But till date I have received call from your representative for non receipt of payment. I am not happy with your poor service....

I tried with drawing 10K from HDFC bank but i have been delivered with only 8K 4 *2000 notes however i recounted them again and again but i have got only 4 notes instead of 5 for 10 k withdraw . immediately called HDFC and informed.

This issue has been reported to their PNO, NODAL and all relavent team but no one gives the response even after more than 100 days.

HDFC not clearing Inward Remittance

My customer id is 60529743 for HDFC. I hold IEC and export medicines. In the month of April I received USD 750 from Taiwan. After export I submitted all the documents and got confirmation from Rajendra.[protected]@hdfcbank.com that the documents were received by HDFC. Even after 2-3 reminders to clear the entry, it is still not done. This is not the first time. Last time also, I took lot of pain in getting the entry cleared...

Transferring of Car Insurance

If the buyer o[censored]sed car wish to transfer their valid Insurance in the his/her name, HDFC ERGO General Insurance are charging lots of money on account of earlier No Claim Bonus (NCB) from the new buyers.

Despite of that NCB benefit is being awarded to the owner/car and that amount considered as discount from the total money of the Car Insurance.

It is unable to understand why HDFC ERGO charging the above money...

Credit card lifetime annual charges not waived off as promised

I am an existing HDFC account holder from Juhu, Mumbai. I received a call from my relationship manager, a Ms Nishta Poojary, who said that the card would be free of any annual charges and this was lifetime. I checked with her so many times, she said she would attach my Vodafone postpaid bill and that would do it. I submitted whatever documents were asked by the person who came home and eventually received the card.
