Hello,
On 25th july, i transferred 5000 rs to a wrong icici account from my hdfc payzapp account.
It was supposed to be sent to my account[protected] but it got transferred to another account[protected].
Transaction id[protected].
I visited both the banks on saturday and told them the incident in details.
But no bank is ready to take the responsibility and solve the issue.
Icici bank customer care gave me the details of account but said as hdfc is the initiator of the transaction, they have to raise the request.

Hdfc bank said, as the transaction has completed, they can not raise the request and icici bank has to support.

Please help me and refund the money or at least contact to that person and ask him to send it back.

This is with regard to the previous mail which is have dropped you on 19th December 2017. The Beneficiary bank (ICICI Bank) needs my bank, HDFC Bank (PAYZAPP) to cooperate and provide sufficient support for the easy and safe recovery of my fund of Rupees 3000.

This is so ridiculous that when the beneficiary bank (ICICI Bank) is ready to support where in HDFC bank (PAYZAPP) is lease bother not cooperating with me.

    I have transacted trice and got amount only for two transactions.. However amount is debited for all there transactions.

    Rs. 10000 transaction is not received but its debited from my account. Kindly help to retain my money.

    Total withdrawn money is rs. 26000/- but i have received cash only 16000.
    First transaction not happened due to some error.

    Hi,

    I have withdrawn money from Citi ATM domlur.

    I have transacted trice but I have got money only for two transactions.

    Total Withthdrawan amount is Rs. 26000 but received only Rs. 16000. Request to check and refund my remaining amount of Rs. 10000.

      Hi,

      This is highly frustrating and harassment to the customer, without any information and agreement one assist application charges has been debited from my credit card xxxx7327, customer id 66773605. I have already asked bank executives and called up one assist 4 times but they are not responding and reverting that money to my account post cancellation request many times.

      This is a humble request please revert this amount back to my credit card or cancel this card. It is never acceptable to create automatic transactions with customer agreement.
      If it can't be done, then let me know so that i can file this case with fraud committee, rbi and consumer court to bring to their kind knowledge how hdfc bank and one assist harassing customer and making frauds with the customers.

          Hi Team,

          I Gaurav Jain having Netbanking with HSBC with customer ID 48518676, got to know the offer from HDFC for free gift for net banking users. I ordered two items from there and paid shipping charges (Rs.299 & Rs.399) as shown there. But when I received my product I got to know that I was made fool from HDFC as it is showing as below for two items:

          1. Item Value: Rs.1, 499
          Discount: Rs.1, 200
          Invoice Value: Rs. 299

          2. Item Value: Rs.2, 499
          Discount: Rs.2, 100
          Invoice Value: Rs. 399

          What I understood from above that I am paying for Item as Rs.299 and Rs.399, which is not fair at all. I paid those charges in respect of shipping only for free gift from HDFC.

          Can you please help me understand If I am missing something or got cheated in good faith.

              Hdfc is harassing me since two months. Hdfc loan guys are calling me for a personal loan which i do not own, and moreover deducted inr 29, 323.62 from my salaried without any notice.
              I would like to broadcast this issue to all social media platforms as i am not getting any help on call or from branch.
              If i would not get any support even now i would have to go to consumer court to file a harassment and fraud case.

              I have to explain here a little bit about the problem i am facing due to hdfc loan and hdfc bank which is causing a tremendous harassment to me.

              Hdfc loan
              • there is a personal loan of inr 5, 00, 000 on some other guy named ‘rajeev verma’ (Not me, i would refer it as other guy in this mail) who have not paid his 23rd and 24th emis (June’17 and july’17) out of his total 40 emis.
              • but somehow, whether by a fraud done by other guy or any manual/software error in hdfc system, this personal loan account have all my personal information for example contact, address, pan etc.
              • luckily (For me) this personal loan still points to hdfc bank account of other guy, so hdfc loan branch is able to get in touch with him and get confirmation from him that he is the one who own this loan and unable to pay emi for last two months (June and july).
              • collection officers (Details mentioned below) from hdfc loan ito branch accepts that i am not the one who own this loan account, but instead of removing all my details from this loan account, collection officers have called me several times in last 2 week and asking me (Yes, you are reading it correctly asking me) to call other guy and scare him by giving warning that i would do a police fir, would bring police to other guy home etc. Etc. If other guy will not pay his emis.
              • i have visited hdfc loan gurgaon branch (Sector-14) to asked them to remove all my details from this loan account, but that did not helped and this account still have all my information.

