Sir/madam,

In reference to HDFC Bank PERSONAL LOAN, where i have not taken this loan & it was informed to customer care & HDFC bank, but still receiving mails with recovery dept calls. Someone who has made input of my mail id & contact no, but bank not yet taken any corrective action till yet against that person & today also send harassment mail mentioning it was not paid, asking for total amt to be paid as per below mail snapshots.

We hereby recall your entire Loan (principal and interest) and require that you repay all pending dues, including fees and charges amounting to Rs 214001.46 within a period of 7 days.

The Bank has referred your account to an authorized outsourced associate, who would liaise with you for the purpose of collection of dues. You are requested to extend your co-operation to our representative in this regard.

The Bank also reserves the right to

Invoke “Banker’s General Right for Lien” towards any overdue in your loan account.
Include your name in the list of defaulters and share the conduct of your loan account with other banks/financial institutions, Credit Information Companies and statutory bodies in accordance with the Credit Information Companies (Regulation) Act, 2005, as amended from time to time.
Seek legal recourse under applicable sections of the law to seek redress for dues outstanding on your loan account.

We hope that you will not allow the issue to precipitate any further and resolve the issue by making the required payments immediately.

    I have done a tranction on 5th august 2017, 1400 was deducted from my account but credited into my payzapp wallet.

    I already sent a mail about this to coustomer support, they reply me as it will credited in your account in 5 woring days, it was the 6th day still no response from the payzapp coustomer support

    I am trying to call payzapp coustomer tollfree number, but it was always busy, when it was connected they were puting in hold no executive was giving reply. Nearly 10 minutes i have been waiting in call still no one gives reply.

      I paid my loan due amount using bill desk and HDFC intener banking on 9th Aug 2017.

      Today (11th Aug 2017), You people charged my savings bank account for the emi and also sent a notice to my email address stating that I have to pay overdue using billdesk.

      Also, I have never recieved any response for the below mentioned communication from loan support team.

        Finally, I am frustated, so i am doing this complaint still i am a employee of HDFC Bank, branch raised ground floor Lekhraj faizabad road lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
        There are many issues in my branch but i am inform you some importent issues related to me --
        1- Timing of branch is start 9:00am and leaving of branch time is not fix, maximum time we leave the branch 8:30pm, often we have to wait untill late night 10:00pm( according to our branch manager)
        2--Behaviour of branch manager is much rude infact she is notalking sense even she loose talk in front of customers.
        3- There are many reasons, which is make very complicated my personal life.
        4-I am working with HDFC since last 4 years and got it many awards for my work from my branch manager but now days i am not able to continue with my branch.

          Sir i have an account at allahabad bank, dankuni branch, t. N. Mukherjee road, dankuni, dist. Hooghly, west bengal with a/c no.[protected]. Today[protected] when i tried thrice to have some cash from the above atm (Since there are no alb atm nearby) no cash was dispensed but my above account have been debited thrice to the tune of rs.8000/- each (Total rs. 24, 000/-). As i need the above amount for medical purpose, shall be grateful if an immediate action is taken.

          1. Submit a complaint /dispute letter with the issuing bank [ i.e Allahabad Bank ] branch where you hold the savings bank account.
          2. The issuing Bank will then raise a charge back dispute / query on us (HDFC BANK) seeking the disputed transaction status.
          3. If the transaction stands valid as per your claim, the funds will be returned to the issuing bank, which would be credited to your account by your respective bank.

            I provided every documents requested by the branch for my dad's death claim
            But still now i doesn't got any payment.
            But i got a letter in which they told that the claim has been processed and amount passed through cheque but still now i doesn't got any payment or cheque.
            While contacting the branch manager
            He doesn't giving any proper response.
            When i contact the customer service mail
            They sending a reply in which the claim amount has been paid out in form of cheque to someone named k. Manohar raj
            But there is no one in my family named manohar raj
            What should do now to get my dad's death claim

