I am sorry to say that.. Its understanding between the hdfc bank & sodexo, so that they can make full under the redeem program run by hdfc. These coupons are not acceptable any where in the city.

Request to either close this program of let us know how to get them redeem.

Hi

Just want to make complaint against the fraud, redeem program run by hdfc credit card team, they have made tie up with the fake company like sodexo, which does not have market reputation & same is going to happen for hdfc moving onwards. I am not sure why they have did tie up with this fake company & after informing the same, bank is saying they are not responsible for any issue or concern.

Then team, just want to chk with you why you are giving those vouchers if you are not responsible for them.

They make too much charges on my credit card. And now try to mindly tourcher. I have more hadache. I just want to close hdfc bank for ever. As i wish. Plese help me as you can.

      I did a transaction from payzapp on 04/09/2017, in which I tried to move money from payzapp account to my bank account, while doing so I entered wrong account number that account number was not opened, but the transaction was success, but the money was deducted from my account, which has not been refunded yet. On multiple queries, customer care support is not providing any satisfactory answers. It should have been refunded within 5 working days, please check.

      I made transaction of rs.5000 to my Union Bank savings account on 20/09/17, transaction failed but amount debited from Payzapp wallet. Still it's not received back.

        Hi,

        I have opened salary account with hdfc in october 2016 through company mykaarma.com. But i left this company as i got a better opportunity somewhere else, now i had joined back again. I want to use my existing hdfc account.

        But i have - ve balance in it.

        I already paid the negative amount. But later i come to know that you canot charge us maintenance fees.

        I want the full refund of my amount.

        I also want to buy the credit card and term insurance plan from hdfc bank.
        But i will buy those only when you refund me back my penalty that i had paid for maintaining zero balance.

          I applied for apy in feb-2016 in mtp branch, bangalore. Apy is not activated yet.

          1. Noticed no money is deducted for apy since feb 2017 and checked with the bank about it in june -2017.
          2. Bank said it was rejected by rbi because of a mistake committed by bank official while filling the form. (He did not mentioned the spouse name though it was mandatory, added spouse name only as nominee.)
          3. Following it up with bank since then, it is yet to be completed.

              Hi my salary account is been converted to savings account without informing me when i opened an salary account at that time hdfc representative said it will be automatically closed and now i came to that my salary account is not closed and balance is in negative. Where i have submitted an application for the closure of my accounts in 2015 but still they have not closed the account keep on charging a extra amount. I visited one of the branch in ulhasnagar they said you have to pay it anyways now i don't have a that much money to clear the balance for which m not aware about. This bank is fraudster only trying to make money.

                Good afternoon
                My self major viveka arya, i have two hdfc policies. This is regarding agent pradeep singh yadav, authorised hdfc agent in saugor, madhya pradesh. At the time of my last policy he said that if i will do the investment of 100000 per annum, then he will provide me with cash return of rs 10000 initially. But till date he keep postponding it for next month. It's going to be one year in next month for same. Being in army i got shifted to next city and told me that he will deposit the amount in my account but now he is not responding to my calls to. I request hdfc head to take serious action against such liar and disrespectful agent who are taking hdfc to bad name. He should be punished for his unprofessional behaviour towards the customer. Hope to see positive response from your side. Below i'm attaching his photo in the attachment.

                  I added 10, 000 rupees to my payzapp wallet on september 11th 2017, the amount was debited from my credit card but the transaction was failed. I tried to reach the payzapp customer care but there is no response, the customer care is not at all working. I need to receive money back to my payzapp account or credit card account, i would like to know from hdfc bank how many working days to resolve the issue?...

                      There was a technical glitch which was being identified and it has been fixed. Due to this issue customers were not able to load money and transfer the money. The issue has been resolved from our end. The failed transactions will be refunded to customers in source card within 5 working days time.

                        I have given the address change request in the hdfc bank in visakhapatnam. Earlier we are in vijayawada. Now shifted to visakhapatnam. I have given the request in the online complaint also. No body bothered to call also. Now my card is getting expired in this month. And the bank is sending the card to the old address. The hdfc bank is have a such a bad services towards its customer. Today i have called to the customer care also but they refused to take the complaint. I have given the complaint in the mail to them but i dont thing they will take any action on this issue. So i want to complaint it in the consumer forum. Please take action on this issue at the earliest. At the tome of taking the card they do 100 of call to the customer and request to take the card. At the time of the services they will not do any service. Veru bad service from the hdfc bank.

                          Dear sir I applied for personal loan. I got confirmation regarding loan approval. But I already told that which person those send a person for collecting paper.                               I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1299/- from my credit card number ending with 5689 without my concern on date:17/09/2017. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1299/-

                              HDFC Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                              I tried to add 3000 rupees to my payzapp wallet from my HDFC credit card on date 08/09/2017 .The money didn't added in my walley but debited from my credit card already I tried to call customer care no but it is not working.In but yet I have not got any response. Could you please refund my money as soon as possible.

                              I made a bank transfer of rs.5000 but it was not credited to my account and its showing my transaction status as success kindly check on to it its been 10days no reply from your end contact no unreachable kindly assist on this
                              I had apply for my account closure on 10, 11 August, on 17th of August my friend transfer 1000 Rs to my account via UPI and it has credited and I got the notification also that the money is credited but i asked my money from the bank they are telling your account is already closed.

                                I have hdfc credit card from the year 2011 and i have been a regular payer of credit charges. Due to some financial crisis, i'm unable to pay dues within the said time. But, i'm trying to pay as early as possible max before subsequent month. When this happens, i get calls from collection department. There is a women, whose name is dont remember, whenever she speaks, her words will be so abusive and she always says me "if i'm unable to pay credit card due, why the hell i need to stick to hdfc credit card. Please close your card immediately and get out of hdfc credit". I'm mentioning the same wording what she tells. I politely say her, this is not the way to talk madam, and please transfer the call to some men, so that i can be comfortable to talk. For this her reply will be "if you are so afraid to talk to female, why the hell you use credit cards". I dont think hdfc can employee these kinds of people. There has to be some kind of mannerism to talk with the people. I purely accept, i didnt pay the emi for the current month. But is that the way to talk to someone? If i talk in the same manner, i hope i shall be sent behind bars.
                                I would humbly request hdfc bank credit card team to kindly educate people on talking to your customer. However your customers are faulty.

                                  Hi i want to understand the process you follow for cash withdrawals. I was standing in the que and i saw other customers (Not standing in the que) were being serviced.

                                      Ur bank didnt update my payments in cibil. I have a settelment of credit card on march 2017.in settelment agreement i have to pay settlement amount in 6 installment which i have already paid but ur bank didnt update payment of march april may payment due to ur bank didnt update in cibil my cibil report affected.
