I applied for hdfc diners premium debit card but agent without my knowledge change to hdfc regalia credit card.
I don't want to use that credit card.
Credit card agents making fool by changing type of credit card so that we apply another one and their commission doubles as we apply two times.

I just got an acknowledge. I didn't get any more response. I want Diners Premium card. If company won't able to give that card then block my regalia First card. I don't want to use it. My problem is not resolved yet. How its marked as resolved?

    Dear sir/madam,

    I am sad to inform you that my bank account cust id 4518875 has been frozen by your bank. Neither am I able to do any online transaction nor does the debit card work on merchant outlets or ATM machines.

    Kindly also note that the same has been done without informing me through any channel. Therefore, any excuse now of Security of account due to suspicious activity is malafide.

    Kindly note that all my SIPs have also not been deducted leading to financial loss to me. It is a clear intent of malafide intentions which is visible. My so called personal banker who has not even given a call ever has also not thought it essential to interact on this and my mail on the net banking website has gone unanswered by the bank.

    Kindly treat this mail as a legal notice which I treat it as such, if you wish to and respond to the reasons for this arbitrary decision. Also, kindly activate the account immediately with damages/compensation for the financial and mental agony caused.

      I have Got a message from Bank on 21 July that your personal loan is disbursed and amount will credit within 4 to 5 hours but still amount is not credited in my account no.[protected]

        Hi. This is to complain regarding of the executive named (Rajendra - m sorry i dnt know which branch etc) who keeps following up with me regarding one partial pending amount of my monthly emi. As per me i had done xompletw payments and since i did not get a sense of how certain amount is pending i had requested for a statement at my work place. So i gave him my work address and he assured to send the statement thru an executive. Firstly, the executive did not arrive on d assured day and this rajendra guy schedules him to deliver d statement on the next day without confirming from me my availabile time at the work place. He tried calling me when he reached but since i was unavailable to take d call he (Rajendra) ended up taking d contact info of my office from internet and spoke to my hr revealing that he wants to speak to me regarding my personal loan payment issue. I donot think that the bank has the right to reveal my financial status to any one. Why did he reveal to my company person that i have some personal loan payment pending? I collected the statement however which did not even arrive in a sealed envelope and was being scrutinised by my company person to whom your executive handed the statement. I warned him not to call at my company number and as when the payment will be made it should reflect in your system. Inspite of this he again called me the next say at my office desk number through my company hr. I donot understand that what is the need to get in touch with me through my office hr. This is an infringement to my work place privacy which is not tolerable. If i am not picking up the call he can contact at the alternate number that the customer provides while registration or account opening with the bank
        I expect the bank to respect my financial privacy and ensure strict disciplinary action against this person.

          Dear sir,
          My name is sridharan. V. Myself & my son manoj srivatsav. S applied for home loan on 02.12.2016 through hdfc, adyar branch, chennai-20. Loan application no:[protected]. My son is the main applicant & i am the co-applicant. We applied for a home loan of rs.55 lacs for a term of 25 years. While applying the loan at hdfc branch, adyar, we were assured that we will be getting a loan of around rs.50 lacs based on our income. On this assurance, we paid a initial processing fee of rs.3750/-. Then we booked a new flat in chennai. But, they dragged the matter for several months and after several tele calls & e-mail communications they rejected our application and refused to sanction home loan to us. During this period there were hardly any communications from them. But, i wrote several letters to hdfc head office at chennai pointing out there assurance of sanctioning loan to us.

          But, my pleas were not considered by them favourably and and finally they rejected our application by their letter dated 07.02.2017, which i am attaching now for your reference :

          After getting this reply i sent e-mails to them questioning them on what basis they rejected my application whereas they only assured us loan will be sanctioned to us & requested as to remit processing fee of rs.3750/- i also wrote in my letter"had they informed us at initial stage of submitting application thier inability to santion loan to us we would not have submitted loan application & paid processing fees". As it is not our mistake i asked them to refund the full processing fee of rs.3750/- without any deductions immediately to us. But, they have not responded till date. The amount is not refunded to us. For this also we sent remainder letters requesting them to refund the amount. No response from them till date.
          Hdfc which is one of the leading housing loan co. Is not transperent in their dealings with customers and making us to run pillar to post to get refund of amount paid by us. Our experience with hdfc is very very worse they do not respond to our communications & they don't treat the customers very shabbily. Thogh they have customer care centre, they have not replied to my complaints not even a single time though we marked a copy of all our letters to them. This is the very worst customer care service we have experienced in our life time. Hereafter we will never recommend hdfc to others.
          I request you take up the matter with hdfc, head office, chennai, and arrange for refunding the full processing fee of rs.3750/- paid by us immediately.

                Hdfc bank executives are calling us daily for loans and harrasing us even though we don't want any loans. Today we got a call from [protected] and i told her not to call us. She responder to me so recklessly and supported the calls and told that it's their duty so i told her that i will report it to the poilce and cyber departments and asked me to proceed to complain to police and cyber departments. So i am in the process of it. If you call us again i will complain it again and will take the help of media as well and this is going to be serious as well.

                  We are getting calls from hdfc bank multiple times and we told that we don't want any loans and we asked to remove our number from database. But they keep calling us everyday and harrasing us. Today we got a call from [protected] and i told her that i will report to the police station if necessary and she replied me to proceed and report it to the officials. So i am going to take action now and i am already in the process. Stop calling us or i will file another complaint against your bank and will report it to the media as well.

                    Access or Process the following through ‘My Account’:

                    • Premium Payment, Acknowledgements and Premium Receipts
                    • Online Fund Switch, Premium Redirection and Top Up
                    • Online Account Statement i.e. Unit Statement and Annual Premium Statement
                    • Other important Policy Details

                    Now receive alerts on your email ID as well as on your mobile phone for premium due dates, payment confirmation, policy lapse alert, new product launch, etc. by registering through ‘My Account’.

