My mobile no.[protected] and i add money of 2000 in my canara bank credit card but transaction id declined and amount is dedicated in my card. Bank costumer care ask me amount is claimed in 12/09/2017 and transaction is completed and amount is claimed by merchant but wallet id empty till date kindly resolve. Transaction date 12/09/2017 in mobile app don't show my transaction to this date 12/09/2017.

This is the reason do please tell me the process for close my account.

          I tried to load money in to PAYZAPP from my HDFC bank credit card, transaction initiated from HDFC credit card (got a message : amount spent on your HDFC card). But not loaded in to my PAYZAPP wallet. Today I did twice 12/09/2017, at 11:33 AM and 12:19 PM.

          I dint get any refund status from HDFC credit card.
          Hi,

          There was a technical glitch which was being identified and it has been fixed. Due to this issue customers were not able to load money and transfer the money. The issue has been resolved from our end. The failed transactions will be refunded to customers in source card within 5 working days time.

            I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank
            Has auto debited rs. 1299/- (One assist membership) from my credit card number ending with 7003 without my concern on date:08/09/2017.
            After contacting the concerned department of one assist, they said it has been activated from my end, which is not true. And refused to refund the amount. After some argument they agreed to pay only 400. That is how these hdfc and one assist people are harassing customer. Its been only 2-3 days since the activation and these people are blaming me for activating the membership, which they do it themselves without the customer's consent. So kindly resolve the issue, and refund the entire amount.

But till now amount not credited.in notifications till showing transaction pending and if you payment not recevied with debited amount refund received in 5 days.                     I paid premium for policies for lic, hdfc, and kotak life in the form of cheque numbers 194969, 194968, 194967. All cheques are bounced even though i have sufficient funds in my sb account. This is happened twice for all the above cheques and an amount of 3540 rupees deducted from my account as penalty. From hdfc bank i came to know that the reason for bouncing is amount in protective crossing incorrect, which was not able to understand. Even the bank also not able to explain this. Is there any guide line for filling the cheque? Any bank is guiding the customer in this? Once the cheque was dishonored, how the penalty deducted twice? Who is responsible for my loss?

                      Kindly refer the my follow up mail regarding the amount lean from my saving account which are taken as personal loan for my family reason.

                      Sovereign gold bonds scheme it has been activated from your side i dont no about this scheme. Without any confirmation from my saving a/c amount of rs.31510 has been blocked and for inquiry i am going at nearest branch pokhran rd no.1 at thane, but they suggest me to you have to speak with hdfc security about this. When i visited at hdfc security naupada thane branch. They are spoken me contact to customer care no. I tried several times to call customer care number[protected] no one responding on call and its going continuously ringing. After that i visited at my home branch talaopali thane, they also word me to contact hdfc security.

                      I am struggling from more than 1 year. I don’t want any gold bonds scheme canceled this scheme and release my fund. I really need this money back as soon as possible for my fathers heart operation so please helpout from this issue. I am requesting you that due to my father is admitted at native place. Kindly release my gold bond amount as soon as possible to pay me the hospital bill of my father treatment.

                          Hdfc bank has disapproved my credit card application ([protected]o2)

                          I gave my documents on 16th aug 2017. (Salary slip, bank statement, pan, adhar card)
                          Received a acknowledgement on 29th via sms.

                          I have been tracking my application since then, it was showing in process.

                          Today, i. E. 14/09/2017 i recieved an email below:

                          "we regret to inform you that we are unable to approve your application as it does not meet the above mentioned internal criteria of the bank"

                          I want to know why my credit card is not approved.

                          I fulfill all your eligibility, i even took the smartpay option for my vodafone bill.
                          Your team knew my salary and everything then why my credit card is disapproved.

                          I will file an complaint with rbi as per rbi guideline circular no - rbi/[protected]/100 bod. Fsd. Bc.23/24.01.011/2008-09 dated[protected].

                          This is my first credit card, i am only 23 yrs old, my career is just started and i don't want this on my credit history.

                            I had applied credit card (Application #[protected]w1) more than 25 days ago. Physical and online verification are also been done but application status is still showing "in process" since last 18 days but till now i did not receive any info which is very bad news to say if this is the thing with the service provided to customer then no customer will be happy. I am very disappointed due to processing the credit card.

                              I cancelled an order in flipkart and immediately i got an sms

                              Ur transaction on hdfc bank credit card ending 0274 for rs. 55749.00 has been credited/reversed by flipkart14513 on[protected]:15:19:13

                              I even got a call immediately after i cancelled my order from a hdfc representative to confirm the same

                              This is still not reflecting in my unbilled credits.

                                  Yesterday i was trying to load money of rs 4900 in my payzapp account. But the transaction was failed and money was not loaded in payzapp wallet.                                     I have made a transaction of 3k rs from my icici credit card on 14.09.2017. But after entering 3d authentication code the app showed transaction failed. On the other hand i got the message from my bank that the transaction of inr 3000 using credit card is made at payzapp wallet on 14-sep-17. The amount of inr 3000.00 was debited from my credit card and still not added to the wallet. I tried calling your customer care no[protected] but every time the line was busy. Please resolve the issue asap.

                                      Amount failed from payzapp app and amount deducted but not refunded back
                                      My number - [protected] i have done a 5000 transaction on 4th sep 2017 to transfer to my hdfc bank account but amount failed and amount has been deducted and my amount was not credit back into my payzapp account.
                                      I given complaint they said it will take 5 working days today is 8 th working still they are not refunding my amount back.
                                      Plz refund my amount back right i need that money its very urgent

                                      Today I have 2 transaction from SBI credit card to pay zap account Rs 10000 but I not found this amount . So plz solve my problem

                                      My first transaction if 5000/- got debited...hence I tried calling the customer service agent who verify my Mobil number and wallet details to confirm since it's verification call and I got a message of rs 4500/- debited again fraud transaction done by kitecash and he disconnected the call... immediately I transferred the balance amount to my account...also I tried calling to customer service they is no response and no proper revert from mail I'd also...all copy paste templates...I don't where to raise a complaint regarding this fraud transaction...it's very very very very pathetic service... please don't down load this fraud app..

                                        Hi,
                                        I transferred 5000 rupees to my payzapp wallet on this month 5th. Money debited but not added into wallet. I complained many times but no response from you. I never expect this much worst service from you. If you do like this definitely we'll quite from hdfc and payzapp.
                                        My transaction id is[protected]

                                        Please resolve my problem as soon as possible...
