My self bhaskr bhatt, i by hdfc life policy in 2014 but some personal reason i unable to continue my policy but now a day your agent is cheating with me and calling me for to back money from my policy.
One person mr. Aashish agarwal (Mb.[protected]) is called me & give security to give my money to back he give a condition to refund money. First i pay 2 years remaining policy that amount is 30, 000, he send me a form and told send a check of 30, 000 by post in haridwar address. But after few days i understand he is cheating with me. He is opening my new policy
Your service is very bed i am fed-up with you services. You are only cheating with person, as well as mr manoj (Mb. [protected]) and ms aditi (Mb.[protected]) also called me they are also attached with mr aashish agarwal.. Please find solution for my policy. Other wise i clame is consumer court my policy no is 17212869 and my mb.[protected]

      Hi,
      On 16th august 2017, i purchased a product 'wildhorn combo set' from amazon.in
      While i was placing the order during payment the first transaction failed to placed the order but amount of 849. Rs got deducted from my credit card and i received message for revised payment.
      And then when i proceeded with revised payment again 849. Rs got deducted from my credit card and order was placed.
      But i haven't yet received the refund of 849. Rs from the first payment gateway transaction failure.

        Hi hdfc team,

        I am writing this mail to bring to your notice a very unfortunate event that happened today which is highly unprofessional and inappropriate.
        Between me and my family we hold many hdfc credit cards and bank accounts and we appreciate all your services.

        But this particular incident is shameful, we have amount of around 1 lakh inr deposited in the account of awas vikas (Government housing body) o[censored]ttar pradesh, through one housing scheme. Later we decided to withdraw from the process and asked for refund, this is pending since april, 2017 and now its august end. Despite multiple reminders from awas vikas refund was not initiated and they had sent various reminders, then one hard copy letter was being sent to ashok marg branch of hdfc bank.
        Bank manager is very rude and unprofessional and does not know how to talk to customers, on call also he talks as if he is supreme authority of hdfc bank, he denied recieving any letter, later when chief finance officer called him, he confessed that he got the letter in july itself but didnt process the refund.
        As of today, my mother visited the branch, she is also a manager serving in government body, but he taked to her in very rude manner and dismissed without giving proper details.
        After when sathish sir called him, he ewas vey pissed and i dropped him multiple mails and asked to acknowledge them this was his reply..

        "i wont reply to each and evry mail i get, who are you, and why should i reply, who the hell is sathish to scold me"
        This carried on for long time, later he threatened me that my money will not be refunded, i can do whatever i want. He seem to have some sort of disorder with his authority, as he was shouting the same thing again and again.

        Kindly look into it, this type of behavior is highly unacceptable and i expect appropriate action to be taken against such people.

        After abusing, he blocked all my numbers and he has assured me that he wont initiate the process, i have informed the same to chief finance officer of awas vikas uttar pradesh.

          I holding your hdfc credit card for more than 3 years, i need a complete breakup of my debit and credit details from day one. Moreover i wanted to know the date andyear on which i have taken the credit card. The charges levied are extremely high i wanted to go for final settlement and wanted to close down the card.             In kathua hdfc bank executive don't say to customer what i can do. Executive of bank open the account of customer and don't tell what the further procedure?. That person (Executive) automatically debit money from account without any intimation to account holder.... Plz beware and don't open acc in private bank

            Gali ka kutto sa bacho bolta kuj ha karta kuj ha.. Be open account in govt bank and be open policy in govt authorised plate form..

              I had taken a children's policy with policy number = 15513939. The policy was issued to me by mr. Maanas (Tel :- [protected]).
              The premium payment started from october 2012 and the premium payment frequency is annually. When i had taken the policy, i had requested your agent to issue the policy for a duration of 10 years i. E., the first premium payment would be in october-2012 and the last premium payment would be in october-2021. And, that the policy would mature in october-2022. But, when i checked the policy recently, i found that the last premium payment would be october-2022 and the policy would mature in october-2023.
              Also, he had stated to me that when the policy matures in october-2022 and in case i am alive on the policy maturity date, then i would get inr 6.5 lakhs at the time of maturity.
              Request you to clarify, as there seems to be a discrepancy between what was stated/promised to me and what has been issued to me.

                      I've applied to open bank account in hdfc... Verification process completed.. I got mail from hdfc that my account was opened.. I didn't get kit.. Some one called me they said they are calling from hdfc and asked my date of birth and address.. I opened my ac in odisha.. But i got call from tamilnadu.. From this number [protected]..in the mail they said my password is my dob.. To open bank ac details..in the phone cal they only asked my dob. I thought it was verification but actually my verification process was completed.. How do i know is it fake call or hdfc bank call??
                      In true caller some people reported the no. Was spam? But i said details that i thought the bank kit was not arrived may be it was the verification process.

