Hello,

I have using hdfc dinners club credit card rewards from past 1 year, i have accumilated around 10, 000 points and i redeemed a voucher to recharge my mobile and d2h, all of a sudden from aug 15th they have removed mobile recharge and d2h recharge from there dinners club portal without any one notice.
How can they do without informing to the customer?

With out informing they did the following.
1. Removed offer of 1+1 movie ticket
2. Reduced reward point value from 0.75p t0 0.30p
3. Removed d2h and mobile recharge from there portal.

Now using this card and accumulating points of no use.

I'm demanding a explanation on this.

why can't you give a proper answer in this loop. Every one need too know about this.

I have accumilated lot of points and generated a voucher, all of a sudden you made many changes without anyone notice, now everything become useless.
I would like to change my PAN number in bank records as I have lost my PAN and have been given with a complete new number. I have visited bank 3 times and wrote a letter with self attested copy of my new pan number but the same is not getting updated. I want my pan card to be changed to BFKPC7013R in the bank records under cuts ID 55311999
Few days back 885 rupees get deducted from my account stating depository charges. I checked this with near hdfc branch and they said my account is demat account. I don't know what this demat account is and when they changed with out my knowledge. I need my money back as early as possible.

    I made a transaction of rupees 5000 on 21 august 2017 from my credit card to payzapp, money debited but not credited to payzapp account, when called to the customer care number no response at all. Again on 22 august 2017 i made transaction of 5000 which the amount debited from payzapp account and not credited to the bank account.
    For the first one i don't see a txn id.
    For the second one txn id is[protected]hm59kx5
    Iam writing here because i have seen similar complaints from customers and not resolved for prolonged time.
    Please revert with an immediate action asap.. Please.

      Hi i am rajrupa sarkar. I am not able to transfer funds or can add any beneficiary to my account. While sending the otp number the hdfc net banking are mentioning my registered mobile number and mail id but actually are not sending. I have raised complaints time and again in the hdfc customer care.
      How can i send my money to my old parents. If hdfc takes care of this issue urgently

        Day before yesterday i got a call regarding the sms alert charges renewal. I told the lady that i am not using my trading account so i don't want renew this service. But she convinced me saying that this service is linked with my saving accounts as well.
        When i checked the sms alert charges for saving account its only 15 rs per quater!
        But now they have charged me 590 rs for the sms alert service.
        HDFC Securities customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
        i use the recommendations and they are quite helpful.

            Hdfc bank has deducted ₹4848 from my account no. [protected] as amb charges. Despite speaking so many times to their executive, they are not ready to entertain me. Firstly while opening mr. Jaswinder singh of jagadhri branch furnished wrong information about my account saying it's a classic account and you will be privileged customer and will not be charged anything, that account was opened. I was already having my account with hdfc since 2003 but that wanted me to open one account at their branch. Now when i'm trying for reimbursement of my money deducted, mr. Jaswinder singh avoiding my calls, which is making me mentally disturb as i'm not posted out of station and i'm not able to visit my branch. I want to take action against hdfc bank for furnishing wrong information and then neglecting my calls

              Initially i have called this number [protected] one lady received that call her name is swathi, after 10 minutes he send one mail to girinagar branch about personal loan amount rs.6500 please accept it like that than i have paid my personal loan amount cash deposit rs.6500 on 07/08/2017 at girinagar branch bangalore office,
              But hdfc people daily call and harassmenting me, why they people dont know about inside the bank working, unnecessary bank people will put cheque bounce charge to me i will not pay 1rupee also in future, i will raise the complaint against hdfc whole bank people to consumer court,

                This complaint about employee name-Hitesh sadane from amravati and nitin who works in hdfc bank @nagpur.
                I got called from your bank for personal loan and i am also ready to take the same . In this case they required some doc from me, same was said to priyanka who had called me for personal loan.priyanka send hitesh for to collect the doc.
                When hitesh came to me i told hm to give me 5 min for xerox but he reply me dat he dont hav a much time for that and also he told me that how can you called me to collect the paper if you dont hav a copy. So i told him how can you speak like this with customer, he replied that he work like this only. Then i told him to go back bcoz of his rude behaviour. Then i called to priyanka who is in nagpur i told her how can you send this type of guys who dont know how to behave with customer then she had forwarded call to her senior named nitin who was also favouring that guy and he told me that we give the loan to more than 10 peaples like you.
                My question is that if you are giving a loan more than 10 peoples in a day so why you had call me for the same.
                I dont know why you people are doing a telecalling for loan, stop it.
                Or else keep one board outside and right there dat your bank is giving a loan to more than 10 people and you dont required more customers.
                I dont want a loan from You but it is my suggestion becoz your employees not having a guts to convience the customer.
                I request you to please dont keep such kind of employee for healthy business

                  My account number [protected]... Continuously for the last 3 months the amount is getting debited for an amount of 1716/-. Though it is my salary account. It is not yet converted to saving account. Please kindly go head and refund my amount. This is very hectic without any intimation unnecessarily my amount is being debited. If you are not going to refund my amount i have to close this account for sure. Really fed-up with this bank

                    There is no attention paid to my complaints, since i have clearly mentioned this to the customer care executive that my office location has changed and its been 5 months that i have moved to other location.
                    Firstly i had clearly mentioned and asked the hdfc executive to get my bill statement delivered at my home address not the office address. But still on confirming with the customer care, i got to know that the hard copy of the bill is getting delivered at my previous office. Also, there is no message intimation or email about my bill details and due date for the bill to be paid. I have paid rs. 5000 in extra just because of hdfc mistakes that i am not getting the bill intimation. Every month once the due date is over, i get a call from hdfc bank executive saying i have to pay some amount + late payment fee of rs. 700 (Every month) and only after this call, i do the payment. I have done the payment every month but only when i get to know the amount.
                    I have paid whatever amount is told by the executive, and the hdfc only informs once the due date is over.
                    I have sent many mails and calls to get this issue fixed but no action has been taken on this. And my only concern is that i need some intimation via message or mail about my bill details. There was some amount which had to be credited back into my hdfc credit card account, on speaking to one exeuctive i was told it has been credited on 9th april, but while speaking to other executive, they told me there is no credit as such in my account.
                    This has been going on for last 5-6 months. Please take some action to resolve this issue.

                            I purchased 200 no's shares of pnb housing finance on 21-july-2017 and again i purchased 400 no's shares of pnb housing finance on 24-july-2017.

                            So, i had total 600 shares as on 24-july-2017. As per announced dividend effective date 25-july-2017, my dividend becomes 600 shares x dividend rs. 6/share = rs. 3600/- to be credited in my bank account, but i received only rs. 1200/- in my bank account.

                              Loans was on 36 tenured months, hdfc was for a monthly emi of rs.3856.00

                              I have paid the loans for bank till july.

                              I have not been able to pay up since then, due to no job and back up.

                              I am facing major financial crisis due to family reasons, i m searching job now, my all family responsibility is on me now, so i want to know if there is anything i can do to settle this loan for a much lesser amount.

                                I was using hdfc credit card and i couldn't make the payment due to financial problems and they have blocked the card..

                                There was outstanding of around inr 165000. Somehow i arranged money and paid 90, 000. Collection department says that you need to contact customer care and card will be activated however when i called customer care they denied and said that check with collection department. No one helped me. Pathetic service given by hdfc.
