I have made a transaction sum of rs 5000 from payzapp wallet to payzapp wallet, transaction failed and no refund was there it now. Transaction was done on monday, 4th sept 2017, 6:04pm

I have 4 classic account in hdfc bank along with one swipe machine. Which were been open on term that there would be no hidden charges for both swipe machine n account.
But 1) account handling charges on nand of program management fees is been deducted after complening n application twice it is been stoped but yet not refunded as committed
2) swipe machine low usage charges is been applied which was not thr initially

Yesterday (05/09/2017) evening 4 pm, i have added 20000 rupees from my credit card, the amount has detected from credit card, still the amount not showing on my payzapp balance, please revert me the amount back, i want to do the immediate transaction for hospital payment, please help me to solve this issue. My self kartheek, i have payzapp with my hdfc linked debit card while i was trying to add money to my payzapp wallet it's not credited but my money deducted from my hdfc account.. That money 12, 000 after i tried to reach the
Number which they are provided in support/feedback but it's been busy and his returned my call.

12, 000 is huge amount for me now, credit my money into my account asap.....

I have forget my credit atm pin please send to my registered mobile number [protected] or email. My credit card number [protected] please send as soon as possible it's urgent requirement. I have tried in net banking but not able to generate pin i can able to generate instant pin but thorough that am not able to making any transaction. So require credit card atm pin only...

I had done 3 transaction rs 20000 each through citi bank credit card on 3 different payzapp account i. E [protected], [protected], [protected] some how one transaction of rs. 20000 was unsucessfull. Amount is deducted from my credit card but not credited in payzapp account. Thse transaction was done on 04/09/2017 aprox time 4:00- 7:00 pm.

This is suribabu my payzapp account mobile no: [protected].
On september 5th 2017. I tried to add an amount of 5000 to my payzapp wallet with credit card.

Amount is debited from my credit card. But not credited in my payzapp wallet.

Please check my transactions once.

Customer care is not responding, and toll free number is always busy.

I already sent a mail to support of payzapp...

On 4th septemeber-17 i have transferred by net banking rs 35000/ to my hdfc card no [protected]. I did not receive sms for having received this amount. When i called yesterday night the call center i was informed that sometimes it takes 24 hours to resolve.

To avoid late payment i have once again paid rs 31000/ today for which i have received the sms.

Kindly look in to my transaction of rs 35000 yesterday...

I added 5000rs using a master debit card, it has been deducted from the bank but not updated on the app.

The money shows debited from my payzapp account but as transaction was failed it didn't credit back to my payzapp account.

I have purchased some items in life style koramangala and item worth 1789.00 rs on 10th aug 2017 and i have tried to pay amount via my hdfc debit card. The amount is detected from my account and but the from their end it is notified as it was cancelled please check the utid:00131016. Again i paid.
The amount is not refunded yet. I have raised the complaint to lifestyle and they provide the service request number...
