Dear hdfc bank team,

My name is nizam mallik faryad ali.

I am your customer of your bank from past one and half year i do have a account with your bank as well i hold credit card with you below mention is my account details and my blocked credit card number from that which you can fetch my details and please listen my call which i have mentioned above on the mail call id.

Concern : i have blocked my credit card on 28th aug ’17 till now i haven’t received the add-on card from past 18 days i was just follow upping with your call center team and they promised me that i will sure short receive my card but at my place but still i haven’t the same, i have already informed to your team that post person they are not delivering card at my place from my past experience thrice you guys send that the same card through post only, now today is 19th day i am just waiting for my card.

This type of customer service you are providing to customer your customer in this competitive world of business services : your supervisor don’t know how to speak with customer supervisor name : tushar mane laughing on call when i have said my problem, ganesh given commitment card will going to delivered within 2 days commitment failed, some lady while transferring call to supervisor she putting call on hold more than 20 mins (Releasing hold putting hold without my permission).

Today i have called to your customer care team of credit card and i have informed that again my card is not delivered under awb number : ex[protected]in its going to rto because post person just mentioning wrong comment at their website. All courier companies are delivering products to my place without any hesitating. More than 2 instance i have asked your team to send this card through courier, but they have sent through post only now your floor supervisor name : ganesh said he will try to deliever this card through courier and if not card closure will be there this type of sentence your supervisor used without any confirmation from customer end your bank close the cards??.

Now these is a pathetic service which i have received from your side and i will definitely going to logged a complaint to consumer forum & social networking sites about the instance.

I need my card at my place only any how.

I am waiting for my card from 18 days.

Please check and deliver my card through courier as post person are not coming at my place.

    Alternatively, you may also submit written instructions at the nearest branch for hotlisting and re-issuance of Credit Card.

    Please note there are no charges levied for the re-issuance of a damaged Card.

      Sir;
      I b chinni babu. My credit card no :[protected]. I try to withdrawal of amount rs : 10000-00 from sbi/atm. Rjy. But atm shows insufficient fund please try to another atm (Amount not come). And again i go to another atm of sbi and i withdrawal of rs: 10000-00 amount. As on date my credit amount in my account only rs 289-00 after that i received message from hdfc bank. I shocked i check the inbox your withdrawal 10000-00 on 16:32 hrs at sbi/atm. This is first message and again your withdrawal 10000-00 on 16:33 hrs at sbi/atm this is second message. But i actually withdrawal only rs : 10000-00 on one time received. But how i faced this wrong message sir please solved my oblique and taken necessary action please sir.

        I have done a transaction on 6th of september 2017 of rs 10000 using my sbi account to fund payzapp app.
        An the transaction got failed and money was not loaded rather my account was debited with 10000 rs.
        And its been one week and my account was is not reversed with the money.
        Have tried calling customer care and mails as well have not got any kind of response.
        Kindly do the needful on urgent basis

        There was a technical glitch which was being identified and it has been fixed. Due to this issue customers were not able to load money and transfer the money. The issue has been resolved from our end. The failed transactions will be refunded to customers in source card within 5 working days time.

          Hi,

          My payzapp transactions got failed while adding balance.

          I tried add balance and it was keep failing, i tried add 5000 but it said transaction failed, i tried again, again failed. Now i've lost 15k rupees.

          This is really a big issue with payzapp, please refund money back to card or in wallet.

          There are three 5k transactions failed, reg. Mobile is [protected],
          Transaction was done on 8th sep its been 5 days now nothing happen and money deducted from card.

            I rasied a request in the https://www.consumercomplaints.in/ due to i have an issue with my credit card (From hdfc bank) and i provided my number and details in the site.

            Suddenly i got a call from the number : [protected] (Uttar prdesh eastern)
            Name : sarvan

            He told me that he is calling from the consumer portal person and asking for regarding to credit card limit increase. He told me pay online 10 rs and after 10 days you credit card limit is increased.

            All of sudden i provided the details.

            Once we provided the details suddenly my (Pnb bank) the amount was deducted around 15, 000 /-

            And i have the transactions of what he had at that time.

            I made the police compliant on the same and number they were tracking on the same.

            If any thing happens for the any people don't respond to this numbers.

                Hi sir, i have a account with hdfc bank from may, 2012 and savings account no.: [protected], gadhinglaj. I have taken a 4 wheeler loan from hdfc of 73, 000 for 36 months tenure. The emi is 8648 rs and deduction date is 5th of every month. Eventhough, i have maintained the balance for the month sept, 2017, so the emi also paid on 5th sept. The bank has deducted rtn charges three times and the balance went to –rs.708. Following are the total deductions on my account: balance moved to negative.in all the above deductions, i not even received any intimation via call/email/sms from the bank before deductions. I attached the screen shot of statement and the negative balance message which i received from the bank.                   Hello sir,

                  This is in reference to the transaction made in my account under the header of depository charges; without any intimidation by the hdfc bank.

