Dear sir/madam, i here by inform you that i have taken a personal loan from your hdfc jorhat (Assam) branch for 22months. Every 5th of the month i paid regularly my emi for 17 months. This month also i paid on time. But some technical problem of your bank my emi is not debited by your branch. This problem i came to know by kolkata branch on phone. Even after i replied them that i will pay cash by tomorrow, after that from kolkata branch they are calling me via telephone several times for the day. They are disturbing me very much and pressurized me to pay. They behave very rudely and i got mental pressure.
So i request you to take a necessary action.

    Hi hdfc,

    I am availing hdfc credit card jetprivilege for almost 1.5 years. Earlier the provided bydefault limit was 45000k but on few further requests they upgraded my limit to 54000k (Upgraded my limit not the card) and they mentioned nothing not a single detail or notification or message nothing about extra related information about the terms like 'overlimit fees' and all. Now when i purchased a product worth of 54000k (Which was my existing new limit), after one month i got rs. 600 as overlimit fees along with my first emi.

    Now you let me understand, if there were any charges for upgrading the card limit then sir/ mam you should have told right? Or any kind of memo or mail/message anything. But what you did? Don't you know what were you getting as a request or what needs to be done? What was the matter or what you customer wants?

    Without notifying hdfc made charges for overlimit. Now what the hell is that? You better make me understand else i am gonna file a lawsuit on hdfc and you gonna deal with it.

      Hi,

      My hdfc salary account has been converted to saving account without my consent.
      I am not using hdfc account for 3 years, but amount is getting deducted due to non maintenance charges for every quarter.

      I heard that account will be freezed if we are not doing any transaction for more than a year.

      Please help on how to stop deducting the non maintenance charges since i am not using hdfc account further.

        Dear sir,
        I have made transcation of 10000 rs from my account through my payzapp account to add in my wallet on dated 12 sep 2017. Amount get deducted from account but not reached to wallet. Please refund my 10000 already 3 days gone. I have the phone on toll free no of payzapp custmer care no [protected]so many time but they are not picking the phone. Computer generated reply of my mail was was the representative will call you later but uptil now no call came. Please refund my money.

I was applied credit card application form on 18-aug-17, and after 1 week 1 person come to my office and he have collect my all the documents and he was told me after 1 week you will get the credit card but after 1 week i am not receive my card and then i will receive a call from bank for final verification and then 1 person is come again in my office and he was take my office id card and told me within 1 week you will receive your credit card now my verification is completed before 1 week but till now i am not receive my hdfc credit card. And when i check my card statues online it is shows in process i was plan somethings in this week but till now i am not receive my credit card. Please help me, my application no is [protected]o2.

          please tell me about how much time will it take now is a month completed, for credit card it will takes only 15 to 20 days maximum but in your bank why it is so late .give me some explanation for my process .thanks.
          Quarey of the aboce loan a/c. Installment for the sept'2017 .
          Which is not diducted in my bank now.

          dear brother, i am not taking any kinds of loan, for my creditcard application no the last 2 digit is O2 it it not a zero it is O .please check by this .and CC32157305 this is my application form no you can also check with this .thankyou

            I keep getting hdfc calls everyday offering personal, loan transfers. And i decline and request them somehow to update their database so not to call me.
            Some just oblige and say sure they will update, i know there is no such they can do. But some are rude, they rudely tell you to just say you don't need it.
            I wonder where these # get people's contact numbers.
            And does it really work to these hdfc #?

              I have used my payzapp account and transferred 5000 to a savings account which showed success and money got debited from my account and did not reach the account. I think it might because of the wrong ifsc code. When sent a mail i got a reply stating it will be credited back in 5 days till now nothing happened. Transaction happened on the 9th september.                 I am charged 885 as depository charges aug[protected]. I have never used my demat account. I wasnt sent any intimidation regarding the same.

                My demat account is not in use and i have never made any transaction on it. I want to know why are these charges applied on my account and request for a payment reverse.

                Please help me with this deduction and help to waive this off.

