I had paid the outstanding amount starting of the month, they informed that my credit card and cibil score will raise after it. But none has changed till now. I have to apply for a loan: i have contacted the call centre may times they were saying they are not the relevant person they transferred the call they said it was temporarily blocked. I'm helpless now. After paying the amount i'm goin. Behind them they also told they will arrange a cal back since 2 weeks none of them had called me. They are cheating me after receiving the payment

    Hi,

    I transferred rs.20, 000 from my axis bank credit card to my friend's payzapp wallet (His mobile number [protected]) on 5th sep 2017. The amount got debited from my credit card however the payzapp showed trnasaction failed and the amount was not credited to his wallet. I checked with axis customer care where they said that the amount got transferred to the vendor and asked me to check with them. I tried calling the payzapp customer care but the number was always busy and unable to reach any representative. Please help me in getting the amount back to either my credit card balance or to my friend's payzap wallet.

      I would like to settle my loan which i have been unable to pay you for a long time. I was paying normally when i was in barclays. Due to some circumstances, i lost my job. Then i was admitted to the hospital due to dengue. During this, my younger sister marriage has been fixed. I have lost all my savings. From last one year and more, i was unable to make payment. As i am unemployed and do not have a job. I am not able to pay for my post paid the mobile bill which was around 2000. It is been more then eight months now i did not pay the bill to vodafone. I am in critical financial condition. Rith now my wife also not with me she left me and my son is also with her. I am living with my friends as due to recovery agents my father not allow me to come. They frequently visited my house and threatening them, they go to our locality and spoke with others regarding this. Some times i went to deprecation and thought of suicide. I do not have much and would like to settle the loan with the max that i can pay the amount of rs 35000/- in two or three installments. I have been getting threatening calls from collection department telling me that they know my house address (I have phone call records for the same if required) hence please help to get this closed.

      Hope you will look into it and resolve it for me. As i am in deep disappointment right now and not able to tackle the situation.

          mandate for debit - frequency adho

          I have received the following sms from bank:

          Dear customer mandate reference no: hdfc[protected] issued to banyantree services limited with value rs. 100000.00 and frequency adho is received today for processing.in case of any issue please get in touch with your branch.

          I have not given any mandate. Please resolve the issue. Screen shot of the sms is attached herewith....

          Myself prabir sarmadhikary, a hdfc bank credit card holder, applied credit card last year which was life time free as mentioned in credit card application form. But yesterday credit card division has deducted rs 1100/- as membership fee.

            Hi, i am using the payzapp to transfer the amount to my bank account. On 04/09/17 01:19 pm i transferred 5000 to payzapp to my icici bank account. But the account number made wrongly entered 5000 it is not a valid account number. But the amount was debit in my payzapp wallet. But still now the amount was not get back to my payzapp wallet. I can't to contact payzapp customer care. This is very disappointment i trust the hdfc bank so that i use this app but it's very disappointment like this happend transaction is is[protected]fp69iz3 please refund the amount to payzapp wallet.

              Hi team,

              I am having an issue with my payzapp account with registered mobile number ([protected])
              Pyzapp card number: [protected]

              On sep4th 2017 i made the transaction through the payzapp account. I sent the amount of 5000 rs to another mobile number. The amount was deducted from my account but not loaded to that number.

              When i tried to calling the customer care people, always not connecting and i mailed to them twice, but no response.

              Please help me on this, revert back my amount to the account again.

                This is naresh kumar, i lost my debit card so i hotlisted my debit card and i requested for reissue. Due to change of address my atm has been resent to branch then i updted my new address again i requested for reissue its been more than fifteen days i didnt recieve. I called to customer care they said will take the request and u will get atm card within one week but from courier they called me and said ur address is nt yet changed so we sent back the courier. For customer care they charge 1 rupee i have spent more than 50 rs for customer care. Very worst response and they are cheating through customer care like when they are about to connect to telecaller they will cut the phone. This is ridiculous

                  My name is chandan guleria, i used my net banking and after 10 minutes i got a call form this number stating they are calling from hdfc bank. They want to confirm whether i am using my internet baking or not and from where i am using my internet banking. I have not shared any information with them, just want to know if this number belongs to hdfc or not....

                  I have a saving account in hdfc branch. On 20th july i used my card for the payment of 550₹, that payment was failed but the amount was deducted from my account.                     Hi, i had a salary account in hdfc bank chennai but it is inactive for more than a year after i have left my job. Post which i haven't used the account or i haven't confirmed them to active it to a saving account. Moreover i haven't provided my aadhaard no. Also but now suddenly getting msg that due to non-maintenance charge.
                    Why should i maintain balance in a bank in which i haven't activated any savings account?
                    Please clarify and deactivate whatever account you have in my name.

                      I am getting a regular phone call on my no - [protected], for selling the policy.
                      Each time i request to remove my number and they confirm that the number will be removed. Inspite of several reminders to remove my phone number from the data base, no action is being taken.

                      I had already registered one complaint on 9th aug'17. But till date no action is taken.
                      When i inquired from a call (Received from[protected] at 04:29pm, 07/09/2017) about the source of my data, i got information that there is mr. Ganesh chaturvedi, manager - regional office,, new delhi, who is circulating the number.

                      The calls are very disturbing and annoying.

                        Sir today i prabhanjoy narain mishra went to hdfc bank, pakri ara, with bearer cheque of 35000/_. They forcly gave 2000/ in 1 n 2 rs coin, this is horrible to carry. With discussion by manager mr kumar ankit he behaves like criminal and abusing that he might do fir against me. This is not a right way to talk with customers.

                          My last and final payment date was 28.08.2017. Though i have opted for ecs payment option, i have paid all previous payment by cheque. Last year the sbi account was closed for personal reason. This year i want the payment through cheque only but i have been informed that i could not make my payment due to non receipt of non-clearance information from bank. I want to make payment immediately so that i may not loose any benefit of this policy. Please do needful so that i can pay my amount at an earliest.                             I have a failed transaction with txn id:[protected]vh87yo1 and i have not received a refund yet.
                            All the support channels have also been irresponsive.

                            Some feedback:
                            Please kindly make sure that at least there should be a channel to register complaints about payzapp transactions with an issue of a reference id so that the users can be sure that the issue will be addressed and can be tracked.

                            The phone number is always busy, email, social media is not responsive. How can this instill trust?

                                I applied for a credit card online and expected it to reach after 21 days as mentioned and then on the 20th day the card was declined. No reason given.
                                Although i hold a current account, a savings account, a loan with the bank and haven't defaulted even once, my credit card application was rejected.

                                Now, later one of the branch guys told me that there is a surprise verification that i failed because at the time of verification there was no one present at my residence. Well when i found out his visit time, he came during my office hours and did not even call on my mobile.

                                That's that now i cannot apply for a card for another 6 months.

                                  Hotel tunga international, mumbai has been paid hotel reservation charges on my hdfc bank credit card even after cancelation of booking made on booking.com.

                                  This is breach of trust by the site. Details of transaction are with hdfc bank. Even after submission of dispute details on mail cc. [protected]@hdfcbank.com on 11th july i have recieved no resolution of dispute.

                                    My company started a salary account for me in hdfc. But they forget to use that account to credit salary, so bank passed a low severity memo on that account. Now i want that account back. I submitted a re-kyc form on[protected]. They told me it will take max. 4 days to activate my account. But it's being 6 days since i submitted that form. I have money locked in that account. I am not able to take that out.
