Very upset about the way how i've been treated. Your call centre girl, agent, manager kept following me up and was asking if i'm interested to transfer my existing home loan to hdfc. And they threw me some really good proposals which i agreed.
Have provided all my details, documents almost a month back and last week a processing fee of 16.5k was deducted from my account without prior information.
Now after all this when i'm following up, they all keep saying they will call back.
When i tried reaching the support contact monisha d hung up on me as if i'm commiting some offense. Isn't it her duty to keep me informed on the updates?
I've almost lost my trust and appears as if i've made a wrong decision to associate with hdfc.
If you can't process my request, let me know, return my documents, processing fee.
Remember, i was not the one approaching you but the opposite just to get ill-treated and insulted.
Thanks for nothing.
