      I am talking with (Mayuresh - [protected], koregaon park) for regarding personal loan on 25.07.2017 and i will submitted all documents for personal loan to mayuresh khaladkar (Executive of loan department - [protected]) on 28.07.2017 but, till date he dont give me any reply for loan. I will trying to call him both people but he both people avoid my call from last 10 days.

      Please check the issue. I want loan for my mother operation.

      If do not receive any reply from him or your bank regarding my documents, i will book fri complaint against him on 01.09.2047.

        Dear sir,
        Today i am giving a complaint about the problem of issue of credit card of your branch.
        They continuously said the techinical problem of issuing a credit card.
        They said there are no balance in your account therefore we can not proceed to issue a credit card, but my friend having a get a credit card towards of zero balance in his account.

        Please you take a right decision to my complaint.
        I hope i can get a credit card in as soon as.

            Ur credit card collection team is illiterate and ill-mannered i think u people should stop selling credit cardwhen u can't maintain customer my this month due date got over n i couldn't pay i told the lady to pag by 1st of sept. And the way she spoke n called my mother the another no. Which is logged with u. I think u people don't know hw to be in customer relationship. Wow no audio attachment option grt.

            Hi Team, HDFC Bank collection team doesn't have any intention that from customer to get payment rather they just want to make note that every month th they are calling customer and interest rate will get increased for their customer. I have observed that past 5months no one is ready to resolve the issue rather every month last week

              Complaint regarding taking out chq for clearing. They dont have any fix time. Sometimes they take out clearing at 1pm, sometimes they take out clearing at 2.30. I em facing this problem from long time. Whenever i complaint about this. They give lame excuses. Kindly look into this matter as soon as possible. My currnet accout number-[protected].               In terms of Clearing guidelines, issued by RBI, the clear funds balance available in the account at the beginning of the day would be considered for the purpose of Cheque(s) received in clearing. We advise you to maintain sufficient clear funds balance in the account in the future, at the time of issuance of the cheque, to avoid instances of Cheque return and cheque return charges.

                  I deposited 49 k in my hdfc account. After 19 days on there was a deduction of rs.177.00 including gst for depositing the money in the hdfc branch which was apparently not my home branch.
                  Kindly refund my money, otherwise it will be very bad impact on customers of hdfc bank.

                  This is not good impact of services of hdfc bank. Do the needful as earliest.

                    I hikmatiar mallick, ac no [protected]. I was opened that a. C. 2-3 yrs ago, due to some financial problem i was not able to maintain the minimum balance. I was left that place after some time for my job. I don't even remember that i have a hdfc bank account. But recently my current company have opened a hdfc salary a. C. For me. When i received my welcome kit, i have get a notice from the bank that " i have a old costumer id and my new salary a. C. Has been linked with that id. And the new id is invalid now. Somehow i have recover my old id, password and opened it. I was shocked to see that my old a. C. Has rs -4917 balance and new salary a. C. Is also converted to saving a. C.. Now i am very upset with that. I want to close my old account without pay the minus balance. Please help me to get my salary a. C. Back.

                    Branch called me and ask me to visit. I was visited the branch and submitted the closure form, they assure me to close the ac on same day. But ac didn't closed. I was contacted the branch after 2 days. They made some unnecessary excuse. I contacted again after 5 days & they made excuse again. I was irritated & file a complain again at HDFC Costumer care. And they closed the ac after that complain.

It’s an issue of deep grievance or may be corruption that the scripts purchased like call of adani power @ 32, infy two lots, call of 3 lots & dhfl one lot being sold rather vanished as soon as they entered in profit zone despite having sufficient balance in my account without my concern and acknowledgment and most crucial is that the said details of trading is not reflecting in my transaction details. And if this is the case is true software problem or strategy if so would l would like to close this account from immediate effect as it has resulted into loss of over 40000. Resolve this seriously on priority basis as it has incurred a loss of over 40, 000 and if its and sort of conspiracy i am afraid of future consequences, again an investment in mf worth 1500 was made by the account opener & hdfc bank representative of ranchi branch mr iqbal which is also not reflecting in my relevant column on the screen.
                          2. Highly strange, shocking, dangerous and ridiculous issue………it’s an irritating response from your online chat that can’t be justified under any circumstances just be precise i am asking about the issue of serious concern with my dmat account and not about the facilities provided by the bank about which is of least concerned presently.

                            I was employee of bajaj allianz staffing solutions at pune. There i've opened a salary account to get my salary. After one month i've to leave the company for personal reasons and return back to my hometown. Then i've contacted my local hdfc branch to get my bank kit but they told me that my account has been blocked. Now i can't withdraw money from my account.

                              Today i have got a call from hdfc representative!
                              He saying that in salary slip we slated as total earnings was 61222!!
                              But while counting the all salary it slating that 59, 078 only in a may month
                              We are giving the explanation that it was a online generated by http://municipalschoolboardsurat.org
                              Website after talking with my school principal he told me that it was a medical allowance mistake
                              So today i recieved a salary slip from the board directly of july month (7th) month it was totally accurated! If you want i can mail it

                                An amount of rs.2242 has been debited from my account number [protected] (Rajendiran) towards electricity charges (Of tangedco) when the payment was made online from tangedco website using net banking vide transaction number[protected] date[protected]. But, the amount was not transferred to tangedco, resulting in payment fail.
                                When i have checked the amount recently, the amount of rs.2242/- was not restored/ redeposited. Pl kindly do the needful and restore the above amount back. Thanks,

                                  I have purchased 1 investment policy. As there was option for monthly premium and i opted for that. But the hdfc person suggested to make payment through hdfc credit card so that it can be converted to emi later. But its almost 3 months completed it is not converted to emi and daily the interest is going on. When i contacted the person he dint respond properly and used to tell wait for 2 days every time. After some days he blocked my number. I searched his boss number and explained the same and he also doing the same thing. So i visited the branch office and asked politely to cancel the policy and resolve the issue. After this i called around 50 times but no response. Do to all this i request to take serious action and cancel my policy. Hope you understand the pain of a customer.

                                    I had applied for a credit card in hdfc bank. Reference number [protected]e1. All documents submitted and received verification call many times. After few days i came to know that disapproved without any reason.

                                    I have sb, current and demat account in the same bank and also currently holding 2 other credit cards.
                                    I was very surprised after hearing the disapproved status and it might hit my credit card rating.
                                    I would like to know the real reason.

                                    Please help.

                                      Dear concern,

                                      This is to bring to your notice about a bike ref. No as06p 5473 sold to me by bikranjit bora collection manager tw loan of jordan branch in the month of march 2016. The complete amount of the bike had been paid. 45000 paid by cash and 15000 by account transfer. When i asked him about his loan due he told me that he will clear it. But today i. E august he had not yet cleared his loan. It is getting diffucult for me to transfer the bike. When ever i call him his only answer is i am closing it. Plz look into the matter.

                                      It's a shame on the part of hdfc bank. If a collection manager does these kind of things then how you bank people question other person who sells there bike without clearing the due. U don't have the right to do so.
