I am ahdfc credit card holder few time back through hdfc phone banking service they offer me a credit card and one assist insurance policy. Due to non requirement of this insurance policy i cancel they policy but they take rs399 on 6/07/2017 cancellation charges of this policy they never inform me or intimate me for their cancellation charges. After that they deduct rs 564 by the name of auto pay. I just want to know if i cancel the policy so why they take cancellation charges without informing me after that they deduct rs 564 without any of my purchasing, it's such a bad experience of my
Kindly refund my money back as soon as possible. Or arrange a call asap

    I have purchase a credit card through your online phone banking service of hdfc bank
    I get my credit card in within few days but in my credit card they given me a one assist insurance policy and they taken a charges of that but due to non requirement of this insurance i cancel this insurance policy but they take rs 399 charges for their cancellation of this policy they never told me for their cancellation charges now they are add this amount in my monthly credit card statement. It's such a bad experience of my with hdfc kindly remove this cancellation charge in my statement i don't want to pay this kind of charges which i don't want. Kindly arrange a call as soon as possible in my no.

      I am using hdfc credit card and subscribed to one assist plan last year for which rs.1799/- was already deducted from my account as fee. But this year, they've again deducted from my credit card to one assist plan as "one assist mfee" without my permission. Can you please deactivate and refund my money asap.

Who has taken my request for updation of address and branch change. But sorry to say that the address has not been change till date. That's why i have not able to receive my debit card issued at your end. Hope kindly take necessary action. I have my account with you since last five years. Never expected this type of service standard from bank like hdfc.

          I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. Taken the credit card just 7 days back. The bank/oneassist has auto debited rs. 1299/- from my credit card number ending with 9750 without my concern or any prior intimation on date:23/08/2017. I am not at all interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1299/- on urgent basis.

            I am a hdfc customer for the past 15years or so. I have two savings account and am a regalia credit card holder for as many years. Most of my bank related work is done over phone banking for which i use your customer service no.[protected] very often.
            Today i called the hdfc customer service at 4.50 pm first and had a fairly unpleasant interaction with a girl representative who had no clue on phone etiquettes. She kept putting me on hold and pretending to not hear me the other half. On losing my cool she disconnected the line.
            Since the nature of my work was urgent i called back and was put back to the ivr and finally got connected to your representative abhishek (5.10pm) i said my name and offered to give him my card no. So that he could help me with my concern! I clearly said my card number to him once, twice but when i would expect him to proceed with verification he would insist on confirming my card number and every time mind you, every time (More than once) he would be wrong in taking down the correct credit card no.!
            If this was not enough he was not at all apologetic or sorry about this issue in fact he chose to remain silent when i explained the irritant and on my annoyance he disconnected the lune on my face!!!
            After 20/25 minutes of two futile calls n harassment by your representatives i decided to reach out to your floor manager/supervisor.
            This time anuraag connected me to the subject matter expert, ankit who clarified my query regarding my credit card and then i requested him to put me through to the manager.
            Now i was connected to rahul lamba at 5.20pm. To my horror he turned out to be the worst experience of the day with hdfc.
            His abject denial to all my dilemas and behaviour metted out to me by his team members was so disappointing after the ordeal i had faced.
            If hdfc is employing such casual and unprofessional people then i will have to think again about my relations with such an organisation.
            After all your employees/representatives are your face and a point of direct contact with you! Their attitude and appetite to serve is o[censored]tmost importance here while in reality it is of poor quality and irrate behaviour with serious service attitude problems.

              I have a senior citizen saving account no. [protected]. I was told at the bank that the minimum amount was rs 5000. I have maintained that amount and yet get smses sayng that my account is below the minimum - even though it has not been below rs 8000 plus in that period.
              Even after i spoke to a relationhsip officer at the wanowrie branch in pune, i still got another sms saying that my balance had been below the minimum in july.
              I wish i could say that i was surprised at this lack of inefficiency but unfortunately my previous experience of trying to settle a grievance has lowered my expectations of the level of hdfc services.
              Please ensure that i do not get any more inapplicable messages in the future.

                As i am not a user of your bank services but i am receiving so many calls from last year of your bank! They always treating me like one of your defaulter customer because the number i am using currently was belonged to that defaulter customer of your bank named as subhash sheel gosh!!
                They disturb me any time of the day and they treat me like as i am thier defaulter!

