Dear sir,

I purchased a swiping machine for my shop from hdfc bank. After swiping for a complete day, i forgot to give settlement in the machine. The next day after giving settlement, the bank charged me with a penalty.

Swiping amount: 15000
Penalty charged: 116

I am not getting clarity from bank as to why they should charge such penalties.

Kindly solve the case for me.

    I have an hdfc credit card, there was a sudden deduction in my available balance and the card went overdrawn. I didn't even know it and hdfc allegedly charged me ₹580 as an overlimit fees. On top of that they have charged me double the interest on my remaining balance which came as a shock to me. This is unprofessional and appauling from hdfc. Pathetic service for someone who regularly pays his bill on time. Contact number is [protected].

      My account was freezed on 8th july 20017 weigh out intimating me the reason while i was in haridwar to attend some function. I sent about 12mails for reason and release my account but only stereo reply our man will contact you in two days. These 2 days never came and. Iam not able to draw a single pie even for my medicines what to talk of daily needs. I came to know that kyc has not been sent. I sent my and my codepositor pushpa g bhatia 6 days back. My kyc has been updated. My codepositor so kyc is pending and not yet updated. I have sent not less than 20 mails but no suitable or action taken by the bank which shows how callous is bank towards senior handicap citizens. Ism mentally highly depressed due to harassment by the bank i urgentltly request you to save me from this acuteharrssement

          I am holding a joint account with my husband with hdfc bank, golpark kolkata branch for the last 15 yrs or more. We had a horrible experience this time. Without any intimation the bank seized our savings account due to kyc for which all our ecs got bounced. Kyc and all other documents were submitted last monday 17 july and till today our account has not yet been activated and we are facing serious trouble now. Hdfc phone banking service is useless and one can never get connected to any official for any support. We are harassed by the bank like anything. This is absolutely not acceptable.

          I have requested for credit card cancellation for 10 times nearly, i wrote a letter and submitted directly inn the bank but still they didnt cancell which is very bad. i didn't like hdfc services. i want to cancell my card

            My card no is [protected].
            I was receiving email statement regularkay but it was suddenly stopped.
            I applied for change of address for my bank account, but the same was used for credit card purposes without my knowledge.
            Unfortunately the data entry is done as [protected]@gmail.com instead of [protected]@gmail.com
            As a result email bounced and i did not received statement hence i could nit pay in time.
            I requested for statement and paid the amount but finance charges were not paid because this was bank's mistake and it was agreed that finance charges will be reversed.
            Billing department just keep adding finance charges on finance charges and increase the amount each month and now i received a notice from bank's advocate.
            This is really painful and dirty because these people are just harassing customers because they have a organisation behind.
            I have requested many times to check the original form and actual email address there but it looks like they are covering each other.
            I even challenged to show the form to me or any third person if the email address written is emkanade or rmkanade but the bank people just respond each email in general words saying "our records" show this information rather than checking who has made the mistake.
            I have very bad experiences and mental harassment since last 4 /5 months without my fault.
            Can someone take them for a task?
            Where can i escalate the matter other than hdfc bank?

              I took personal loan of 2.5 lakhs for 4 year in. Loan was being paid in monthly installment through ecs. There was bank condition of charge on pre-closing of loan account (If account is closed with paying all outstanding amount before 4 years), customer will be charged between 0-4% on outstanding loan amount at the time of closing. Charge percentage were defined by time bracket of loan. Ex: 4% on outstanding if returned within 2 years from the day of loan taken. Similarly 3 % on outstanding if returned between 2-3 years and so on. Closing of loan account was not permitted before a year. Now service tax on pre-closing charge were supposed to be give. Lumpsum service tax of rs. 1000 were charged but invoice didn't find mention of service tax: rs. 1000 (12% on pre-closing charge), instead cunningly merged rs. 1000 with pre-closing charge. If there is no indication of service tax on invoice, how will i believe that tax went to government treasury and bank didn't stole rs. 1000 from government.

              Awaiting suggestion from expert and thank you in advance.

