My phone number - [protected] i have done a 5000/- transaction on 1st august 2017 to my icici account, money got detected from my payzapp wallet but the amount was not credited to bank account and still not refunded, the customer care is worst they are not responding properly, what kind of services are you providing and plz refund my amount back right i need that money its very urgent...

    Bank manager / gm mr moriya from deesa branch gujarat not accepting cheque book request forma and accrding to him this needs net banking which i refused and he is talking in unethical manner, with my repeated request, he told me that its our banking rules and ypu can go to other banks, unfortunetaly we all together 11 accounts in your bank, kindly resolve my issue

        Dear sir/ madam,
        I have submit my all documents on 09. July.2017 for opening current account to mr. Senthil. Branch of indira nagar tiruppur. When i was asking for the time period for opening current account he said only 4 days for the process. But from the first week he always says like the process will complete within next day,. And still now i didn't receive my current account details. Due to the delay i didn't receive any payment from buyers. Can somebody explain pls how many days will you take to complete the current account opening process. And in which date i can get my account.

          I had a salary account in hdfc bank. As i had to leave the organization, i submitted my application for closure of my salary account and demat account also. It was told by the bank officials that is and easy procedure and no acknowledgement is required for the same.

          It was observed that bank had levied charges on both my accounts for non maintaince of sufficient balance in the account. Though the closure application was already submitted.

          Now when i took up the issue with the bank, they are rounding about the bush saying they need acknowledgement for the closure application form. As a goodwill gesture, as they put it as, they say they will waive off the savings bank charges but demat charges will not be waived off.

          I don't understand why should a customer pay for something for which he is not at fault.

          It has been two months now since i am trying for this but no positive response has been received yet.

            I recently got a current account with hdfc. I am fed up with the services of the bank and the process. For the same account, verification is done by different departments. There is no single front of the bank - account opening team is different, edc machine team is different, payzapp team different.

            The verification for opening the account was done by the bank. Then again upon application of edc machine, the verification was done and then after allotment of edc machine another verification was done. The registered corporate address of the company and the correspondence address of the company is different. These guys keep sending people to the corporate address - which is opened only as per need and for meetings. As the place was close the day the secret verification visit was done, they have blocked the edc machine and payzapp link. These guys are only interested in duping their customers. They are charging so high at every transaction but are not providing the customer service for which we had chosen to open the account in a private bank. The correspondence address place is opened throughout the day but their officials are somehow not updating this.
            The business is suffering as there is no edc mode or internet banking mode of payment for my customers.
            Dont know if all bank branches are the same but sector 11 dwarka branch in new delhi is pathetic. They took more than a month to open a single account and another month for edc machine. Now they have blocked everything. Our only job after opening account with them is to keep verifying ourselves to the multitude of teams they keep sending.

                I added 10, 000 rupees to my payzapp wallet, the amount was debited from my credit card but the transaction was failed. I try to reach the payzapp customer care there is no response from there side because the customer care is not working. I just want to know either i receive the money to my wallet or to my credit card.in both the cases how many working days to resolve the issue.

                  Dear sir on 2nd of aug i purchase some clothes from sandeep garment, i have make a payment by my debit card (Hdfc) by swaping pos machine, fund amount rs 2400 deducted by my account but not showing (Credited) in shopkeeper account.

                  So i have to make a payment by cash, as per my discussion with pos machine customer service, they told fund refund in 15min, but after five days i didn't get back fund in my account.

                  Pls do the needful to resolve this issue.

                    Hi, I was using my Hdfc bank atm at around 10. 10 PM today at a Indus ind bank in Kaushambi, Ghaziabad. Although the first transaction was successful but the later too failed and my account got debited by 10, 000 without actual money received by me.

                      Greetings of the day..!!!

                      I had taken a loan of rs. 1, 05, 000/- from hdfc bank on 24th may’2017 for the purchase of a motor cycles make royal enfield against loan no. 47840003. Unfortunately, the motor cycle purchased was stolen on the very next day of the delivery from my residence. Since that day i am going through very hard time. I have struggled a lot to get this loan settled from insurance company.

                      I preferred a claim to the insurance company (Tata aig) with whom the motor cycle was insured.

                      Insurance company has since paid a sum of full idv that is rs. 1, 28, 074/- to the bank against the loan of 1, 05, 000/- taken by me. And one emi of rs. 3, 855/- was also paid by me to the hdfc bank on 05th july'2017.

                      You will kindly notice that an excess amount of rs. 26, 929 have been paid by the insurance company. This amount pertains to the payment paid by myself to the m/s centrum motor cycle naraina from where i had purchased the motorcycle. Keeping in view the excess amount of rs. 26, 929/- paid by the insurance company to the hdfc bank in excess, of out of which 16, 831 has been said to be credited in my account by the hdfc bank.

                      The remaining balance of rs. 10, 098/- has been withheld by the bank on account of foreclosure and other charges of the loan.

                      In view of the circumstances explained above, i was forced to discontinue the loan. As a well known and well organized bank which takes care of its customer, i request that i may please exempt from the foreclosure and other charges. I have full confidence in the management that they will appreciate my plight when the motor cycle was lost immediately on purchase and consider my request sympathetically and thereby waive full foreclosure charges.

                        On 27th june i did an online transaction of rs 6929.23 on WWW.MYNTRA.com, then i canceled the order and requested a refund on the same day. So myntra did the refund process and on 4th june i get rs 1999.60 of rs 6929.23 remaining is rs 4929.63.

