Hello Hdfc (Credit card team)

This is regarding to the request for the cancellation & refund the amount of INR 1299/- towards One Assist MFee debited on 11/Sep/2017.

I was not aware about that. I have called HDFC customer care and One Assist team, rather then solving my issue, they are just rounding conversation.

firstly Hdfc activated plan without my concern. now they are charging 418 + Gst changes for every month for One assist plan.

I am not at all going to pay this amount, please take back changes (One assist + Gst amt ) charges. else i ll deactivate my credit card.

Bad response for customer care executives. Not at all helpful.

Please teach your sales executive who sales credit card for fake Promises. and activation of any plan without account holder's concern.

kindly resolve the issue and send me revised Statement (ELSE I WONT PAY BILL) and never repeat it again without my consent.

    My salary account (In hdfc bank) was created during my first intern company, with below t&c
    This refers to the corporate salary account held with us. As a holder of this account you are entitled to many exclusive benefits such as:
    1. Zero balance account
    2. Free international debit card
    3. Free demand drafts on hdfc bank locations
    The terms and conditions of your hdfc bank corporate salary account, amongst others, requires that your salary proceeds are credited to this account on a regular basis.

    So once i left the company and joined somewhere els in new city. I had to open another salary account as new company was customer with some other bank. Now my salary account in hdfc bank has been converted to savings account (Without my consent and without informing me).
    While leaving the old company i had called customer care and raised a request to close my account as i did not want to use the account and they did say that they will follow up with the request and close the account. After that i never logged in to my account through net banking and i do not have a debit card (Lost in 2 years back and i never requested for a new one). Since july, 2017 i started receiving message from hdfc bank that i have charge with 600rs for not mentioning min balance. I logged into my account to check what is going on, i see that i have inr -9, 380.97 in my account. I request you to please take action against this bank and close my account on priority basis or transfer account to my near by banks.

    As per rbi regulations, banks are not allowed to make any customer's balance go in negative solely on charges levied for non-maintaining minimum balance. You may check this link:

    According to the rbi notification, banks should not take undue advantage of customer difficulty or inattention. Instead of levying penal charges for non-maintenance of minimum balance in ordinary savings bank accounts, banks should limit services available on such accounts to those available to basic savings bank deposit accounts and restore the services when the balances improve to the minimum required level.

    Banks should not levy penal charges for non-maintenance of minimum balances in any inoperative account. Banks should also limit the liability of customers in electronic banking transactions in cases where banks are not able to prove customer negligence, the rbi said.

    same this hdfc bank vashi sector 17 did with me and lot of my co workers . we should all put court case against HDFC BANK

      Hello team hdfc (Credit card division)

      Without my consent, hdfc deducted money some of rs 1299 for plan activation 'one assist service' for my new hdfc credit card. (3506)

      I didn't get any call to activate this one assist membership, still automatically debited my hdfc credit card.

      This is completely unethical, on what basis we should believe in hdfc, if they are deducting money without consent.

      Please do needful to refund the charge, or else cancel my card without any delay

        I am connecting with hdfc bank from a long time, i had withdrawn some amount through credit card but nobody helping for making payment. Please i want to make payment in emi. If they cannot arrange emi option for me so i cannot make more payment. I am paying amount since 1 year and six months. Kindly do full and final for me. They are eating my money and they are trying to stalk me over the phone.

          Hi,

          My name is priyanka shrivastava, i joined a company in the year 2015, and that company opened my salary account in hdfc bank but didn't gave any basic terms and conditions of salary account. I left that job after few month because of relocation. And without any prior notice my account was converted to saving account. And non maintenance charge 600 are deduted from my account. My account is now showing 9380 negative balence. I want to close this account

          Can you please suggest me any way that what should i do. Can it be waived or i will have to pay all these amount..

            Dear sir,
            I have a salary account in hdfc bank, this account is opened by company end where i was working (C. P. Milk food pvt. Ltd. Lucknow). Hdfc bank open my account with zero balance, i left the job now i m not using my account since 1.5 years approx. Hdfc bank converted my account type without prior information. Now apply penalty for minimum balance. I was going so many time to near my hdfc bank (Sahara state road, jankipuram) for closing my account but no one response me. Then i was going main branch of hdfc (Near harajaratganj) to talk about my account but bank manger said to me you have linked your adar card & pan card with your account then we closed your account, when i have submitted the document according to manager then he say to me, you paid the penalty then we proceed your request.
            Now hdfc is applied penalty every month for minimum balance and inform to me.
            Sir, i m lower middle class person how to pay this money. (Penalty money approx 10600 rupee)
            Please help me to close my account.

              Sir/madam,
              I am a retired officers from airports authority of india, and retired from the
              Service in feb 2017. I was having two credit cards no [protected]
              Another[protected]Dinners club) which i have cancelled on the month of nov2016. As per the directive given by your customer care i have deposited all outstanding dues of date 17th nov2016 and both the card duly cut into four pices destroying cvv no posted to the manager hdfc card division chennai 60041. Sunddently as i rember from the month of march2017 onwards received sms of oustanding amout of my credit card ending 2297. Again tried to contact your customer care which is very painful juggling. I have paid rs 1800/- as per advise from your customer card. Some where in the month of may2017. Again same aug 2017 started getting sms of ourstanding dues of rs 600 now sept rs 800/-
              Basing on the above mention history i wanted to know how this happened.
              And request your goodself to resolve the issue so that i can have a peaceful
              Life without any burden.

