I had been gifted a hdfc giftplus card having 5000/-, but due to my preoccupation with other things i could not use it, the card expired i have been trying to renew it, but the bank official told me that since the card has expired so it stands cancelled and my money would be forfeited.
How can hdfc forfeit my money, that which is rightfully mine. This is the worst bank and this card is a scam!

    I have wrongly debited for 5000 rs from my 2 payzapp accounts.. I have already given all the details via query/feedback for as well as emailed too however it seems payzapp customer support team is too lazy to resolve customer concerns also their customer helpline number is sucks too i have never ever able to connect via this number then what is the use of mentioning support helpdesk and what is the use of this # app when you guys are not capable enough to resolve customer concerns... Just shame on you payzapp team... If still from payzapp is have some shame left then pls resolve my concern asap and pls do not send me that query/feedback link again and again as i have already provide all the details... My 2 payzapp linked email address are given below 1. [protected]@gmail.com 2. [protected]@gmail.com pls check and reverse back my 5000 rs in my both of the accounts

      I tried to load 500 rupees from my cc to my payzapp account it failed twice but both the time the money got deducted from my cc. But i got a message saying the deducted money got reverted back but only 500 rupees came back but as a total 1000 got deducted in two different failed transaction.

      There was a technical glitch which was being identified and it has been fixed. Due to this issue customers were not able to load money and transfer the money. The issue has been resolved from our end. The failed transactions will be refunded to customers in source card within 5 working days time.

      I had added 20000 rs in my payzaap wallet.and transfer it to account three time it's successfully transferred and 5000 rs transfer failed. Talked to customer care he told it will be refunded on Monday but still money not added to my wallet.

      Why bank should charge for fore closure @ 5.9% for the bl. principal amount ? It's so high? what legal step we should take to stop this type of open extortion of money by the Bank's from their valued Customers

        I have booked 2 ticket from hdfc payzap on sep1st 2017 and cashback around 100rs was supposed to be credited to my account.

        Its already been 13 days and i am still waiting for 100 cashback to be credited to my account

        I have already mailed 2 times to payzap and called many times for better response but still i have not received any responds from payzap end.

        Kindly consider this is an complaint and do the some serious action for making customer as joker

          I am having salary account in hdfc bank for past 1 year, the guy who came to open our salary acc forced to put sign in trading account. After few days we requested to bank to close the demat account, but they didnt, i wrote mail to customer care of hdfc to deactivate the account, they asked me to drop the form in nearest branch. We did that also. But still the account is not deactivated yesterday from my account 885 has been detected for that even i didtn recieve detection message also. How fraud the bank is, while checking the statement only i came to know that the amount has been detected. I need my amount back. Do something please. Kindly deactivate this demat account also.

            I have transferred 5000/- from pay zapp wallet to my kotak mahindra bank account. The transaction in payzapp wallet shows successful but the money was not credited to my bank account.

            I am trying to reach the customer care from yesterday but no luck it is always busy.

            Please help me on this issue at the earliest.

            Thus even wallet to wallet transaction get failed and now money is with niether party

            Refund or send to any o[censored]s.

            Cant expect such unreliable application from HDFC

              Hi,

              I had called the customer care on 13th sep 2017 and had the worst experience ever. Hdfc is a brand and has a huge name but the kind of service i got on the help line was terrible. First, when i followed the correct steps to connect the customer service representative it connected me to complaints department and the lady roop was very rude and was not ready to listen to my query and neither transferred the call to her supervisor. You can listen to the call (Worst experience) i could have been handled better. The second representative disconnected my call with confirmation. Finally third rep solved my query which was to transfer my debit card to hyderabad branch.

              I think we have customer care to solve customers issue not to trouble him. It wasted my 40 mins to get the issue resolved. If we cannot solve customers issue then there is no point of customer service departments. We can visit bank and get then resolved. I am disheartened with the customer services

                I am appling for credit card in month sep. 2016, but credit card not came. Then i apply for personal loan but it was also not approved. When i want to now then he says that ric in credit card section. Then i meet to credit card section at same branch and same person she says that some problem in your payslip. Then i says that on the same salary slip i already taken a loan. Then she was not responding and also branch manager was also given no response.

                  Hdfc bank has marked my complaint as resolved without providing me the details.

                  I had raised a complaint (Complaint id-ttu[protected] request few weeks back and now i can see that it has been marked as resolved :- (

                  Can you please provide me with the details or actions which you have performed?
                  How can you mark this as resolved without knowing or informing me or taking any confirmation from me?
                  I dont have any updates or never had any updates about the complaints, so can you justify on that?

                  I have still lost my balance in hdfc account and still i dont have updates about the loosing balance

                    Hello sir,

                    This is in reference to the transaction made in my account under the header of depository charges; without any intimidation by the hdfc bank.

                    Kindly be informed that an amount of rs 885.00/- was deducted from my savings/salary account on 12 sept 2017 under the name of depository charges aug[protected].

                    Initially when we did not have demat account they forced us to create one without intimating us that they are going to charge annual fees and i received the call earlier from customer care i also speak him deny of this service. Now all of a sudden they have charged rs 885.00/-.. This is very bad and disappointing. And i have never used the demat account till now.. If i call the customer care they will not have answers. And they will not communicate that they are charging.. If they would had communicated that even if i don't use the account, still would be charged then i would have closed the account.

