Dear sir/madam

I visited hdfc bank khanauri (Punjab) branch for opening saving bank account.

I live at khanauri on rent and my permanent address is in bihar.

I am informed that my welcome kit, cheque book and debit card will be delivered to my permanent address but i want to these things should be delivered to my temporary address where i have been living here for last seven years.
Please let these things deliver to my temporary address.

    On 1st of aug i've made a transaction from amazon.in worth rs 6840. On the same day i had cancelled my order and got a confirmation mail as well as transaction id refund mail from amazon.in
    Now on 12th aug when my statement generates i saw the same transaction on my card as active. I contacted the hdfc bank regarding the same. But they said no such such refund received from amazon. Then i called amazon people they said that refund is done.
    Now i'm calling both amazon and hdfc people daily for the money and no reply from both side.

      Regarding as per complain, i receive 01 contact mr. Bhosale mo. No. [protected] he told me your account bal. Amount we do not refund, we hold there up to 28th august 2017 and we transfer the total amount in to credit card.
      I told him, i am your regular customer and also i paid the minimum due amount so how can you collect my hole amount from my account.
      He told me you paid your minimum amount delayed 01 day, so its hdfc standard process to recover amount.
      My complain is how can hdfc recover the amount from account holder if delayed only 01 day.

      I humble request to customer compliance manager kindly refund my hole amount to my account.

        I have submitted a request for credit card statement to be received physically but the customer care people are not following up properly. They have earlier told me that they have raised the request and i will receive the statement but after a few days when i call again to check the status, i m told that the request has been rejected. Since i had already mentioned that i can not access the e-mail id i have registered with for the credit card and demanded a physical statement, i m told to change the registered email id which takes 7-10 working days. I have already waited for a week now and need the statement on urgent basis. This is a really pathetic customer care service i am dealing with. Sending a statement is just a simple thing, these people can't even process this much for the customer. I really wonder what sort of service they are offering to their customers. Extremely disappointed!!
        Also, these people should atleast provide the access to the statement on their website so that the customer can view the details from there. I have had a very bad experience

          Hello,

          I have applied for credit card on 9 june, but still my application is in process. None of your phone banking officers are happy to help and asking me wait for 21 days again and again. That's absurd. Being a classic customer, atleast i deserve some priority. It's more than 2 months but still no communication from your side despite my cibil score being excellent.

          Kindly train your support staff for better communication and let me know the status asap, else i'll be forced to close my account.

            I have been writing to close my account and i have submitted a complaint earlier also, i mentioned already in my emails that i want to discontinue this card as i have lost this card and not using it but hdfc guys never responded in an appropriate way. Than i payed all the due amount and now hdfc is still claiming another amount approx 280000 from me when i have not used that card, i asked your executive to call me back and let me know who and where my card has been used without my authorisation but he never responded back. Because of your carelessness somebody has used my card. Highly unprofessional.

              Cancellation of one assist membership
              I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 2999/- from my credit card number ending with 0275 without my concern on date:07/08/2017. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.2999/-

                    Hi, this is gokula from chennai (Madhandhapuram) i have recently applied for home loan in hdfc bank through a builder who had bankers linked to them. Due to personal reasons i had to drop the project - file no.[protected]. The banker asked me to drop a mail regarding refund of the processing fee, which i did on july 14th and till now the refund amount (Rs.11, 615) is not yet deposited. Its been more than a month and the response from the banker is very poor.

                      Recently rs 177 is deducted from my hdfc bank account without any intimation or notice with subject to third party transaction inc gst. It was shown as third party transaction inc gst in account summary. Can i know for what reason the money us deducted from the account. As per the fees and charges rule. For third party transaction above rs 25000/- per day transaction will costs 125 rs charge. But i haven't done this much transaction from the account. Only rs 300 was transferred into my account.

