Hi i had contactrd customer service onl july 1st and tried to opt and od against my card balance they first said optio is not available visit a branch. Then i contacted again on 2nd of july i was told you dont need ti visit branch currently you cant opt od against your limit but you can ppurchase and convert it into emi. Further i co tacted on 8th and was iformd emi conversion is possible. I did a transaction of 41k on 10th july i received a call to convert it into emi with 1.5% rate of interest for 12 months was explained the emi periods and price i opted 12 months now on 13th july i get a message stating emi coversion failed.. I called the customer care they said option is not available why are you guys cheating the customer. I cant pay in full due to my medical problems thats why i asked to convert it into emi ehat shall i do now you guys have cheated me and now i am stuck in trap. I need a resolution on this as i cant pay 40k in full as already paying emi for an od on same card. Kindly assist.

Kindly look into my case and request to convert the transaction into EMI.

i am not sure why its ao difficult for your bank to convert the transaction above 3k into EMI other banks are able to why cant you all do it. I wonder how you claim number 1 bank to yourself if you are unable to cater such request from your consumers. Kindy revert back for the same on my email as i am unable to pay 43k as i am a medical patient and have my other expenses too.

    I have transferred rs.19, 900 on jul 1st 2017 from my account to icici bank account. But i have transferred with wrong beneficiary name. So systematically a complaint raised from my account to beneficiary account that "the amount is credited to wrong beneficiary account so kindly hold the amount". Now beneficiary is not able to take the amount. So kindly revert the amount to my account

      I was promised free moneyback hdfc credit card. But a membership fee of 575 rs is automatically charged wrongly on it on 3rd july 2017.
      Complain number :hbl=[protected]
      Please consider my points on it:

      1. The credit card was sent to my hometown while i was in pune.
      So logically i have not got the card in my hands yet and due to which i was not able to use it and activate it as well.
      2.. The calls were very frequent for accepting some digital form the person did called called me more than thrice to accept it. At that time i asked for any terms and condition but nothing was told then and was also said that with credit card package you will get terms and condition and if you don't agree then don't use it. The package was sent to home while i was in pune so never got chance to see those.
      3. I was also told that card was free for wipro employees, the membership charge is for non employee. But last month amount of 575 rs has been cut as membership fee.
      4. I tried to contact customer care but they didn't listened my any of the query. And also requested to discuss about this on phone call so that i can clear my further doubts easily. But none of the customer care personnel contacted me.
      5. Due to these issues i panicked and de-registered my credit card from my hdfc account but i am still not sure any further charges will be charged on it as i got today message from hdfc bank that product charges and features are revised on my credit card. I want to get further information on it and discuss but can get on a phone call with customer care.

      I am very saddened with these cunning services of hdfc which i trusted with my 1st salaried account.

      Please take a look into the matter and refund my 575rs money.

      I have received call and mail as communication but still after affirming the that wrong was done by the hdfc bank while sending credit card at wrong address and not telling the whole policies they are still saying the amount will not be refunded.

      If the error is from your side then why should I pay for it ?????

      Please look into the matter and its a big please otherwise I will be entitled to end my all services with HDFC bank.

        I am sunil kumar from two wheeler loan sales executive (Mk0063) sangaria (Sri ganganagar hub). I am working as sales executive from six years in your bank. My boss is mr. Gagan arora (G4208). Now i have issue from my boss rm mr. Gagan sir. He is doing misbehave from me without any reason. I am doing my job honestly and respectfully. I don't know why they are behaving like that. I am very disappointed. Whenever i try to call sir not responding...
        So i respect you sir please sort out this issue. I am junior if there is mistake from me i agree to say sorry but without any reason treat misbehave i complain this issue 17 feb 2017 but he do this again.. He is not learning.. (He give my files other employee & my april manth 2017 salary not giving) i can't understand what should i do. Plz help me thanks... Ji

          My self gazal singla [ hdfc bank customer].
          On 5th july at 2 a. M fraud transaction of rs 16, 409 done at london using my credit card. My credit card is with me and i haven't shared any information with anyone.
          I informed to bank regarding this at 2:30 am and hot-listed my card.
          I just got system generated email that bank with contact me in 7 days. It's more than 10 days there is no response from bank.
          Complaint no;- hbl=[protected] and 'hbl=[protected]'
          Email reference no :- [protected]

          I spoke to their customer care. Every time they assure me that bank will connect me 2 days. But no one has respond yet.

