On 1st august, rs 177 had deducted from my hdfc account number [protected]. When i checked the deduction why its happening than this detail is showing there — "hdfc bank — 3rd party cash txn inc gst 120717-mir[protected]". I don't know about this deduction? Why this deduction happen without my knowledge how would they can do?

atm machine not worked but amount debited from the account

Hi my account [protected], chennai r a puram branch. I was tried to withdraw amount of rs. 10000 in a atm iocl nagari branch. I entered amount rs.10000 and the atm machine is not worked properly, amount not received from the machine but my account debited with rs. 10000. Reference #[protected]. deactivate one assist membership

I received sms from hdfc bank today that rs-1299/- deducted from my credit card to one assist membership fee. Hdfc customer rang information. I dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co.
And who the hell are you to care about me.. I want my money back. Dont dare again to do this.

neft transfer but amount not credited

I could not able to convert to emi

I purchased product using my credit card. I could not able to convert to emi. I
Am purchasing using card, not possible to convert to emi.
I spoke with customer care. They saying there is no offer for my card. Really its very difficult to convert to emi. If i want to convert to emi. I want to beg customer care everytime. Other credit cards are very good compare to hdfc.

I'm gravely dissatisfied by the mis-sell of policy sold to me by hdfc bank, kandivali branch. We were compelled to buy the policy against the available locker facility. We had no such requirement but were forced upon to buy it if we wanted lockers. The manager explained that it was for investment purpose but on maturity we realised that it was solely for banks profit motive. Along with this we bought 3 other policies. The worst part is that i did not received any transaction alert from hdfc bank only i received one sms from bank that i do the transaction of 100rs on irctc and then i call to customer care then i got to know that there is multiple transaction of 30000 done...

I called customer care services for my statement date and due date the representative taking cal and he putting side what is the issue i don't know but i called three (3) times the representative responding same he taking cal and said wait i will check after 5 min he disconnected my cal. I did not expect from hdfc bank.
