Dear sir,
My name is my name is balamurali, i have used hdfc bacnk credit card 5 years back. I have stopped using hdfc bank credit card. Mean time for the[protected] for the 3 years period i have padi min amount due of approx 6500 p. M.

Then i have asked for settlement, then the banking people give 12 months time to settle the amount of 1, 05, 00.00 (I barrow less than 70, 000) 3 years approximately i paid more than 2, 00, 000.

Eventhough i have paid all my settlement. On time. Last payment cheque was not deposited. For that i have complained phone banking and register my complaint.

Then i one due was pending due to misunderstand happened with coimbatore credit card payment collecting department.

My last due was paid on 31st july transaction id was[protected].

Till now my noc not received. I again registered a complained and they made call back. Now the same person called and ask to make new settlement... Due to the fund reflected on next day only.

I can't tolerate...

Need justice.

    I have been made to buy 8 policy from hdfc life.
    There is big chain of you fraud agent involve in this, they all told me if you will buy these policies
    You will get aprox
    26 lakh inr. I was not knowing about this kind of frauds, i beleaved in the name of hdfc. The cons told
    Me that i will get verification call and all, and just i have to say yes.
    I did what i was told, at last moment when i was supposed to get the money (According to them) they are
    Not receiving my phone neither they are responding.
    I am really struck. I got heavy loss in my business so thought of earning via this hdfc lfe. I somehow
    Arranged the money for taking this policies.
    Now please guide me what to do now. I want my money back.
    And please don't hamper your image and dont tell agents to misguide the customer. If you all will not
    Take any action against my money or against your agent than i will take serious action. Its hard earned
    Money. The last policy which i got, your agent told that if you will submit 60000 inr as gst amount then
    All the money will be dispersed in your account and when i deposited that amount again i got new
    Policy. It is really #. I have all the recordings of your agent whatever they told me.

    I want to cancel all the policies and want my money back (Refunded back)
    If you will ask for the recordings of your agent i can produce that but at any cost i should get back

      Hi,

      On tuesday, sept 5, 2017, i tried transferring inr 5000/- from my payzapp account to my bank account. However the transaction failed for some reason inr 5000/- got deducted from my payzapp account and it didn't get credited to my bank account. Now i am left with 5000 less in my payzapp account despite the failed transfer. Please provide necessary solutions to this as soon as possible. Also, please provide the phone number of a contact person from your end who i can address my problem to. The help line numbers are always either busy or unreachable.
      Please look into this matter as this is rather urgent.

      There was a technical glitch which was being identified and it has been fixed. Due to this issue customers were not able to load money and transfer the money. The issue has been resolved from our end. The failed transactions will be refunded to customers in source card within 5 working days time.

        I was trying to upload the amount 10000k in your payzapp application but due to system failure I could not make it. Hence tried one more time to upload that could not exceed the limit but after my transaction the additional charge GST is deducted from my available limit & that’s lead to exceed the max limit.
        Sir,
        I hereby inform you that. I am HDFC Credit Card holder having credit card no.[protected].
        I already email & fax to cancel my credit card so many times but they ignored that matter & didn't even replied at once.

            My card has disputed frm so many days A/c no[protected] we are nt hvin n response frm ur side so plz we need n answer 19 jan 2017 we are taking following up .[protected]
            I have been charged twice for a transaction made at a Lights Camera Action, Rajouri Garden, New Delhi. After using my card for the first time,
            the response was 'cancelled', but my money was deducted, so I was asked to pay a second time, which I did because I was told that my money deducted for the first time would be refunded, but it never did.

              Please help me to get refund to my wallet or to my bank. Actually i had transfer of rs-5000 to payzapp for cash transfer purposes. Due to some error the transfer get failed. And i had raised the mail 2 times (Payzapp complaint email id - [protected]@payzapp.in.). But no response. And i got a computerized mail that you will get the refund within 5 working days. But no response. And i try to the customer care number also all time its in busy. So please raised the complaint against payzapp and support to get refund as soon as possible.

                Hello team,

                My name is rajesh, i'm suffering lot of credit card payment issue from hdfc bank pune. My credit limit was exceeded. I want to clear this amount. So i have called to hdfc bank customer care and request to convert my outstanding amount into emi/settlement option. They have informed me, you can clear your minimum outstanding amount after that your outstanding will be converted in emi. As per there information, i have paid minimum outstanding amount. But remaining amount is converted in to the emi. I have received extra penalty charges with double due charges. Again i have called to customer care and given the all details. Again they told me, the same things. Again i have done same process. Again next month i have received double charges. I was shocked and call to customer care, filed a complaint for cheating and wrong commitment from bank. I also informed to payment collection team regarding this issue. But this guys are not good one, they are harassing everyday and there tone is very rubbish & rude behavior with customer.
                I have stop payment due to this issue. I need to punish this ridiculous bank service. They are doing fool to all customer and applied unnecessary charges to the customer.

