I am facing non ending financial challenges. I am doing my best to stay afloat.
For the last 3 years i am requesting the card division to make small emi's of my outstanding, they refuse to do so.
Most months i pay the minimum or i pay a bit more and use it to pay phone bills etc.
If i get money in time i do it in time, if i don't the collection agents start calling and they are rude and say all kinds of horrible things.
They accuse me of not wanting to pay them, is anyone insane to keep paying the interest and late fees month after month, if i had no intention of paying.
My business has been facing huge amount of challenges, the sales points created by us all became redundant one after another.
We have financial borrowings and commitments, which we are unable to meet.
I am doing my best and more to make it all work and to be able to pay off all my debts.
I am doing my business, in my best capacity and capability.
I was committed to pay minimum payment yesterday and my arrangements fell through, i told the lady i need a week more, she started shouting, that, i am a liar and she has given me time earlier too and i am making a fool out of her.
I asked to speak to her manager as her harassment was making me extremely emotional as i am facing too many challenges.
The manager came on line and said firstly stop crying, secondly, before he could say anything, this lady said some stuff, to the guy and he started off, you are cheating us, you have money in your account and you are paying others. It is my current account, i have emi's to pay, rent to pay, electricity to pay, i am defaulting everywhere.
I am making minimum payment as soon as i can, they can turn the amount into 36 months installments, interest free, they are not doing that either.
For 3 years i am paying penalties, late charge, interest.
I need urgent help, from their aggressive behavior.

Hv full payment done 22/6/17, NOC not received dt 27/7/17 my mail add. I m visited lone branch sect 14 GGN, they are shifted branch away 1 miles sect 12A, Hv visit same just 4 mints late time was 3.34 they are not given the NOC because time was closed you visit another day, same discussed BM manager Dimple .
