Dear sir
I had done transaction of 7450 rs on 9 september 2016. Due to technical problem one transaction was not done then i did second transaction. As i got message that i did two transaction.in my next month credit card statement both the transaction amount shown due. On 10th september 2016 only i did complain on customer care and find out to e mail id from hdfc bank. As per e mail id given on site i have given filled complaint with merchant bank statement, his consent form. Many times i sent mails but maximum time it got bounced back. I informed to customer care also.
Customer care told me to wait 60-90 days to resolve the issue. After 90 days again i find our other e mail ids and send many mails to them. Some time mails went sometime that also bounced back.
I got mail that they revived complaint and will revert in 50 days and send complain form. Again i send many times but max time it bounced back.
From last 11 months issue is same and not getting resolved.
Sometime customer care says that i am late to inform to bank and sometime says its in process. I am not able to understand what to do???

      Hi,

      I have blocked my card for the past 2months and before doing so, called the customer care multiple times to confirm the outstanding amount and made the complete payment as informed, and when called them again they confirmed there is no outstanding further however today I have received an email and SMS on my outstanding payment.

      How can anyone use a blocked card and when I called the customer care multiple times why aren't they able to help..

        I made a payment through payz app on 11 august, I am sending 2500 to the beneficiary account but the amount has been deducted, and the account didn't credited.
        My transaction status ia failed, i called to the custcare but no one is answering my calling on hold for a long time,

          Hi,
          My name is ASHU KUMAR. I joined a company in the year 2013 and that company opened my salary account in HDFC bank but didn't gave any basic terms and conditions of salary account. I left that job after few month because of study reason. I am not using that a/c from 3 year. And now i.e.after 3 year It is showing negative balance of more than 9, 000. I am totally shocked and worrying about the same.
          Can You please suggest me any way that what should I do. Can it be waived and i want close this account.

            I got call from below number [protected] with the name of HDFC bank. I tried to look for all the numbers with HDFC and city as pune in below site http://www.bsnl.co.in/opencms/bsnl/BSNL/directory_services/online_telephone_dire... . However with initial 15 pages search none of the number was starting with 690 excluding city code. Also when I visited the HDFC Hinjewadi branch sometimes back they provided me number [protected] along with a email id to whom I can contact (I asked for same). But no one replied to my by writing to that email id neither anyone picked call by calling to this number. Also further to mention this is example I am getting lot of calls from unknown numbers and it's just example. Atleast for above please investigate

                The employees of your bank branch Meerut (opposite Meerut college Meerut) is not giving me an appropriate answer of my query they all are giving me lame excuses for last 3 months. They don't know how to serve the customer and the way talk are hampering the name of your bank.i submitted the money on 15th May 2017 but still I haven't get the money.whenever I asked about them they said that the team will come to check it and we are working on that last to last I went there to know about that but the employee from your bank started shouting on me and she said that I have lots of work to do and I don't have time to answer your question and we cannot give you a specific time that when you will get the money back.

                  An amount of ₹885 is deducted from my account. I am not aware for what the deduction is also whenever I try to call the customer care they are saying that it is for demat account I don't know what it is also I have never used the same, whenever they are trying to transfer the call it is getting disconnected.
                  I request the bank to look in to the matter and kindly refund the same as there should not be any deduction without the consent of the account holder.
                  If the services are like thia only then I would say that the services are not good.

                  Written an mail to HDFC bank and they said someone will be in touch with me within 2 working days.
                  I have written the email on Monday but still there is no respinse from the bank.
                  The way they are handling the complaints is not accepted anymore.
                  Only they are giving a new subject line to mention in every email like[protected] and all. Till date I have got three subject line but there is nothing in regards with the complaints which was registered.

                    I had made NEFT transfer to [protected] (SBI Account) on 1st July. But money didn't reach to his account. After few follow ups I got to know that it will now never reach to his account and it will come back to my account. But that also never happened. I have raised a complain with DOCKET NUMBER BANC[protected]. Since then it is more than a month now and still I haven't got my money. I have been requested to provide beneficiary account statement which I did the very next day of request. Still I have not received any communication from HDFC (Its me who is following it up with you, you never called me). Please return my money.

                      I am HDFC Bank Customer and have it's credit card. I tried to transfer money from hdfc credit card to payzapp wallet at 10/08/2017, Thursday but it failed in payzapp. Although transaction failed an amount of INR 10000 has been deducted from my HDFC Credit card. I wrote an email to payzapp customer service team and tried to call them but got no answer then I called to my bank but they are saying we have transferred the amount to HDFC payzapp so I ask for refund/disputes. Payzapp is HDFC application but payzapp did not credit the 10000 amount in my payzapp wallet, If amount has been transfted successfully to payzapp then they supposted to add that money in my payzapp wallet, but neither they add the money nor they are responding to any email. I again talked to HDFC Credit card representative and HDFC credit card representative sent me a dispute form and I filled that form and sent to them but still, I did not get any reply from them. Now the situation is worst, they are not helping me anymore. HDFC bank and HDFC Payzapp both are the culprit. They have stolen my hard earning INR10000. Please help me out here. I am using my payzapp account through my mobile number [protected].