                        So i called myntra customer care and they confirm and gave me the reference no of the refund transaction of rs 4929.63, but hdfc bank customer saying they didn't get the refund amount of rs 4929.63

                        So requesting you to clarification on this matter, for further proceedings and

                              I raise the query and send the document as required by hdfc bank many times, but they did not return my money as he deducted my credit card account. Bank deducted 20000 thousand from my account and not refund it. So please help me out by this torches amount. No body can help me even the customer care executives give me fake information.                                 I want to bring this to your notice the harassment, fraud and forgery done by your bank employees regarding the loan number: 1377095.

                                The above mentioned loan number is showing me as co-applicant which was confirmed by subhransu sekhar behera, customer service officer, grievance redressal cell, hdfc bank ltd on complaint hbl[protected]

                                Now he has given me the loan agreement copy which is attached in the this form showing no proof that i have not singed any agreement as an co-applicant and also the co-applicant signature is empty.

                                Your representative from hdfc had contacted me on april 2005 regarding for opening the bank account in one of hdfc branch. Bank representative took my id proof for documentation.

                                To my horror now i see your bank has illegally and fraudulently added my name in the loan agreement without my acknowledgement or signature and has harassed me for 13 years.

                                Due to this i have faced many hardship due to timely non availability of loan i have face mental harassment and physical harassment. I was not able to secure loan for my parent treatment in time and i have to lose one of my parent due to issue.

                                When there is a clear miss from hdfc end, why should i suffer from past 13 years?
                                Who will compensate for all the loans which got rejected due to hdfc miss.
                                Why should not i take legal step on hdfc bank for all the harassment caused to me from past 13 years?
                                When a personal loan has been given to some person and the loan statement has same name; how did the hdfc bank updated my name in cibil?
                                There is an forgery on the page 6 of the attached document, where my name is clearly added not from the original copy.

                                I have run pillar to post from last 3 year to get the details from hdfc bank and i have not got any response the bank. I have contact grievance.                                 I want to bring this to your notice the Harassment, Fraud and Forgery done by your bank employees regarding the loan number: 1377095.

                                The above mentioned loan number is showing me as Co-applicant which was confirmed by Subhransu Sekhar Behera, Customer Service Officer, Grievance Redressal Cell, HDFC Bank Ltd on Complaint HBL[protected]

                                Now he has given me the Loan agreement copy which is attached in the this form showing no proof that I have not singed any agreement as an Co-applicant and also the Co-applicant signature is empty.

                                Your representative from HDFC had contacted me on April 2005 regarding for opening the bank account in one of HDFC branch. Bank Representative took my ID proof for documentation.

                                To my horror now I see your bank has illegally and fraudulently added my name in the Loan agreement without my acknowledgement or signature and has harassed me for 13 years.

                                Due to this I have faced many hardship due to timely non availability of loan I have face mental harassment and physical harassment. I was not able to secure loan for my parent treatment in time and I have to lose one of my parent due to issue.

                                When there is a clear miss from HDFC end, why should I suffer from past 13 years?
                                Who will compensate for all the loans which got rejected due to HDFC miss.
                                how to take action on HDFC bank for all the harassment caused to me from past 13 years?
                                When a Personal Loan has been given to some person and the loan statement has same name; how did the HDFC bank updated my name in CIBIL?
                                There is an Forgery loan agreement, where my name is clearly added not from the original copy.

                                I have run pillar to post from last 3 year to get the details from HDFC bank and I have not got any response the Bank. I have contact Grievance.[protected]@hdfcbank.com, [protected]@hdfcbank.com, many time from past 3 months. I even sent mail to MD but all I got was no response.

                                I had tried loading 20000 money from my cousin hdfc credit card, this transaction got failed with a error, but money got debited from my cousin card. Please add the money back to the credit card as soon as possible. Screenshot of the error attached.

                                  I have submitted document for credit card on 5th july 17 but still not get the credit card. Contacted the dsa who had called me for credit card but she is not ansering my call and noot giving me any status. Her name is sakina [protected] form pune.

                                    I am receiving regular phone calls from hdfc bank from various executives regarding to take loan and credit card. Its 4 - 8 times in a day and its increasing day to day, they are very much disturbing our work life.

                                    Please note that i am not interested to take any such loan / credit card. So please stop the same immediately, if not than i shall move to consumer court and shall also lodge a complaint to trai. My mobile no [protected].

                                      Dear mr. Hdfc bank manager/loan officer/sr. Executive manager

                                      This is rama manohar a holding a loan account number[protected] with your bank and i would like to request and explain my situation with your bank.

                                      I have taken a loan amount of 75000/- (Seventy five thousand only) from your bank in year of 2008 and i am unable to pay the regular installments after an year of scheduled payments as i have lost my job and situation at my home become worse due to ill health of my parents.
                                      With these reasons i couldn't make everything well and i feel very bad regarding the issues that took place.

                                      I would like to settle my loan account with help of possible sources of my friends and relatives and clear my name from your list.

                                      I request you to kindly help me in this regard by considering my situation and providing me some minimal settlement amount towards the loan account.

                                      I would be ever grateful to you for your mercy in this regard.

                                        Sir my name is parmod kumar my policy no is 15529329. Many times i came to you're office branch yamunanagar that i cannot continue my policy and submitted it there to lapse. But you send me messages again and again to continue it. I submitted it before 2 years ago and now i complaint against your service to the national complaint center and my complaint no is 379829. They suggested me to send this complaint again. Sir i again request u to solve my problem and pay my money. Sir i[censored] do nothing within seven days then i will take legal action against your bank.
