My Credit Card billing cycle ends on 3rd of every month.

For August cycle i made the payment on 2nd Sept which was successful.

On 3rd sept Bank deduct same amount with name auto pay from my account.

Again on 3rd they return that amount in my account as i had already done the payment on 2nd .

On return of amount which was deducted due to there fault they deduct return fee from my account. And in addition they apply GST on that return fee charge.

I emailed them about this, in starting there reply was fast and confusing. When I made the clear understanding of the amount deduction and GST on email.. It's past 5 days and I haven't even good a single email from there side.

I got a email from HDFC in reply to my old emails to bank stating
"This is with reference to your e-mail regarding your HDFC Bank International credit card account.
We confirm that we are in receipt of the request Your request has been forwarded to the concerned department for processing and we will respond to you with details within 7 business days.
We appreciate your patience in the interim."

      I have transferred money 5000 Rs from my account to my Mom's account still amount nt credited to my moms account but amount got debited from mine.I need u to look into this issue immediately as it needed for emergency purpose hope u understand and its been two days and i tried contacting customer care but no luck unable to reach none of them worst service not at sastified with customer service.

      Evening i got call for this complaint and they asked me REFUND card details and they debited 8625 RS from my account and they told me Monday they ll refund (5+8) money to mu account.

        Pls find the attachment file of transfer statement. We mark on date 05.09.2017
        Kindly i requested to you that i have a salary account no [protected]. And customer id is 65142200.

        On date 05.09.2017 one fund transfer done successfully for account no is [protected] bank name sbi and account holder name is rachna devi. Amount is 2000 rupiah

        . Till now (16.09.2017) not credited amount 2000 rupiah. On account no [protected].

        Till now today 11.09.2017 not received money sending by me.

        If not transfer than refund my fund transfer amount. Like 2000 indian rupiah.

        Please close my issue earlier fund not transfer till now by hdfc bank but amount is debited on my account no [protected]

          I am hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1299/- from my credit card number ending with 5779 without my concern on date:18/08/2017. I am not interested in this service and don't want this membership anymore. I have already called to customer service but they are not stopped my service. To cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1299/-

            I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1299/- from my credit card number ending with 3898 without my concern. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1299/-

              I m writing on behalf of my mother who holds an acct with hdfc bank, at its branch at h-37, bali nagar, new delhi 110015.

              In the month of jun this yr, she opted for net banking services which was started immediately.in aug 17, she wanted to transfer some money to me as part of loan through net banking. However, the third party transfer was disabled and thus we processed the same by getting the form signed by her by the end of aug 17.

              Till today (16 sept 17), the problem has not been resolved. The relationship manager, mr rajan is busy in his own time work so much that he was totally clueless when asked on phone yesterday. Further, he is unable to address the issue at all and keep making excuses.

              In addition to this, the form for updating of mobile number was also filled, which again has been lost sight of, and no action taken.

              I apologise to my mom for having trust on hdfc bank and opening an acct there. The agony may pls be resolved.

                          Dear sir/madam, i here by inform you that i have taken a personal loan from your hdfc jorhat (Assam) branch for 22months. Every 5th of the month i paid regularly my emi for 17 months. This month also i paid on time. But some technical problem of your bank my emi is not debited by your branch. This problem i came to know by kolkata branch on phone. Even after i replied them that i will pay cash by tomorrow, after that from kolkata branch they are calling me via telephone several times for the day. They are disturbing me very much and pressurized me to pay. They behave very rudely and i got mental pressure.
                          So i request you to take a necessary action.

                            Hi hdfc,

                            I am availing hdfc credit card jetprivilege for almost 1.5 years. Earlier the provided bydefault limit was 45000k but on few further requests they upgraded my limit to 54000k (Upgraded my limit not the card) and they mentioned nothing not a single detail or notification or message nothing about extra related information about the terms like 'overlimit fees' and all. Now when i purchased a product worth of 54000k (Which was my existing new limit), after one month i got rs. 600 as overlimit fees along with my first emi.

                            Now you let me understand, if there were any charges for upgrading the card limit then sir/ mam you should have told right? Or any kind of memo or mail/message anything. But what you did? Don't you know what were you getting as a request or what needs to be done? What was the matter or what you customer wants?

                            Without notifying hdfc made charges for overlimit. Now what the hell is that? You better make me understand else i am gonna file a lawsuit on hdfc and you gonna deal with it.

                              My hdfc salary account has been converted to saving account without my consent.
                              I am not using hdfc account for 3 years, but amount is getting deducted due to non maintenance charges for every quarter.

                              I heard that account will be freezed if we are not doing any transaction for more than a year.

                              Please help on how to stop deducting the non maintenance charges since i am not using hdfc account further.

                                    I keep getting hdfc calls everyday offering personal, loan transfers. And i decline and request them somehow to update their database so not to call me.
                                    Some just oblige and say sure they will update, i know there is no such they can do. But some are rude, they rudely tell you to just say you don't need it.
                                    I wonder where these # get people's contact numbers.
                                    And does it really work to these hdfc #?

                                      I have used my payzapp account and transferred 5000 to a savings account which showed success and money got debited from my account and did not reach the account. I think it might because of the wrong ifsc code. When sent a mail i got a reply stating it will be credited back in 5 days till now nothing happened. Transaction happened on the 9th september.                                         I am charged 885 as depository charges aug[protected]. I have never used my demat account. I wasnt sent any intimidation regarding the same.

                                        My demat account is not in use and i have never made any transaction on it. I want to know why are these charges applied on my account and request for a payment reverse.

                                        Please help me with this deduction and help to waive this off.
