Hi my self brunda,

I thought to apply loan in axis bank but hdfc person misguided by telling that loan will be get in hdfc faster compared to axis bank. So i applied first time loan in hdfc. He took 15 days to login my application by asking many documents. I provided all documents which where is told but after that he is not responding to call and i am unable to know the status of my loan. Now i moved to other bank.

I lost my precious 15 days with hdfc person by believing the bank. Now also i don't the status of my loan. If hdfc not sanctioned loan also fine but proper response should be given to customer.

I lost my trust in hdfc and decided to changa my salary account from hdfc to other trust able bank.

    Bank has deducted money from my account as per below details
    12 aug 2017 - inter-brn cash chg incl gst 200717 - mir[protected] mir[protected] 12 aug 2017 rs. 1, 858.50
    I believe this is towards interbank cash transaction charges but before transacting i asked the concerned bank manager for any additional charges are there or not. On his confirmation that no charges are there i did some cash transaction.
    I need the money back
    And also bank should have knowledgeable persons at branches having full information about all charges.

        I am asawari khandagale my loan has been foreclosed on january 2017. Till date it is showing active. It is not the responsibility of hdfc bank to close it and show zero account. They don't have mailed me no dues certificate yet. If they chase for emi why don't they do the same for closing account after foreclosure. It is not their responsibility. We are working don't have time to run for such small things. They are making our credit score poor. What cibil doing just posing the reports of banks not cross checking it??? It is working for banks to spoil credit score and harasse people like me.

        I visited bank for the same. They are saying I have to pay 640 rupees and close the account. Already all the charges have deducted from my account. This the only way of banks to extract money from customers making wrong entries in cibil.

          Dear hdfc bank,
          Hdfc bank are the one who directed me to one assist but really this company is not taking any request and auto payment mode is activated in my credit card. When i asked for the hdfc bank help they are not responsible.

          I din't expect this irresponsible behaviour from hdfc

          I'm using hdfc credit card since last 4 year card number ending with 8*4. My account is activated with one assist mfee and charged amount 1299 rs with out my knowledge. I want to cancel the unauthorized plan against my card, and also credit my money in my credit card which you have deducted in my credit card account.

          Also this is unfair that you cannot deduct the amount from the credit card without prior notice through call/message.
          And hdfc bank also has to recheck this issue with the auto payment modes.

          This is the 2nd year i'm requesting again for the cancellation of this one assist plan. Please kindly take a notice and cancel the plan and repay my amount rs.1299 as soon as possible.

          So request you to please cancel this activation against my credit card, and refund my money also.

              We have applied for bank guarantee for export bond from 4th august. Bank has given some formets to complete the application. One of their representaive mr. Mahendra was co ordinating with us for bank guarantee. He has lack of knowledge for this particular matter.in every day 1-2 days he came with different reason that you have not completed this and that./we requested him that please told us in single meeting that what we have to do to complete the process. But again and again he asked to come for signature or seal or any other issue.
              Today first time he came to our factory & asked to sign in stamp paper. I simply ask him when it will be complete. He said that because of incomplete document given by you, the bank guarantee is incomplete. I said him that it is because you had not told us properly. After that he loudly speak with me and said that he is the manager in hdfc bank. After that i also speak with him loudly. At last he threw the paper on my table and said he will not make bank guarantee.

              I want to ask is it right attitude??
              This is how your people deal with customer.

                Money not dispended but balance get deducted

                I am a customer of icici bank (Savings account).

                Date of transaction[protected], i had used hdfc bank atm (I had done from the hdfc bank atm (Atm id is s1ackd01) situated in kothagudem town, bhadradri kothagudem district, telanaga state.

                Atm got shutdown suddenly with out dispensing the money (10000), even though money got deducted from my icici bank savings account.

                I have raised services request with the icici bank i., e, sr[protected],
                For which i got only 1000, then again i raised another services requests with the icici bank such as, sr[protected], sr[protected], these services requests are closed by icici mentioning that hdfc bank is not responding back on this request.

                Can you please respond on my transactions failure on your hdfc bank to get my money back.

                Please investigate and get it credited back to my icici s/b account asap.

                The feedback says that hdfc delays this kind of complaints abnormally which is a concern to customers.

