      I am having joint account my kyc doc already submitted my kyc documents are submitted 6 months back
      All of on one fine day all my transactions are locked ie on wednesday
      I have submitted doc once again as per instructions by bank
      However after alomost 6day (Today) i am not able to do transaction. How i can use money on my aacount when hdfc takes decision of block account even after doc are submitted

        Dear sir

        I bring to you kind notice that 10 days ago my credit card with 5751 as the last four digit was blocked by your department for my welfare fearing unauthorised people trying to use my card thro various means. I am really thankful to the swift action of your bank which enabled me to escaep from a major financial loss.

        On that occasion when your people talked to me about the mischief they also brought to my notice that a new credit card will be issued in 48 hours. But till date i have not been provided with a new one which i have been using for the past two decades which is of great use.

        In this connection i would like to say that although i am banker by profession till date using your card despite warnings from my own bank for your quick and good service with wide range of products.

        Hence i request you to send us immediately the new card for me to make further action..

            I was using hdfc credit card no. As mentioned above. I received a statement from hdfc stating that i have to pay renewal charges. However, i was given to understand that same was life time free. I asked for documents on which i consented for such charges, however, hdfc bank failed to provide me any such document.

            Charges were levied in the statement of october'15. As such charges are imposed on me without my consent, i stopped using credit card immediately.

            I even requested them to waive off such charges in order to continue with the relationship, however, no cognizance was given to my request also.

            After lot of email exchanges on the issue, i decided to surrender this card. To my surprise, same card was being offered to other colleagues free for life time. I cross checked with them again and it was confirmed to me that it is lifetime free. If required, i can provide name of personnel who have got same card lifetime free.

            On 23rd december'15, i wrote a detailed letter to hdfc bank whereby surrending credit card and attaching diagonally cut credit card.in my letter i requested for noc as well as i have paid for all transaction made by me.

            Through sms, i got acknowledgment of letter and after 2 month i even didn't get the statement.

            When i applied for other credit cards, i was told that my cibil rating is low due to some issue with hdfc credit card. I contacted hdfc back through email in july'17 and i got email from hdfc confirming that credit card has been successfully closed and there are no outstanding. Afterwards, i requested them to get my cibil rating corrected and since then i am continuously following up with them but there is no response at all from hdfc bank.

            I used hdfc bank credit card for more than 7 years and never defaulted on any payments. However, such unilateral and biased strand taken by hdfc bank was never expected.

              Hi i am having issue that credit card available limit is showing incorrect showing difference of around 7-8 k of actual limit which comes in my credit card statement and confirmed from customer support. Cse asked me to deregister my card and the register but still showing incorrect available limit.                   Had applied for credit card a month back but their team has stopped giving any communication after collecting the document and issuing application ref no. Tracking link on the website is showing "in process" for the last 3 weeks. Was told that i'll get the card in 15 - 20 days after i apply, but it is still in process even after a month.

                  Really very bad service on hdfc's part

                        I have been getting call after call inviting me to take up a credit card. After multiple rejections of the same i am still getting calls.
                        Now the frequency has increased to 2 a day which i feel is totally unacceptable.

                        I would not want to know even consider banking with you if this is the level of harassment expected by customers.

                        Request you to please place me on a dnd list and request your vendors to please stop calling me.

                        This is my first warning to you!

                          Debits to my account no [protected] wef 15th july without any communication from the bank.in this process my payment to credit cards were bounced. Briefly i state that;
                          I have 2 accounts with the same account holders but in a different sequence of primary account holder and others. Reportedly the kyc in respect of one holder was not complete in this account. I am also told that the the third hoder namely kapildev c iyer has not complied with kyc while in the other account is fully kyc compliant in the other account.

                          Shocking that there is no communication at all about the possibility of blocking the account. The harassment and mental agony caused to me is beyond explanation.

                          I also state that any consequential loss for such audacious behaveour of your bank will be to your account. I will if need be approach the ombudsman if satisfactory response in writing is forth coming.

                          Also shocked that the chq book was deliveredtoday to the security in the apartment without any id proof inspite of the fact that i was at home very much the eceipant's signature was done by the delivering person himself an not even that of the security person. Hats off

                            Although i am having a personal loan from this bank (Solely because of interest rate) i am very much disappointed in dealing with its executives and personnel. The ground level folks are the worst. They try treating us like them (Illiterates and unprofessional at every stage) and rude.

                              This is to bring to your notice that i, rajkumari, am a card holder of hdfc bank.
                              Date, 12/07/2017, 07.37 pm my card was used for rs. 68336.91 inr without my notice/otp.
                              The followings are the details of the credit card:

                              Card issued to: rajkumari
                              Card no. Details: xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-7768
                              Card type: diners
                              Merchant name - germanwings

                              I received sms alert, email that rs. 68336.91 inr amount has been debited from my credit card. I called customer care (Within 1 hr), and asked them to cancel because i haven't done this transaction, bank executive
                              Told me that transaction has been approved from our side. Next process is you need to fill dispute form after that we will investigate and get back to you.
                              I asked bank executive to write complain but they told me that we dont have athority. Please email your complain 'customerservices. [protected]@hdfcbank.com'. We are blocking your card from here.
                              I have filled 'dispute form' and send to hdfc bank within 3, 4 hour and send email to hdfc (Riskcontrol. [protected]@hdfcbank.com, customerservices. [protected]@hdfcbank.com) but didn't get any reply/any action from bank.

                              I have also registered my complain in cyber cell office noida.
                              Request you to acknowledge this matter and do the needful at the earliest. I’m willing to extend my full cooperation to all concerned authorities for this matter.

                              Dear Sir /Mam,

                              This is in reference to fraud transaction in my account
                              Of Rs. 75000. Today i was aware about this issue through a msg on my registered number. Kindly look and matter and take necessary action to refund my amount at earliest. Also these transaction were done using ATM card but the original ATM card is under my custody. How these can happen??
                              Is this is case of duplicate ATM??
                              If yes then bank has to refund this is amount on immediate basis. As this is a responsibility of bank to secure bank balance of a account hold

                                Hi. I had paid my june months full payment on time and even got acknowledgement. It was not reflecting in the credit balance which usually happens in 3 days. However, it did not happen this time. My july bill has come with the previous month payable as well, even though in the statement the entry that i have paid is there, in net payable, for some reason hdfc chose to re charge what is already paid. This is a form of cheating guys. Look into it asap

                                      Hi,
                                      I had applied for the personal loan in hdfc bank, pune (Bundgarden road branch) a month back.
                                      Though i received the loan, i have been asked by the bank employee (Pournima rakate) for the money. Initially i neglected as the amount was already disbursed but since dd disbursement for the existing loan transfer was in process and i received too many calls demanding the money. I paid rs 3000 to the hdfc bank employee so that she does not create hurdles in loan processing.

                                      I understand that concern should have been raised to the responsible person at hdfc but since i was in need of money, i avoided to escalate.
                                      I expect hdfc bank to take stern action against the employee as well supporting peoples.

                                        My personal banker of HDFC BANK Thulasi Prasanna Kumari P S request me to take credit card as it have free, no annual fee. After so many request i told her ok because of trust created by other personal banker since 2001, Then bank issue me credit card with annual charge of Rs 2500.00. Now I tried to contact my personal banker but she is not coming on line. I cheated by bank because of her, she may get some commission .
                                        Earlier I had very good personal banker but now trusting on personal banker is very difficult. Still I confused she doing at personal level or she doing with consent of HDFC Bank.
