On date 30th aug i was trying to add 5000/- to my payzapp wallet using my sbi debit card: [protected], and the transaction reference number is:[protected] and then amount was deducted from my account but it’s not credited in to my payzapp wallet. When i contacted to payzapp support centre and asked about the same then they had informed me that your refund is already initiated and it will credited to your account immediately or maximum 1-2 days but till now i had not received any kind of refund and today again same thing happen for recharge purpose i was adding 1736/- to wallet through my sister's axis bank credit card [protected] the amount was deducted but its not credited to payzapp wallet or my credit card account.

So my total 6736 rupees has been stuck due to payzapp.

I want a salutation as soon as possible.

    I have hdfc bank credit card no.[protected]. Card payment being made through my hdfc bank saving a/c no [protected] through auto pay. On 21.07.2017 my bank a/c was sddenly blocked due to nonsubmission of kyc. My card auto payment could not be made on due date & penalty of late fee imposed. Kindly back it & amt may be credited in my card ac.

    We take this opportunity to clarify that, as you are aware payment of atleast the minimum amount due towards the card outstanding needs to be received by the bank to ensure that the card account is active and available for usage. Further, to avoid levy of finance charges and late payment charges, payment of the total outstanding needs to reach the bank by the payment due date. Being fully sensitized, we have reversed the bank charges of Rs.2862.04 billed to your card account in the month of August 2017 statement, This credit will reflect in your October 2017 statement.

      Hi

      Good afternoon
      ​​
      To whomsoever it may concern​

      This is regarding the due levied to me in ​my ​credit card statement.

      As per your bank, i have swiped my credit card of hdfc bank twice amounting to ​rs.​ ​​10​, ​000​ each to withdraw cash from citibank atm. But you can check in my previous i have never used credit card for atm cash withdrawal and as per my knowledge i have not withdrawn cash in april month also which your bank is claiming from me.

      I would request kindly provide me the ej copy for both the transactions done.

      And prior to this, when i raised complaint with your bank for both the transactions, your bank has reversed me one transaction amount of 10000 in the month of m​ay​ ​2017 and stated that the second complaint is in process, and after constant follow-ups for ​4​​months still that complaint is in progress.

      And now after ​4 ​​months again​, ​ you people have debited my account by ​rs.​ ​​10​, ​000 stating that you people have by​ ​mistakenly reversed ​rs. ​10​, ​000 and that the citibank is claiming for that amount after ​4 ​months and so you have marked lien for the same ​on ​my credit card. As per rbi guidelines, atm transactions get settled by bank the next working day itself. So​, ​ once the amt is reversed then again claiming for that am​ount ​4 ​months later was not that bank settled their transactions the same month, i really din​'​t understood this logic so i am not at all going to pay the am​ount at all​ and ​ i want this charges to be waived off from my card as soon as possible.​​

      Also, the second amount which is not getting reversed, i want it to be reversed on priority. Also the finance charges which you people have charged me ​right from the month of april 2017 till date ​i want same to be reversed and to clear that entries from my statement as it is spoiling my ​cibil report.

      Also send me my ​cibil​​ report.

      ​ phone bankers keep the call on hold for 15-20 mins and then they disconnect the call same goes with their supervisors, team leads and their managers as well, they do a fake promise by stating " sir, we will call you in 7 working days, still i have not received any call from them, its been around a month and a half now.​ being a loyal customer of hdfc from last 7 years now and giving business to hdfc as you can check my account and still hdfc is not concerned about my issue. This is how hdfc investigates the fraud transaction and complains which is very serious? If i want credit card and loan hdfc executives calls me 10​​ times in a day, for that they can call then why not for dis? After continuous followups with bank regarding this issue they only reply by saying your, dispute is under investigation, what investigation you are doing please share me investigation {progress report with me in next 48 hrs after receipt of this mail​.​

      Kindly do the needful on priority as i already kept patience for too long, ​ if ​​​i don't get ​any ​resolution on ​this, ​ then i​'ll​ take necessary actions against this complaint.

          I have the credit card, and i need to pay 32000 to the bank, its the balance pending for my credit card. Last month i have payed my due balance. And iam trying to close the total amount. But when i checked my ac. Yesterday its showing minus 70000. Sir i already informed them my sister is getting marriage on this month, because i had the conversation with the bank team.               I was assured 11.5% pl interest rate upon which i agreed for the pl.. Even i got a land-line call saying the same rate of interest (Of which i have recording proof). The same call included some charge deduction from my pl amount which was around 1500...
              But just before and during disbursement i got only an sms saying 14% rate of interest and around 3000 rs. Deduction from my pl amount.. Is not this a fraud??
              I tried calling the hdfc agent satyajit many a times... After many attempts he assured me of getting roi reduced after 2 emis... Now i have paid 5 emis and nothing has changed..
              Also the phone number of the disbursement officer (Bharat bhise) provided by hdfc data processing center pune is never getting cinnected..

