I need clarification as why my account got debited the 3rd day from my bank even after cash payment was made within the given time frame?
I am charged 13, 308 inr for the car loan, why am i getting only rs.12, 675 refunded in my bank account, what about the 633rs?
Also, i got the sms as on 2nd of july stating that hdfc has refunded rs.12, 675 in my bank account on the 28th of june, which has not actually reflected in my bank...

Repeated fraud done by hdfc payzapp. Money not credited in merchant account

Using hdfc payzapp app i tried to recharge my tatasky account but twice i failed to recharge it and till date neither my money is refunded not iot is credited into tatasky a/c.

In past also it has happened multiple time and almost everytime i face issue. Even after 2 weeks i am know aware where my money is?

Recharge amount not credited

I have recharged my docomo sim for 50 rs through hdfc netbanking (I tried four times) and tried my ideal sim for 20 rs. But the recharge amount is not credited. I thought there was a network problem. Credit card HDFC

I have used the card in outside India. After getting card statement I was surprised. They have charged 3.5 % additional charges on all Transactions made outside India .this is not corcet & Other banks are not charging like ICICI /INDUSIND.
I have made complaint & escalated but so far no proper reply.

Such additional levvy on customer is not justifiable. It should be sorted out.
But no proper reply from HDFC....

Fraud transaction on my HDFC bank account

I am sudhanshu sharma holding a salary account in hdfc bank and on 27th june at 9:13 to 9:24 someone done 6 transactions to indian railways worth rupees 32300, i however filed an fir with cyber crime office noida sector - 6. and filled the customer dispute form. i have blocked my card and account on the same day within 15 minutes of the fraud incident. i never shared my password or account details to anyone in the past. and still i am victim....

HDFC Bank NWD DEC CHG - Amount Deducted

Amount 28.75 is getting deducted on two times with the description NWD DEC CHG (ATM Withdrawal charges) even though my account was opened as salary account and was said there will be no sur charges for any no of withdrawals from ATM other than HDFC. There were no intimation regarding the policy change if any also. This is very bad and unprofessionalism as a reputed worldwide bank shouldn't be doing this....

Blocking my credit card for simple reason

I have been HDFC credit card customer for more than 6 years plus. recently in May I purchased online tickets for 560/-. Unfortunately I forgot to pay the payment and My card was blocked for mere 560/- where as my credit card limit is 3 lakhs.

When am given a 3 lakhs of credit limit how can they block my card for simple 560/- rupees it is so weird. It as good as credit card in the dustbin when they are blocking for simple Rs.1/-...
