Have a made fund transfer of rs 4000 from payzapp app (App phone no. [protected]) to my account on[protected] the transaction showing successful but money didn't credited in my bank account. I have customer support no.[protected] and ask for clarification of refund they could not give a proper information, attached here transaction receipts. Please resolve my problem asap.

      This month rs. 708 deducted from account as amb charges. What does that mean? I am not informed by bank before deducting this amount. Since it was my salary account i was using the account regularly, but recently when i changed company the salary account changed to sbi rather than hdfc. But i am having some amount in my hdfc account and they are deducting some amount every month without my knowledge. This is completely unacceptable. If some thing went wrong or i dont have enough balance, the bank should inform me before deducting the cash.

        Kindly close my salary account (Rajesh panjabi) as i am unemployed since jan 2017. I don't want any notification from hdfc bank again for any dues. They just want money as it it unethical way.. Please ask them (Hdfc bank) to close my salary account (Rajesh sajandas panjabi) as i am unemployed since 2017... I have already sent an email to hdfc bank to close my account, but they didn't. If people who have hdfc salary account, and now unemployed since jan 2017 and then they know that salary is not credited since jan 2017 and after 3 months they should close the account rather than sending dues notification. It is unethical. Pls close my salary account which is under the name of rajesh sajandas panjabi. I don't want any notification or messages for any due from hdfc bank.

          I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1299/- from my credit card number ending with 5312 without my concern on date:21/08/2017. I am not interested about this service.

          There was a call received about hdfc card protection from your executive 10 days ago which cost was rs.1299/-.
          I denied for this plan but when i checked my last statement received dated on 21 august 2017, i stared that rs. 1299/- was auto debited from my hdfc card account ending 5312 & converted into emi.
          It's my humble request that i don't want this plan, so please cancel this plan and refund my all money.
          I hope that you will pay attention towards this matter and oblige me.

            I had swipped my debit card in central square mall on 20 aug 2017. Inr 1000 got deducted from my debut card but the transaction was failed. I want refund for the incorrect deduction of ₹1000

            It is more than 4 days that the amount is not refunded.

            Kindly do the needful

            Also provide a direct contact details for a customer service representative as the toll free number does not have any option to talk to a representative to file any complaints.

              I had added 500 rs in payzapp wallet. Was using the wallet for first time. The phone call is not being answered. I tried calling them on thursday, friday but with no luck. The helpline number is useless. It is out of coverage, how can a toll free number customer care phone be out of coverage. After 6.30 on friday my phone finally connected to a computerised voice answering system where i kept my phone on for 13 mins but then disconnected it as i had waited for long while i believe. No response on e mail. Hdfc bank affilitated payzapp wallet literally is below par. Let know about this issue. Kindly call [protected]. I hope that past experiences of payzapp which were good continues this time. So please help and resolve our complaint asap

                Hdfc bank people are fraud

                I called up your cc on 13th august enquiring about a transaction, i clearly asked the person that i will make 2 transactions and i want emi on the 2nd one as the merchant is giving me emi option on the 1st. That person asked me to go ahead with the transaction and said that call us after some days and we will convert it to emi. Now when i called to convert it into emi your cc person said that it cant be converted into emi. What kind of non sense is this.

                I even called back again to file a complaint then a supervisor by the name of saurabh said that he will callback but he never called me. I even went to the branch they are saying that they cant help me. And they are just giving me insta loan option which i dont want.

                To whichever department is this mail concerned :

                I am not going to pay the amount if its not convered to emi
                I want action to be taken against people who did this fraud with me.
                And if i am charged any interest rate then i am not going to pay for it.

                If i dont get a resolution than i am going to consumer court

                  Sir, i had made a imps fund transfer transaction of rs. 5000/- from my payzapp app (Registered mobile no. [protected]) to my sbi savings account on 25.08.2017 09.44 hours.in the app it is showing successful but it's not been credited to my sbi account number yet. I have called to payzapp customer care but they are insisted to not raise any complaints as the transaction is showing successful in the app. Kindly help. It is quite urgent for me

                    My name is vinay kumar ([protected]) and i had purchased hdfc ergo personal accident plan having policy no. 52159958/00001 through hdfc ergo sales executive last year (2016), who had informed me about the policy/term condition, which was verified by hdfc ergo verifier call but none of them tell me about the 1 week deductible policy. When i got injured and inquired about the claim process then only i know this thing. They totally denied to cover my all days because as per them they can not break their policy. I had tried to follow their service escalation matrix but i always received the revert from level-1 while i had tried to raised my concern to level-3. I had sent many reminders but no luck.

                    I totally disagree about the deductible-1week or i can not claim for 1 week and it is totally fraud because if something not informed to me then it should not apply. Because through this type of rude behavior or wrong commitment, no one can trust on their sale executive wording.

                    I purchased maruthi swift car before two months back and now applying for claim regards damages on some portion on car.
                    Before applying they convinced as a zero depreciation but now they are playing like anything as not claiming as of terms.

                      Hdfc bank is unknown about pradhan mantri awas yojna.. They are not providing subsidy against home loan. They said that they do not have any info regarding this scheme.. If pm modi is giving benefits to the public then why hdfc banks are not supporting him??
                      Plzz take a initiative step against them as the people who r not aware of complaining thn how they people will take benefits.. This is a demotion step in developing india.. I request u to take some steps against banks..