              I regret to say this, though I have drop my KYC form for credit card in HDFC main branch, it was not updated and, no one take in person and acknowledge They simply say drop all forms in dropbox.
              so far i have repeated this process thrice and no updation, final result is card blocked due to non updation of KYC.

                On 23 rd july sunday in between 11 to 12 afternoon at bhosari dighi road hdfc atm centre i entered required withdrawl amount 5500 rs on machine then as per procedure m/c need atm pin, i entered atm card pin, them m/c sounds and exat that time all that areas including atm centres electric light power...

                First i entered amount of withdrawl on screen of hdfc atm, then by the procedure i entered pin, the machine sounds, and then power was offed all that area including hdfc atm and i not get the amount but at that time i got sms of your account debited of * amount from dighi road bhosari hdfc atm and availebel balance is * but i dont get the cash from that atm, then i waited there at atm till power on of all that area including hdfc atm but atm machine took 1/2 hour for starting again and processing. But still not get the cash amount then i check availeble balance it shows wrong balance.
                Please take my complaint, and credit the debited amount return to my account

                    I got hdfc bharat credit card 2 to 3 days ago with a limit of 25000.
                    Today hdfc charge of rs. 1300/- as a insurance of my credit card, and now today my new limit available is rs. 23700/-.
                    My question is that, when the bank employee call me for a new credit card. I ask her, whether there is any kind of charge, annual fees or any other fees relating to credit card. But she says no, there is no fees, charges for your credit card.
                    This credit card is life time free for you.
                    Then how bank debit rs. 1300/- from credit card.
                    Please it's is heartily request from you, deactivate all type of services from my card, which are payable. And give me my rs. 1300/- as a credit to my card.
                    Or you can disregister my credit card and take it from me.
                    Now it's up to you, it is your choice.
                    Otherwise i will go to take a legal action against bank as well as employee because i have a full call recording of your executive, in that she not explaining me any kind of fees or charges.

                      Never go with hdfc life insurance. They will screw your life. I surrendered my policy 3 weeks back and provided all the documents they need. Went to branch 5 times and called customer service 3 times. Every time they abruptly hung up without even willing to listen. No one is willing to help. Extremely frustrated with hdfc customer care and branch. It may be just my experience but ridiculous they are. I've been there customer for 6 years and this is the treatment i'm getting. Called corporate office and they hung up. Way to go hdfc. Im going to protest with banners infront on their pala branch in a week. Never i had such bad experience from any insurance provider in the world.

                      Hi Jyoti, I wish to inform you that we have an online customer portal, My Account. You can register for “My Account” (free of cost) on our website www.hdfclife.com.

                      Access or Process the following through ‘My Account’:
                      • Premium Payment, Acknowledgements and Premium Receipts
                      • Online Fund Switch, Premium Redirection and Top Up
                      • Online Account Statement i.e. Unit Statement and Annual Premium Statement
                      • Other important Policy Details

                      Now receive alerts on your email ID as well as on your mobile phone for premium due dates, payment confirmation, policy lapse alert, new product launch, etc. by registering through ‘My Account’.

                      To register, go to https://cp.hdfclife.com/cpweb/OnlineMyAccountRegistration.aspx and follow the given steps -

                      1. Fill in the policy number and Date of birth and click 'Next'

                      2. The policy owner name, email ID, mobile number and contact number fields will be pre-populated. Mobile number and contact number fields are editable, if not updated previously.

                      3. Select the Check box and click Submit.

                      4. An email will be sent to your email ID that is updated in the registration page. This email will contain an URL which on clicking will validate the email ID and the user ID and password will be sent.

                      5. The URL is valid for 15 days. If you click on it after 15 days, an error message will be displayed. In such cases, you need to register again by filling the registration page.

                      6. If the email ID was previously present and the user modifies it, an email is sent to the previous email ID informing of the registration for the service. However, the URL will go to the new email ID.