              Hdfc bank
              • on 25th july as soon as my salary arrived in my hdfc salary account, hdfc loan branch blocked inr 29, 323.62 from my hdfc bank salary account without any prior notice or approval.
              • immidiately i called my hdfc relationship manager (Contact details below) to let me know why this amount has been blocked from account.
              • she assured me to get back to me by next day. But i didn’t received any call from her as of today (28/july) and this amount is still blocked from my account. I called several times to my rm in past two days but unable to connect as number was busy.
              • today, i called again to my hdfc relationship manager, this time mr. Amit kumar singh picked up my call. He informed me that this amount has been blocked by hdfc loan branch as i have not paid my personal loan emi.
              • i explained all this above story to him and then he understood that this should not happen. By checking records he also confirmed that this account belongs to other guy. But still did not unblocked inr 29, 323.62 from my salary account. He raised service request and again assured me to back to me asap regarding this.

              Through all this, its me who is suffering and being harrased without any reason by hdfc loan and hdfc bank since two months.

              I am worried as i do not know if i will get some quick help from hdfc bank to:
              1. Unblock inr 29, 323.62 from my salary account
              2. Remove all my personal details from hdfc personal loan account number: 339 296 20

                I am facing non ending financial challenges. I am doing my best to stay afloat.
                For the last 3 years i am requesting the card division to make small emi's of my outstanding, they refuse to do so.
                Most months i pay the minimum or i pay a bit more and use it to pay phone bills etc.
                If i get money in time i do it in time, if i don't the collection agents start calling and they are rude and say all kinds of horrible things.
                They accuse me of not wanting to pay them, is anyone insane to keep paying the interest and late fees month after month, if i had no intention of paying.
                My business has been facing huge amount of challenges, the sales points created by us all became redundant one after another.
                We have financial borrowings and commitments, which we are unable to meet.
                I am doing my best and more to make it all work and to be able to pay off all my debts.
                I am doing my business, in my best capacity and capability.
                I was committed to pay minimum payment yesterday and my arrangements fell through, i told the lady i need a week more, she started shouting, that, i am a liar and she has given me time earlier too and i am making a fool out of her.
                I asked to speak to her manager as her harassment was making me extremely emotional as i am facing too many challenges.
                The manager came on line and said firstly stop crying, secondly, before he could say anything, this lady said some stuff, to the guy and he started off, you are cheating us, you have money in your account and you are paying others. It is my current account, i have emi's to pay, rent to pay, electricity to pay, i am defaulting everywhere.
                I am making minimum payment as soon as i can, they can turn the amount into 36 months installments, interest free, they are not doing that either.
                For 3 years i am paying penalties, late charge, interest.
                I need urgent help, from their aggressive behavior.

                    Credit card application number [protected]w1

                    I have applied credit card on the basis of entitlement of hdfc dinner club card. Sales personnel and customer care has stated that with my current ctc - i am entitled to hdfc dinners club credit card.
                    But now i am been told my cibil score is not good and i am not entitled to hdfc dinners card. They are saying i have loan of rs 1 lac, so i am not entitled. With my current ctc dues of rs 1 lac is okay. Please help me with the application

                      I am charanjit kaur, a account holder of hdfc bank mahilpur, punjab account no. [protected]. Today, i have placed a order of rs.12650 on www.ebay.in. when, i made the payment for the first time the transaction got failed. Then, i again tried it and made it successful. But, after few minutes i received two messages consecutively, which showed the deduction of amount for 2 times, while the order is placed only once. Kindly proceed my case and refund my fund as soon as possible. I shall be very thankful to you for this.

                        Couple of days back i received my hdfc credit card, and till now i didnt activated that card. Since yesterday i started receiving some messages for autopay and oneassist. I though it was a service that automatically activate free with credit card as a facilities for customer.
                        But today i got message from oneassist that my account has been debited and the amount will be debited with my credit card bill. When i check my credit card bill online, it show around 1300 has been debited.
                        How its possible that without any consent of customer, you can charge him and activate any non-sense service.
                        I want that service to be deactivate and want my all money refund asap. If i will not get it, i will deregister hdfc credit card instantly and also i will shut my hdfc bank account with immediate effect.
                        I really hate these kind of non-sense fraud/auto-activate services, that's why i choose hdfc bank to get better service and facilities.
                        But same things happen with hdfc also, absolutely i don't want to be a customers any more.

                        So, kindly refund my all money and deactivate that service with immediate effect.

                        I am a very old customer of hdfc bank and having very good repo with bank. So am hoping some positive response from you guys.

                        you guys billed 1299 and auto activate that One Assist service and now your made EMI's for 1299 for 3 months with some extra charges and GST.

                          I lost my debit card and request to reissue the card via phone banking. But hdfc charged 885 rs for card re issuance.

                          By the way, hdfc sent me platinum debit card instead of titanium debit card (Which was the lost card). Hdfc should have informed me regarding this before sending platinum card once i generate atm pin, you people charging my account rs 885 for lost card. This is ridiculous... I use hdfc account to deposit cash and i don't need higher credit limit debit card. If i didn't get proper reply i going to stop depositing cash in hdfc bank.