                          The loan amount which was approved 3months ago!! I'm having tough time with your hdfc personal in getting the amount disburse. Every time i keep hearing false promises and unacceptable reason.

                          I'm tried of following up with hdfc and looking forward to get this cancelled as it didn't helped me any ways to fullfil my requirement on time and reimburse all my amount which i have spent on this loan.

                          [protected]@hdfcscales.com was the one who was following up and now he doesn't even answer my phone call.

                          This is disrespectful and not acceptable in any manner!!! I'm disappointed with the way hdfc is treating customers!!!

                          Looking forward for your response on cancellation of this loan and return my money back which i have spent..

                            I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs 1299 from my credit card number ending with 5459xxxxxx7568 without my authorization on date:30/08/2017.

                            I don't want this membership, so cancel the membership and refund the same. Please take the necessary action asap otherwise i will have to take action against this illegal fee charged without intimation.

                                Hello,
                                On 25th aug, i transferred 5000 rs to a wrong idbi account from my hdfc payzapp account.
                                It was supposed to be sent to my account [protected] but it got transferred to another account [protected].
                                Transaction id[protected]
                                I visited both the banks on monday and told them the incident in details.
                                But no bank is ready to take the responsibility and solve the issue.
                                Idbi bank customer care gave me the details of account but said as hdfc is the initiator of the transaction, they have to raise the request.

                                Hdfc bank said, as the transaction has completed, they can not raise the request and idbi bank has to support.

                                Please help me and refund the money or at least contact to that person and ask him to send it back.

                                  I dint expect such a irresponsible reply from a reputed bank like hdfc. I am a existing customer having a sb account with madambakkam chennai branch. Im native of different town chidambaram and working here in a research institution. When i tried to open a current account for a event marketing company which i have incorporated in my native town address they refused to open the account stating that i din provide any local address proof​ in company name. When i explained the representative that it is a online admin work so the team members all working from home and i dont need any local office it will be unnecessary expenditure for us. As of now the company office address is the incorporated address that s my native address. Still he s not ready. I told them at least give the mailing address as my permanent native address for that i have proofs. For that he is telling me to go and open the account in native place... Now tell me i how to open a current account from my home branch (Madambakkam) coz i'm working in chennai it will be easy for me to manage the account. Or else i have no option i have to switch the bank. My application number is ca[protected]..

                                    I raised request last month but still not no resolution.
                                    Every time i getting ridiculous response from hdfc team mate 'nethaji sabapathi'.
                                    He always says "we have checked and inform you that your debit card is in active status. We request you to re-initiate the transaction again at the different atm" from past 30 days. I tried different atms still he is giving same response. I am hesitate with hdfc customer service.

                                      I came to know that rs. 118 is debited from my saving account on 30th august evening.. When i saw it on my mobile it is showing like adhoc atm stat chgs including gst 170817.. Ref no-mir[protected] while i didn't go any branch for ad-hoc statement.. I want my debited amount to be returned to my account. Please you kindly pay attention to my complain and revert the said amount as soon as possible.

                                        Hello sir this is to inform you that i ravi kumar mishra having a savings account in hdfc bank and my user id is or you can say customer id is 48671994
                                        I was having a personal loan with your bank and applied for a top up of rs100000. My personal banker whose name is suraj get me in contact with sharmi from the loan department after i applied and the documentation was done sharmi called me one day and said that only rs85000 housand has been approved by the bank against your request of rs 10000, at that point of time i clearly said sharmi that i need rs100000 or i don't want any other amount which is lesser than rs 100000 and she said she will try. One day sharmi again called me and said that your signature is mismatched so she will again send a representative to my home address for getting the signature done again which she did and i signatures the documents again. On friday 24th of august i got a message that 85000 rupees has been transferred into my saving account without informing me i check my account and saw that only 77789 rupees as been transferred into my savings account. On the very next monday i called my personal banker suraj and said everything to him he said that he will contact sharmi and clear everything to me which he never did after few hours i called sharmila myself and ask her about everything happened with my loan request. She said that the amount which got transferred to my account was rs85000 and emi for the first month which was supposed to be deducted on september will not get deduct from my account as emi of the first month has already been deducted from that loan amount of rs 85000. On the very next day i received a message from hdfc bank where it was clearly mentioned that my first emi against my loan is due on 4th of september so now i want you please get the rs77000 transfer from my account back as your bank representatives cheated on me and transferred the rs77000 just for getting their target achieved and i will never do any kind of transactions with hdfc bank in coming future and i will ensure that none of my family member or friends do any transactions with your bank.
                                        Please take necessary actions against your representatives and grant my request of taking back the amount transferred.
