    Hi,

    I am writing to submit a complaint regarding my snap deal platanium credit card.

    Since day beofore yesterday i am receiving calls from hdfc personnel in the conversation this guy says that rs. 11000 will be deducted from your account. When i asked why, she said that there are benefits of this such as card securities, insurance, registration etc.& it's mandatory, if you not paid then automatically debited from your credit card., and it is your last day for submit.
    When i refuse to take the offer he said that you will have to pay the amount.

    Here are some details of calls i received-

    I have tried calling grievance redressel, nodel officers but no one is responding or being able to reach anyone through the phone.
    I am not interesting this type of business.
    Kindly resolve my issue.

      Hi,
      This complaint is regarding credit card emi offer since i m regalia first credit card holder but there is no emi offer on my credit card as i m a premium customer of your bank and my credit card is like debit card without emi offer. My card limit is 2, 00, 000/- but i m nt able to get any privileges from your bank. On any kind of transactions or any other financial charges you just deduct money from my account so fast but when time comes for offers you never helped me and it's better to be a part of other bank if i have to face so many problems from your bank. I need solution for this problem.

        Dear sir mam
        I am your customer i have taken a loan from hdfc bank.

        Today i rececived a call from your bank mrs prachi called me and misbehaving with me regarding the payment. Than mr rohit saxena called again and using abusing language to me and giving threatening to me.
        As i am too much stress and disturbed by your employee how hdfc can keep such kind o[censored]nmannered employee.
        Plz take a very strict action on both of them.

        I m going to longe a police complaint and will go to high court too. So other customers should not suffer plz don't take my complaint lightly tell your both employee to feel apologise.

Earlier i also visited the main branch from where i open my account and write an application for wave off my account even my account is not closed. They said it convert into saving account nalance goes in minus side. I cant afford such ammount. So i request you to please close my account

            Written an mail to hdfc bank and they said someone will be in touch with me within 2 working days.
            I have written the email on monday but still there is no respinse from the bank.
            The way they are handling the complaints is not accepted anymore.
            Only they are giving a new subject line to mention in every email like[protected] and all. Till date i have got three subject line but there is nothing in regards with the complaints which was registered.

              I had taken hdfc life classic assure plus policy through an agent mr. Kannan (Mobile no:[protected]. At the time of taking the policy, he told that i can make payment through credit card and he can make arrange for no cost emi without processing fee. After the policy was issued, he asked me to convert my credit card payment to emi and he'll pay the interest monthly. By that time, it was too late for me to realise that he made false promise. He paid the interest for 6 months and stopped paying now. He is not responding to calls nor responding to messages.

              I also noticed that in the policy document the agent is mentioned as "vizza insurance pvt ltd". I don't understand what relation he (Hdfc life staff) has with vizza insurance. Looks like a scam.

                Dear sir, i have availed hdfc credit card as long as 5 years back. I was regularly paying the dues.. I got shifted to my native place and hence i couldn't change the address as the address given was my earlier office address.. Meanwhile my credit card got upgraded with no. — card number. So far i have not received the upgraded card and it is still with hdfc bank.. I have made final outstanding amount of rs.10000/-in one payment in the month of nov 2016 and thereby my cc account got closed and dues are settled... After a gap of 7 months, again this july, all of a sudden, one of hdfc executive called up and said that there's an outstanding amount of rs. 1490/-. I have clearly explained to him that ther's no such dues. I got a call today from another hdfc executive and he harassed me using filthy languages. His conduct was unruly which left me with no option except to seek legal remedy.. He disrespected me inspite of being reminded to be professional.. I would like you to take appropriate action on that executive or agent inorder to safeguard the interest and dignity of the customers.

                  Hi,

                  This is reference to the transaction made into my account without intimating me by hdfc bank.

                  An amount of rs:885 has been debited on 11th aug 2017 from my salary account, mentioning depository charges. I have never used this account.

                  The only reason i took demat account because they forced me to take it while opening the savings account and told me that i will be not charged any amount for 2 years. But now i got it deducted after one year.

                  Please provide a solution here. Its really annoying, being such a reputed bank does not stand on promises made to customers.

