This is jitendra sahoo. My contact no is [protected].

My lic bill with due date nov-16 for rs. 6480 was registered in hdfc bank to pay insurance premium payment for policy[protected] to lic india (Life insurance corporation of india). I tried to pay it using payzapp application on 10-nov-16. This transaction was failed. I received the document from hdfc which shows the transaction details. The supporting document shows the amount was iniitally failed on 10-nov-16, finally paid to merchant ubpp payzapp bilpay on 31-mar-17, not to lic which is the actual recepient for this policy. This is shocking how hdfc sent the failed transaction to payzapp bill pay again... There is no mention of lic or policy number in the document. So, it is clear that payzapp bill pay and hdfc credit card has cheated me.

Lic already confirmed me 3-4 times that they haven't received any kind of payment from payzapp bill service. Since payzapp bill pay did not pay lic bill on time, i had to pay lic premium with fine using my netbanking on 18-jan-17.

I have contacted hdfc credit card customer care many times. They said this payment transaction was successful and it is reflecting in my aug-17 hdfc credit card and refused to refund. I have followed up payzapp customer care ph. [protected]) for nearly 6 months. They are not responding.

I am submitting this complaint against hdfc credit card and payzapp which has done this fraudulent transaction for my life insurance policy and cheated the customer.

Attached the HDFC credit card statement for August-2017 which shows the Payzapp bill payment of Rs. 6480 on 17-Jan-17. LIC has confirmed me 3-4 times that they have not received this payment.

Dear Sir, I requested HDFC Bank and Payzapp to charge back. But, they are not listening and not responding. It is very disappointing and pathetic service. This is clear case of cheating customer by not paying insurance premium.

I am going to approach consumer court since payzapp and HDFC are not listening to me. I have lost my hard earned money. HDFC has not paid premium to LIC.

    Hi i am an existing customer of hdfc bank. I am having a toofan cruiser car and a bike and also credit card. I want to pay rs=31000/- for the insurance. So i have requested for a loan of 30, 000/- but your rejecting my request because you will not provide a loan against a vehicle. I can pay an insurance amount without a loan but i want to have a good relationship with the bank and i want to do all my transaction through the bank.
    Even in worst case scenario i can go for sri ram finance and of course they will provide an loan amount more than 30, 000/- if i request them. But whats the purpose of having an account in bank then.

            Hdfc ergo sent me a nil depreciation quotation and by starring @ the quotation i have handed a check amount, so recently 3 months back i met an accident and i did claim as per policy but now they are denying as they are saying that its your normal policy.               My user id for payzapp account is [protected].
              I have added money from my credit card to my payzapp account twice of rs 5000 from payzapp app. 1st time on 27/aug/2017 and 2nd time 27/aug/2017, 5000 rs each time. Both the time transaction happened successfully and money has deducted from my credit card and it has not reflected on my payzapp account.

              Please help me out what should i do??

              after putting this post i started getting so many calls, all started asking my account details... People are taking number from here and trying to hack our bank account.

                  I am jyoti singh and my a/c no. Is [protected] and my complaint is when i withdrawal amt. From hdfc atm from central secretariat but my amt. Not received because no money in atm that's why i lefted then when i try withdraw amt. From chandni chowk show my a/c balance is rs. 25/- something and then i called in customer care then i received msg deduct rs. 10, 000/- from a/c my question is when my money deduct in my a/c so why no any received msg (This msg recieved me when called in cust. Care rs.10000.00 was withdrawn using your hdfc bank card ending 6990 on[protected]:13:53:24 at +central secrtriat delh. Avl bal: rs.25.22) so please revert my balance because this is my whole salary and i belong to middle family so plz revert me

Bank issued me the card and along with that without my consent they have activated smart pay services and also charged the premium for credit shield insurance which i have never requested.                     I have blocked my credit card due to loss. Requested to reissue on last month.
                    I have totally disappointed with hdfc and bluedart services. I did not receive any call from blue dart for delivery saying we are attempted to deliver like that from past one month. Then i called hdfc cus care one person "ansari"told like we make call arrangement with blue dart please be available at (Time mentioned on call). I have waited but i didn't got card.

                    Seriously i was disappointed with that person "ansari".

                    Still i not received card.

                      I have lodged above fdr on 05.07.2017 duly discharged and request to encase the fdr on maturity i. E. On 06.07.2017 and credit my saving bank account no.[protected]. But bank has encased the fdr on 05.07.2017 it self and deducted the amount of rs.5354/- as pre maturity penalty. I had spoken several times to branch manager as well as my relationship manager that i am not at fault how you can deduct the amount as i have instructed to encase the fdr on maturity and not ask for pre-maturity encasement, but no satisfactory reply was received. Then i also dropped mails to ceo/ chairman of hdfc bank mr. Aditya puri, which has also not made any yield.

                        This is to bring to your notice is that hdfc credit card no:[protected] was opened in the year[protected] with zero processing fees with zero annual fees. Unfortunately while checking my cibil score i could find written off amount (Total) 5111.

                        How could it be possible of an outstanding amount of rs.5111/- on zero transaction, zero yearly charges.

                                    Ur credit card collection team is illiterate and ill-mannered i think u people should stop selling credit cardwhen u can't maintain customer my this month due date got over n i couldn't pay i told the lady to pag by 1st of sept. And the way she spoke n called my mother the another no. Which is logged with u. I think u people don't know hw to be in customer relationship. Wow no audio attachment option grt.

                                    Hi Team, HDFC Bank collection team doesn't have any intention that from customer to get payment rather they just want to make note that every month th they are calling customer and interest rate will get increased for their customer. I have observed that past 5months no one is ready to resolve the issue rather every month last week

                                      Complaint regarding taking out chq for clearing. They dont have any fix time. Sometimes they take out clearing at 1pm, sometimes they take out clearing at 2.30. I em facing this problem from long time. Whenever i complaint about this. They give lame excuses. Kindly look into this matter as soon as possible. My currnet accout number-[protected].