                        My user id for payzapp account is [protected].
                        I have a made fund transfer of rs 5000 from payzapp app to my saving account on 12-aug-2017 the transaction get failed and money didn't credited to my payzapp wallet. After around 2 days the transaction status is showing successful but still the amount neither reflected on my saving account nor in my payzapp account.

                        After uploading this complaint, i started getting anonymous calls asking for my card details, and one of them tried to purchase something from paytm.

                        its dangerous here donot share anything, i guess this website is fake.

                          This is imrankhan having hdfc bank saving account [protected] chakan, pune, hdfc bank deducted rs. 34970.46 & rs. -20279.82 balance in my account. From my saving account without any approval on 11th august 2017.

                          My daughter admitted in hospital and when i swap card on hospital they have declined my card payment. I have shocked when saw my hdfc bank debited my account without my confirmation or any prior intimation.

                          Due hdfc bank nonsense treatment my daughter yet in hospital.

                          I have made complait to director forum of hdfc bank but yet not positive and valid response from them.

                          I also paid overdue payment with interest also. I just fail last two months minimum due because some personal problem.

                          I continue followup with customer representative of hdfc bank on phone no. [protected] from last week but i do not received any exact time when will be my amount refund in my account.

                          On monday i receive call to customer representative of hdfc bank from phone no [protected]. He told me bank had refund your amount by today evening. But yet not received.

                          Now my complaint is how can bank deducted amount whatever they want and when they want without account holder confirmation and approval?

                          If this type treatment done from hdfc bank to his old customer then how we can trust on banks and reserve bank of india. This is totally fraud with me and harassment by hdfc bank

                          Kindly refund the same money in my account on high priority.

                            This is with reference to the credit card number [protected]. On february 13 2017, we purchased a mobile phone through amazon as we saw an advertisement in the news paper saying “6000rs cash back using hdfc credit cards”

                            We checked with customer service whether we are eligible for this cash back and then we purchased the mobile phone

                            We kept following up for the cash back. Whenever i approached the call centre, they told you will be getting in 3 months time

                            So we waited long. Every time we got a response as wait for a week or check your statement

                            During july 1st week, when we contacted the customer service, they told that we are not eligible. This is absolutely ridiculous

                            Then we raised a complaint and they told that they will get the cash back in a week time

                            Later on our card was lost and we blocked the card, so after two weeks when we called, they could not track the complaint and we have to raise the complaint once again

                            Yesterday when i called, they asked to contact you through email

                            I need the cash back of rs.6000 as soon as possible. Otherwise i am going to apply for card with icici. We are very much frustrated with the service of hdfc. We always have issue from last year november on one thing or the other.

                            I am looking for your immediate action in this regards. Otherwise i am going to take it up in consumer complaint and social media.

                            Please don’t cheat the customer. If i have not checked with the customer service before buying, it is my problem. But your people confirmed that we have a cash back and now you cannot deny your words.

                              We have a credit card swipe machine (Edc m/c) at alex jewellery shop
                              With tid no. 40806511. With the.
                              We almost require 5 paper rolls per week for the transactions to print.
                              We have also complained many times to complaint division
                              However there is no response from them.
                              Kindly guide what should we do
                              Hence the usage of the rolls is more.

                                Third party transaction inc gst - i had a deduction of 177 rs without any notification. It was shown as third party transaction inc gst in account summary. I have called their customer care number but their services are too low even i wrote an email also but did not get any reply. I still don't understand what was it about and the helping services of hdfc are also not reliable.

                                  I am writing this important blog on the eve of 71 independence day, we also want the indepence from these "fake marketing calls insurance offers".

                                  Firstly I got the call on 25th May from the name of person Vipul Aggarwal([protected]/[protected]) and Naveen ([protected]), They told calling from HDFC promotional channel and there is one beneficial direct policy "HDFC Life Super income Plan with Addition policy three benefits" mention below:-

                                  1 20% Commission of Agent First year and 10% commission recursive next 7 year.

