We have applied for bank guarantee for export bond from 4th august. Bank has given some formets to complete the application. One of their representaive mr. Mahendra was co ordinating with us for bank guarantee. He has lack of knowledge for this particular matter.in every day 1-2 days he came with different reason that you have not completed this and that./we requested him that please told us in single meeting that what we have to do to complete the process. But again and again he asked to come for signature or seal or any other issue.
Today first time he came to our factory & asked to sign in stamp paper. I simply ask him when it will be complete. He said that because of incomplete document given by you, the bank guarantee is incomplete. I said him that it is because you had not told us properly. After that he loudly speak with me and said that he is the manager in hdfc bank. After that i also speak with him loudly. At last he threw the paper on my table and said he will not make bank guarantee.

I want to ask is it right attitude??
This is how your people deal with customer.

    Money not dispended but balance get deducted

    I am a customer of icici bank (Savings account).

    Date of transaction[protected], i had used hdfc bank atm (I had done from the hdfc bank atm (Atm id is s1ackd01) situated in kothagudem town, bhadradri kothagudem district, telanaga state.

    Atm got shutdown suddenly with out dispensing the money (10000), even though money got deducted from my icici bank savings account.

    I have raised services request with the icici bank i., e, sr[protected],
    For which i got only 1000, then again i raised another services requests with the icici bank such as, sr[protected], sr[protected], these services requests are closed by icici mentioning that hdfc bank is not responding back on this request.

    Can you please respond on my transactions failure on your hdfc bank to get my money back.

    Please investigate and get it credited back to my icici s/b account asap.

    The feedback says that hdfc delays this kind of complaints abnormally which is a concern to customers.

      Am vishwas. R, i took an credit card from hdfc. I did not opt for any credit shield policy but they deducted my money. I need to know when they dont have concern to ask my permission without billing me for useless amount charged. I will take this to higher level if am not refunded with 878 rupee.

        Dear sir,
        I am using a credit card of hdfc bank.in july month statement they added a false transaction of rs. 472.98 at mops-sbc-cr-card-g mumba.
        Now when i said that this transaction is not done by me they are refusing it.
        They are also not providing the transaction details. When i investigate about transaction it was done at passport/visa office but i have never done this.
        They are also not refunding the money for said false transaction.
        Please help me to get transaction details/refund of money.
        When i check the online consumer complaints there are many complaints regarding this transaction. This is totally fault by bank.

            I made a transaction sum of Rs 5000 from my payzapp to icici bank on 18th August 2017. The transaction was failed and stated that refund will be initiated, i hoped that my refund will be within 5 days but I didn't get the refund to my payzapp. Please refund as soon as possible.               My account number [protected]... Debited amount of 1416/-. Againist amb chrg incl gst for jul2017-mir[protected] it is not yet converted to saving account. Please kindly go head and refund my amount. This is very hectic without any intimation unnecessarily my amount is being debited.                 I am an nri and visited hdfc branch @jntu when i was in india in july for a dd. I was met by the investment manager and then said he has a good ul ip. I signed up for it without knowing that a medical test is required. They told me that medicals is required after i signed up and the money is deducated. I said i had to leave us in the next few days and i dont have time for it and i need my money back. They said i will receive an email for acknowledgement and if i deny the acknowledgement, i will receive the refund in couple of days. I havent receive the refund, i wrote to their customer service thrice but no response. Their phone numbers do not work from us. I chatted with an agent and she said i will have courier some documents to india to get it cancelled. This is cheating as the bank failed to disclose all the details required before getting a policy signed. Application #[protected]

                  We had car loan a/c with hdfc bank a/c.23225847 having installement rs. 24840 every 5th of month.in august 2017 our cheque. No 45382 had been returned so, we had issue new cheque. No000296 dt. 16.8.17 of hdfc bank - gandhidham branch only. Same had been cleared on dt.16.8.17 but hdfc bank had re-deposited returned ch. No45382 on dt. 22.8.18. When they know that august installment had been clear then also they had deposited old cheques.

                      I am an hdfc bank customer, my a/c no is "[protected]". Around total of rs. 3275.00 has been deducted from my a/c for amb chrg incl st & cess from january 2017 to july 2017. My account was corporate salary
                      Account and it is still showing salary account with some min balance limit. Without any intimation from bank now total rs: 3275.00 has been deducted in last 7 months without any confirmation and call. How can someone take my money without any information. If account is converted from salary to saving then bank should inform me to maintain balance. But it is still showing savings - corporate salary type 1. Please refund my whole money into my account as it is still salary account, so that i can continue this account with proper balance limit. If not then please close this account. I want to continue this account.

