I have used classicassure plus plan on march 2017..
They told me a offer about like death benefit and 5% cashback for yearly premium amount of 50000 rs. Which is 5% cashback for 50000rs is 2500rs.
They told me to pay single payment for yearly... So now they hdfc life cheated me. They didnt give 5%cashback 2500rs..
Still they are not responding to me.

    My HDFC Bank salary account was created by my company.I left the company 1 year back. Simply today i opened my hdfc account, it showing negative balance -1290, without intimation. I am not working anywhere & my salary is not coming how they can do this negative balance.I am not using debit card. I am housewife now, i can't pay this negative balance. Kindly waived and close my account no. [protected] accordingly.

Without any information, how the bank is going to change my salaty a/c into saving a/c. I''ll not pay any amount to HDFC Bank.

      They mailed me stating i will get my cash refund of failed transaction (Airtel recharge of 198) within 5 days... But it's being a month now... They are not replying to my email as well now
      This app is such a disgrace to a great bank like hdfc... The bank authorities suggested me to use that as well.
      Disappointed with it... I'm still waiting for the reply they are not picking up the call as well
      Use other apps like paytm, freecharge, etc
      Paytm has got a great customer feedback system.

          I had a salary account in bhubneshwar branch. I had not operated on my account for a long time and it became dormat. I tried to reactivate my account from kolkata. The garia branch office told me that the only way to reactive my account in to submit a cheque to in my account to remove dormancy. I did as asked and things were sorted out. But how could this be the only process to remove dormancy? I was told that cash deposit would not work and there's no other way to go about it. It seems very strange that this is the process in your banking system. What if someone is not able to deposit a cheque? Is this really the process in place or were the people at bank misinformed?

            credit card wrong statement generated on wrong date with wrong outstanding

            I had received a statement on july 14th around 2:57 pm. Here i am attaching email snapshot. According to that email, outstanding amount mentioned was 3039 rs and i did the payment for the same. But now you credit card team have told me that i have not made complete payment and hence charged late payment charges and interest for the remaining amount.

            Kindly request to hdfc credit card team to look into...

              Few time i missed the payment, hdfc cc has started to blocking my salary accounts almost three times they deducted all salary
              Even currently also my account has negative balance due to hold.

              This is third time they have done the same and deducted amount is not reflecting in statement, i want to know when they have blocked and my account and deducted amount. Last time my cc balance was zero, again they started to deduction.

                Hello,

                This with regard to the credit card payment, i have been using the credit card for past 5 years (Approx), due to a sudden financial crisis i was unable to make the payment for past 6 months, but i always mentioned that i would like to continue the card, which i still do. But the card was blocked, further an amount from saving account was deducted without any prior intimation to me, which is completely against rbi guidelines. This kind of misbehavior and harassment is intolerable.

                Moreover the collection agents of hdfc bank who are a third party vendor do not understand any code of conduct. They unnecessarily miss behave with the customer. Unforeseen circumstances can arise anytime and no one denies ones responsibility, but at the cost of harassment no one would behave with the organisation, i shall never recommend the bank for any future transaction. And would like to close all relations with bank.

                Kindly arrange for a decent and amicable individual to call me for the process of settlement. Also the same shall be done in writing. Thus i would like to talk to someone who has complete authority and who is a direct employee of the hdfc bank.

                    I am karthikeyan from thanjavur,[protected] i took a two wheeler loan from thanjavur hdfc bank, loan approved by mr. Praveen, my loan number is: 47060919, from may month i paid emi to your representative, still now ecs is not activated, from that month i called mr. Praveen and asked about that he didn't give a proper response to me and every month upto 19th i maintain amount in my account if you want i can send the bank details to you, but this month bank charge rs. 796 fine, i went and ask the bank simply they told me registered account number it is wrong in the system so u give the proof again ecs it will be activated for the month of october.

                    My question is when i taking the loan i submit my proper bank statement and account number, so mistake is yours not mine, by your mistake why should i pay pay unnecessary extra amount to the bank, and bank (Mr. Subash) told me next month also you should pay extra amount because ecs will activate by october only.

                    1. Can u clarify mistake is not mine, then why should i pay extra money this month and next month?

                            This is to inform you that april month my card expired i have given three times application for change of address but no response,
                            Reason is signature mismatch so i have submitted mismatch declaration and mobile number change and it also third time again same issue what should i do now please let me know asap.

                            As i paying credit card bill regularly why this happens

                              I was applied for credit card last month. All the verification has been done like on call and physical verification.
                              Credit card status is showing in progress from more than 12 days.
                              Please help me out and i stucked even i call to bank but no respond

                              This is regarding the credit card Limit .
                              My name is anil choudhary, i m applying for hdfc money back card...but now i was received a HDFC Freedom Card ...and you give me a only 10000 credit limit...10000 is not good for me...we give you a all documents..this is a fraud by HDFC Bank. I Want increase my limit and replace my Freedom to Money Back card.

                                Dear sir,

                                It just inform you that as stated in my email, there is a pure miss selling has been done of credit card hence i have cancelled my credit card as soon as i have received it. Now after three months of time frame (April, may, june) you are asking me to pay the member ship amount of the card which not used by me a single time.

                                We have taken up for appropriate review and would like to inform you that your earlier card was blocked on 20.03.2017 and new credit card bearing 5523 xxxx xxxx 0087 was generated in lieu of earlier. The same is hold for reissue till date. Hence, as per card feature membership fee of rs. 1, 000.00 along with gst of rs.180.00 billed in july 2017 statement

                                Further, as depicted in the email the new credit card was generated and is hold for reissue? So do you have call me single time and asked me that whether you want to card or not. You cannot dictate your terms and conditions on consumer like this.

                                The most funny part of your email, the card was blocked on 20th march 2017. For which the statement was generated in july and you are sending me an email on 13th august? Why you not tried to contact me on my phone or through correspondence during all this period.

                                From my side i have clearly told the your customer card that i not interested in any of hdfc cards as your sales executive says different things which is not the case with your cards. Infact all the terms and condition is not clearly mentioned before taking the card itself.

                                Hence request you see this issue with your banking staff/mangers instead of bugging the honest tax paying citizens like me.

                                  I have a made fund transfer of rs 1000from payzapp app to my credit card on[protected] the transaction get failed and money didn't credited to my payzapp wallet. I have called on customer support no. [protected] and ask for clarification of refund they could not give a proper information, many a times the is in waiting, and when connected to executive they don't cooperate with me.
