I am appling for credit card in month sep. 2016, but credit card not came. Then i apply for personal loan but it was also not approved. When i want to now then he says that ric in credit card section. Then i meet to credit card section at same branch and same person she says that some problem in your payslip. Then i says that on the same salary slip i already taken a loan. Then she was not responding and also branch manager was also given no response.

    Hdfc bank has marked my complaint as resolved without providing me the details.

    I had raised a complaint (Complaint id-ttu[protected] request few weeks back and now i can see that it has been marked as resolved :- (

    Can you please provide me with the details or actions which you have performed?
    How can you mark this as resolved without knowing or informing me or taking any confirmation from me?
    I dont have any updates or never had any updates about the complaints, so can you justify on that?

    I have still lost my balance in hdfc account and still i dont have updates about the loosing balance

      Hello sir,

      This is in reference to the transaction made in my account under the header of depository charges; without any intimidation by the hdfc bank.

      Kindly be informed that an amount of rs 885.00/- was deducted from my savings/salary account on 12 sept 2017 under the name of depository charges aug[protected].

      Initially when we did not have demat account they forced us to create one without intimating us that they are going to charge annual fees and i received the call earlier from customer care i also speak him deny of this service. Now all of a sudden they have charged rs 885.00/-.. This is very bad and disappointing. And i have never used the demat account till now.. If i call the customer care they will not have answers. And they will not communicate that they are charging.. If they would had communicated that even if i don't use the account, still would be charged then i would have closed the account.

      And after all we are working hard and earning money. Kindly suggest how do we proceed with the same to ensure that in future, no such issue is encountered.

      Also, i request you to please refund the deducted amount to my savings account.

          Yesterday was amount of 1899 debited from my account of hdfc bank in mumbai at cponeassis at 10:33pm, without any information or without informing me or without sending otp or phone call to me.
          And etlis bank have to inform me before the transaction.

          I want my money back in my account urgently and information about this why it was debited from my account.

            I am an employee of techbook international pvt ltd, sector 60, noida, uttarpradesh. I joined this company in april month 2017, as per company guideline i have opened my saving account for salary purpose with hdfc bank.
            After all formalities my account opened, but when i am checking my saving account online, i surprised that one more current account opened on same address and name without information.
            When i am contacting to hdfc bank executive who is opened my account, he told me that your company opened this account for u.
            But my company denied it.
            Already -118 rupees showing in my current account.
            I am vary much mentally disturbed, i dont want ant current account.
            So please help me in this regard.

              I m sandeep singh raghav purchase policy 14 aug 2017 comitted for policy against loan but he dont any loan. I have borrow this money policy purchase section loan then return money but all commitment fake. Sell policy fraud. My condition very poor plz return my money for i have return this person borrow.
              Seller person name amit gupta for other department hdb finance last few days said confirm loan section but i m under stand he isfraudd me. My condition very poor some family issue plz plz refund my amount rs 30000 pay for policy this policy issue broker company name smc insurance broker pvt ltd. I will complaint this companfraudud sell for policy.

                My phone number is [protected]. On 5th september i tried to add an amount of rs.5000 to my payzapp wallet from my canara bank account. The said transaction failed but rs.5000 was deducted from my canara bank account. Even after a week the refund is still not posted to my bank account.

                I have already sent a mail to support of payzapp and got no response. Please look into the matter and refund my amount.

                  I made a transfer the amount of rs 4328 on 7.9.2017 from payzwallet to my sb account but the amount was debited then sb account was not effected. Actually the process of transferring first i opened the phonepe app then click the send option and choose bank account, now entered the second screen in which i entered the amount and send the amount then opened two apps both are payzwallet and phonepe, in which i selected payzwallet then transferred the amount but it was failed.

                  I made a transfer the amount of rs 4328 through phonepe app using payzwallet so the money was debited from wallet but not credited to contra account. This was happened on[protected] but anybody not respond. Actually this was happend by the cause o[censored]sing phonepe app in this transaction, below i add the image how it was happend.                   I made a transaction on Rs4328.00 on 07.09.2017 through phonepe app using payzwallet, in this transaction first I opened phonepe app then press theand select the bank account then enter the amount and press the send option and proceed the transaction then displayed payzwallet and phonepe when I selected payzwallet so the amount was debited from payzwallet then displayed the transaction failed message and I also checked my account there was no amount transferred.Please check immediately.

                    Hi team,

                    It's been 10 days, still i didn't get any proper response from your side. I tried so many times to the customer care number, it is always busy.

                    Here the issue is,
                    I have loaded 2000rs into my payzapp wallet on 02-sep-2017 & have seen the failure message shows that the transaction is declined, also the money got debited from my card but not reflecting in my payzapp wallet.
                    The app itself doesn't shows the recent transactions.

                    After that i got a text from your side saying that the amount will be reversed within 4-5 days. I have waited nearly 10days, till now i didn't recieve no updates from your side. This is the way you treat your customer?