          Now bank has just send me a bill of amount "18547" including the fraud transaction.
          When i have not done that and i informed in less than 24 hours. It's a credit card payment. Why bank has cleared the payment and now they are forcing me to pay the bill.

          Please help me.

                  I have a loan account which i give letter and information to closed my loan account from collateral security due to finance break and fraudulent service on my credit card, when hdfc representative come to visit my home and several call attended informed through same. But instead of closing my loan they increased and harassing me by sending my unknown people to my home.
                  Unknown because, they stats hdfc representative but when i go to bank till date non of the person/staff i able to find. Hdfc manager says all person are change. They are not available.
                  Through this way they neither closed my loan and credit card. I forward online request of closed and formally visited hdfc bank guwahati khanapara branch several time like 10 times.

                  2013, i logged first to closed the credit card. My credit card death and no transaction still they are increasing my bill on zero transaction.

                  My loan account facing same problem. This is 4th month i forwarded formal letter to close the loan but they didn't processed it till date.

                        I had initiated a mutual fund online investment from my hdfc bank account on 8th june 2017 for an amount of rs.80000. But later when i checked the account i could see two debits of rs.80000 and it considered as two different investment of same amounts which i had not initiated twice. I have raised the complaint to reverse 1 transaction on the same day itself and have been following up with bangalore nodal officer mr. Binod, ms. Pushpa the so called rm, sebastian and ekta from hdfc itpl branch in bangalore and till date all are passing the parcel and have no courtesy to resolve the issue. I have raised the issue in hdfc twitter handle and still there's no response. I had infact informed the branch head nithya sambandham about this issue and have no response yet. I am currently in hong kong and could not visit the branch in person. I have made a lot of isd calls to check the status of issue and the branch 2nd incharge ms. Ekta told they don't even know about the problem and cut the phone abruptly. Can some one help to resolve the issue from the bank before i proceed legally to fight to get my reversal of transaction which had caused due to system error.

                          I had a loan in 2006 which was been paid off and only a small amount of rs1000 was left to be paid to the bank which was not in my knowledge. I went to the bank twice asking abt my account if i am due of anything.. They said its fine and closed my account.. But after 11years hdfc calling to harrass me and using foul languages.. Then i went to branch n took out statement.. Then the branch told me hdfc delhi branch not closing ur loan account n putting innumerable charges and harrassing you. They cant do anything abt it. So i am helpless.. I wish hdfc bank closes its business as they doesnt close loan only to eat the interest.

                            I am a new hdfc bank credit card holder. One day i received a call from hdfc bank where one lady said that they are providing me one year protection of my new card. Even the call was so rushing and didn't confirm the charges. Suddenly i got a sms from one assist that the bank has auto debited rs. 1399/- from my credit card number ending with 0759 without my concern on date:14/07/2017. I am not interested in this service and don't want this membership anymore. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1399/- at the earliest.

                            Cancellation of one assist membership
                            I am a new HDFC bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited Rs. 1299/- from my credit card number ending with 3386 without my concern on date:31-Oct-2017. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1299/-.

                            I have been calling the number which was given on that One Assist brochure. But it was invalid number. Finally I called toll free number and able to reach customer care and complained regarding the same. They tried to convince me in all the ways by showing protection and theft recovery and travel benefits etc. But I told them that none of these benefits are applicable to me in my job profile. Finally they officered to Rs.399/- discount out of the total charged amount of Rs.1299/- to continue the One Assist membership @ Rs.899/- till one year. They said Rs.399/- will be revered to my credit card account.

                            But I am requesting you to understand my concern by checking my account statement. I can no where avail the options/ benefits what they are offering. Hence please permanent deactivate that “One Assist ” Membership and reverse my deducted total amt that charges.

                              The following mails were written by me to HDFC Life seeking refund of my hard earned money, which are self-explanatory. Please help.

