I had applied credit card (Application #[protected]w1) more than 25 days ago. Physical and online verification are also been done but application status is still showing "in process" since last 18 days but till now i did not receive any info which is very bad news to say if this is the thing with the service provided to customer then no customer will be happy. I am very disappointed due to processing the credit card.

Please help me in resolving this issue.

    Hi,

    I cancelled an order in flipkart and immediately i got an sms

    Ur transaction on hdfc bank credit card ending 0274 for rs. 55749.00 has been credited/reversed by flipkart14513 on[protected]:15:19:13

    I even got a call immediately after i cancelled my order from a hdfc representative to confirm the same

    This is still not reflecting in my unbilled credits.

        Yesterday i was trying to load money of rs 4900 in my payzapp account. But the transaction was failed and money was not loaded in payzapp wallet. The amount was deducted from my axis bank account. I have already sent mail to support[at]payzapp.in. But i have not got any response.
        Also the support number is also out of service.

          Hi,
          I have made a transaction of 3k rs from my icici credit card on 14.09.2017. But after entering 3d authentication code the app showed transaction failed. On the other hand i got the message from my bank that the transaction of inr 3000 using credit card is made at payzapp wallet on 14-sep-17. The amount of inr 3000.00 was debited from my credit card and still not added to the wallet. I tried calling your customer care no[protected] but every time the line was busy. Please resolve the issue asap.

            Amount failed from payzapp app and amount deducted but not refunded back
            My number - [protected] i have done a 5000 transaction on 4th sep 2017 to transfer to my hdfc bank account but amount failed and amount has been deducted and my amount was not credit back into my payzapp account.
            I given complaint they said it will take 5 working days today is 8 th working still they are not refunding my amount back.
            Plz refund my amount back right i need that money its very urgent

            My first transaction if 5000/- got debited...hence I tried calling the customer service agent who verify my Mobil number and wallet details to confirm since it's verification call and I got a message of rs 4500/- debited again fraud transaction done by kitecash and he disconnected the call... immediately I transferred the balance amount to my account...also I tried calling to customer service they is no response and no proper revert from mail I'd also...all copy paste templates...I don't where to raise a complaint regarding this fraud transaction...it's very very very very pathetic service... please don't down load this fraud app..

              I transferred 5000 rupees to my payzapp wallet on this month 5th. Money debited but not added into wallet. I complained many times but no response from you. I never expect this much worst service from you. If you do like this definitely we'll quite from hdfc and payzapp.

                I made a fund transfer of 5000 rs. From payzapp to my sbi saving account and transaction got failed. So the money deducted from payzapp and not transferred to my sbi account. Also money not been credited to my payzapp wallet. The payzapp customer care number is always busy 24*7. The call is not responding. I am tired of this.

                I forgot the password so tried to login account many times. So now my account is blocked and i even can't reset the pin. I tried to call payzapp customer support but call is not responding. Its always busy.

                So please unblock the account so that i can reset the pin.

                I received call from this number [protected] (Rahul).
                By telling that he is from consumer complaint. Asking me credit card details to unblock payzapp account.
                I told him credit card number and expiry date.
                He is asking me that you will receive otp for debiting 10 Rs. Tell me the otp.
                I didn't tell the otp bcz of security issue so he blocked the credit card.

                Now my payzapp also blocked and credit card also blocked.

                  I dr sunita samleti, working at queen’s nri hospital & residing at 50-95-2/a, mig 56, flat no. 501, seethamadhara, visakhapatnam 530013. My mobile number is 98330744.
                  I received a phone call from [protected] at 4.17 pm on 11/9/17. He acted as a member of airtel office & asked for activation of a sim number. He warned if not done all the services will be inactive. He told to send sms ‘sim[protected]u’ to 121, which i did. Then i received sms that my number will be activated within 24 hours.
                  My phone was inactivated immediately.
                  As it was activated after 24 hours, i called him from other number [protected].
                  On 13/9/17, i got a call from [protected] at 11.45am asking for bank details. I did not give him any details. He then called at 11.57 am from [protected] & told me last 4 digit of my debit card, my hdfc account number and valid date & confirmed. He asked me for another 2 digits on the card, which i did not give.
                  I got suspicious with this call and went to hdfc bank to check my account.
                  There were 3 transaction of rs10, 000, rs 40, 000 and rs 50000 on date 13/9/17 at 1.30 pm to!.35 pm.
                  The transactions were as below:
                  1) upi-[protected] barbohebbal. Ifsc. Npci[protected]work
                  Rs 50, 000
                  2) upi-[protected]-cbin0284273. Ifsc. Npci[protected]work
                  Rs. 10, 000
                  3) upi - [protected]- bkid 000791. Ifsc. Npci[protected]work
                  Rs 40, 000

