It is just west of time to write issues to your service mail. No action will be taken by you. Stop selling policies through channel partner or must take action against them but you can't because your revenue generated and sell no. Of products through # channel partner & making fool to needy people.

Please awaking people is any kind of loan will be given on such this policies or not. If yes please explain how & when can be filed a loan, if not then explain accordingly.

    Hello,
    On 25th july, i transferred 5000 rs to a wrong icici account from my hdfc payzapp account.
    It was supposed to be sent to my account[protected] but it got transferred to another account[protected].
    Transaction id[protected]*a43kqb
    I visited both the banks on saturday and told them the incident in details.
    But no bank is ready to take the responsibility and solve the issue.
    Icici bank customer care gave me the details of account but said as hdfc is the initiator of the transaction, they have to raise the request.

    Hdfc bank said, as the transaction has completed, they can not raise the request and icici bank has to support.

    Please help me and refund the money or at least contact to that person and ask him to send it back.

      Hi,
      I have been using HDFC salary a/c for the last 7 years. I have availed personal loan earlier and I have topup it on a couple of years back. And now due to my medical need am in a situation to avail a top up again.
      I had a call from HDFC customer care stating that am eligible for an offer of pre-approved 10 minutes loan of 2, 55, 000 that was available in my net banking offers tab. When I approached to the executive at HDFC bank named Aruna regarding this, she stated that it is a false thing and it is a way of the employee’s marketing technique of reaching their target in the bank.
      She stated that it will be a high percentage of interest if the customer proceeds with the offer. She promised to get me the loan at my existing % of interest and she asked me to neglect the offer that was available in my net banking. So believing her, I submitted my proper documents. After the documents are submitted she is not giving a proper response. She is either picking up my call or not giving a response on my loan application status. She had taken my application as a count for her monthly target and no progress was made, As a result am out of money for my family medical need which is un avoidable.
      Adding to that when I tried to reach her through landline, one of her colleague said that she is in a meeting with her manager. But later the reply from Aruna was that she was on a leave that day.
      Because of her I lost my PL loan offer that was available and am into a huge trouble to support my family through medical needs.
      I merely believed her by the way she spoke. Am registering a complaint to ensure that this does not happen to any of the customer of HDFC. Due to her am in a huge struggle to face my medical needs for my family.
      I kindly request the team to take necessary action and please provide a solution for my problem

        This is Ayyappan, from Chennai, Tamilnadu. I have approached HDFC bank for my two Wheeler loan on 26/06/2017 directly. HDFC representative Mr. Rakesh came to my house on the same day and I have given all the necessary documents he asked including podated cheques.

        After five days I got my loan approval no.49072042. After that no response from your side. Even I do know the status of my loan.
        So, I decided to quit my loan. I kindly request you to return my loan documents as quick as possible.

          Hdfc bank has been blocking my money as a hold balance .i coud't get that money in to my main acc, i have contacted coustomer exicutives but i didn't get a usefull answer. and one more problem am facing that to much fee for transactions, i have a salary acc and probably it as a zero balace acc, the last few days i didnt use my card i got 234 rupies in minus in my acc . how it would be posible, i dont use any other fecility of your bank, is this leagal? how can take my money by some one else without doing nothing! do i have any protection for my money in this contry?

            But my point is that if i never visited at branch on 24/05/2017 and didn't take any statement according to my account so why they charge me ₹115.

              I had already speed posted signed closer form, hdfc emailed saying my signature not matching. This is not true. I have the same signature to all other hdfc bank. This is simply an excuse, not to close my a/c.
              If i resend the form, the bank will raise the same issue of signature mismatch, the main intention is to delay or not to close my a/c.
              Hdfc may verify whether it is me who has applied for a/c closer by calling me at registered mobile phone and asking the secret questions
              I left my job and going for higher study abroad, i urgently need to close this a/c and may open again in future.

              Till today i used to recommend to open hdfc trading account to my friends and relatives. If the people know that you create trouble and issues while closing this account, they will not go for your account.

                Hi sir,

                I applied for a personal loan in a hdfc bank and got it but after few days my documents was illegally used for generating credit card without my prior knowledge. (Without my permission)

                Even they started auto debited some amount for pay online bills of my mobile number.

                Otherwise i will complaint to concern authority for using my confidential documents without my permission.

                "We wish to clarify that your HDFC Bank Master Platinum Money back credit card was processed during July 2017 basis your duly signed application and Most Important Document (MID), detailing the applicable fee structure including the annual membership fee and the renewal fee apart from the salient product features."