                              Subject: HDFC POLICY No.19213553 dt.31.3.2017 in the name of P.E.Ramachandran

                              HDFC Life Insurance, Ltd

                              Dear Sir,

                              I had taken a policy on 31st March 2017 under the impression that I will be getting loan from HDFC Bank at 6.5% as informed by your agents in Salt Lake, Kolkata. Now after taking the policy I was waiting for the loan but there is no response from the agents. The policy No.19213553 was delivered to me on 13.4.2017. I had paid a sum of Rs.74, 999/- towards this policy from Punjab national bank and AXis bank. They insisted me that before the year ending of 31.3.2017, I must take this policy for availing the loan etc . etc. .

                              Now, I received a message from my banker, Punjab National Bank on 9.5.2017 saying that
                              "QUOTE
                              Mandate ref. PUNB[protected] issued to HDFC Life with value Rs.74, 9999/- and frequency adhoc is received today for processing. In case of any issue, please get in touch with your branch" UNQUOTE.

                              From this message, I came to know that the agents have taken my signature for standing instruction for payment every year without telling me the fact. On the contrary, they told me that I have to pay only for the first year Rs.75, 000/- as policy premium and not thereafter because once they give the loan this will take care of the insurance against the loan etc. Now when I recd this message from my bank, I am totally caught unaware on the wrong foot.. For your information, I have no interest in taking any policy in the first place, only I took this under the misguidance/compulsion of the agents saying that I will be getting loan at a cheaper rate, etc. etc.. Now I am not getting any loan nor any response whereas I have to pay Rs.75, 000/- towards this policy which I had no interest to take or go ahead with it.

                              Since it was a clear cheating took place, I would request you to kindly arrange to cancell this Policy immediately as I have no interest to carry on with it for 7 years by paying the premium every year. It was taken only because of loan promise from your agents, who have cheated me by giving all wrong promises.

                              Please help me to cancel this policy immediately and refund the money paid under false information given to me by the agents.

                              Please note that your brokers(Brokers house) at Salt Lake, Kolkata have contacted me over phone and forced me to take this Policy without giving the proper details and under false promise saying that they will provide loan at a very low rate of interest, etc.etc. They even told me that I have to pay only one premium against the loan amount as a security and after one year the premium need not be paid to HDFC etc and this first premium will be adjusted against the last instalment of loan repayment to HDFC. They have even bluffed me that I should pay only one premium against a loan of Rs.6 lacs which will be the security against the loan.

                              Under the wrong guidance given by your Salt lake house brokers in Kolkata, I took the policy as one time payment. Now I find that I have to pay for 7 years which is not possible for me and without knowing the fact, I was misled by the brokers in Salt Lake house, Kolkata.

                              I would, therefore, request you to kindly arrange to reimburse this hard earned money to me as a special case . This happened because of cheating took place ; otherwise in the normal course I would not have proceeded with this policy. This money was kept for my daughter's marriage, which is going to take place soon and for that reason only I wanted a loan.

                              Hence, please consider my request to cancel this policy and return the money.

I have no capacity to continue with this policy for 10 years paying every year .

                              Please arrange to return the money already paid as I was misguided by giving all false information and lies by your brokers. If your brokers had given the correct information, I would not have ventured into this policy in the first place. It was a clearcut cheating took place and I was taken for a ride by your brokers.

                              Please consider my request in the right perspective and arrange to return the amount immediately.

                                I have taken Rs.60000 on my Credit card. It is being almost 2 years now in this two year I have almost made the payment of Rs. 100000 Lac and I had a settlement before 6 Months where the settlement amount was of Rs.43000. were in I fail to pay the settlement amount of 2 Months to the bank and they cancelled my settlement plan and now they are telling me to pay the entire amount of Rs. 70000 or else they are gonna have another settlement with me for the same amount . were in the whole amount that I have paid until now that amount is wasted . I earn Rs.20000 a month I have family responsibility on me . How am i suppose to make a payment . I know it was life's biggest mistake that i have taken credit card from HDFC Bank . Where the bank is just having loot . I cant afford paying more now . I m done. I don't make money to pay unwanted interest rates.
