Mere sath hdfc bank ke executive full fraud mere ko only rs 500.00 ka deduction hoga, 50, 000 ka loan lene pe mere pahle se bhi hdfc bank se loan chal raha tha jis pe top up ka offer aaya tha, but mere jo deduction ho ke aaya h wo rs-5190 ka deduction ho h, abbhi me unko call kar raha h to muje hi galat bolte h nahi koi bhi meri problem thik kar rahe h, executive ka name - ruchi cell no -[protected], manager kundan singh -[protected]
In logo ne mere sign, bhi khud kiya h mera sign only mere document pe tha or 3 cheq pe sign tha, baki sign in hone khud kiya h

    Dear sir/madam
    My self nitin sharma and i belong to ghaziabad, in delhi ncr region,
    I feel very bad to writing this mail because of your bad selection of staff and executives they really don't know how to handle their clients,

    Approx 2 months earlier i got a call from ([protected]) your hdfc credit card department and they offer me a hdfc credit card, i accept the deal and agree to submit my required documents to your team.

    After 3-4 days mr. Ashish (Field boy) came to collect my documents and signature on my form, i signed the blank from on the trust of hdfc he gave me my app. No (Cc xxxx7154) slip with his own received signatures and tell me that it will process within 10-15 days, you will receive a verification call from our team and your blank form will be filled by the caller.

    But after so many days i did not receive any call from your department, so i dialed a mobile no which is given by ashish (Filed boy) [protected], i asked him about my card application status but he said he is out of city due to summer holidays with kids, and will back to office in 3-4 days, i said ok, but i do not receive and call from him in next 7 days, i call again and he said your card is in process, it was almost 1 month completed,

    Then i call another no i have ([protected]) he told that i will check the status and call u back, but as always happens no call receive from him too, some days later i call again and he said your application is in process, will take 2-3 days more to finalizes, some days later i call again and he gave me a another no ms. Sonia ([protected]), now i call her and told the thing she said text me your registered mobile no and name through message i do the same and send that message,
    Next day i call again and ask the status, some other girl pick the call and and told that sonia is not available on seat i will tell her to call you, but again no call receive from both of them, next day i again call and the other girl said today she is in a meeting she will call you u later, but no call receive from both of them again, next day i call and found myself blocked on that number ([protected]) i really was very upset, today on 22.07.2017 i called again and i was still blocked, i tried with different mobile no. And ask about sonia she said she is in a meeting and will not able to talk u, and your application is rejected, and cut the call, i call again but the second mobile no. Also blocked by her.

    Now i know you (Mail-reader) will laugh on this but i do all this thing due to my safety purpose because i signed a blank from, and know the now days foul play
    Any one can act like i did.

    I wrote this mail on goodwill of the name hdfc and this is my humble request that take strict action against sonia because she did not delivered the services from her side and why she blocked my mobile no. I want the explanation/apology for this.

    Finally i want my papers back (My signed documents & all my kyc's) from hdfc and also waiting for the justice.

Was charged 12.25% for which i approached to bank several times &at last i got rate approval but they r now asking for unjustified charges of rs 6500/ which is very much for just rate revision as i m longly associated with bank i approached to higher officials but nobody helped.

        I have applied to open new account on 01.07.2017 in hdfc nizampet road branch. Reference number is mf[protected].

        I have not yet open the account as well as not received any kit supporting the account opening.

        I have reported this to particular hdfc bank staffs & manager several time, but they are callous & non responsive to my request.

        I am surprised & rather frustrated with the quality of service standard & staff response. I believe they are not working and don't bother to resolve my request.

        It is a high time act on those who are playing the images with such high esteem organisation.

        Request you to resolve my issue by 24.07.2017 without fail or refund my deposited money by cancelling my account opening request.

            I received a call from [protected] and they asked me about my hdfc credit card, and they wanted to talk to me, that they have some serious issues to talk about.

            First, they called me but i was not able to hear properly so i asked to call back and when they called back, they told me above mentioned thing.