                                  2 5 lacs HDFC ERGO medical policy with total 5 family member

                                  3 Shikhsha.com Scholarship benefits 1350/- up to 12th standard to kid. {Given kid's Birth Certificate}

                                  They people also said this plan is direct plan and you can avail only single day confirmation on first come first server basis. Mr. Siddharth Walia ([protected]/[protected]) told me, he is calling from HDFC operation team from barakhamba road branch and again confirmed this policy benefits.

                                  They also arranged the call for medical and policy related and confirmed the plan and told me i will get all the things on policy bond paper with medical card of family.I am having all the recorded calls for this.

                                  I only got the welcome kit of HDFC Life Super income plan on 10th June from Agent detail "SMC Insurance Brokers Pvt. Ltd"

                                  After execution this HDFC Life Super income Plan(Policy No:[protected] policy, they people were keep me touch and i got call from HDFC customer care(punit:- [protected]/[protected]:- Gulsan) regarding "HDFC Agency code" and will provide these below benefits:-

                                  1 Fixed 6% commission on 4 lacs profit(24000/-).

                                  2Want to invest 60000/- in to completion of 1 lacs slab and all the 60000/- amount will refund after 3 year expiring of Agency code with banking rate of interest.

                                  3 All the amount will tax free.

                                  they people told me this agency code only provide those special people whose name is recommend by your file manager (Vipul Aggarwal) and HDFC company is only provide this type of benefit to special policy holder.They suggest to invest & complete 1lacs/1.5 lacs slab into company with reference id(HDFC0629A1LIC).

                                  They confirmed all the 60000/- amount will invested into traditional dumy HDFC Life ClassicAssure Plus plan and all the invested 60000/- amount will refund after 3 year expiring of agent code with banking rate of interest.

                                  I purchased this policy no. "[protected]HDFC Life Classic Assure Plus)" on this date 22/June/2017 and received welcome kit on 30/June/2017 from Agent details "Singhma Insurance Broker Limited."

                                  Still i did not get any medical/Commission/scholarship /Agency code letter, they people are still give me lime excuses for dispatching documents and agency code payment and trying to increase days into months. Now they are asking another payment 45000/- on the behalf dor FDRA and Sebi account. I am having all the recorded calls.

                                  So this is my humbly request please cancel my both the policy and i want full refund on both policy because this is totally un-faith relationship after showing many fruit-fulls and i am also not able to give this huge amount(40000+60000= 100000/-).Now i am mentally disturb and not able to believe any marketing insurance services.

                                  Please take a legal and appropriate action against those guys because those are wash out company name & fame.
                                  So guys, Always take policy directly from bank or face to face rather than trust on fake marketing calls.

                                  Hi, please note that the responses in regards to concern raised by the customer for aforesaid policies was sent by us via email to registered Email Id on July 19, 2017. As per the details mentioned in the email, both the policies have been cancelled in our system and also the refund is already paid out by us. Further, incase of any unresolved issue, do inform the customer to let us know via email to [protected]@hdfclife.com.

                                    This is sakthi.. Yesterday rs 8215 debited from my hdfc credit card account to ergo insurance. I don't know why they are taken.
                                    Previously i didn't initiate any insurance policy. But suddenly they taken the amount.
                                    As of now i don't need any insurance. Kindly take my request as serious and resolve the issues.

                                    I already send a request regarding cancellation. Please cancel that insurance and refund that amount to my account.

                                      I am the bearer of hdfc bank credit card no.[protected] since 2years. On 13/08/2017 at 12.50am when i am sleeping i received sms from hdfc bank regarding using of credit card. Sms shows rs.32, 271.02 by debited by merchant paypal*tomtoptechn, again on 2nd transaction merchant name wpy*aepibetaphi tried to debit rs.57, 661.86, but as per credit limit transaction declined by hdfc bank. After that i called to hdfc customer care & blocked my credit card & filled card holder dispute form & submitted through mail,

                                      I am requesting you, please kindly take immediate action & refund the same amount.
