    I am the customer of hdfc bank from many year, my account number is [protected]. Somebody use my debit card details and do the transaction of rs 30000 on irctc website.

    The worst part is that i did not received any transaction alert from hdfc bank only i received one sms from bank that i do the transaction of 100rs on irctc and then i call to customer care then i got to know that there is multiple transaction of 30000 done in my account by using my debit card or even i am register for email alert also i did not received any single mail about the transaction.

    As i am also worked for financial sector i dont give my any personal detail to anybody.

    So how can my details got leaked. Still i am waiting for revert from hdfc

    Hi this is narasinha murthy i have transfered rs.5000 to my friend wallet on 2nd aug 2017 but transaction status failed but amount deducted from my walley and its not credited to my friend wallet as well.
    I have account in HDFC Bank jaipur

    It's a salary account in zero balance
    But in July 2017
    Balance deduct in my account
    Or no information or I called to customer care call was not connected
    I m very frustrated
    I want my money bank
    It's like a fraud by hdfc

      I called customer care services for my statement date and due date the representative taking cal and he putting side what is the issue i don't know but i called three (3) times the representative responding same he taking cal and said wait i will check after 5 min he disconnected my cal. I did not expect from hdfc bank.
      I called 3/aug/2017 evening 7:30 pm.

        Hello,

        File no:[protected],[protected]

        Very upset about the way how i've been treated. Your call centre girl, agent, manager kept following me up and was asking if i'm interested to transfer my existing home loan to hdfc. And they threw me some really good proposals which i agreed.

        Have provided all my details, documents almost a month back and last week a processing fee of 16.5k was deducted from my account without prior information.

        Now after all this when i'm following up, they all keep saying they will call back.

        When i tried reaching the support contact monisha d hung up on me as if i'm commiting some offense. Isn't it her duty to keep me informed on the updates?

        I've almost lost my trust and appears as if i've made a wrong decision to associate with hdfc.

        If you can't process my request, let me know, return my documents, processing fee.

        Remember, i was not the one approaching you but the opposite just to get ill-treated and insulted.

        Thanks for nothing.

          I have submitted kyc documents on july 24 as i received a message out of the blue that my account has been suspended as kyc is pending for co-applicant. I did not and have not received acknowledgement for documents received by them. When i visited the branch on july 29, i was told that account will be reinstated in 2 minutes by the staff there. Then, i was told they will call me and inform once done, and was asked to leave the branch. I received no call, so instead i called them for update. They were either not in seat or at restroom whenever i called. Finally, one gentleman said he will let me know by eod, and then keeping with hdfc iso quality of service, he too did not call to update on status. I went to their branch to meet their manager, and manager is not in branch too. So, with the new month starting, i cannot access my funds in the bank

          The SPOC from the branch finally called me and issue was resolved 5 minutes after. So, if the branch contacts I reached out to so man times had put me onto this person a week back, there would have not been need for this complaint

          Issue still unresolved. Except for the automated acknowledgement mail, no other updates on status has been shared. Is this service or disservice? I guess 2 weeks to update KYC where account is suspended calls for a compensation to the customer. Is there any other mechanism to address this, given that HDFC is clearly at loss to manage this

          Issue resolved . Finally, the person responsible reached out, and issue was resolved in 5 minutes after this person was updated on the issue. In a PVt bank, it is surprising to see that there is so much dependency on a person to get work done, and that no one in the same branch was able to communicate and get this done in a week! Thankful to Hari who resolved it as a person, but as I mentioned to him on the phone, this is disservice that HDFC has provided on a minor update as KYC, and I will think twice before using any HDFC products in future

            Dear sir/ma, am,

            I have a saving account (Account no - [protected]) with your bank. There was two transaction done from my atm card in idbi bank atm hathras on 02nd aug’17 of rs.10000/- (Ref no[protected] & rs. 1600/- (Ref no[protected]. I have not done any transaction of these amount in hathras. When transaction was done, i was availbale at my aligarh office & have kept my atm card. I never shared my atm password with anyone.

            My home location is aligarh, i live in aligarh, how can i withdraw in hathras. I have recieved one message from hdfc bank i. E. Rs.1600.00 was withdrawn using your hdfc bank card ending 5824 on[protected]:10:08:01 at idbi chaman market.

            I have escalated this issue into my nearest branch masoodabad aligarh where mr. Faizan rehman (Branch manager) & his represntative mr. Varun bansal has raised the complaint. Complaint no of both transaction is 1370586 & 1370580 of rs. 1600/- & rs.10000/- respectively.

            Would request you please look into the issue & refund my amount of rs. 11600/- into my account.

              मुझे मेरे खाता संख्या [protected] के बारे में जानकारी चाहिए थी, इसलिए मेने आपके customer care help no [protected] पर 3 बार कॉल किया और तीनो बार कॉल के दौरान मुझसे मेरे ग्राहक पहचान no पूछे गए और उसके बाद कॉल disconnect कर दिया, इसके बाद मेने आपके अन्य customer care help no [protected] पर 2 बार कॉल कॉल किया इस no पर भी मुझसे मेरे ग्राहक पहचान no पूछे गए और उसके बाद कॉल disconnect कर दिया, फिर मेने अन्य no [protected] व [protected] और [protected] पर भी 3-3 बार कॉल किया मगर में HDFC बैंक के customer care अधिकारी से बात नहीं कर पाया | मेरी customer care अधिकारी से बात तो नहीं हुई परन्तु मेरे मोबाइल बैलेंस से 10 - 12 रुपये खर्च हो गए और मेरा व्यर्थ में समय ख़राब हुआ |
              HDFC बैंक ने अपनी बैंक site पर जितने भी हेल्प no या toll free no बताये है सभी नंबर पर मेने कॉल किया मगर मुझे किसी भी नंबर से हेल्प नहीं मिली.
              श्रीमान जी आप से नम्र निवेदन है की आप अपने system को सही से लागु करे ताकि मुझ जैसे ग्राहक को आपके लचर system से परेसानी नहीं हो.
              आपका बैंक ग्राहक से हर छोटी मोती सेवा के नाम पर शुल्क तो वसूलता है तो फिर क्यों आपके care सेण्टर पर कॉल करने पर हेल्प की जाती है |

