On 21 september 2017 an amount of rupees 177 deducted from my account without my knowledge! When i enquire on net banking about this it will show the narration 3rd party cash txn inc gst 040917-mir[protected] and the refrence number is mir[protected]! And even i did not recieve any msg on my cell phone regarding the deduction of amount from my account!

Kindly resolve the same

    I self sunderpal singh, my policy no.19009158 premium 40000/rupees
    And this policy i bought buy smc broker mr naveen saxena ([protected]) who cheated me. He told me that he is the senior manager of max life insurance comp. And told all details me my old policy that had been purchased by me last 6yr before, so i believe him. He told me about max life that the company has got 8thousand cror rupees profit and the company want to share it for her tax saving among her customer so company is giving to u. Firstly i was not agree but different different person called and told me about the same things then i believe it and purchased this policy. And mr saxena said me that this policy is only for code activation when ur code is activate then this all amount of this policy will be refund with all benefit but after a long time when i do not get that profit about mr saxena told and all my policy premium than i forced to that person but now he is not giving me any responses and all persons giving me different different conditions. They are trying to avoid me last 6 months, so i compliant in irda also but firstly i want to request plz solve my problem and cancel my policy and solve my economic crisis. I m poor and in privat school teacher and my all gross salary is only 2lakh and this mr saxena invest my 232000/rupees per in the policies plz tell me how i can afford it all so plz cancell my policy and refund my money. Plz chak my all details and help. Me in my great problem

      I have a hdfc credit card ending with 1031. This card was expired and a new card has been reissued. However, my address was changed and hence, the new credit card stands undelivered. I went to the hdfc bank and filled a form to update the address, however, due to signature mismatch, my request was not processed. I did it twice and it was rejected twice. Please advise what should i do?

        I have been using hdfc credit card (Regalia card) and priority pass for the last 2 yrs, whenever i am travelling in india, to access the lounge privilege that the card offers me. Am shocked to receive a statement where they have charged 1759/- as lounge fees, when i was travelling from kolkata to mumbai on 20th august, 2017. I had no clue about the charges, as the bank never charged me because its a privilege offer. I called their helpline and told this charges are applicable if you show only priority pass and not the regalia credit card. I told them that i always carry both the cards whenever i travel. The lounge help desk never ask for the credit card. They ask only for the privilege card. Then hdfc helpline told from june onwards this charges has been implemented and the information has been communicated to all the customer. This is a big lie, as i have neither received any mail or sms from hdfc credit card department. So, tell me what am i suppose to do now? My name is som dasgupta, my email is [protected]@gmail.com.         This is common than I anticipated. Bank is just misleading customers and troubling them.
        Happened with me. And the charge is deducted 4 months after the transaction with the cryptic names they have it is so difficult to even figure out what the charge is for and why was it put there.

          Hi team,

          Even after i paid the minimum due amount, hdfc bank deducted an amount of 3000 from the account, and i would like to raise a complaint regarding the same as this has been happening time after time, when i called customer care they did not resolve the issue above that i found out that they are charging interest on credit card even after paying the minimum due, and when you call them and ask for justification they simply say that i should have read the terms and conditions, but when i asked them that why the hell they didn't ask me before issuing the credit card. # bank.

We take this opportunity to clarify that finance charges @ 3.49 % per month accrue to your card account in case we are in receipt of partial payment or non receipt of any payment towards the outstanding dues on the card account by payment due date.
          Finance charges are charged on the following:
          On the total amount from the statement date till the part payment date.
          On the outstanding balance till the next statement date.
          On fresh purchases done thereafter, till the next billing cycle.

              This is to inform you that i am having a hdfc bank credit card which i am using from very long period. My card no. Is [protected] which is in my name narayan agarwal. The bank charges me rs. 4157.73 which should be no charges as this service is free of cost or if charges they should inform at the time o[censored]sage why any hidden. If any charges they should inform me or show me when i have used it if 3 or 4 month back when its free how can they charge me now in gst is any justification regarding this. And if charges also the authority where i am using it they should inform if they say its free how could they charge me after so long period. Please go through this and justify the matter at the earliest if i am wrong then ready to pay or else for harassing me as a customer they should entitled to pay me a claim for the same.

We wish to inform you that lounge access updates are intimated to the customer's vide Estatements / Bank's website. The website was also updated in the month of March 2017. Charges will be billed to your credit card statement within 90 days of Lounge visit. Any lounge visits out of priority pass network will be chargeable as per the discretion of the respective lounges.

                I have been charged 84.46 rs with this description.

                As far as i can understand with the abbreviations, international (Intl) atm withdrawal (W/d) is what it is charging for. But the fact is i never been to any international place, so how can i be charged for international atm withdrawal and that too without notifying me prior to charging the amount.

                I occasionally do withdrawals but that is only from atm nearby my place in new delhi.

                Also, two more small amounts with the narrations about imps are charged from my account but i haven't made any imps request since 20 days!

                Please help and clarify why this is charged.