                        Hi sir, this is pavan kumar pathyapu holding the credit card no.[protected] and mobile no is [protected]. My complaint is that some amount from my card is deducted for hegic-crdt shld & fl cvr (878.00), emi processing fee-smartemi ln#[protected].00) including gst (18.00) total amount is rs.996 got deducted from my account. I did not opt for any of the above mentioned policy or emi facility. I have called the customer care executive and spoke to them regarding this issue, they said only policy amount will be refunded to my account. But i request you to refund total amount rs.996 to my account as soon as possible, because i need to pay my credit card bill on sep 1st. Please for god sake don't deduct any amount from my account with my approval. This will make me feel very low about the bank services provided by you.. If this continues i will discontinue my credit card operating services for sure.

                            Cancellation of one assist membership

                              My name is maulin pandya from ahmedabad.

                              I have requested by post to update my mobile number and communication address on 26th june 2017. Also submitted all required documents with authentication.

                              I got the response "we regret to inform you that the signatures in your recent letters does not match with the signature provided by you in the application form.".

                              I have cross checked my signature at my bank account and on my regalia credit card found as same in both places. I passed the same thing by responding on the same email.

                              Again you guys responded with the same answer without checking my word on email.

                              I am worried about the security of my money because older registered mobile no "[protected]" is in use with someone else and getting my all transaction information on his mobile.

                              Let me know how many times i have to submit contact update request by post? Each time i am paying around 50 rs. At the post office to submit a hard copy of form and documents.

                              I request you to update the mobile number as soon as possible. I am ready to do this with the online request or on mobile call confirmation.

                              My new mobile no "[protected]". I will share card detail if required.

                                I have been charged rs 885, known as demat charges. Please let me know why have i been charged for this when i am not using any kind of your demat services. Also please reverse the amount and close anything which you people have started on your own.

                                This is not a way to grab money from consumers and become no. 1.

                                  I was travelling to my home town on 7th july 2017 via punjab roadways "pb11 cd 9535". A thief robbed me and stole my purse and laptop bags and other valuable documents of my vehicles. They also poisoned me and through on the roadside.

                                  I was taken to hospital by pcr vans. I was in unconscious state for more than 20 hours. The fir has been lodged with police station lohori gate division 4, patiala punjab [ fir no : 0074]. I had informed about same to hdfc and icici bank on 7th july ealy mornig around 4:30 am.

                                  Thieves were able to withdraw nearly 1 lakh 60 thousand from my 3 bank accounts "icici debit [ 76000], hdfc credit [ 21000], icici credit [ 53, 805] + central bank [ 1200]".

                                  Rest all the banks except hdfc is cooperating with me. Hdfc called me many times and they threatened me badly for 21000 rupees. Although it was a credit card fraud, i informed in less than 24 hours. Icici bank has taken care of all my credit card loss.
                                  But on contrary hdfc bank is trying to threatened me.
                                  Infact, on the phone calls with customer care on 7th july 2017, hdfc bank has confirmed me that no transaction has been done using my card. Again on 8th july, my father visited the branch, branch manager has confirmed about no transaction on 7th july.

                                  Now, hdfc bank is saying i was involved in the transaction, although i have my medical reports and fir lodged.

                                  When i informed about the fraud transaction in less than 24 hours. Also, it's an insured card. Hdfc customer care has confirmed me that i am not liable to pay any amount until dispute is resolved.. But their recovery team is offering me rand some calls and humiliating me.

                                    I'm aradhan. I had been charged rs. 885 for depository charges mentioning depository charges jul[protected] which i don't even know about. I haven't done any transaction of such amount on that day. I want my money back as soon as possible. This is not at all fair in deducting without the knowledge of the customer.                                     I did what was asked me to do. I didn't get any reply or acknowledgement from [protected]@hdfc.com. Could you please be a bit more quick and approachable. I didn't like your service stall. I'm not atall satisfied. Just tell me if I'll get my money back or not.

                                    I find a deduction of Rs.885 from my account with subject of DEPOSITORY CHARGES JUL17 .
                                    I dont appreciate any kind of transaction from my account, without prior information.
                                    I would like to get a refund, if this was done by a mistake

                                      Copy-paste complaint
                                      I transferred 2000 rs to hdfc account via neft transaction. But it's not credited in hdfc account still.in closing balance it's showing 2000 rs but in available balance it's not showing. I just want to know what's happening. If i called customer care number no one is picking the call. What the hell is going on. I never saw such an irresponsible services...