                I tried adding amount of rs5000 to my payzaap wallet [protected] on 17th june 2017. Amount got deducted from my credit card but not added to payzaap wallet.
                I tried reaching phone and dropped mail. Received mail on 21st june saying amount will be refunded in 5 working days with rrn no[protected]. But amount not credited after 50 days also. Tried so many times to reach payzaap customer care number and written many mails. But never connected to call and never got any response. When i contacted my credit card team they said payzaap team claimed amount on 19th june and they given transaction number [protected], and they said they can't do any thing for this. Dear payzaap please add amount my wallet

                I tried adding amount of Rs. 5000 to my payzaap wallet to SBI Credit Card 26th Sep. 2017. Amount got deducted from my SBI credit card but not added to payzaap wallet.
                I tried reaching phone and dropped mail. I Received mail on 26 Nov. 2017.

                Saying Payzapp team, As per your query, we would like to inform you that the load money transaction of Rs. 33000/- has failed. Please find below the details for your reference, through which you can check with your bank on the refund status. RRN No:[protected].

                But amount not credited after till date. Tried so many times to reach payzaap customer care number and written many mails. But never connected to call and never got any response. When i contacted my SBI credit card team they said payzaap team claimed amount on 27th Sep his given (Transaction code by SBI - R01482) and they said they can't do any thing for this. Dear payzaap please add amount my wallet or sbi credit card.

                    Hi this is kunal gulyani,

                    On 03rd aug 2017 there is a false transaction happened in debit card.

                    Rs. 472.00 have been deducted and when i checked the mini statement it showed that it was a dcd transaction. On 03rd aug morning when i visited an nearest atm i came to know about this false transaction. Would request you guys to get the amount again credited in my account. It's really embarrassing to use hdfc bank because i feel my money is not secure enough.. Tried contacting your customer service but no one answered.
                    Kindly look into this case and get it resolved asap.

                      7. When can i expect the answers for the above questions...

                      1. Reason for not processing the loan is not shared.
                      2. As informed that the payment was not refunded till date
                      3. Process fee bill copy not shared as on today
                      4. Loan status in their website is misguiding. Home page confirming that the process is under progress & inside the page, it is confirming that they are not processing the loan.
                      5. No updates to the customer
                      6. Documents not returned till date
                      7. Not responding to the mails
                      8. Sales rep, mr. Suresh vipparthi is the cheater who said that the documents given by me is sufficient for processing the loan.
                      9. Hdfc is not provided any check list for the list of documents what they want from the customer for processing the home loan.
                      10. Harassing me by making the calls without any reason

                      14. BRS Copy for the G4 flat ( Which was Approved & Cleared by Deputy Commissioner, Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation, Malkajgiri dated[protected] . The same was shared with you. ( Letter & Approved Plan Copy )
                      15. BRS Application copy is also shared for G2 flat, which was applied in 20-dec-2015 and the same is in pending from government with known reasons. ( Application Copy, Payment thru Cheque - copy shared, application acknowledgement copy, plan copy shared )

                      16. Construction Plan Copy Which was approved by HUDA ( Confirmation on Drawing Back Side & Surender Kumar Nayak Sale Deed Copy, Page No 2, Para 2 ) ... As Detailed below

                      That the vendor has enter into a development agreement with the builder M/S. Sri Kalyana Sai Krishna Builders and obtained permission for construction of the Residential portions ( Ground + 2 Floors ) in the schedule mentioned property from the vide chairman, Hyderabad Urban Development Authority vide permit no 15111/P4/HUDA/91 dated 17/01/1992 and also obtained permission from the commissioner, municipality malkajgiri vide permit no B.A.608/94, dated[protected]

                      Now it is very strange to notice that you are asking the new / unknown documents which i really don't have.

                      If you are really looking for these kind of documents, it is your primordial duty to ask for the same at the starting stage, while taking the Signatures on the application. HDFC took more than 20 days for asking the unknown documents, which i was not informed by your rep / nor with your Checklist.

                      It is very ridicules that HDFC is not having any such check list for the Property Home loans. You better learn from the DHFL for making such check list which will save your time and customer valuable time & money. Where i have received a check list for the list of documents which needs to submit for processing the Loan proceedings when i visited their office for Home loan.

