    I have not purchased anything on my credit card last one year. During my purchase, bank people informed me there is no due fees, processing fee, etc. Before an year, they said some outstanding due amt rs.25000 even though i have credited all the amount for the purchase i made before an year. Anyways i started paying amt every month to clear it. Every month i am depositing rs.3000 but still after an year too, they say me they outstanding balance is same. When i ask for statement, no response. Even i raised a complaint but no response for the same. Every month bank people call me, and ask me to deposit the amount, so after the will give the statement but once the amount is credited, no response.

        I would like to know why my personal loan is not yet approved. Its been almost 3 weeks i have applied for a pre approved personal loan from hdfc bank. Application no 49375929.
        Its an emergency situation and i want to know the reason behind the delay. Let me know if hdfc is not able to proceed with the request so that i can approach some other banks.

I lost my patient since it is almost 10 business days has completed and the issue has not yet resolved.

              Hdfc life policy no[protected]
              I am really frustrated with the kindly of service provided by hdfc life. I have the above policy n have submitted the quatation request at least 10 days back n have not received a single call back or revert on this. I initially gave a letter asking the same n after 3 days i get a form for quotation. Given immediately. The next day. Now your records show received request. On 15th n till now no quote. I need the funds urgently by month end. When will hdfc life give me the quote n when will i ask u foe withdrawal. U will take another 15 days to do a neft then. That is useless. They debit u immediately when taking the funds but when it's their time to give back it's like the govt departments. Pls help me get my money back in this month itself. Or shall i got to the consumer court.

                  I applied for a personal loan from subhash chowk branch which was approved but on the time of submitting cheque your employee named pawanjeet told me that you have to take our insurance policy with your loan n i[censored] will not take it then we will increase your rate of interest upto 16.95 n of we take insurance policy then it will be 11.95 when i Denied for this then they rudely behave n said that you can go anywhere no one will give you loan and when asked the same from his boss he said that plz purchase our credit card instead of policy when i denied then his reply also the same as pawanjeet, when i go to branch manager then he was not there on the place of which mr manjeet attend me n said in a single line " insurance policy loge to loan milega nahi to nahi milega " when i asked about this condition then he clearly denied and said " its our rules not hdfc bank, lena hai to lo warna ja sakte ho" so plz help me on the same, my loan is Approved already so plz help

                    Sir i sri bharat chandra nayak my policy no. 11128118 my maturity date was june 2017. Due to my illness i couldn't able to apply for payment of my hdfc amount within the maturity period. Today on 25/7/2017 i attended branch manager office at bhubaneswar for submitting necessary documents for payment of full amount as now i going to complete my 67 years old and frequeently suffering from illness.                       I spoke with customer care. They saying there is no offer for my card. Really its very difficult to convert to EMI. If i want to convert to EMI. i want to beg customer care everytime. Other credit cards are very good compare to HDFC.

                        I would like to raise a complaint against for issuing car loan noc letter.
                        I moved to abroad like 2 years back and i have closed 1 & half year back and they have provided noc letter at that time, but when i travelled to india to submit changes on my rc book, i came to know that the letter was not valid, hence i thought to apply new noc letter through one of friend by issuing my attestation letter and follow up and he went to bank to get the noc letter 3 times in last 5 months but there is no help till now.

                        Will you able to provide new noc letter and i don’t want reason suck reasons like gst issues, demonetization etc….

                        What is the problem to provide duplicate noc copy and why it needs 4 months.

                          Dear sir/mam,
                          I had purchased a second hand car on 05/06/2017 having policy of hdfc ergo number[protected] and given for name transfer on 06/06/2017, as without changing name in registration copy we can't change in insurance policy so waiting for registration copy to receive from dto, i recieved registration copy of my car on 05/07/2017 evening. My car got damaged on 06/07/2017 morning and i filled a claim against it on 06/07/2017 for claim number. C[protected] and request number.18613129, but hdfc ergo is saying that we can't give the claim because in rc copy name is different and in insurance policy name is different i said file claim in name of first owner but then also they are not ready, but what is my fault in it. I had valid insurance at time of accident, sir please do something other wise we poor people will die giving premium.
                          So please kindly help me in getting my claim. I am attaching registration certificate of car, noc from first owner, and dto slip

                            Hi team,

                            Yesterday, my mother received a call from an employee named "aseem - as was told over call" regarding some issue which my brother has, just because my brother had mentioned her name in the credit card creation form. The caller was extremely rude and was yelling at my mother for no fault of hers. Is this how the employees of hdfc bank (Claiming to be india's no.1 bank in customer satisfaction) harasses an elderly woman? When my mother asked this to the caller, he said "he is your son, if you are not to be harassed in your son's absence then who should be!!". Such a horrible response. Nevertheless, this brings me to my next question "which bank policy suggests that if a person is not available/not reachable due to some circumstances, his/her parents are answerable to the queries related to his/her bank account/dues?" as per my knowledge, his/her family is not legally liable to pay any of the dues whatsoever or answer on his/her behalf.

                            Thus, i would urge the concerned authorities as an existing loyal customer of hdfc bank, to take strict actions against the mentioned employee.

                                I had changed my phone number 2 years back and since then i have dropped 5 letters to the hdfc to update the number for the credit card account in their records. Even after repeatedly dropping the filled forms and letters, the bank is unable to do it. I got frustrated at this and called the customer care (Contacted them countless no. Of times and all they say is that my relationship manager will call me which never happens. She is somehow always on leave. After 4 to 5 calls to customer care, someone calls up and says my relationship manager is on leave and they are calling on behalf of her; but the point is - the issue prevails) and informed them that i want either the no. Updated or would cancel the credit card and also checked with them on procedure for credit card closure. Its funny that the procedure for closing credit card is also same as phone no. Updating and they asked me to drop a letter. I did this too diligently last week. Guess what, the same thing continues. They have not received my letter!! I dont know where the hell are my letters going to. I dont know how am i to get out of this trouble. All my otps are going to a different no. And the bank officials do not care. God forbid if something goes wrong!! I am sure bank will not take any responsibility if such a thing happens. There is no way i can close my card account unless they acknowledge the receipt of my letter which they wont. I hope atleast after this complaint, the bank officials will look into this seriously.

                                  It happend second time, i was booking train from bathinda to new

                                  And proceed then amount of rs 1130/-has been deducted from my account

                                    Bathinda for 27th june 2017. I have completed the form but when i
                                    Login my net banking password in through your irctc window. After
                                    Entering my otp. Processing has been started and i got transaction

                                      Being a account holder of hdfc bank i had full faith in it's services. But the employees in customer care department has no sense to talk. One of my friend took a vehicle loan from hdfc bank and gave my reference in nominee.in the month of july his eemi got bounced which can be paid again in the whole monh now the representative from hdfc bank have been calling me everyday 30 times a day talking rudely torturing me using bad language calling from different numbers. This really is very tormenting i didn't signed up for this with hdfc bank. This is not done.

                                        I have saving account in hdfc bank,. Some amount xxxx has been blocked from my savings account this month. When i visited nearest bank branch, they say, my credit card bill pending, but from last more than 2 years i m not using any credit card. I have visited many times nearest bank branch, but no one helping me & not giving detail information about this matter.