                        money deducted from salary account

                        I have been logging complaint with hdfc bank since may 2017, as money was getting deducted from my account stating "deduction due to low fund" and "annual maintenance". As this is a salary account there should not be any such deduction. Despite of repeated assurance, money is getting deducted from the account on regular basis. If you could look into it and get it sorted. Complaint reference number with hdfc: 'hbl=[protected]' and 'hbl=[protected]'....

                          My self nitin sharma and i belong to ghaziabad, in delhi ncr region,
                          I feel very bad to writing this mail because of your bad selection of staff and executives they really don't know how to handle their clients,

                          Approx 2 months earlier i got a call from ([protected]) your hdfc credit card department and they offer me a hdfc credit card, i accept the deal and agree to submit my required documents to your team.

                          After 3-4 days mr. Ashish (Field boy) came to collect my documents and signature on my form, i signed the blank from on the trust of hdfc he gave me my app. No (Cc xxxx7154) slip with his own received signatures and tell me that it will process within 10-15 days, you will receive a verification call from our team and your blank form will be filled by the caller.

                          But after so many days i did not receive any call from your department, so i dialed a mobile no which is given by ashish (Filed boy) [protected], i asked him about my card application status but he said he is out of city due to summer holidays with kids, and will back to office in 3-4 days, i said ok, but i do not receive and call from him in next 7 days, i call again and he said your card is in process, it was almost 1 month completed,

                          Then i call another no i have ([protected]) he told that i will check the status and call u back, but as always happens no call receive from him too, some days later i call again and he said your application is in process, will take 2-3 days more to finalizes, some days later i call again and he gave me a another no ms. Sonia ([protected]), now i call her and told the thing she said text me your registered mobile no and name through message i do the same and send that message,
                          Next day i call again and ask the status, some other girl pick the call and and told that sonia is not available on seat i will tell her to call you, but again no call receive from both of them, next day i again call and the other girl said today she is in a meeting she will call you u later, but no call receive from both of them again, next day i call and found myself blocked on that number ([protected]) i really was very upset, today on 22.07.2017 i called again and i was still blocked, i tried with different mobile no. And ask about sonia she said she is in a meeting and will not able to talk u, and your application is rejected, and cut the call, i call again but the second mobile no. Also blocked by her.

                          Now i know you (Mail-reader) will laugh on this but i do all this thing due to my safety purpose because i signed a blank from, and know the now days foul play
                          Any one can act like i did.

                          I wrote this mail on goodwill of the name hdfc and this is my humble request that take strict action against sonia because she did not delivered the services from her side and why she blocked my mobile no. I want the explanation/apology for this.

                          Finally i want my papers back (My signed documents & all my kyc's) from hdfc and also waiting for the justice.

                              I have applied to open new account on 01.07.2017 in hdfc nizampet road branch. Reference number is mf[protected].

                              I have not yet open the account as well as not received any kit supporting the account opening.

                              I have reported this to particular hdfc bank staffs & manager several time, but they are callous & non responsive to my request.

                              I am surprised & rather frustrated with the quality of service standard & staff response. I believe they are not working and don't bother to resolve my request.

                              It is a high time act on those who are playing the images with such high esteem organisation.

                              Request you to resolve my issue by 24.07.2017 without fail or refund my deposited money by cancelling my account opening request.

                                  I received a call from [protected] and they asked me about my hdfc credit card, and they wanted to talk to me, that they have some serious issues to talk about.

                                  First, they called me but i was not able to hear properly so i asked to call back and when they called back, they told me above mentioned thing.

                                  Funny thing is i don't have hdfc credit card nor i hold any account in this bank!

                                  As soon as i told them this fun fact, they hung up call! So people be aware of this.

                                    Without intimation one assists has been activated the service please cancel and refund my money. I already customer care but no use.

                                    I would like the one assits service to be cancelled and refund of the money to be done to my account. Asap

                                    Because my credit card bill increase month by month, now the recently credit card statement month of july amount is required 3089. Who pay the amount of bill.

                                    On the other hand my credit is not active but i am receive the monthly statement pls solve the problem as soon as possible.
