Dear sir/mam,
I have purchased a policy no.16261065 in 2013 from hdfc bank basti branch, at the time of bubying the policy i have been informed that if i will pay atleast one premium i will get my money back after 5 year, due to some financial problem i could not pay the second premium and i was assured that i will get my money back after 5 year, but when i contacted to the hdfc life they told me your policy is traditonnal and if you will not pay 3 such premium you will not get any amount back, it was totaly miss guided me and fake sell, i am very upset and if my problem get not resolved i will go in irda.
Request you to please help me to get my money back...

HDFC Life Customer Care's response Hi, please inform the customer to write his issues to us at [protected]@hdfclife.com from his registered Email Id. Alternatively, the complaint letter duly signed by him can also be submitted to any of the nearby HDFC Life branch in customers location. It will be assessed by us and further the response with the resolution would be sent to customer.
This complaint is regarding error in Kyc even after submitting all details and hereby I have attached screenshot
Kindly look into this matter.