                  Am vishwas. R, i took an credit card from hdfc. I did not opt for any credit shield policy but they deducted my money. I need to know when they dont have concern to ask my permission without billing me for useless amount charged. I will take this to higher level if am not refunded with 878 rupee.

                    Dear sir,
                    I am using a credit card of hdfc bank.in july month statement they added a false transaction of rs. 472.98 at mops-sbc-cr-card-g mumba.
                    Now when i said that this transaction is not done by me they are refusing it.
                    They are also not providing the transaction details. When i investigate about transaction it was done at passport/visa office but i have never done this.
                    They are also not refunding the money for said false transaction.
                    Please help me to get transaction details/refund of money.
                    When i check the online consumer complaints there are many complaints regarding this transaction. This is totally fault by bank.

                          My account number [protected]... Debited amount of 1416/-. Againist amb chrg incl gst for jul2017-mir[protected] it is not yet converted to saving account. Please kindly go head and refund my amount. This is very hectic without any intimation unnecessarily my amount is being debited. If you are not going to refund my amount i will raise complaint to rbi banking ombudsman,. Really fed-up with this bank

                            I am an nri and visited hdfc branch @jntu when i was in india in july for a dd. I was met by the investment manager and then said he has a good ul ip. I signed up for it without knowing that a medical test is required. They told me that medicals is required after i signed up and the money is deducated. I said i had to leave us in the next few days and i dont have time for it and i need my money back. They said i will receive an email for acknowledgement and if i deny the acknowledgement, i will receive the refund in couple of days. I havent receive the refund, i wrote to their customer service thrice but no response. Their phone numbers do not work from us. I chatted with an agent and she said i will have courier some documents to india to get it cancelled. This is cheating as the bank failed to disclose all the details required before getting a policy signed. Application #[protected]

                              We had car loan a/c with hdfc bank a/c.23225847 having installement rs. 24840 every 5th of month.in august 2017 our cheque. No 45382 had been returned so, we had issue new cheque. No000296 dt. 16.8.17 of hdfc bank - gandhidham branch only. Same had been cleared on dt.16.8.17 but hdfc bank had re-deposited returned ch. No45382 on dt. 22.8.18. When they know that august installment had been clear then also they had deposited old cheques.
                              Very sorry to write that such harsement not expected from hdfc bank.

                                  Hi,

                                  I am an hdfc bank customer, my a/c no is "[protected]". Around total of rs. 3275.00 has been deducted from my a/c for amb chrg incl st & cess from january 2017 to july 2017. My account was corporate salary
                                  Account and it is still showing salary account with some min balance limit. Without any intimation from bank now total rs: 3275.00 has been deducted in last 7 months without any confirmation and call. How can someone take my money without any information. If account is converted from salary to saving then bank should inform me to maintain balance. But it is still showing savings - corporate salary type 1. Please refund my whole money into my account as it is still salary account, so that i can continue this account with proper balance limit. If not then please close this account. I want to continue this account.

                                  Hi, if I my phone number is not working than bank should send me a mail on my registered e-mail id. I never received any mail or even message. I have also updated my new contract number[protected] through ATM. But still it's showing not registered. Please reverse my money and tell me how much money I have to deposit to continue the account with bank.

                                    I tried opening a trading account and its almost a month . everytime they come up with some complain or other and they are not activating the account and even the staff is very unresponsive. I have an account with them for the last 7 years however over opening a trading account they are creating an issue. It has taken almost a month to open the same. Also the staff is very very unresponsive and don't even bother to inform on their own.

                                      This is my salary account and before one month i left the job.
                                      Hdfc debited my balance and now it's in negative.
                                      I don't know why it's happen and they're not closing my ac.

                                      As per the policy i can use the account for 3 months without any deduction, and also i can't pay this much of amount.
                                      This is totally wrong they are charging money from innocent people.
                                      I am very upset about it please help me out.

                                        Hi,
                                        Today, the balance in my savings account was deducted however the payment wasn't yet made. When i tried again, the balance got deducted twice. I have tried to contact the customer care a million times but none of the numbers helped me to contact any representative. The customer service at your end is pathetic, to say the least. It's be more sensical to not use hdfc services anymore, for me atleast.
                                        I sincerely ask you to help me with this and get me a refund on my payment as soon as possible, otherwise i'll have to take a serious action regarding the same.
