Money not dispended but balance get deducted
I am a customer of icici bank (Savings account).
Date of transaction[protected], i had used hdfc bank atm (I had done from the hdfc bank atm (Atm id is s1ackd01) situated in kothagudem town, bhadradri kothagudem district, telanaga state.
Atm got shutdown suddenly with out dispensing the money (10000), even though money got deducted from my icici bank savings account.
I have raised services request with the icici bank i., e, sr[protected],
For which i got only 1000, then again i raised another services requests with the icici bank such as, sr[protected], sr[protected], these services requests are closed by icici mentioning that hdfc bank is not responding back on this request.
Can you please respond on my transactions failure on your hdfc bank to get my money back.
Please investigate and get it credited back to my icici s/b account asap.
The feedback says that hdfc delays this kind of complaints abnormally which is a concern to customers.