                  My phone was diverted to other number, which i realized after we tried calling on it seeing these transaction.

                  My query is ‘ how could that person get my all bank details only with my mobile number?’ is that a leak from the bank itself?
                  Third party transfer requires to add payee, which generally takes time to add.
                  How he could do all transaction so early.
                  Is it secure to keep money in hdfc bank/ any other bank?
                  Is cyber crime happening everywhere? What’s bank security actions against it?
                  We all keep money in the bank for security. If we start loosing it like this, whom do we trust?

                    I am bindu umeshkumar i am using hdfc credit card since 5 years ending with 3603. I got a sms on 14th sep 2017 which shows that one assist member ship fee of 1399 has been deducted from my account. Without my knowledge how your bank has deducted this. Same thing happened in last year as well. As instructed by your employee of customer care, i have called one assit help line and cancelled that membership last year itself & i got 400 rupees back as discount. But this year again they deducted the amount though i have got it cancelled. Please cancel that one assit membership at least now & refund the amount. I am not happy with your service, even if i complain to your customer care people they are not giving proper replies. Is this the way you treat customers?

                    I am loosing trust on the hdfc bank. Please take necessary action otherwise will need to switch on to some other bank.

                        Hi team,
                        Last week thursday, i have transferred double time 4900 +4900 totally rs.9800 money from payzapp wallet to my bank account. Tranfer got failure and also i am getting message like"5 days money will be refunded to your wallet or bank account". Still not refunded money to wallet or bank account moreover 5 working days gone. However i have sent out a mail to to payzapp customer care two days before, still not get a mail from payzapp customer care. I am only get auto reply mail. I tried to call payzapp customer care i am unable to reach out them. Every time i am getting busy voice message.

                          This is ajay soni and i am using payzapp. One time i was transferring money from my payzapp wallet to my hdfc saving account ([protected]) at 8/09/17 while transferring i put 4500 rs and continued. The amount has been detected from my wallet and couldn't come to my hdfc saving account. The transaction details i got as failed due to some technical errors. I got one msg from payzapp they i will get refund of my money within 5 working days but i haven't got my money back yet neither in my wallet not in my hdfc saving account. Now it has been more than one week. Plz help me to resolve that issue. I want my money back. Do something as soon as possible or you just give me any suggestion regarding possible ways to get money back.

                            I have transferred 3900 rs from paysapp wallet to axis bank on september 10th.

                            But the notification says its in pending state and after some time status shows that transaction success.
                            Money deducted from the wallet and it is not credited to the axis bank account.
                            I have waited for 5 working days but still i didn't get the money back.

                              I have done a 5000/- transaction on 14 sept 2017 to my fathers saving account (Uco bank), money got detected from my payzapp wallet but the amount was not credited to bank account and still not refunded, the customer care is worst they are not responding properly, what kind of services are you providing and plz refund my amount back right i need that money its very urgent...

                                  I am your customer of your bank from past one and half year i do have a account with your bank as well i hold credit card with you below mention is my account details and my blocked credit card number from that which you can fetch my details and please listen my call which i have mentioned above on the mail call id.

                                  Concern : i have blocked my credit card on 28th aug ’17 till now i haven’t received the add-on card from past 18 days i was just follow upping with your call center team and they promised me that i will sure short receive my card but at my place but still i haven’t the same, i have already informed to your team that post person they are not delivering card at my place from my past experience thrice you guys send that the same card through post only, now today is 19th day i am just waiting for my card.