                  My name is jaswinder. Nre account money was transferred to hdfc but hdfc did not recieve it. On there side it took them 1 month to find out where the hell money went in the mean time they kept charging negative my husband transfered from his account to stop negative balance. Hdfc said u have to transfer from abroad and they kept charging negative in the meantime. By the time hdfc recieved transfer from me abroad another another non maintenance fee was charge and account was negative again. They keep charging even when there was issue was being resolved. They asked me to call my branch manager. I called him to resolve issue he said he was transferred to another town. When i called hdfc customer service and told them he is transferred hdfc customer said no he is still at that branch someone is lying here. So i called customer service to close my account they said call the branch. Even after rbi guide line to banks that negative balance cannot be charged hdfc keeps charging. And i have no plans to pay them one penny just close my account iv moved my money to another bank. When u talk to customer service these freaks keep giving you contact number of others to resolve issues.

                            Can i tell you one thing, why you are having that 24/7 customer services it is not at all connecting to the help desk then i dont no why you are using.

                            I have complaint so i tried to call customer care it is not at all connecting.. and one more thing i resetted the password after that i try to login again it is showing your pwd is wrong..three times i resetted my pwd still it is showing wrong pwds.

                            I have deposited money in my hdfc account 14500, i have withdrawn only 10000 rs now my balance is 3973. I want to know where the balance 527 rs...

                            No one is picking the call from your customer care department. If the issue is not solved then i will escalate the issue to RBI queries dept..

                              Dear consumer complaint office. I had previously done a complaint for the same subject i accidently marked it as resolvd. However its not yet resolvd since the bank have refused to assist me on converting the emi as per there own descrition. I would like to inform that i had done transaction of 43k after confirming with the bank on july 9th if i had emi option available. Had i known emi option is not available i would have not done the transaction of 43k and would have rather waited. On my recent email sent to [protected]@hdfc.com they have simply refused to assist even after knowing that first the bank had contacted to convert emi confirmed emi converstion for 12 months and after 3 days i received message its dissapproved. I am facing a medical problem and also going through other expenses even if i pay minimum the bank will continue with higher interest on the principle and continue even if i am paying minimum every month. Hence i request for assistamce to convert the 43k into emi so that i can happily pay off th3 amount and would further look forward to cancel the card as its obaerved vand themself makes the customer to become a defaulter and by not understanding the customers situation at all in few cases..

                              I request to kindly provide me a resolution which th bank have not provided.

                                I have lost my hdfc food card (No. [protected]) and kindly let me know how to block my old card

                                  This is prashanth. I have done a transaction using my debit card on 30/7/17 of 1100 rupees but the transaction got failed and money deducted from my account. I have called to customer care and they told it will take 3working days to credit, but still now not yet credited. I tried calling to customer care but they are not responding now. Kindly do this needful as soon as possible.

                                  As on today the amount has not been claimed by the acquiring bank. In case the acquiring bank does not claim the transaction amount by the 16th day, the amount will be re-credited to your account.

                                  In case, you do not find any credit to your account after the above-mentioned time frames (as applicable), we request you to refer to the dispute process as follows:

                                  Kindly fill in the Card holder Dispute form & the proof that you have attempted to resolve the dispute with the Merchant ( (i.e. Email comm.or letter) and fax it across to us on[protected] to the kind attention of Charge-back Unit mentioning the reference number in the subject line of this e-mail, so that we can initiate a charge-back. Please write back to us confirming the date when you have faxed the same, to enable us to confirm its receipt.

                                    My grandfather has submitted his shares hard copy to get them demat so as to sell them urgently as was need. At bank it would take around a week or 10 days, someone at head office said it may take around 15 days. Its been around a month now and there is no response from them and when sometimes they pick the call the girl on the other side to whom the shares were submitted says she can't say anything as she doesn't know the after after she passes on the request.in past 7 days the share have fallen and it results in around a loss of rs 70000 to me. My contact number is [protected]. Do act on it fast being a reputed bank. Shares were submitted on 11th july, 2017.

                                      I made a rent payment this morning. It showed transaction failed the first time, so i did the transaction again. The money got deducted twice. However the beneficiary has only received it once. An amount of inr 16930 has been deducted twice. Request you to refund the money for the transaction that failed, since the beneficiary has not received it.

                                      The transaction has been successfully processed at the Bank's end. Incase if the final status of the transaction is not known, we would request you to check with the merchant.

                                      It may take 1-2 working days for the payment settlement to the merchant end. Incase if the merchant denies of having received the funds for the said transaction or there is no revert from the merchant, do write back to us through email on [protected]@hdfcbank.com with the merchant email confirmation of non-receipt of funds.

                                        I have taken a credit card from hdfc 3 months back. While submitting the application, the sales person took my signature without explaining me anything. After 3 months, they somehow activated the smart pay option on credit card by which the payment will be deducted automatically without even taking my consent. The bill was to paid by my company. Now the amount has been deducted and when i called up the customer care, they said they asked me to contact my telephone subscriber and they refuse to reimburse the amount which they have paid without my consent. Now i feel that hdfc bank cheated me.