                        I tried opening a trading account and its almost a month . everytime they come up with some complain or other and they are not activating the account and even the staff is very unresponsive. I have an account with them for the last 7 years however over opening a trading account they are creating an issue. It has taken almost a month to open the same. Also the staff is very very unresponsive and don't even bother to inform on their own.

                          Hdfc debited my balance and now it's in negative.

                            Hi,
                            Today, the balance in my savings account was deducted however the payment wasn't yet made. When i tried again, the balance got deducted twice. I have tried to contact the customer care a million times but none of the numbers helped me to contact any representative. The customer service at your end is pathetic, to say the least. It's be more sensical to not use hdfc services anymore, for me atleast.
                            I sincerely ask you to help me with this and get me a refund on my payment as soon as possible, otherwise i'll have to take a serious action regarding the same.

                              Earlier i didn't had access to derivatives trading. I went to hdfc bank branch near lower parel. I submitted all the documents which i had asked.
                              Now when i went to trade on derivatives i didn't had access. Customer executives said my form is rejected because i had submitted only 3 months bank statement and they want 6 months statement.
                              This is unfair. I had submitted all the documents which they had asked. Is the kind of service provided by them??
                              I want to start my derivatives trade and no one is ready to help.

                                Hello,

                                I have using hdfc dinners club credit card rewards from past 1 year, i have accumilated around 10, 000 points and i redeemed a voucher to recharge my mobile and d2h, all of a sudden from aug 15th they have removed mobile recharge and d2h recharge from there dinners club portal without any one notice.
                                How can they do without informing to the customer?

                                With out informing they did the following.
                                1. Removed offer of 1+1 movie ticket
                                2. Reduced reward point value from 0.75p t0 0.30p
                                3. Removed d2h and mobile recharge from there portal.

                                Now using this card and accumulating points of no use.

                                I'm demanding a explanation on this.

                                why can't you give a proper answer in this loop. Every one need too know about this.

                                I have accumilated lot of points and generated a voucher, all of a sudden you made many changes without anyone notice, now everything become useless.
                                I would like to change my PAN number in bank records as I have lost my PAN and have been given with a complete new number. I have visited bank 3 times and wrote a letter with self attested copy of my new pan number but the same is not getting updated. I want my pan card to be changed to BFKPC7013R in the bank records under cuts ID 55311999
                                Few days back 885 rupees get deducted from my account stating depository charges. I checked this with near hdfc branch and they said my account is demat account. I don't know what this demat account is and when they changed with out my knowledge. I need my money back as early as possible.

                                  I made a transaction of rupees 5000 on 21 august 2017 from my credit card to payzapp, money debited but not credited to payzapp account, when called to the customer care number no response at all. Again on 22 august 2017 i made transaction of 5000 which the amount debited from payzapp account and not credited to the bank account.
                                  For the first one i don't see a txn id.
                                  For the second one txn id is[protected]hm59kx5
                                  Iam writing here because i have seen similar complaints from customers and not resolved for prolonged time.
                                  Please revert with an immediate action asap.. Please.

                                    Hi i am rajrupa sarkar. I am not able to transfer funds or can add any beneficiary to my account. While sending the otp number the hdfc net banking are mentioning my registered mobile number and mail id but actually are not sending. I have raised complaints time and again in the hdfc customer care.
                                    How can i send my money to my old parents. If hdfc takes care of this issue urgently

                                      Day before yesterday i got a call regarding the sms alert charges renewal. I told the lady that i am not using my trading account so i don't want renew this service. But she convinced me saying that this service is linked with my saving accounts as well.
                                      When i checked the sms alert charges for saving account its only 15 rs per quater!
                                      But now they have charged me 590 rs for the sms alert service.
                                      HDFC Securities customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                      i use the recommendations and they are quite helpful.

                                        Hi my name is venugopal i am from hyderabad...
                                        I have loaded 5000 rs from citibank credit card to payzapp wallet on 19th august 2017... At the time it shows me transaction failed but amount debited from my credit card... Till now it is not added into my payzapp wallet and not refunded back to my credit card...