                      Know the JOB & DO the JOB. If HDFC know the JOB, Better prepare the Check list for the New Applicants.

                      With reference to my Personal Visit to HDFC Home Loan Branch, A S Rao Nagar, Hyderabad ( Dated 26-Jul-2017, 10:00 am to 11:30 am, Approximately)
                      Subsequent telephonic conversation / discussion with Mr. Gora ( Call from my end for the clarification, Today morning from HDFC Bank, A S Rao Nagar ) ...

                      I came to know / i was kept informed by Mr. Gora via telephonic discussion ( call from my end for the clarification ) ... That my application was kept pending for long time ( Explanation for the Word LONG TIME = Application & Signed cheque given on 29-Jun-2017 along with the available documents, which was given to Suresh Vipparthi.) Without sharing the information to the customer. ( By Phone, By Mail, By SMS, BY Online Status, At the HDFC Office at Habsiguda, Hyderabad )

                      The Cheque amount was deducted from my bank account for processing the Home Loan. Amount deducted on 21-Jul-2017, login ID allotted on 17-Jul-2017, Application no[protected].

                      For My case / For My application, I believe that HDFC is not suitable for processing the Home loan, requesting you to kindly update the status & close the Case / Application by specifying the Reasons for not processing the loan as on today. When i checked for the Loan status five today afternoon, it is indicating that the

                      Pending Documents :- 0 ( Enclosing the Screen Shots for your quick reference )
                      Pending Clarifications :- 0 ( Enclosing the Screen Shots for your quick reference )

                      May be your fault ( or ) May be my fault, Ultimately i was the looser in-terms of Time and Money.

                      Kindly update the Correct Reason immediately as per your time frames & do the needful action immediately ...

                      Stage 2 :- I am expecting my Documents & Records, which i have given to your rep Mr. Suresh Vipparti for Loan processing.

                      Stage 3 :- Processing Fee deducted from account & balance amount to be paid back on Same Bank Account.

                      Stage 4 :- Rejection Note with Reason / Rejection Letter with Reason ( I don't know what is the exact word you are using in your HDFC Language )

                      Kindly correct me, if i am wrong in my words of this mail / previous mail.

                      I am considering that the Suresh Vipparthi is really incompetent that he don't know what documents are required for resale flats

                      He don't have time discipline...the proof is that he failed to return the documents, as he committed to provide the same in 3-4 days, it is almost 6th day ...

                      In an organization...Up the accountability and down the line responsibility...I found that in your organization no responsible person and no accountable person.                       15. BRS Application copy is also shared for G2 flat, which was applied in 20-dec-2015 and the same is in pending from government with known reasons. ( Application Copy, Payment thru Cheque - copy shared, application acknowledgement copy, plan copy shared )

                      16. Construction Plan Copy Which was approved by HUDA ( Confirmation on Drawing Back Side & Surender Kumar Nayak Sale Deed Copy, Page No 2, Para 2 ) ... As Detailed below

                      That the vendor has enter into a development agreement with the builder M/S. Sri Kalyana Sai Krishna Builders and obtained permission for construction of the Residential portions ( Ground + 2 Floors ) in the schedule mentioned property from the vide chairman, Hyderabad Urban Development Authority vide permit no 15111/P4/HUDA/91 dated 17/01/1992 and also obtained permission from the commissioner, municipality malkajgiri vide permit no B.A.608/94, dated[protected]

                      Now it is very strange to notice that you are asking the new / unknown documents which i really don't have.

                      If you are really looking for these kind of documents, it is your primordial duty to ask for the same at the starting stage, while taking the Signatures on the application. HDFC took more than 20 days for asking the unknown documents, which i was not informed by your rep / nor with your Checklist.

                      It is very ridicules that HDFC is not having any such check list for the Property Home loans. You better learn from the DHFL for making such check list which will save your time and customer valuable time & money. Where i have received a check list for the list of documents which needs to submit for processing the Loan proceedings when i visited their office for Home loan.

                      Know the JOB & DO the JOB. If HDFC know the JOB, Better prepare the Check list for the New Applicants.

