Hi,

On 2nd april 2017 @ 8:40 pm, i placed an
Online order on pizzahut website & choose to pay by
Mvisa mode of payment. Since i have hdfc payzapp account, i
Paid thru it & the transaction was successful however
When i went back to the pizzahut website i didn't
Receive the confirmation (Online or sms) that the pizzahut
Order has been successfully placed. So, i contacted pizzahut
& was told that no such order for an amount of 631.42/-
Has been placed.

I contacted hdfc payzapp support & was
Confirmed that the transaction of 631.42/- has been
Successfull with transaction id : 65610751 / merchant
Reference number: mvisa[protected]wlab0f (Given by payzapp).
Same was given to pizzahut however they have not received
The amount.

Kindly
Look into this as it has been over 5 months & initiate
The refund process asap & this whole thing is really
Frustrating.

    The bank staff issued me wrong debit card and when the transaction was declined i was charged declined charges. I sent several emails but still their is no proper response from the bank. The charges should be waived as the banks staff issued me wrong debit card and instead of apologizing for their mistake i am being penalized.

      Dear sir,

      I am really irritated with services provided by the hdfc bank guys.
      My customer id is 56345024. One month back i preclosed my instaloan and instajumbo loan. At that time you guys told me nothing was pending.
      30th august i got one message from hdfc bank you acnt number ending with 1449 will be debited 2700/- on september 4th.
      Why you guys did not tell me about this amount when i preclosed everything.
      What the # you guys are doing.
      I got irritated, that's y i used bad words.

          Using payzapp... Phone [protected]... Two transactions made using my credit card... Bt got transaction failure status...2transactiomlns 5000rs and 4999rs on september 1st ,both got failed... But amount got deducted from my card... But refund not found yet... Please check and update.. Last month too happened the same.. No refund initiate from your end...

            I would like to say that I have salary account in my Serco pvt ltd in 2012. In 2013 I left that company so after that I called customer card for closing that account but they have given diff diff procedure for that so you can continue this and this and no body has informed that it will be converted in saving account after some time and no intimation from bank side as well and now bank charged non maintenance charges monthly so I would like to say that I am not going to pay and bear any amount so kindly close my account else make in 0 so if you want customer relation to be better for further so make it balance to 0 or close it. and take action as customer priority and going to forward this to RBI as well for not informing time to time to customer .My account details given below

                  I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1299/- from my credit card number 5459xxxxxxxx9205, without my authorization 28/08/2017 towards one assist mfee, rs.100/- as emi processing fee-smartemi ln#298731, rs. 18/- as igst-vps[protected]rate 18.0-37044.

                  I don't want this member ship & cancel & refund entire amount rs.1417/-. Please take necessary action asap otherwise i will take action against this illegal fee without intimation.

                          I tried transferring rs 5000 from my credit card to my payzapp aap account, while processing this transaction it never asked my cvv number or password however i received message on my mobile number that rs5000 has been deducted from my credit card. Rs5000 never added to my payzapp app which i wanted to transferred to my savings account. Plz refund.

                            Hi,

                            This is hemarao, one of the payzapp user, on 01/09/2017 tried to add money rs 5000.00 from my hsbc credit card to payzapp, money deducted from my credit card but not added into my payzapp account, the error shown was after i entered the otp was "sorry, app had an error. Please try after sometime", but received a message from hsbc bank like"hsbc:your credit card xxxxxxxxxx is used for inr 5000.00 on 01/09/2017", so i tried to reach customer care [protected] for at least 10, 000 times, but it is always saying busy, so written mail to [protected]@payzapp.in, i didnot see reply from mail, so finally frustuated with the services offered by the hdfc payzapp, could you please respond back immediately and i need a quick resolution from hdfc bank.

                                Dispute transaction of rs 33139.6

                                Without the security layer like otp or transaction pin asking to me bank has allowed an unknown and unauthorized transaction.

                                I want bank to consider this error and keep me out of such torchure and disturbing actions from the hdfc bank officias who had alowed this transaction.

                                Hdfc customer care asked me to submit the credit card dispute form and after few days cc dispute team comes to me saying that this trannsaction was allowed with the unknown card holder name.

                                I have received the supporting documents from cc dispute team, and after verification of documents received, i further dispute the above mentioned transaction.

                                    My hdfc salary account is not in use since 2013. I had gone to the bank to close the account as i was getting regular mailers on my postal address. But to my surprise, i was told that i have negative balance.
                                    Before this incident also, i had salary account with hdfc and icici bank but on leaving the organisation, the accounts were closed on their own so i never bothered but this time it was really discouraging to see negative balance. I complained and since i was leaving out of the station, i was told i would be intimated once the details have been worked out and now it has been 4 years i am still getting mails and it is bothering me now.

                                      I have deposit the cheque in srikkulam branch andhra pradesh in my company a/c no-[protected] in favour of zerico life science pvt limited mumbai dated 28/08/17 but after three days amt is not reflected in company account
                                      .. Cheque amt-49038
                                      When amt is not reflected to company account i whent the bank to inqery the things then bank people said amount is tranfer to a/c no-[protected] by mistake.

                                        Hi team,
                                        I had my salary account with hdfc but after switching my job i changed my salary account.& even i requested bank to close my account now its been 2 years still i am receiving msgs calls & mails
                                        Now again i requested to close this account they saying you need to contact to demat account & demat branch saying contact to bank.
                                        I dont know how they are so irresponsible.
