Hi sir,
I have transferred 5000/- from pay zapp wallet to my kotak mahindra bank account. The transaction in payzapp wallet shows successful but the money was not credited to my bank account.

I am trying to reach the customer care from yesterday but no luck it is always busy.
Transaction date is 12/09/2017

Please help me on this issue at the earliest.

I had called the customer care on 13th sep 2017 and had the worst experience ever. Hdfc is a brand and has a huge name but the kind of service i got on the help line was terrible. First, when i followed the correct steps to connect the customer service representative it connected me to complaints department and the lady roop was very rude and was not ready to listen to my query and neither transferred the call to her supervisor....

This is in reference to the transaction made in my account under the header of depository charges; without any intimidation by the hdfc bank.