                    To register, go to https://cp.hdfclife.com/cpweb/OnlineMyAccountRegistration.aspx and follow the given steps:
                    1. Fill in the policy number and Date of birth and click 'Next'
                    2. The policy owner name, email ID, mobile number and contact number fields will be pre-populated. Mobile number and contact number fields are editable, if not updated previously.
                    3. Select the Check box and click Submit.
                    4. An email will be sent to your email ID that is updated in the registration page. This email will contain an URL which on clicking will validate the email ID and the user ID and password will be sent.
                    5. The URL is valid for 15 days. If you click on it after 15 days, an error message will be displayed. In such cases, you need to register again by filling the registration page.
                    6. If the email ID was previously present and the user modifies it, an email is sent to the previous email ID informing of the registration for the service. However, the URL will go to the new email ID. -- Manish.

                      Hdfc bank and all people say it's big brand but i say it's so much low brand for employees.. Specially low level employees who are doing job as a teller, sales etc. Bm, cluster head they just play politics so much mentally torture so thatswhy high turnover. Even they use abusive language infront of customer. There is no respect in hdfc bank. Sales sales and only sales even for teller as well. I don't know teller count the cash or convince the product.

                      I am jobless. I made wrong decision to join here. I want to say pls don't join here.
                      Hdfc bank is only for customer not for employees.

                          Hello sir,
                          My self dinesh kumar i am account holder of hdfc bank in anandnagar pharenda branch pincode 273155 dist-maharajganj. Account number [protected].
                          Sir unknowingly the branch field officer issued credit card. When credit card reaches to me then i came to know about that, after which i have been charged about rs 562.35 and got a receiving about that. After which i visited the branch and told the manager for this and asked for refund, the manager told me i cannot do anything and this service could not be stopped from here. He told me to talk to customer care to stop this service.
                          Then i do that but sir i did not get any solution from there.

                          I am attaching the receiving from bank along my documents.

                            Sir, i am an account holder of hdfc sli policy no. 11147492. The policy enrolled on 03 jul 2007 and is matured on 03 jul 2017. The payment of maturity amount has not yet been made so far. Self contacted with hdfc customer care but they replied the documents are incomplete. The policy is matured after 10 years. Why the required documents not collected by hdfc within this 10 yrs time period? Putting the customers in trouble after maturity date is not appreciated. The customer should get their maturity amount on due date as being followed by other insurance companies.

                            Kindly take appropriate action to release the payment in this belated stage.

                              Bank did not sent me credit card bill and charged me for late payment and financing.
                              The soon i received an sms of due... Called csr and file a complaint with #[protected] on 17th-july and denied by dept on 19-july. Hence paid the amount genuinely payable other then charges applied by bank generated by their own mistake.

                              Which are as below
                              500.00 for late payment
                              050.00 igst on late payment
                              408.73 for billed finance charges - retail

                              Now cancel the above charges.

                              The soon i have confirmed payable charges over the phone, immediately paid all the outstanding immediately.

                                Dear sir / madam,
                                I told the hdfc employee that i need pension plan according to my age and and we don't have child they suggested youngster udaan and they told this policy will meet your requirements if your premiums are rs.75000 per policy for ten year terms you will get on maturity definitely minimum rs.16.5 lac per policy (Rs.16 lac per policy pakka har haal mai milega hi milega chahai kuchh bhi ho jai) and after that your policy convert into pension plan.

                                Now we came to know from customer care that this policy is not for pension plan how they sold you this policy they misguided you and you can make a complaint. And hdfc life employee told, you have to pay only premium rs.75000 they did not tell us about the surcharge.

                                Policy no. 17700793 kusum lata sharma premium due date is 23.06.2017.

                                I paid two years premium and this year grace period is going on. It is requested that my problem should be solved at your end and our money should be returned back because this policy does not meet our requirement. Hdfc employee from gurgaon branch misguided. Pls solve this matter as soon as possible.

                                Guys don't trust on this bank "with any information this guys change the salary a/c to saving and when asked say it's changed to savings and ur balance is negative u gone a pay 9000 rs for same" is this a joke r what 9000 is it a playing 4 digit number which I can play around and when sent a mail for them no reply called on, toll free no no reply and at last again some msg stating again ur a/c is charged for non maintaince of balance who told u guys to change the salary a/c to savings let me check i[censored] guys can give at least a 2000 to some lucky customer around as good customer but playing around saying ur charges r this much, that much ####### no proper customer service.                                   Sunil chappre from hdfc bank called supdt sir, as he was not able to contact me. Who has given him the right to call my office. As this is not the palce i have applied loan through. And moreover he is not the guranter. I file a complaint of defamation
                                  This is not the way one can do to contact. Firstly he could write to me. I m in a reputated position. This affects my reputation very badly

                                      imps transaction timed out

                                      I transferred 10000 using imps and got message that it timed out.
                                      Please explain what this means and how can i get my money back?
                                      It is a very big amount and its shameful that a bank like hdfc customer care no. Does not help.... Playing with people's hard earned money.
                                      It asks for mobile pin while registering complaint. Does everyone has mobile number???

                                      If they don't have mobile pin they cannot even call.br...

                                      Hi team, i have been charged rs.1000.0 as 3rd party cash txn inc st & ec 101211 from your bank without any prioir notice and which was not deducted previosly. This is a unnecessary deductions so kindly reverse my amount back to my account otherwise i have to close my account because other banks don't charges these kind of taxes like yours. Kindly refund my deducted amount.