                        Recently i have received from gobiba that hardik vaja has refured you for cash voucher of rs 3000 /00
                        Is hdfc authorised him for using our phone data for their personal you is there is any privecy policy is there
                        Surprisingly i have ask hardik vaja for my housing loan required for 20, 00000/00 on hdfc approved project but till to day he has not turned out after 25 days

                          I have deposited a cheque vide cheque number 898325 at hdfc sec-10 branch on[protected]. Till date there is no response from the bank to clarify the same.
                          I have visited hdfc, sec-10 branch and them came to know that cheque delivered by bsa courier. I have tried so many time to contact the courier service for follow-up but there is no response the mentioned phone number :[protected]/[protected]/[protected].
                          Then i have submitted a formal complaint on hdfc bank portal and received a call from[protected] on[protected] at 6:47pm which was missed but i have called back on the same number three times but no positive response received from the banks end.
                          Now i just want to know my cheque status is it with hdfc bank or with bsa courier???
                          This is the first time experience with hdfc bank for this kind of services.

                              Hi my self brunda,

                              I thought to apply loan in axis bank but hdfc person misguided by telling that loan will be get in hdfc faster compared to axis bank. So i applied first time loan in hdfc. He took 15 days to login my application by asking many documents. I provided all documents which were told by him but after that he is not responding to call and i am unable to know the status of my loan. Now i moved to other bank.

                              I lost my precious 15 days with hdfc by believing the bank. Now also i don't know the status of my loan. If hdfc not sanctioned loan also fine but proper response should be given to customer.

                              I lost my trust in hdfc and decided to changa my salary account from hdfc to other trust able bank.

                                  Bank has deducted money from my account as per below details
                                  12 aug 2017 - inter-brn cash chg incl gst 200717 - mir[protected] mir[protected] 12 aug 2017 rs. 1, 858.50
                                  I believe this is towards interbank cash transaction charges but before transacting i asked the concerned bank manager for any additional charges are there or not. On his confirmation that no charges are there i did some cash transaction.
                                  I need the money back
                                  And also bank should have knowledgeable persons at branches having full information about all charges.

Your relationship is important to us and we request you to reconsider your decision of closing the card account giving us an opportunity to be of continuous service to you. If you still wish to close the card account, we request you to forward us a duly signed letter along with your destroyed (diagonally cut) credit card to the following address to enable us do the needful. HDFC Bank Cards Division, PO BOX # 8654, Thiruvanmiyur P.O., Chennai 600 041. For security reasons, we would be unable to process card closure request received through e-mail / Post.

                                      I am asawari khandagale my loan has been foreclosed on january 2017. Till date it is showing active. It is not the responsibility of hdfc bank to close it and show zero account. They don't have mailed me no dues certificate yet. If they chase for emi why don't they do the same for closing account after foreclosure. It is not their responsibility. We are working don't have time to run for such small things. They are making our credit score poor. What cibil doing just posing the reports of banks not cross checking it??? It is working for banks to spoil credit score and harasse people like me.

                                      I visited bank for the same. They are saying I have to pay 640 rupees and close the account. Already all the charges have deducted from my account. This the only way of banks to extract money from customers making wrong entries in cibil.

                                        Dear hdfc bank,
                                        Hdfc bank are the one who directed me to one assist but really this company is not taking any request and auto payment mode is activated in my credit card. When i asked for the hdfc bank help they are not responsible.

                                        I din't expect this irresponsible behaviour from hdfc

                                        I'm using hdfc credit card since last 4 year card number ending with 8*4. My account is activated with one assist mfee and charged amount 1299 rs with out my knowledge. I want to cancel the unauthorized plan against my card, and also credit my money in my credit card which you have deducted in my credit card account.

                                        Also this is unfair that you cannot deduct the amount from the credit card without prior notice through call/message.
                                        And hdfc bank also has to recheck this issue with the auto payment modes.

                                        This is the 2nd year i'm requesting again for the cancellation of this one assist plan. Please kindly take a notice and cancel the plan and repay my amount rs.1299 as soon as possible.

                                        So request you to please cancel this activation against my credit card, and refund my money also.