                  Kindly be informed that an amount of rs 885.00/- was deducted from my savings/salary account on 12 sept 2017 under the name of depository charges aug17.

                  Initially when i opened a salary account with that demat account also they forced us to open without intimating us that they are going to charge annual fees. Now all of a sudden they have charged rs 885.00/-.. This is very bad and disappointing. And i have never used the demat account till now. Even there is no message after the depository charges are applied to me through message or mail.

                  And after all we are working hard and earning money. Kindly suggest how do we proceed with the same to ensure that in future, no such issue is encountered.

                  Also, i request you to please refund the deducted amount to my salary account.

                      I had been gifted a hdfc giftplus card having 5000/-, but due to my preoccupation with other things i could not use it, the card expired i have been trying to renew it, but the bank official told me that since the card has expired so it stands cancelled and my money would be forfeited.
                      How can hdfc forfeit my money, that which is rightfully mine. This is the worst bank and this card is a scam!

I have already given all the details via query/feedback for as well as emailed too however it seems payzapp customer support team is too lazy to resolve customer concerns also their customer helpline number is sucks too i have never ever able to connect via this number then what is the use of mentioning support helpdesk and what is the use of this # app when you guys are not capable enough to resolve customer concerns... Just shame on you payzapp team...                           I tried to load 500 rupees from my cc to my payzapp account it failed twice but both the time the money got deducted from my cc. But i got a message saying the deducted money got reverted back but only 500 rupees came back but as a total 1000 got deducted in two different failed transaction.

                          I had added 20000 rs in my payzaap wallet.and transfer it to account three time it's successfully transferred and 5000 rs transfer failed. Talked to customer care he told it will be refunded on Monday but still money not added to my wallet.

                            I have booked 2 ticket from hdfc payzap on sep1st 2017 and cashback around 100rs was supposed to be credited to my account.

                            Its already been 13 days and i am still waiting for 100 cashback to be credited to my account

                            I have already mailed 2 times to payzap and called many times for better response but still i have not received any responds from payzap end.

                              I am having salary account in hdfc bank for past 1 year, the guy who came to open our salary acc forced to put sign in trading account. After few days we requested to bank to close the demat account, but they didnt, i wrote mail to customer care of hdfc to deactivate the account, they asked me to drop the form in nearest branch. We did that also. But still the account is not deactivated yesterday from my account 885 has been detected for that even i didtn recieve detection message also. How fraud the bank is, while checking the statement only i came to know that the amount has been detected. I need my amount back. Do something please. Kindly deactivate this demat account also.

                                Hi sir,
                                I have transferred 5000/- from pay zapp wallet to my kotak mahindra bank account. The transaction in payzapp wallet shows successful but the money was not credited to my bank account.

                                I am trying to reach the customer care from yesterday but no luck it is always busy.
                                Transaction date is 12/09/2017

                                Please help me on this issue at the earliest.

                                There was a technical glitch which was being identified and it has been fixed. Due to this issue customers were not able to load money and transfer the money. The issue has been resolved from our end. The failed transactions will be refunded to customers in source card within 5 working days time.

                                Thus even wallet to wallet transaction get failed and now money is with niether party

                                Refund or send to any o[censored]s.

                                Cant expect such unreliable application from HDFC

                                  I had called the customer care on 13th sep 2017 and had the worst experience ever. Hdfc is a brand and has a huge name but the kind of service i got on the help line was terrible. First, when i followed the correct steps to connect the customer service representative it connected me to complaints department and the lady roop was very rude and was not ready to listen to my query and neither transferred the call to her supervisor. You can listen to the call (Worst experience) i could have been handled better. The second representative disconnected my call with confirmation. Finally third rep solved my query which was to transfer my debit card to hyderabad branch.

                                  I think we have customer care to solve customers issue not to trouble him. It wasted my 40 mins to get the issue resolved. If we cannot solve customers issue then there is no point of customer service departments. We can visit bank and get then resolved. I am disheartened with the customer services

                                    I am appling for credit card in month sep. 2016, but credit card not came. Then i apply for personal loan but it was also not approved. When i want to now then he says that ric in credit card section. Then i meet to credit card section at same branch and same person she says that some problem in your payslip. Then i says that on the same salary slip i already taken a loan. Then she was not responding and also branch manager was also given no response.

                                      Hdfc bank has marked my complaint as resolved without providing me the details.

                                      I had raised a complaint (Complaint id-ttu[protected] request few weeks back and now i can see that it has been marked as resolved :- (

                                      Can you please provide me with the details or actions which you have performed?
                                      How can you mark this as resolved without knowing or informing me or taking any confirmation from me?
                                      I dont have any updates or never had any updates about the complaints, so can you justify on that?

                                      I have still lost my balance in hdfc account and still i dont have updates about the loosing balance
