Dear sir,
I had been following up for my credit card ([protected]) from last 6 months, my old card got expired in last 16th nov 2016, further before my card could expire i was shifted to goa as my official transfer, to this i have already sent all the documents like change of address form, signature mismatch with local hdfc branch managers signature on it as he had certify for my change of signature,
All the documents were sent via hdfc local bank valpoi, goa 403506.
It has been almost 4 months niw but there is absolutely no action taken on my documents sent neither i received any card or any telephone call from call for further update or rejection of documents.
Now i am not able to use the card from last 8 months, hdfc bank talks way more about customers satisfaction, what would you say for my case.
I am ashamed such a reputed bank could not resolve a simple issue for me.
Consider this as my re complaint, and act accordingly to resolve my case.