                          Plz reply as soon as possible.

                            Sir i am sivasankar five years back i put one policy in ur hdfc life now its matured one o[censored]r executive meet me and ask for a neft document and i signed it but out my knowledge he collect a money for a new policy from my current majured policy i shocked how to stop this process and the police application no is 90544914 now i want to stop the process of this policy plz help me

                              Cc no. [protected] the said transaction on date 17/07/2017 of rs. 4331/- failed but the the the available balance of this account is reduced by amount equals the amount of failed transaction.
                              Please make neccessary correction so i can avail facility.
                              Please resolve the issue and reverse this amount to cc no. [protected]. On current date 29/07/2017, available balance to my account shold be rs. 11203/-

                                We hereby inform you that i am hdfc credit card holder having credit card no.[protected] and another card is having number [protected]. I have completed all payments still they send me payment charges at every month.
                                We already mail & fax to cancel our credit card so many times but they ignored that matter & didn't even replied at once.

                                  I want to close my saving and demat account which i have mention above. I have visited the nearest (Magarpatta city, hadapsar, pune) branch as suggested by customer care but they do not solve my problem, they given excuse that they don’t close saving account, first you need to close demat account and for this you need to visit (East street camp branch, pune) because we do not handle closer for demat account.
                                  We have visited east street camp branch, pune, they said first you need to pay 1238/ and then you are able to close demat account but as per customer care complaint hdfc customer care person already said you need to pay 450/. I have no idea why the same hdfc bank employee telling different.. Different thing. After some discussion i agree to pay 1238/- for closing demat account. Demat help desk employee said pay through cash and we will proceed further, i bring cash from atm now again drama drama drama by hdfc, east street camp branch, they said no sir you need to pay by claque of other bank not hdfc bank claque because your account is showing dormat. I agree to pay by claque also but they said come to monday then deposit your claque once the claque will get cleared you need to submit the demat account closer form. I said ok now again drama ma’am after that you need to close trading account and now i shouted and said i am not going to close anything. For closing saving account you need to spend 1500k / 2000k for travel one branch to other branch because it will take 6 o may be 7 days and we are not sure they will close the account.
                                  Extremely unprofessional behavior, is really pathetic. It takes hell lot of time i have travel on branch to other branch but they are unprofessional even they have no idea to how to handle customer.
                                  1. Ram sharma ([protected], [protected]) has opened my account in jaipur branch for salary account … demant and trading account opened without my knowledge. I have no idea of demat/trading account and never used. Why they have opened demat/trading account and now i am facing the issue. I am not going to visit any hdfc branch to close my saving/demat/trading account. They are just playing with customer time and money. I will pay through online or either they will pay my traveling allowance and time value. Because i have tried my best and visited branch many times.
                                  2. Vindo kumar-[protected] scheme branch person said just visit near brunch and submit the closer form they have provided the link also. I have already visited two branch in same days and after discussing with hdfc bank person i need to visit many times to close the account why i will suffered.
                                  I am ready to pay through online and send closing form on address. Either hdfc pay my travelling amount and time which i am going to spend. Because i have not open the demat and trading account.

                                  Below is the mail which i have received i marked bold some of the key points with "...".

                                  This mail clear said go to nearest branch and close your demat account.

                                  Please stop cheating to customer if they are not aware of demat account then why you gusy opeing only for your profit.

                                  This issue is still not get resolved, i am continuously getting the mail and message regrading demat account, even i have received a mail to show the confirmation regarding account closer slip, i have already sent but HDFC guys is not responding my mail.

                                      I applied to open an account in hdfc bank thirivalla through online 2 months before. First few weeks there is no response from the bank so that i contact one of the staff in hdfc bank thiruvalla. Then they contact the account opening department and connect with me. Account opening started and one excecutive named sonali sawat mailed me through the email id [protected]@hdfcbanknri.com. She give me nri account opening form and the details about the list of documents to be submitted. I submit all the documents through mail. Two weeks before she mail me to send the documents through dhl corrier service. I given the address to pickup my package. But no one came and collect the documents. After that i tried to contact with sonali. There is no response from her. I am not happy with their services. For opening an account we should spend 2 months. And it's not yet completed. If they don't want to open then tell me. I will approach another bank. I don't want to wait this much time for opening an account. If the initial process is like this then how the customer will proceed. My friend from qatar also ask for opening. If they will not respond. We will pass this message to family members and friends about their response and process delay. Worst service. Thank you

                                        I have hdfc savings a/c whose number is [protected]. I had to withdraw amount from my account for an emergency and later on realised that bank has so far deducted 2219 rupees over last 4 months as amb charges. Can i request to refund this amount asap please, it was a very genuine personal emergency. I am very upset with this behaviour, kindly help.