                  My mobile no.[protected] and i add money of 2000 in my canara bank credit card but transaction id declined and amount is dedicated in my card. Bank costumer care ask me amount is claimed in 12/09/2017 and transaction is completed and amount is claimed by merchant but wallet id empty till date kindly resolve. Transaction date 12/09/2017 in mobile app don't show my transaction to this date 12/09/2017.

                          I tried to load money in to PAYZAPP from my HDFC bank credit card, transaction initiated from HDFC credit card (got a message : amount spent on your HDFC card). But not loaded in to my PAYZAPP wallet. Today I did twice 12/09/2017, at 11:33 AM and 12:19 PM.

                          I dint get any refund status from HDFC credit card.
                          Hi,

                          There was a technical glitch which was being identified and it has been fixed. Due to this issue customers were not able to load money and transfer the money. The issue has been resolved from our end. The failed transactions will be refunded to customers in source card within 5 working days time.

                            I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank
                            Has auto debited rs. 1299/- (One assist membership) from my credit card number ending with 7003 without my concern on date:08/09/2017.
                            After contacting the concerned department of one assist, they said it has been activated from my end, which is not true. And refused to refund the amount. After some argument they agreed to pay only 400. That is how these hdfc and one assist people are harassing customer. Its been only 2-3 days since the activation and these people are blaming me for activating the membership, which they do it themselves without the customer's consent. So kindly resolve the issue, and refund the entire amount.

                                  Today i have transferred 500 from credit card to wallet money got deducted but transaction got failed in payzapp. I contacted bank and they said that money has been claimed by merchant so please refund my money back my mobile number is [protected].                                   Dear Customer,

                                  There was a technical glitch which was being identified and it has been fixed. Due to this issue customers were not able to load money and transfer the money. The issue has been resolved from our end. The failed transactions will be refunded to customers in source card within 5 working days time.

                                    I paid premium for policies for lic, hdfc, and kotak life in the form of cheque numbers 194969, 194968, 194967. All cheques are bounced even though i have sufficient funds in my sb account. This is happened twice for all the above cheques and an amount of 3540 rupees deducted from my account as penalty. From hdfc bank i came to know that the reason for bouncing is amount in protective crossing incorrect, which was not able to understand. Even the bank also not able to explain this. Is there any guide line for filling the cheque? Any bank is guiding the customer in this? Once the cheque was dishonored, how the penalty deducted twice? Who is responsible for my loss?

                                    I already submitted the details in my complaint. Attached relevant photos also. My question is why my cheque was bounced for silly reasons even though I have sufficient funds in my SB account. Why it was bounced twice causing double penalty for single cheque. Who is answerable to this?

                                      Dear sir,

                                      Kindly refer the my follow up mail regarding the amount lean from my saving account which are taken as personal loan for my family reason.

                                      This is rohit balip and my a/c no. [protected]

                                      Sovereign gold bonds scheme it has been activated from your side i dont no about this scheme. Without any confirmation from my saving a/c amount of rs.31510 has been blocked and for inquiry i am going at nearest branch pokhran rd no.1 at thane, but they suggest me to you have to speak with hdfc security about this. When i visited at hdfc security naupada thane branch. They are spoken me contact to customer care no. I tried several times to call customer care number[protected] no one responding on call and its going continuously ringing. After that i visited at my home branch talaopali thane, they also word me to contact hdfc security.

                                      I am struggling from more than 1 year. I don’t want any gold bonds scheme canceled this scheme and release my fund. I really need this money back as soon as possible for my fathers heart operation so please helpout from this issue. I am requesting you that due to my father is admitted at native place. Kindly release my gold bond amount as soon as possible to pay me the hospital bill of my father treatment.

                                        I used the app to transfer money of rs. 5000/- to icici bank account no.[protected] on 09/sep/2017 at 08:54 pm. The transaction was successful as showing in app but money is not credited into bank account. The transaction id is[protected]vl22gf7.

                                        I tried to call payzapp customer care number [protected] but every times it is not connected as it was either busy or automatically disconnected. However i had sent three times emails to [protected]@payzapp.in but not getting any response. Kindly help me to resolve the issue. My contact no. Is [protected] / [protected].