                        On 17th aug 2017, by mistake i have submitted a cheque of boi in hdfc bank sector-63, noida branch which need to be get submitted in axis bank.
                        Same day i realized this mistake, i visited the bank next day and the lady who was sitting there said all the cheques went to sector-4 for clearance and your cheque will take 6 to 7 working days to return back. I have made 2 visits in this week to trace the cheque but didn't get any response. Today i went to the bank and the person who was sitting there said your cheque details are not in our records. I have spoken to the bank manager she has asked me to wait till monday.
                        I am accepting that mistake was mine that i have submitted the in a wrong bank but bank has shown negligence, where did the cheque went??

                          Apply credit card before 15 dys but no response.no buddy chek my credit card status .and i chek my credit card treking but no data found in display.so plz replay me on urjant base .plz inform in my mail id [protected]@gmail.com.and my number [protected] .
                          I paid online to SNDL maharshtra for my electricity bill through debit card .amount of Rs 1210 deducted but transaction id was not generated..SNDL is electricty supplier in nagpur maharshtra.
                          Today morning at 05.42 am i got a message of transaction on y credit card for Rs 4282.22 at Microsoft office 365.

                          This transaction has not been done by me and have no idea about it.

                          We would not be making payment for this.
                          I have made NEFT transactions to my another bank account for which bank charged me Rs. 5.90 per transactions which is not in favour of customers.

Completed the two-wheeler loan, after completion of my loan I have received the original RC book from bankers. that time they have told me NOC send through by courier but till now I have not receive the NOC

                            It is just west of time to write issues to your service mail. No action will be taken by you. Stop selling policies through channel partner or must take action against them but you can't because your revenue generated and sell no. Of products through # channel partner & making fool to needy people.

                            Please awaking people is any kind of loan will be given on such this policies or not. If yes please explain how & when can be filed a loan, if not then explain accordingly.

                              Hello,
                              On 25th july, i transferred 5000 rs to a wrong icici account from my hdfc payzapp account.
                              It was supposed to be sent to my account[protected] but it got transferred to another account[protected].
                              Transaction id[protected]*a43kqb
                              I visited both the banks on saturday and told them the incident in details.
                              But no bank is ready to take the responsibility and solve the issue.
                              Icici bank customer care gave me the details of account but said as hdfc is the initiator of the transaction, they have to raise the request.

                              Hdfc bank said, as the transaction has completed, they can not raise the request and icici bank has to support.

                              Please help me and refund the money or at least contact to that person and ask him to send it back.

                                I have been using HDFC salary a/c for the last 7 years. I have availed personal loan earlier and I have topup it on a couple of years back. And now due to my medical need am in a situation to avail a top up again.
                                I had a call from HDFC customer care stating that am eligible for an offer of pre-approved 10 minutes loan of 2, 55, 000 that was available in my net banking offers tab. When I approached to the executive at HDFC bank named Aruna regarding this, she stated that it is a false thing and it is a way of the employee’s marketing technique of reaching their target in the bank.
                                She stated that it will be a high percentage of interest if the customer proceeds with the offer. She promised to get me the loan at my existing % of interest and she asked me to neglect the offer that was available in my net banking. So believing her, I submitted my proper documents. After the documents are submitted she is not giving a proper response. She is either picking up my call or not giving a response on my loan application status. She had taken my application as a count for her monthly target and no progress was made, As a result am out of money for my family medical need which is un avoidable.
                                Adding to that when I tried to reach her through landline, one of her colleague said that she is in a meeting with her manager. But later the reply from Aruna was that she was on a leave that day.
                                Because of her I lost my PL loan offer that was available and am into a huge trouble to support my family through medical needs.
                                I merely believed her by the way she spoke. Am registering a complaint to ensure that this does not happen to any of the customer of HDFC. Due to her am in a huge struggle to face my medical needs for my family.
                                I kindly request the team to take necessary action and please provide a solution for my problem

                                  This is Ayyappan, from Chennai, Tamilnadu. I have approached HDFC bank for my two Wheeler loan on 26/06/2017 directly. HDFC representative Mr. Rakesh came to my house on the same day and I have given all the necessary documents he asked including podated cheques.

                                  After five days I got my loan approval no.49072042. After that no response from your side. Even I do know the status of my loan.
                                  So, I decided to quit my loan. I kindly request you to return my loan documents as quick as possible.

                                    Hdfc bank has been blocking my money as a hold balance .i coud't get that money in to my main acc, i have contacted coustomer exicutives but i didn't get a usefull answer. and one more problem am facing that to much fee for transactions, i have a salary acc and probably it as a zero balace acc, the last few days i didnt use my card i got 234 rupies in minus in my acc . how it would be posible, i dont use any other fecility of your bank, is this leagal? how can take my money by some one else without doing nothing! do i have any protection for my money in this contry?

                                      Without information dated on 24/05/2017
                                      But my point is that if i never visited at branch on 24/05/2017 and didn't take any statement according to my account so why they charge me ₹115.
                                      So need to clarification from bank or reverse my ₹115 to my account

                                        I had already speed posted signed closer form, hdfc emailed saying my signature not matching. This is not true. I have the same signature to all other hdfc bank. This is simply an excuse, not to close my a/c.
                                        If i resend the form, the bank will raise the same issue of signature mismatch, the main intention is to delay or not to close my a/c.
                                        Hdfc may verify whether it is me who has applied for a/c closer by calling me at registered mobile phone and asking the secret questions
                                        I left my job and going for higher study abroad, i urgently need to close this a/c and may open again in future.

                                        Till today i used to recommend to open hdfc trading account to my friends and relatives. If the people know that you create trouble and issues while closing this account, they will not go for your account.

                                        Please do the needful at the earliest to close my trading account 2648924