                It Means the HDFC agents makes a wrong commitments.
                Beacuse of GST name bank cut my 708rs. every month gst deducted like this only. GST rule is not like. kindly resolve this or i will take serious action.

                      I have been complaining about 2 issues that remain unresolved for more than 2 years

                      Demat account where the shares my mother's name should have been deleted. I have submitted 3 original death certificates (And don't have any more left) and a new account to be started in my name. What has happened is my trading account has been suspended and no account created. Fed up have requested the shares need to be transferred to icici bank demat account

                        Sir, my name is Akshay Mangla & My account No. Is [protected]. I applied for PRAN card and to apply PRAN card we need to enter bank detalis & i entered my accurate bank details& after two days i got a msg that your bank details are rejected by your bank.. Please contact your bank. So i went to local hdfc branch they told me that my account is agriculture account thats why they rejected my details . Now i am not able to edit my PRAN details so i cant change my bank . Local hdfc branch manager dont know to convert my account into saving account .. So i want solution .. I am in a big problem & bank is not helping me

                          I have hdfc credit card. Last one year i am trying to update my mobile number and email address. Every time bank rejected my application because of signature mismatch. I have already send signature mismatch form with my signature proof (Pan card) but still they rejected my application.

                          My credit card last four digit : 8778

                          When i am not paid statement, they call me my new mobile number but they not update my mobile number.

                          Last six month i have not received my credit card statement and every month they called me and collected amount for minimum payment. And every time they charge me late fee or other charge.

                          I don't know my statement amount for payment. This is affected in my cibil report.

                              I visited to deposit a 10000 inr to my relative's account, there was a tag of axis bank on the note i had with me,,,, cashier approched me to write on a new tag,,, i did,,, then he approched to remove a red color plastic tag was there on the notes,,, was it my duty?
                              No its your duty, why should i re write denomination again on tag or remove others bank tag?

                                  What the hell is this, , when i never got any letter, how could they say that they sent a letter?

                                  I saw the status and understand which is got disapproved due to not responding the letter copy which is sent from you for me. Let me know which address you sent the letter, because i didn't not any letter copy from hdfc bank.

                                    I, rajeev kumar sharma, an employee of isro-dept. Of space has opened an account in hdfc bank, branch sohana on the name of my wife mrs. Sudesh sharma (House-wife), acc no : [protected] for the purpose of meeting our emergency needs and we expected to have inr 1, 50, 000 by today. Due to some emergency, we required the money and came to know that inr 25, 000 has been deducted from her account and added to some insurance policy, which she never adopted. After further information, we come to know that the concerned bank personnel (Calling her and harassing her daily for starting f. D. Or r. D scheme) had deliberately made her sign the policy on the name of f. D. And mislead her while signing the documents.in doing so she (Bank personnel) has added wrong information of the nominee, that's me.
                                    I request you to kindly stop the policy instantly and return the whole amount which underwent in insurance policy in my account as such (Inr 25, 000). Your act will avoid any further action by us.

                                      I have taken hdfc life click 2 protect 3d plus policy bearing no. 19275904 through their guntur branch office. Inspite of my several requests and phone calls, the local manager is not sending mandate to my employer to deduct amount for payment of monthly premium under the policy no. 19275904. The advance premium paid on 28/05/2017 is sufficient for three months premium and next premium payment is due on 28/08/2017. Till this date we have not received the mandate from m/s hdfc life insurance. I fear that this company is intentionally trying to lapse my policy.

Further, the premium amount for due date of August 28, 2017 will be deducted post presenting the transaction by us.                                       I have pruchased 2 HDFC life insurance policies saying 1 time investment. They also have promised that i will get a huge amount with in 3 months of the policy.

                                      no money came, now the firm asking for the yearly permium also.

                                        I am ahdfc credit card holder few time back through hdfc phone banking service they offer me a credit card and one assist insurance policy. Due to non requirement of this insurance policy i cancel they policy but they take rs399 on 6/07/2017 cancellation charges of this policy they never inform me or intimate me for their cancellation charges. After that they deduct rs 564 by the name of auto pay. I just want to know if i cancel the policy so why they take cancellation charges without informing me after that they deduct rs 564 without any of my purchasing, it's such a bad experience of my
                                        Kindly refund my money back as soon as possible. Or arrange a call asap