                    And after all we are working hard and earning money. Kindly suggest how do we proceed with the same to ensure that in future, no such issue is encountered.

                    Also, i request you to please refund the deducted amount to my savings account.

                        Today at 08.36 pm the amount of 1899 has been debited from my account of hdfc bank in mumbai at cponeassis without any information or without informing me or without sending otp or phone call to me.
                        At least bank should inform me before the transaction.

                        I want my money back in my account urgently and information about this why it was debited from my account.

                          I am an employee of techbook international pvt ltd, sector 60, noida, uttarpradesh. I joined this company in april month 2017, as per company guideline i have opened my saving account for salary purpose with hdfc bank.
                          After all formalities my account opened, but when i am checking my saving account online, i surprised that one more current account opened on same address and name without information.
                          When i am contacting to hdfc bank executive who is opened my account, he told me that your company opened this account for u.
                          But my company denied it.
                          Already -118 rupees showing in my current account.
                          I am vary much mentally disturbed, i dont want ant current account.
                          So please help me in this regard.

                            I m sandeep singh raghav purchase policy 14 aug 2017 comitted for policy against loan but he dont any loan. I have borrow this money policy purchase section loan then return money but all commitment fake. Sell policy fraud. My condition very poor plz return my money for i have return this person borrow.

                              My phone number is [protected]. On 5th september i tried to add an amount of rs.5000 to my payzapp wallet from my canara bank account. The said transaction failed but rs.5000 was deducted from my canara bank account. Even after a week the refund is still not posted to my bank account.

                              I have already sent a mail to support of payzapp and got no response. Please look into the matter and refund my amount.

Actually the process of transferring first i opened the phonepe app then click the send option and choose bank account, now entered the second screen in which i entered the amount and send the amount then opened two apps both are payzwallet and phonepe, in which i selected payzwallet then transferred the amount but it was failed.

                                I made a transfer the amount of rs 4328 through phonepe app using payzwallet so the money was debited from wallet but not credited to contra account. This was happened on[protected] but anybody not respond. Actually this was happend by the cause o[censored]sing phonepe app in this transaction, below i add the image how it was happend. Please resolved immediately receiver waiting for cash.

                                I made a transaction on Rs4328.00 on 07.09.2017 through phonepe app using payzwallet, in this transaction first I opened phonepe app then press theand select the bank account then enter the amount and press the send option and proceed the transaction then displayed payzwallet and phonepe when I selected payzwallet so the amount was debited from payzwallet then displayed the transaction failed message and I also checked my account there was no amount transferred.Please check immediately.

                                  Hi team,

                                  It's been 10 days, still i didn't get any proper response from your side. I tried so many times to the customer care number, it is always busy.

                                  Here the issue is,
                                  I have loaded 2000rs into my payzapp wallet on 02-sep-2017 & have seen the failure message shows that the transaction is declined, also the money got debited from my card but not reflecting in my payzapp wallet.
                                  The app itself doesn't shows the recent transactions.

                                  After that i got a text from your side saying that the amount will be reversed within 4-5 days. I have waited nearly 10days, till now i didn't recieve no updates from your side. This is the way you treat your customer?

                                  I have raised the complaint on below link: http://bit.ly/2aJ9wGW with proper details but no response. This is the worst customer support that i have ever seen. I request you to resolve this issue asap.

                                    Holding a simple classic account in ur phagwara hdfc branch paradise theatre, punjab
                                    Sir my concern problem is that it is going to be one year m trying to close my demat account and i have signed the form also so many times with a assuring hope from ur staff that my account will be closed in few days
                                    And every time i ask i haven't got any mail or text regarding the closure of my account the concern staff reply me with some new excuse like they forgot or the form is not being send further for closure or it is misplaced
                                    I have requested many times madam tania to plz close it when at branch she give the statement she will call me back soon closing it till today i haven't got any text call or mail from her

                                    There is not any big complain m complaining!!! I am requesting u to my please guide me or help me closing my account as further also i have almost stopped banking in ur bank coz of this non serious behaviour of the staff i have faced many times

                                      I used the app for transfer money to my hdfc bank account on 08/sep/2017 at 11:30+ pm, then i faced failed transaction and rs. 5000/- has been deducted and it not transferred to hdfc account then i tried to add rs. 5000 /- to my payzapp account but it's again transaction failed and money was deducted from credit card but not added to payzapp account. Please fix this issue and refund the money rs. 10, 000/-,

                                      It's very urgent for me. Please contact me once this message reached you on +91 [protected] or [protected]

                                      I have sent the mail to [protected]@payzapp.in, but didn't get any reply till now. Please fix this issue as soon as possible.

                                        Hi there,

                                        I have transferred ₹5000 from my payzapp to my hdfc bank account which unfortunately couldn't succeed, therefor amount shouldn't be deducted from my payzapp account but amount has been deducted.

                                        I have sent mail to [protected]@payzapp.in and [protected]@hdfcbank.com and even called many times to their customer support [protected] but they are not replying.

                                        My money has stuck and they are not solving the issue

                                        Please find attached failed translation receipt and do needful to revert my money to payzapp account.