                Respected sir,
                This is to inform you that myself shayan banerjee a customer of your central park branch, kolkata. Today when i withdrawl my money from atm counter ganguly bagan then suddenly came mr. Chiranjit paul and mr. Pradip paul from brinks and order to security guard mr. Nayeem dhali to pull down the sutter for upload money to atm machine. But when it happened before 10 to 15min standing over there and machine working slowly. Then i requested to please wait for 2-3 minutes for bcz we standing here but they behave roughly and order me to stay outside the atm. This is not right to this type of incidence happening many more here.
                So my humble request to you please cheke the matter bcz if we are not submitting money to hdfc bank then what will happend you will khow very well. Moreover my complain is mr. Chiranjit paul emp. Code. 7357 from brinks is hurt your customers emotion to give a better service. So if you are not getting action against mr. Paul then i will go to other consumer forum. Hopefully you can understand my emotion.

                        I want to cancel my subscription from one assist app which i didnt even know when i registered, and why it happening with every bank. Please deactivate my account and refund the money back to my account. It will be helpful i[censored] resolve soon. How can u guys do every process without any intimation or call, like directly u have registered and money got detected directly without any approval or acknowledgement from us.                           I have lost my credit card in the month of sep'16 and also have applied it on the same month to get a new card. Its almost been a year but i haven't got any single update on my card then please let me know how can you expect me to pay the amount on time with out any details atleast for a courtesy you guys would have keep me posted on time. I have seen very bad approaches from the credit card team its very bad experience for me. They are forcing us to pay the full amount. They are treating us in bad manners with local languages please have a look into it. I have attached some screenshots of their messages if you need will share you the call recodings also.

                            I got a call from[protected]. The person who called introduced himself as mr rajat das. Right now i am in chennai in a customer meeting. He said that he is offering me a special selected offer which is for 1200 customers name which has been referred by mumbai office. He started telling me a plan and i told him that i understood. That was my mistake. He said how can i understand and went on saying i did not understand anything. I told him that he needs training in communication in respect to customer. I asked him to be quiet and disconnect. But he went on stating that he is not talking anymore in behalf of hdfc life. He feels that i do have a lot of time. He is well trained and i can complain anywhere i feel like. He said he will call me again on monday to see whether my conplaint has any inpact. I am. Your customer. I am shocked to see this type of attitude and behaviour from a person representing hdfc life. Please see that the person is taken into task. I must get an apology call. Otherwise i will go for a complaint to the competent authorities. We as cystomers should get the minimum respect. Hope there is someone listening???

                              I had a personal loan with hdfc bank. My loan account number is 29696940. The loan is already closed. But by sending several reminders bank not even sent the loan closure letter (Noc). If i called costumer care or email then no response from bank.
                              I request here to all people don't ever go for any type of loan from hdfc bank. I have never seen such a waste and fraud service from bank.

                              While giving loan bank calling many times. If loan is completed then no response from bank. Such a # service from bank.

                              So please please don't go any type of loan from hdfc bank.

                              Bad Experience: I had the same experience as mentioned above in Paresh M Gaonkar Savant's post.

                              I had force close the personal loan and they said you will get the closure letter (NOC) documents in mail or mailing address but it's now one month has been completed but there is no any documents received tried many times calling to customer care but they also responding wired.

                              I would also suggest as per my experience that don't go with HDFC personal loan:
                              - There is no any option for part payment
                              - They have no good process to close the loan
                              - you have to go bank and it takes around 3 hrs min.

                              Other bank are good as compare to HDFC.

                                  With regards to inform you my credit card no is xxxxxxxxxxxx5310 and september 2017 finance charges 1783 rs hai but i have paid september amount extra how is possible and deduct the finance charges from my hdfc credit card account. Thanks

                                    I paid my credit card bill on 01/09/2017 & 02/09/2017 but by mistake i had paid another person bill. I called to customer care and told the same but they refused to hold the credit limit of that person. Credit card no. Which i have paid by mistake is ([protected]). Reference no. Of bill payment of ₹ 23000 is jsbi[protected] and for 10000 payment is jsbi[protected]. My credit card no. Is [protected]

                                      The bank has charged me rs 885 for depository charges for august on demat account which isn't used by me ever. Please refund the money or let me know if anything needs to be done from my side.

                                      I have attached the email of the statement which i received.
                                      And if possible close this demat account.

                                        Hi my name is malla reddy. Today at 12:58pm, i got a message from bank that inr 9, 850.69 dr to a/c xxx towards dc intl atm w/d markup gst 010917. Wherein i did not even go abroad. Seriously its a blunder from hdfc. How can they just deduct such money from customers account. When i called customer care they said that they logged in complaint and it will take 7 working days from complaints department to tell why it was deducted.