                  I m filling a case against your company for harassing me and hacking all my contacts n my facebook account for all the details.

                  There is psycho lady in your department arti, i dont know the full name, she is harassing me she is abusing me calling me from different numbers for my brothers card payment, she is just a mad lady, i told her many times that i dont live with him there is no such relations with my brother i have, call him directly or visit his place i can provide you his number or address but she is not ready to listen, she is hacking all my contact list and my facebook accounts and calling my family members & friends, i also told her that my parents just passed away, my brother is not the situation to pay you wait for atleast one month but she is not ready to listen this as well, i had a talk with my brother too he told me that he told her i will start paying him from next month but again she is not ready, calling my family, my friends making fun of me infront of everybody, so i m filling a case against your company for harassing me and hacking all my contacts n my facebook account for all the details. Better you people behave now specially that rascal girl who is saying # about me to every person in my contact, she is talking to my brother as well and still she is calling me saying that i need your brother for one night stand, please make your brother understand, tell him to pick my call, i think she is suffering from mental problem, please treat her well and make him undersand that we cannot help her, she has to help herself. I think i need to see you people in court

                  We request you to follow the below procedure if you wish to de-register for Smartpay Registration on your card account through Netbanking.
                  Step 1 : Log in to NetBanking with ur respective Cust id & password.
                  Step 2 : Click Cards tab. Got to Credit cards -->Transact--> Smartpay Online
                  Step 3: Click Existing Smartpay Account & select existing card for which Smartpay option to be de-registered.
                  Step 4: Click Delete Biller option to delete specific Smartpay registration.

                      And today (22nd sep 2017) i received calls from hdfc employee. He asked me about outstanding amount and said pay[protected] rupees. And i said to him coming 2-3 days. I will pay all outstanding don't worry, suddenly he become aggressive and said why you are using credit card when you don't pay on time. I told him some of reason. But again and again he was threatening me. This is not good manner of hdfc or any other employees.

                      Please look into this, i hope you will take action about him.

                        Dear sir,
                        This is a real harassment by your bank when it comes to payment of your credit card payment. Few months back i already had a word with your executives regarding my outstanding payment and as discussed over the phone, amount of around rs 53000 inr in order to close this card. And when i last spoke to your customer care executive as per her the outstanding balance will be waived and only a payment of rs500-700 will be needed. I'm sure you have record of every single call. But it's still showing amount outstanding and money has been deducted from my account without my concern. This is very strange that my account is getting debited without my permission as well as no msg is been sent regarding the same. Finally just want to inform you close this with immediate affect as i have already stopped using that card. Please assist me on this or else i have to lodge a complain against this department of hdfc bank. I was really a happy and satisfied customer of hdfc never thought i will be treated like this. Shameful.

                          I have observed unknown transaction in my account with customer id: 61xxx01

                          Details of the transaction:

                          Date narration cheque/ref. No. Value date withdrawal deposit closing balance
                          20 sep 2017 dc intl atm w-d markup gst 010917-mir[protected] mir[protected] 20 sep 2017 1, 896.15 29, 084.00

                          Apart from this negative balance of around 10894 is appearing in my account. I. E a transaction of around 13k was spent without my involvement.
                          This is ridiculous i have not done any atm w-d out of the country... Please resolve this asap

                            I have informed hdfc customer care. They told me that they will call me within
                            72 hrs after confirming with the merchant for reverting the extra payment.

                                Hi team,

                                This is regarding hdfc term policy application no[protected]
                                Policy no 19373317.

                                As i have already mentioned in my previous email that i was suffering from asthama in my childhood and i am using asthalin rotocaps whenever i have breathing problem. I have mentioned the same on the application form as well.

                                Also i don't have any medical documents for the same as it was diagnosed in my childhood.

                                If you require any further medical tests it should done from your side and i am not going to pay the cost for these tests.
                                As nothing regarding this was mentioned to me while i was purchasing the policy.

                                It's been more than 3 months i have purchased the policy and till now i have not received any policy documents.

                                I also received a call from your end the executive name is tiwari who confirmed to me that everything is done and i would receive the policy in next two days. But i have not received the policy till date.

                                I am ready to undergo any medical test you require but i am not going to pay the cost for the same.

                                Please look into this on priority and do let me know when will i receive the policy document.

                                If you don't want to provide me the policy i need the complete policy amount with interest till date.

                                  Such a fraudulent bank hdfc, never seen a worst bank like this, i had a negative balance agree, i went spoke to the bank manager his name narayan nayak from madiwala branch, and he said there will be no more money deducted from your account, i confirmed it and next month again when my salary got credited with out even giving any intimation through phone or mail they deducted the full amount with was in my card, 19th sept 2017, i want the bank to compensate what ever the loss i went through, i went to the branch to complaint about this, but the staff had lot of attitudes dint not even responded to the queries, this was so uncomfortable, the movement you go out and there is no balance in the account bank deducting amount with out any intimation

                                      I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1299/- from my credit card number ending with 4372 without my verification on date:21/09/2017. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1299/-