            Funny thing is i don't have hdfc credit card nor i hold any account in this bank!

            As soon as i told them this fun fact, they hung up call! So people be aware of this.

              Without intimation one assists has been activated the service please cancel and refund my money. I already customer care but no use.

              I would like the one assits service to be cancelled and refund of the money to be done to my account. Asap

              Because my credit card bill increase month by month, now the recently credit card statement month of july amount is required 3089. Who pay the amount of bill.

              On the other hand my credit is not active but i am receive the monthly statement pls solve the problem as soon as possible.

                I am a credit card holder with hdfc bank since long. I have used the card and was regularly paying back the bank as the records would show.

                Now this has reference to my outstanding for the month of june, 2017, i missed its due date and later on 14th july received a call from collection department and assured them to pay it by next day (15th) but unfortunately forgot to drop the cheque. Since july 17th, i started my official tour to amritsar and subsequently drop the cheque at nearest atm of hdfc at 100 ft road.

                Ms darshna from hdfc bank started calling me at 1045hrs friday, july 21st, 2017 and has been very abusive over the phone she has called me over multiple times and been very rude and abusive.

                Such behaviour on the part of your agents is an illegal move as per the rbi rules.

                Below mentioned are some rules shared by our legal department to me for further courses of action

                Rbi rules:

                (Iii) fair practices in debt collection

                (A) in the matter of recovery of dues, banks / nbfcs may ensure that they, as also their agents, adhere to the extant instructions on fair practice code for lenders (Circular dbod. Leg. No. Bc. 104 /09.07.007 / 2002–03 dated may 5, 2003) as also iba’s code for collection of dues and repossession of security.in case banks / nbfcs have their own code for collection of dues it should, at the minimum, incorporate all the terms of iba's code.

                (B) in particular, in regard to appointment of third party agencies for debt collection, it is essential that such agents refrain from action that could damage the integrity and reputation of the bank / nbfc and that they observe strict customer confidentiality. All letters issued by recovery agents must contain the name and address of a responsible senior officer of the card issuing bank whom the customer can contact at his location.

                (C) banks / nbfcs / their agents should not resort to intimidation or harassment of any kind, either verbal or physical, against any person in their debt collection efforts, including acts intended to humiliate publicly or intrude the privacy of the credit card holders’ family members, referees and friends, making threatening and anonymous calls or making false and misleading representations.

                Kindly suggest the actions taken against ms darshana and the agency.

                  Hi,
                  I had applied for loan with hdfc bank (Paud road kothrud). I got a call from shilpa (Vimannagar, pune) employee regarding collection of documents. Mahendra (Unknown) fraudulently picked up documents from me stating that he was employed with hdfc bank (Paud road). When i got a call from paud road branch that time i got to know that they never sent anyone to collect the documents.
                  When i asked mahendra/shilpa for my documents to be returned then i was abused. Me and my brother were ill treated. We are trying to call them but our calls are being rejected.
                  I wish my documents to be returned safely immediately, and some kind of action should be taken against them.

                        Hi guys dont bother using hdfc bank for personal loan, they always call you telling you are eligible for personal loan, but once you apply after providing all the correct documents too, they ll later come up telling personal loan is rejected due to some internal crap policies.

                          HDFC people called on my mother's number and call was picked up by my neighbour (aunt) and they disclosed the balance, my minimum and everything related to card, however as per my knowledge Bank can not disclose your information with anyone but they did because of which my parents were ashamed in front of my neighbours .This is the reason i am logging this complaint so that these people should understand what fair practice means.
                          And this is my 1st time that i am late on my payment because of salary problem, and i have already informed that i will pay within a week but they still called my home.
                          The lady over the phone was very rude as told by my neighbour. So i request strict action against HDFC bank.

                                I am sad to inform you that my bank account cust id 4518875 has been frozen by your bank. Neither am I able to do any online transaction nor does the debit card work on merchant outlets or ATM machines.