                                  This type of customer service you are providing to customer your customer in this competitive world of business services : your supervisor don’t know how to speak with customer supervisor name : tushar mane laughing on call when i have said my problem, ganesh given commitment card will going to delivered within 2 days commitment failed, some lady while transferring call to supervisor she putting call on hold more than 20 mins (Releasing hold putting hold without my permission).

                                  Today i have called to your customer care team of credit card and i have informed that again my card is not delivered under awb number : ex[protected]in its going to rto because post person just mentioning wrong comment at their website. All courier companies are delivering products to my place without any hesitating. More than 2 instance i have asked your team to send this card through courier, but they have sent through post only now your floor supervisor name : ganesh said he will try to deliever this card through courier and if not card closure will be there this type of sentence your supervisor used without any confirmation from customer end your bank close the cards??.

                                  Now these is a pathetic service which i have received from your side and i will definitely going to logged a complaint to consumer forum & social networking sites about the instance.

                                  I need my card at my place only any how.

                                  I am waiting for my card from 18 days.

                                  Please check and deliver my card through courier as post person are not coming at my place.

                                  I am your customer of your bank from past one and half year I do have a account with your bank as well I hold Credit Card with you below mention is my account details and my blocked credit card number from that which you can fetch my details and please listen my call which I have mentioned above on the mail call id .

                                  Concern : I have blocked my credit card on 28th Aug ’17 till now I haven’t received the add-on card from past 18 days I was just follow upping with your call center team and they promised me that I will sure short receive my card but at my place but still I haven’t the same, I have already informed to your team that post person they are not delivering card at my place from my past experience thrice you guys send that the same card through post only, now today is 19th day I am just waiting for my card .

                                  This type of customer service you are providing to customer your customer in this competitive world of business Services : your supervisor don’t know how to speak with customer Supervisor name : Tushar Mane laughing on call when I have said my problem, Ganesh given commitment card will going to delivered within 2 days commitment failed, some lady while transferring call to supervisor she putting call on hold more than 20 mins ( releasing hold putting hold without my permission ) .

                                  Today I have called to your customer care team of credit card and I have informed that again my card is not delivered under AWB number : EX[protected]IN its going to RTO because POST person just mentioning wrong comment at their website . all courier companies are delivering products to my place without any hesitating . more than 2 instance I have asked your team to send this card through courier, but they have sent through post only now your floor supervisor name : Ganesh said he will try to deliever this card through courier and if not card closure will be there this type of sentence your supervisor used without any confirmation from customer end your bank close the cards ??.

                                  Now these is a pathetic service which I have received from your side and I will definitely going to logged a complaint to consumer forum & Social networking sites about the instance .

                                  I need my card at my place only any how .

                                  I am waiting for my card from 18 days .

                                  Please check and deliver my card through courier as post person are not coming at my place .

                                    Alternatively, you may also submit written instructions at the nearest branch for hotlisting and re-issuance of Credit Card.

                                    Please note there are no charges levied for the re-issuance of a damaged Card.

                                      I b chinni babu. My credit card no :[protected]. I try to withdrawal of amount rs : 10000-00 from sbi/atm. Rjy. But atm shows insufficient fund please try to another atm (Amount not come). And again i go to another atm of sbi and i withdrawal of rs: 10000-00 amount. As on date my credit amount in my account only rs 289-00 after that i received message from hdfc bank. I shocked i check the inbox your withdrawal 10000-00 on 16:32 hrs at sbi/atm. This is first message and again your withdrawal 10000-00 on 16:33 hrs at sbi/atm this is second message. But i actually withdrawal only rs : 10000-00 on one time received. But how i faced this wrong message sir please solved my oblique and taken necessary action please sir.

                                        I have done a transaction on 6th of september 2017 of rs 10000 using my sbi account to fund payzapp app.
                                        An the transaction got failed and money was not loaded rather my account was debited with 10000 rs.
                                        And its been one week and my account was is not reversed with the money.
                                        Have tried calling customer care and mails as well have not got any kind of response.
                                        Kindly do the needful on urgent basis

                                        There was a technical glitch which was being identified and it has been fixed. Due to this issue customers were not able to load money and transfer the money. The issue has been resolved from our end. The failed transactions will be refunded to customers in source card within 5 working days time.
