month. When this happens, i get calls from collection department. There is a women, whose name is dont remember, whenever she speaks, her words will be so abusive and she always says me "if i'm unable to pay credit card due, why the hell i need to stick to hdfc credit card. Please close your card immediately and get out of hdfc credit". I'm mentioning the same wording what she tells. I politely say her, this is not the way to talk madam, and please transfer the call to some men, so that i can be comfortable to talk. For this her reply will be "if you are so afraid to talk to female, why the hell you use credit cards". I dont think hdfc can employee these kinds of people. There has to be some kind of mannerism to talk with the people. I purely accept, i didnt pay the emi for the current month. But is that the way to talk to someone? If i talk in the same manner, i hope i shall be sent behind bars.
            I would humbly request hdfc bank credit card team to kindly educate people on talking to your customer. However your customers are faulty.

                    Sir, there is one employment agency called shine.com call me from one no [protected] and said that he is from hdfc bank and he wants to hire me as a cashier in hdfc bank, aligarh and that no is registered as hdfc bank ashok in truecaller, so for the same purpose he told me that i have to submit 2500 rs. As a security money which is refundable in both cases whether i m selected or not. He told me that after completing this process there will conduct 2 round for selection telephonic and then pi, sir i had submit amount through paytm on this no [protected] after submitting the amount all those numbers through they had contact me is switched off. So its my humble request to u pls find those culpits and take some legal action against him, they will use ur name and doing fraud because of this ur brand image is going negative. There are some others by which they contact me [protected].

But the amount got debited from card but not reflected in PayZapp. Tried to reach the customer care, but the call is not connecting always. Sent mail couple of times to the customer care.                               Hi this is rahul kumar holding the credit card hdfc. My complaint is that some amount from my card is deducted for hegic-crdt shld & fl cvr (878.00). I did not opt for any of the above mentioned policy or emi facility. I have called the customer care executive and spoke to them but didn't give me proper response and given me [protected] number but their Was some fault, they were not able to hear me and they were not getting any number which I was typing. I got one reference number other helpline number .[protected] If this continues i will discontinue my credit card operating services for sure.

                                I am using HDFC bank facilities from last 4 years. Currently i am not working in India and my Indian which was updated with bank is also not working even HDFC blocked my debit card services don't know why. My wife went to India and she visited HDFC branch regarding the same issue and was suppose to join her name with the same account got the replied from officer that is not possible without customer sign. I called and check with customer care same answer. I am facing too many difficulties because all the OTP is going on my old number. Please advise how to do it.

                                  I have purchased one mediclaim policy in August, 2014. Every year it was auto renewed. This Year in August they deducted Some amount on 19th August, 2017. But when I visited in there site found that they mentioned your policy is lapsed because of non payment. I was surprised. There was a link, saying click here to pay remaining amount. I have clicked and this redirect to payment site saying 120 you need to pay. After payment there is no change in statement. I have mailed to [protected]@hedfclife.com and started chat with simply chat. they assure me they will fix it within 48 hours. But they responded after 10 days saying again you need to pay some amount.

                                  Now yesterday my wife admitted in a hospital where I have spent 10, 000 rs. Now who will pay this?

                                  I am just clueless what is going on. How can I go for a consumer forum case? Can anybody help?

                                    I have a salary account with hdfc and when opening that salary account i opened a demat account also. As told by executive of hdfc at the time of opening there will not be maintance charge for demat but will be charging according to holding value. I never uses demat account but they charged 885rs last month as depository charge. I need to close the demat and need my money back

                                      Amount deducted from my credit card and not added to my PayZApp wallet.

                                      I tried so many times to the customer care number.
                                      it is always busy. wrost app they are just playing with people.
                                      This is very bad experience with the payzapp. I have added 5000 to my payzapp wallet but the amount is debited from my HDFC credit card and amount is not loaded to payzapp it is almost 1 week I don't get any confirmation message from bank.

                                      There was a technical glitch which was being identified and it has been fixed. Due to this issue customers were not able to load money and transfer the money. The issue has been resolved from our end. The failed transactions will be refunded to customers in source card within 5 working days time.

                                        I have a salary account and on 2nd September when i was at my home and my debit card is with me, two withdrawn happen of total 18200 RS with out my permission at SBI jubilee hills, I did the FIR and filled the customer dispute form and submitted in bank as per the bank instruction what ever they aid i did, but from them no action taken seriously instead when i called M ASHOK officer -risk intelligence & control HDFC asked for update he told me to call on Saturday when i called him on Saturday he told there is no reply from there different team and i have to go sbi Jubilee hill with FIR copy and now bank is closed and tomorrow is Sunday, if he would have told me when i called him first time which is on Wednesday I would have submitted all thing, I told him I am in very poor condition as i am not able to pay my room rent and not able to do other thing and it is affecting me very badly, and give me phone number or email id of higher authority he straight refused and said google it and I can go and complain RBI, I am not understanding why I have to do this all thing to go various places for my money as I gave my money to HDFC BANk it your duty to protect it, then why I suffer when HDFC bank is not secure and very bad at protecting customer money.

                                        It is a humble request to fast the process of investigation and not struggle me in this to go various places and still not getting any idea if money will be refund or not and take stick action against M ASHOK as he is very bad in communicating with me, and provide me higher authority number and email to explain what happen with me.