                                Kindly also note that the same has been done without informing me through any channel. Therefore, any excuse now of Security of account due to suspicious activity is malafide.

                                Kindly note that all my SIPs have also not been deducted leading to financial loss to me. It is a clear intent of malafide intentions which is visible. My so called personal banker who has not even given a call ever has also not thought it essential to interact on this and my mail on the net banking website has gone unanswered by the bank.

                                Kindly treat this mail as a legal notice which I treat it as such, if you wish to and respond to the reasons for this arbitrary decision. Also, kindly activate the account immediately with damages/compensation for the financial and mental agony caused.

                                    Hi. This is to complain regarding of the executive named (Rajendra - m sorry i dnt know which branch etc) who keeps following up with me regarding one partial pending amount of my monthly emi. As per me i had done xompletw payments and since i did not get a sense of how certain amount is pending i had requested for a statement at my work place. So i gave him my work address and he assured to send the statement thru an executive. Firstly, the executive did not arrive on d assured day and this rajendra guy schedules him to deliver d statement on the next day without confirming from me my availabile time at the work place. He tried calling me when he reached but since i was unavailable to take d call he (Rajendra) ended up taking d contact info of my office from internet and spoke to my hr revealing that he wants to speak to me regarding my personal loan payment issue. I donot think that the bank has the right to reveal my financial status to any one. Why did he reveal to my company person that i have some personal loan payment pending? I collected the statement however which did not even arrive in a sealed envelope and was being scrutinised by my company person to whom your executive handed the statement. I warned him not to call at my company number and as when the payment will be made it should reflect in your system. Inspite of this he again called me the next say at my office desk number through my company hr. I donot understand that what is the need to get in touch with me through my office hr. This is an infringement to my work place privacy which is not tolerable. If i am not picking up the call he can contact at the alternate number that the customer provides while registration or account opening with the bank
                                    I expect the bank to respect my financial privacy and ensure strict disciplinary action against this person.

                                      My name is sridharan. V. Myself & my son manoj srivatsav. S applied for home loan on 02.12.2016 through hdfc, adyar branch, chennai-20. Loan application no:[protected]. My son is the main applicant & i am the co-applicant. We applied for a home loan of rs.55 lacs for a term of 25 years. While applying the loan at hdfc branch, adyar, we were assured that we will be getting a loan of around rs.50 lacs based on our income. On this assurance, we paid a initial processing fee of rs.3750/-. Then we booked a new flat in chennai. But, they dragged the matter for several months and after several tele calls & e-mail communications they rejected our application and refused to sanction home loan to us. During this period there were hardly any communications from them. But, i wrote several letters to hdfc head office at chennai pointing out there assurance of sanctioning loan to us.

                                      But, my pleas were not considered by them favourably and and finally they rejected our application by their letter dated 07.02.2017, which i am attaching now for your reference :

                                      After getting this reply i sent e-mails to them questioning them on what basis they rejected my application whereas they only assured us loan will be sanctioned to us & requested as to remit processing fee of rs.3750/- i also wrote in my letter"had they informed us at initial stage of submitting application thier inability to santion loan to us we would not have submitted loan application & paid processing fees". As it is not our mistake i asked them to refund the full processing fee of rs.3750/- without any deductions immediately to us. But, they have not responded till date. The amount is not refunded to us. For this also we sent remainder letters requesting them to refund the amount. No response from them till date.
                                      Hdfc which is one of the leading housing loan co. Is not transperent in their dealings with customers and making us to run pillar to post to get refund of amount paid by us. Our experience with hdfc is very very worse they do not respond to our communications & they don't treat the customers very shabbily. Thogh they have customer care centre, they have not replied to my complaints not even a single time though we marked a copy of all our letters to them. This is the very worst customer care service we have experienced in our life time. Hereafter we will never recommend hdfc to others.
                                      I request you take up the matter with hdfc, head office, chennai, and arrange for refunding the full processing fee of rs.3750/- paid by us immediately.
