i am trying to update my employer details from last 5 months

I have rised several complaints from feb 2017 and each and every time they are giving reasons but still it is in normal account only. There is no reason why they assumed that i am not working my sal is crediting in same account from las5 years. Still no resolution. I have wasted my time and money...

irritating calls for personal loan and credit card

My name is sandeep. Time and again i have been getting calls from the hdfc bank pressurizing me to take their credit card and personal loans. Even though my phone number is on do not disturb list it seems to have no value. The shameless call centre guys from hdfc are continuously calling and disturbing. Rhodium i request you to look into this matter as soon as possible....

debit card failed transaction

I have made a transaction by my debit card of rs 1799 on 18/6 the amount was debited three times out of which only one transaction was successful on making a complaint on customer care my amount was being reversed on 03/07 i. E 1799*2 but on 13/07 the reversal i received was again debited on contacting customer care again they told me to give the dispute form to the branch, i did the same and more than 20 days are over i neither received...

about the app

I tried to add from my Indian bank to payzapp wallet. Amount is deducted from my Indian bank account. But still it is not credited to my wallet and also it is not refunded to my account also. For refunding it will take nearly 5 working days.Now its very urgent for me.What I have to do noe? Please try to resolve this problem. Its a very big problem for the customers....

I added the amount of Rs 5000/- SBI CREDIT CARD TO payzapp on login id is [protected], as dated 10. 08. 2017 i got a message to my registerd Mobile no RS.5, 000.00 Was spent on your SBI Card at PayZapp on 10.8.2017, but amount not Deposited in payzapp app portal
So kindly credit of amount of rs 5000/- in payzapp app as soon as possible.

hdfc bank payzapp - transfer money to wrong account

Hello,
On 9th August, i transferred 5000 rs to a wrong icici account from my hdfc payzapp account.
It was supposed to be sent to my account[protected] but it got transferred to another account[protected].

I visited both the banks and told them the incident in details.
But no bank is ready to take the responsibility and solve the issue.