                Last Monday I have transferred 4000 from credit card to payzapp still now I not get that money in Payzapp wallet please refund it soon it's very urgent how long I trying to call ur customer care no it's fully busyy What service u providing please check and revert it as soon as possible.
                Mostly every week Deduct some amount from my account without my knowledge so am not satisfied with the service

                  In morning at around 5:46 am at date 10/09/2016 i had done two transaction of rs.5000 from kotak credit card to payzapp wallet, all worked fine and amount credited to payzapp wallet 5000 +5000 total 10000 but when i was transferring the amount from payzaap wallet to kotak my saving account the amount of 5000 & 5000 the transaction got failed after few minutes the status got success. So i request you to please reduce my brokerage rate with 30 paise and 3 paise.                       I tried adding 5000 to my payzapp wallet on 4th september, 2017. Amount got deducted from my credit card but amount was not credited to the wallet. Later i checked with customer care team they told it would be refunded in 5 working days but it didn't happen. Later i called customer care again they informed that they have already transferred the amount and asked to contact citibank. I contacted citibank, they informed that they are not able to find any information. What happened to my money, did 5k vanish into air?

                        Please note that i applied for hdfc credit card and got reference no : [protected]s3. I got all verification done at my office and residence too. I got multiple calls at office too for verification. Today got checked in hdfc link showing track your card application. Found the reason as follows. Application reference number [protected]s3 status disapproved who called us for credit card and we never gone to hdfc for the same. Sravani, executive called and we given all papers and verification also done positively. I called customer care and they are not giving any reason for rejection. As per rbi guideline circular no - rbi/[protected]/100 bod. Fsd. Bc.23/24.01.011/2008-09 dated[protected]. Hdfc bank should give us reason or else we also file complaint in rbi and bank ombudsman. We want reason for rejection as it will hit my cibil. My cibil was all clear and i got home loan too on same address. If we will not find reason for rejection, we will file case in consumer court. It is my dignity which got effected and i am fully made up my mind for filing legal case against hdfc. I never had any credit card or liabilities from any bank in the past. Please provide reason or else i will file case in consumer court. Regards suresh [protected]. Please suggest me what is next process. And where exactly my application got disapproved. Hoping positive response.

                          We have load the money 5000 dt.14/9/2017 & time 8.14 am from mob. Number [protected] from citi bank credit card & received in my pazapp & the money is transfer 5000 rs.in my account -[protected], ifsc code hdfc0000930 & transaction failed but deducted from my wallet.
                          But did not my money back my wallet i tried to email [protected]@payzapp.in but just got the system generated mail but no human inervation. I tried to calling continuous customer but it is not responding & 24 hours continuous busy.

                          I tried to call customer care continous every time but it is not responding.
                          Please help me with this asap.

                          There was a technical glitch which was being identified and it has been fixed. Due to this issue customers were not able to load money and transfer the money. The issue has been resolved from our end. The failed transactions will be refunded to customers in source card within 5 working days time.

                                  I would like to inform you that one of a hdfc life agent call to me and he (Umesh kumar contact no. [protected]) offers me the insurance policy if i take a insurance policy they will give me 25% cash back amount after the three months of the policy but they have not given me a single penny of 25% of cash back amount
                                  And i have called to that agent for solving my problem but they are not listening to me or they abused with me.

                                    It has been over 2 weeks that i didn't receive my credit card. After reportedly calling the bank to arrange for its delivery the bank continued to neglect my plea saying that they are yet hear from the courier service. I have checked with blue dart and they have informed me that it is the responsibility of the bank to get the card delivered.
                                    Yet the bank has not taken any step....

                                      Do not trust any hdfc representative. Take whatever they promise on letterhead with signature or customer is wrong, that is hdfc policy. If any representative speaks lies to sell the policy still no action will be taken up by hdfc as long as they are making money. A customer is expected to read the policy cross confirm everything in policy else he will lose his money and he himself is to blame.
                                      I was sold hdfc sanchay policy where i was assured certain amount of return after three years by reprenstative of hdfc life in presence of hdfc bank rm. After three years when i went to surrender the policy i was told i would get less than half the amount of premium paid. The onus is on me to have understood the policy, to know how traditional policy works, and my biggest mistake is i trusted hdfc representative for which i have to pay penalty.in any hdfc sanchay plan if you surrender before your pay term, you lose money and get less amount then the premiums you have paid. Eg if you are paying premium of rs 50, 000 per year and pay for three years and want to surrender, after paying premium of 1, 50, 000 you will get hardly rs 61, 000. Rest is gone. Even after 9 years of premium paying you get less amt than total premium paid.
                                      If any agent comes to sell any policies or any product from hdfc be sure to cross verify with ca or you will lose your money.