                      Holding a simple classic account in ur phagwara hdfc branch paradise theatre, punjab
                      Sir my concern problem is that it is going to be one year m trying to close my demat account and i have signed the form also so many times with a assuring hope from ur staff that my account will be closed in few days
                      And every time i ask i haven't got any mail or text regarding the closure of my account the concern staff reply me with some new excuse like they forgot or the form is not being send further for closure or it is misplaced
                      I have requested many times madam tania to plz close it when at branch she give the statement she will call me back soon closing it till today i haven't got any text call or mail from her

                      There is not any big complain m complaining!!! I am requesting u to my please guide me or help me closing my account as further also i have almost stopped banking in ur bank coz of this non serious behaviour of the staff i have faced many times

                        Hi team,

                        I used the app for transfer money to my hdfc bank account on 08/sep/2017 at 11:30+ pm, then i faced failed transaction and rs. 5000/- has been deducted and it not transferred to hdfc account then i tried to add rs. 5000 /- to my payzapp account but it's again transaction failed and money was deducted from credit card but not added to payzapp account. Please fix this issue and refund the money rs. 10, 000/-,

                        It's very urgent for me. Please contact me once this message reached you on +91 [protected] or [protected]

                        I have sent the mail to [protected]@payzapp.in, but didn't get any reply till now. Please fix this issue as soon as possible.

                          I have transferred ₹5000 from my payzapp to my hdfc bank account which unfortunately couldn't succeed, therefor amount shouldn't be deducted from my payzapp account but amount has been deducted.

                          I have sent mail to [protected]@payzapp.in and [protected]@hdfcbank.com and even called many times to their customer support [protected] but they are not replying.

                          My money has stuck and they are not solving the issue

                            Dear sir,
                            My name is my name is balamurali, i have used hdfc bacnk credit card 5 years back. I have stopped using hdfc bank credit card. Mean time for the[protected] for the 3 years period i have padi min amount due of approx 6500 p. M.

                            Then i have asked for settlement, then the banking people give 12 months time to settle the amount of 1, 05, 00.00 (I barrow less than 70, 000) 3 years approximately i paid more than 2, 00, 000.

                            Eventhough i have paid all my settlement. On time. Last payment cheque was not deposited. For that i have complained phone banking and register my complaint.

                            Then i one due was pending due to misunderstand happened with coimbatore credit card payment collecting department.

                            My last due was paid on 31st july transaction id was[protected].

                            Till now my noc not received. I again registered a complained and they made call back. Now the same person called and ask to make new settlement... Due to the fund reflected on next day only.

                            I can't tolerate...

                            Need justice.

                              Hi,
                              I have been made to buy 8 policy from hdfc life.
                              There is big chain of you fraud agent involve in this, they all told me if you will buy these policies
                              You will get aprox
                              26 lakh inr. I was not knowing about this kind of frauds, i beleaved in the name of hdfc. The cons told
                              Me that i will get verification call and all, and just i have to say yes.
                              I did what i was told, at last moment when i was supposed to get the money (According to them) they are
                              Not receiving my phone neither they are responding.
                              I am really struck. I got heavy loss in my business so thought of earning via this hdfc lfe. I somehow
                              Arranged the money for taking this policies.
                              Now please guide me what to do now. I want my money back.
                              And please don't hamper your image and dont tell agents to misguide the customer. If you all will not
                              Take any action against my money or against your agent than i will take serious action. Its hard earned
                              Money. The last policy which i got, your agent told that if you will submit 60000 inr as gst amount then
                              All the money will be dispersed in your account and when i deposited that amount again i got new
                              Policy. It is really #. I have all the recordings of your agent whatever they told me.

                              I want to cancel all the policies and want my money back (Refunded back)
                              If you will ask for the recordings of your agent i can produce that but at any cost i should get back
                              All my money

                                Hi,

                                On tuesday, sept 5, 2017, i tried transferring inr 5000/- from my payzapp account to my bank account. However the transaction failed for some reason inr 5000/- got deducted from my payzapp account and it didn't get credited to my bank account. Now i am left with 5000 less in my payzapp account despite the failed transfer. Please provide necessary solutions to this as soon as possible. Also, please provide the phone number of a contact person from your end who i can address my problem to. The help line numbers are always either busy or unreachable.
                                Please look into this matter as this is rather urgent.

                                Hi Debajyoti,

                                There was a technical glitch which was being identified and it has been fixed. Due to this issue customers were not able to load money and transfer the money. The issue has been resolved from our end. The failed transactions will be refunded to customers in source card within 5 working days time.

                                  I was trying to upload the amount 10000k in your payzapp application but due to system failure I could not make it. Hence tried one more time to upload that could not exceed the limit but after my transaction the additional charge GST is deducted from my available limit & that’s lead to exceed the max limit.

                                      I have been charged twice for a transaction made at a Lights Camera Action, Rajouri Garden, New Delhi. After using my card for the first time,
                                      the response was 'cancelled', but my money was deducted, so I was asked to pay a second time, which I did because I was told that my money deducted for the first time would be refunded, but it never did.

                                        Please help me to get refund to my wallet or to my bank. Actually i had transfer of rs-5000 to payzapp for cash transfer purposes. Due to some error the transfer get failed. And i had raised the mail 2 times (Payzapp complaint email id - [protected]@payzapp.in.). But no response. And i got a computerized mail that you will get the refund within 5 working days. But no response. And i try to the customer care number also all time its in busy. So please raised the complaint against payzapp and support to get refund as soon as possible.