                      It seems that there is no competent person in the above listed members to answer the customer questions ( or ) to resolve the customer issues ( or ) to update the customer in correct protocol...

                      I am considering that the Suresh Vipparthi is really incompetent that he don't know what documents are required for resale flats

                      He don't have time discipline...the proof is that he failed to return the documents, as he committed to provide the same in 3-4 days, it is almost 6th day ...

                      How about the others, ...

                      In an organization...Up the accountability and down the line responsibility...I found that in your organization no responsible person and no accountable person. If you are all not in a position to satisfy the customer, then raise your level to further level and seek the higher ups suggestions to resolve the issue...

                        Dear sir,

                        Ur hdfc bank executive mr. Soubhagya pradhan offered me a credit a credit card on dated 22th jul 2017. I have provided all relevant documents related to credit card application. Application no is [protected]e8.

                        After few days u executive visited our house & tele verification has been done.

                        When i tracked my application on 10th aug status showing disapproved without stating any reason.

                        Before providing all personal document i have asked many times about criteria.

                        Without stating any reason why application is disapproved? Another thing is that i have not visited ur bank for applying credit card.

                        If this is a drama why u have wasted my time & personal documents.

                        If any thing is not realistic plz dont encourage it & don't loss our time.

                            My old company has opened my salary account in 2015, but after few months i left the company because i got the better opportunity some where else after that i never used that account, but now its showing re's -8300 in account,
                            I don't want to pay any penalty, i want to close my account as soon as possible. Please help

                            According to new rbi guidelines banks are not supposed to penalise for dormant accounts but when i contacted the customer care they are refraining from closing it saying i have to fill the fine.
                            Where should i approach now. Please help.

                              Please pay some attention to resolve my issue.

                              This is my second complaint for the same issue, i am waiting for the solution from bank but unfortunately bank have no time to address the issues other then auto mails.

                              Following complaint i had made on 7th july and since then i am waiting for the solution since i have been wrongly charged around 15k in multi pal transaction that too without my intimation/agreements.

                              My last complaint is still open but bank has shared me mail that it has been closed. (Ttu[protected]th july 2017)

                              I have not received any calls from bank other then 1 call made by branch staff who was damn rude to discuss the matter and moreover rather then providing me the solution unnecessarily threatened me over call and took the whole conversation in different way.

                              It is highly disappointed to be a customer with hdfc bank.

                              I have a car loan from kotak mahindra bank and esc made through hdfc bank since i had my salary account in hdfc only, this loan has started in 2012 and my esc was automatically deducted from my salary account, however it was never the pain until i was getting my salary into hdfc but due to some issues with hdfc my company has shifted the salary account from hdfc to axis and now the real trouble started, i tried to maintain a sufficient balance in hdfc but sometimes esc amount got deducted and sometimes it wasn't, i never checked my hdfc bank account since it seems a smooth account & esc's but one fine day i came to know that every esc bounce has charges that too even after i have amount in my bank, 2-3 month there were chances where in i couldn't pay emi's and cleared the same with kotak via cash payment & my emi with kotak was never stacked.

                              I have been charged around 850+ taxes multiple times, where in i have paid all my emi's to kotak on time.

                              Please help to get the charges reversed since i was not aware about the same.

                                    On 7th august 2017, am trying to add rs. 20000 in my payzapp wallet ([protected]) from icici credit card with transaction number 74799207219000990084673. The amount got deducted from credit card and transaction failed at payzapp wallet. I wrote mail to payzapp customer and got reply like 'it will get refund in 5 working days. But on 11th aug when i called icici customer care they said that amount is already claimed by payzapp. Hence am requesting payzapp to add rs.20000 in my payzapp wallet.

                                    This above response is clearly showing that you guys are here to cheat people. Worst customer service it will never conncet on call.

                                        I am working on mnc from last 5 years. Hdfc bank people them self assumed that i resigned my company and they changed my sal account to normal. I have rised several complaints from feb 2017 and each and every time they are giving reasons but still it is in normal account only. There is no reason why they assumed that i am not working my sal is crediting in same account from las5 years. Still no resolution. I have wasted my time and money due to this.