              Now after many attenpts to contact satyajit and his failed promises and also many failed attempts to talk to bharat bhise and with all the phone recording proofs and after legal consultation i have decided to go to the customer court... Against hdfc, its related officers and agent satyajit for the same..

                Hi,
                I have raised a complaint on[protected] regarding my debit card transaction and visited the nearer branch of hdfc bank for the same (Inorbit mall), but didn't get a proper response till now. It's almost more than a month i am still calling the customer care daily regarding this, they have just one answer that they are looking into it. Such irresponsible and bad service was not expected from hdfc.

                    I, i have taken a two wheeler loan from hdfc salem branch of raebarel in year 2006. I repaid al dues to bank by[protected], however i forgot to get the no dues certificate. Over the period of time, i missed the load accont no as well.

                    Today i need no dues ceritificate from bank, but bank asked me about the loan account no, as since branch have been computerised and have no manual records.

                    I am no where now and feeling harrased by the bank behavior. Can some one suggest me how to get the no dues cirtificate from bank.

I checked my acct balance it is showing separately uncleared funds it is not added in my acct.. My acct balance is still in 25k but pls tell me sir..                         I had paid the outstanding amount starting of the month, they informed that my credit card and cibil score will raise after it. But none has changed till now. I have to apply for a loan: i have contacted the call centre may times they were saying they are not the relevant person they transferred the call they said it was temporarily blocked. I'm helpless now. After paying the amount i'm goin. Behind them they also told they will arrange a cal back since 2 weeks none of them had called me. They are cheating me after receiving the payment

                          Hi,

                          I transferred rs.20, 000 from my axis bank credit card to my friend's payzapp wallet (His mobile number [protected]) on 5th sep 2017. The amount got debited from my credit card however the payzapp showed trnasaction failed and the amount was not credited to his wallet. I checked with axis customer care where they said that the amount got transferred to the vendor and asked me to check with them. I tried calling the payzapp customer care but the number was always busy and unable to reach any representative. Please help me in getting the amount back to either my credit card balance or to my friend's payzap wallet.

                            I would like to settle my loan which i have been unable to pay you for a long time. I was paying normally when i was in barclays. Due to some circumstances, i lost my job. Then i was admitted to the hospital due to dengue. During this, my younger sister marriage has been fixed. I have lost all my savings. From last one year and more, i was unable to make payment. As i am unemployed and do not have a job. I am not able to pay for my post paid the mobile bill which was around 2000. It is been more then eight months now i did not pay the bill to vodafone. I am in critical financial condition. Rith now my wife also not with me she left me and my son is also with her. I am living with my friends as due to recovery agents my father not allow me to come. They frequently visited my house and threatening them, they go to our locality and spoke with others regarding this. Some times i went to deprecation and thought of suicide. I do not have much and would like to settle the loan with the max that i can pay the amount of rs 35000/- in two or three installments. I have been getting threatening calls from collection department telling me that they know my house address (I have phone call records for the same if required) hence please help to get this closed.

                            Hope you will look into it and resolve it for me. As i am in deep disappointment right now and not able to tackle the situation.

                                mandate for debit - frequency adho

                                I have received the following sms from bank:

                                Dear customer mandate reference no: hdfc[protected] issued to banyantree services limited with value rs. 100000.00 and frequency adho is received today for processing.in case of any issue please get in touch with your branch.

                                I have not given any mandate. Please resolve the issue. Screen shot of the sms is attached herewith....

                                Dear all,

                                Myself prabir sarmadhikary, a hdfc bank credit card holder, applied credit card last year which was life time free as mentioned in credit card application form. But yesterday credit card division has deducted rs 1100/- as membership fee.
                                It is my humble request to you to reverse the charges as early as possible.

                                  Hi, i am using the payzapp to transfer the amount to my bank account. On 04/09/17 01:19 pm i transferred 5000 to payzapp to my icici bank account. But the account number made wrongly entered 5000 it is not a valid account number. But the amount was debit in my payzapp wallet. But still now the amount was not get back to my payzapp wallet. I can't to contact payzapp customer care. This is very disappointment i trust the hdfc bank so that i use this app but it's very disappointment like this happend transaction is is[protected]fp69iz3 please refund the amount to payzapp wallet.

                                    Hi team,

                                    I am having an issue with my payzapp account with registered mobile number ([protected])
                                    Pyzapp card number: [protected]

                                    On sep4th 2017 i made the transaction through the payzapp account. I sent the amount of 5000 rs to another mobile number. The amount was deducted from my account but not loaded to that number.

                                    When i tried to calling the customer care people, always not connecting and i mailed to them twice, but no response.

                                    Please help me on this, revert back my amount to the account again.

                                    Post checking the details, we see that the P2P sends money transaction for Rs.5, 000.00/- on 04-Sep-2017 and the transaction had failed. The refund for the same had been credited to your PayZapp wallet [protected] on 08-Sep-2017. The refunded amount was utilized for further transactions.