                    I am doing consistent followup with hdfc support [protected]@hdfclife.com (Email subject: 'hdfcsl=[protected]' policy no.[protected] for releasing claim amount of the already matured policy (Matured in jan-17). Since then i am doing followup to get the claim amount released.

                    Support is dumb (Most of the time), post writing several emails, said that they released the claim amount around in march-17 (They gave me date and neft success). However, i didn't received the amount. Post too many followup emails, and after i sharing my account statement (Of hdfc bank), they realized the mistake and agreed that the money is not yet released! Post re-submitting beneficiary bank account details the whole process started again. Then i got confirmation that payment will be released in 10 working days (This happened in july-17 end). Today (18 aug 17) after several followups, they are now asking aadhar and pan details!!! I sent them today that too.

                    Guys don't go with any policy with this dumb company.

                      Please note, on 10th august'17 we had tried to add money in payzapp wolet from my hdfc debit card but some technical issue transaction got failed and money got deducted my debit card and not deposit in payzaap wolet we have put a mail to payzaap team regarding this issue. And payzaap team revert on mail they are stated refunded money in my source account on 16th august'17 (Acquiring reference number - 75260777222001000357780
                      ) but still money not deposit in my account. Therefore requested to you please do the needful at the earliest.

                          This is naini prasad i had an bank account in hdfc bank hanamkonda branch last month i got an call from that branch regarding personal loan member mr madhukar loan department and he explain the loan i taken the loan 2lk and iam payed one emi also this month and my money also is there in that bank nearly 12000/-rs and last two days i login to my netbanking then in that i saw my balance then now the balance is 9900 change difference amount be deducted the bank with out my permissions and i went and ask the nearly branch they told that non home branch charges and amb charges cutted from ur account now i call that mr madhukar warangal brach personal loan department i told all the matter and please help me sir for this transaction he told me that i completed my targets i will not help u please take the action up on him and please help me my amount will be back into my account iam attaching my account details please and must punish that like guys not having any reponsible from the customers madhukar cell number ([protected])

                          this is naini prasad i had an account in HDFC BANK hanmkonda branch 375 branch code ac number [protected] last month i got an call from that branch regarding personal loan yes i taken the loan of 2lk that loan department person mr MADHUKAR contact number ([protected]) he did not told me about that non home with drawls they wil charge he did not tell me any thing and now he was telling i cant do any thing from that loan just i completed my target thats all and about my AMB CHARGES also totaly amount taken the bank with out information they was cutting my amount plz sir help me total amount was 2012 rupees and please take tha action that emplyee in loan department

I shifted from register address so i have request to you send hdfc branch noida sector 1. I can collect myself. Customer care did not provide any kind of service.                                   I have used classicassure plus plan on march 2017..
                                  They told me a offer about like death benefit and 5% cashback for yearly premium amount of 50000 rs. Which is 5% cashback for 50000rs is 2500rs.
                                  They told me to pay single payment for yearly... So now they hdfc life cheated me. They didnt give 5%cashback 2500rs..
                                  Still they are not responding to me.

                                    My HDFC Bank salary account was created by my company.I left the company 1 year back. Simply today i opened my hdfc account, it showing negative balance -1290, without intimation. I am not working anywhere & my salary is not coming how they can do this negative balance.I am not using debit card. I am housewife now, i can't pay this negative balance. Kindly waived and close my account no. [protected] accordingly.

                                    I am again nd again contacting Mr. HIMANSHU, but there was no response from his side. Kindly close my A/c . I am not going to pay any amt. So, kindly waveoff all negative bal. Without any information, how the bank is going to change my salaty a/c into saving a/c. I''ll not pay any amount to HDFC Bank.

                                      They mailed me stating i will get my cash refund of failed transaction (Airtel recharge of 198) within 5 days... But it's being a month now... They are not replying to my email as well now
                                      This app is such a disgrace to a great bank like hdfc... The bank authorities suggested me to use that as well.
                                      Disappointed with it... I'm still waiting for the reply they are not picking up the call as well
                                      Use other apps like paytm, freecharge, etc
                                      Paytm has got a great customer feedback system.
