Yesterday (05/09/2017) evening 4 pm, i have added 20000 rupees from my credit card, the amount has detected from credit card, still the amount not showing on my payzapp balance, please revert me the amount back, i want to do the immediate transaction for hospital payment, please help me to solve this issue. I am trusting hdfc bank, so that i used to this. [protected], this is my account mobile no, please do the favour to me.

      My self kartheek, i have payzapp with my hdfc linked debit card while i was trying to add money to my payzapp wallet it's not credited but my money deducted from my hdfc account.. That money 12, 000 after i tried to reach the
      Number which they are provided in support/feedback but it's been busy and his returned my call.

      12, 000 is huge amount for me now, credit my money into my account asap..

          amount deducted from card but not added to payzapp wallet

          Hi team,

          Please look into below issue.

          I have loaded 5000 rs into my account from my card and have seen the failure message after this. I see that the amount is debitted from my card but is not reflecting on the payzapp balance and also could not see the update in the recent transactions.

          I need my money to be loaded on payzapp or should be refunded to my credit card.

                I have seen a very wierd behavior with this payzapp application.

                I have loaded 5000 rs into my account from my card and have seen the success message after this. I see that the amount is debitted in my account but is not reflecting on the payzapp balance and also could not see the update in the recent transactions.

                I am completely dissappointed with this app.

                      On 4th septemeber-17 i have transferred by net banking rs 35000/ to my hdfc card no [protected]. I did not receive sms for having received this amount. When i called yesterday night the call center i was informed that sometimes it takes 24 hours to resolve.

                      To avoid late payment i have once again paid rs 31000/ today for which i have received the sms.

                      Kindly look in to my transaction of rs 35000 yesterday and revert.

                        I just got a call from you guys and they asked me my bank account and then said I will refund it from here then please remove the complaint as soon as you get refund. They asked me the Otp twice and took 31.900 rs in first transaction and 15000rs in second transaction.
                        Another one is calling me to check and said it's a fraud transaction and I will check this. He is also asking me the Otp I didn't give it to him.

                        The one who charged me is [protected] and second one is [protected].

                        Pls look into this, I want my money back.

                            Hello,

                            I have purchased some items in life style koramangala and item worth 1789.00 rs on 10th aug 2017 and i have tried to pay amount via my hdfc debit card. The amount is detected from my account and but the from their end it is notified as it was cancelled please check the utid:00131016. Again i paid.
                            The amount is not refunded yet. I have raised the complaint to lifestyle and they provide the service request number as 367327.

                            I have approched the hdfc customer care as well for the same issue (Hbl=[protected]. They have mentioned excess amount is detected from the account and amount will be credited. But as of now my amount is not credited. It is more than 25 days. I really disappointed with the issue is not rectified. Kindly help me for the same.

                                Hi i am a holder of hdfc regalia card where i had received priority pass for using lounges across airport terminals which is complimentary for some visits on yearly basis. I had used the priority pass in may in international terminal on 28th may and also few other times later. Unfortunately for may i have been billed 1800 rs. Reason not known, here are the issues
                                1. I have not submitted my credit card during the visit, so i dont have any idea how they had debited charges. Priority pass says that to check with hdfc and hdfc says otherwise

                                2. As per new policy hdfc says priority pass card should be used in international airports and regalia to be used in domestic airports. Who informed and when? Sending spam emails wont help here hdfc

                                3. Without my approval or signature its a conduct of breach to debit my account. I had not used the card for paying even a penny in lounges

                                4. My relationship banker and branch is absolutely not returning my calls or trying to help despite they know the situation.

                                Being a patron of hdfc with all my investments, portfolio in hdfc for last 8 years, now i feel betrayed with worst ever relationship i ever had. Time to quit hdfc at the same time i wont pay 1800

                                  I have used my payzapp account with mobile number [protected] to transfer an amount of rs.5000/- on 31st august. I used wrong account number which doesn't exist. The amount got deducted from my account. And when i called for the support they mentioned me that it is a failed transaction and the amount will be credited in my wallet within 5 working days. But still i didn't get any refund and there is no update at least to track. Hoping for the sooner response.

                                  HDFC Bank — payzapp refund not received even after 5days

                                  Hi,
                                  I have used my payzapp account with mobile number [protected] to transfer an amount of rs.5000/- on 31st august. I used wrong account number which doesn't exist. The amount got deducted from my account. And when i called for the support they mentioned me that it is a failed transaction and the amount will be credited in my wallet within 5 working days. But still i didn't get any refund and there is no update at least to track. Hoping for the sooner response.

                                    I have tried to add rs. 4000 to my payzapp wallet from my debit card and the money has need deducted from my bank account.

                                    But money is not reflecting in payzapp wallet. Neither it is showing the same in the recent transactions. Thought my bank statement is showing that money has been deducted to payzapp.

                                    It has been 4 days and no email response nor the customer care response.

                                    Kindly resolve the issue or i may need to go consumer court.

                                      I purschased clothes in max and paid the bill.
                                      I paied the bill using my debit card...
                                      1st time me swipe the card and removed it and the transaction is cancelled but the money is debited from the account but the bill was incomplete.
                                      2nd time we swipe and didn't took the card untill the transaction is completed... And the amount was debited and the transactions is sucessful.

                                      The provlem is first the amount debited is not credited till now.
                                      Can you please make credit my amount back and its very emergency we need for our medical purpose...

                                      Please help me out from the problem
