Amit rameshbhai parmar and my account no is [protected], mithapur branch, gujarat. On 30th june 2017 hdfc bank had deducted rs 862 for credit card annual charges. But till date i am not activated my credit card and i haven't my password or not any usage. So without prior information and without usage how can they take the action. I want my money return in my hdfc bank account and not require your credit card. Please take back and refund my amount asap.

Hdfc bank is very delay in making RTGS.
It took 3-5 hours for making transactions. So many times hdfc make transactions at evening even i provide cheque at morning due to this i have to facr problem as my supplier do not despatch my goods as they recieved amount at evening and they are able to cnfrm that.

    Not issuing photo passbook

    Inspite of the gr from the govt of india, mea on allowing photo passbooks of private banks which enlists the name of hdfc bank, as address proof for passport application, the bank employees, their customer care operators are totally unaware of this and refuse to issue any for salary accounts. According to rbi /2006-07/139, dbod. No. Leg. Bc.32 /09.07.005/2006-07 banks are liable to provide photo passbooks to all the savings account holders....

    As without my knowledge any prior intimation bank have deducted inr 816.50 from my account on date 29.06.2017 and i need to know that reason for detection and i want my money back. This is not the way without any prior intimation bank have deducted balance from account

      Today i have processed hdfc loan ecs payment ₹6, 274, amount successful debited (Paid out) from my icici bank but i had not received confirmation status that payment declined in your portal (Billdesk). I wonder how it is possible once amount taken out from my bank account and showing payment declined. Could you please check the payment status whether amount credited to beneficiary account ie hdfc bank.

      I have reference that got from bank, dear customer, your account xx0854 has been debited with inr 6, 274.00 on 13-jul-17. Info: bil*[protected]*pgmib-to hd

        Dear sir ;
        It is unfortune i am writing this complaint to you as there is no other chose left, actually my father namely mohd hussain ganie was having an saving account ([protected]) in hdfc branch awantipora unfortunately few days before someone call him to provide the card details and he provided and mean time 48000 rupees has been deducted, we went to branch and they are no helping just saying we have register a complaint we have requested them to provide us details to which acount number the amount has been transferred however the manager is no cooperating because of which today we close the account we have been dealing with the hdfc from 2009, this branch is becoming more prone to such incidents we have 4 accounts in the same branch myself ([protected]), my fathers ([protected]), my wife ([protected]) and my child ([protected]) also having 7 hdfc policies active because of this thing we have decide to close all accounts and polices as we have doubt on the branch because my fathers account was in anantnag branch and the manager insisted us to transfer to nearest branch awantipora and now this happened. Instead of helping the manager is arguing we didn't receive any help till now from the branch that is why we are writing you we hope a firm action will be taken action the culprit as well as the branch for there leniency.

          I got a call from one of hdfc credit card executive stating that there is pre approved hdfc credit card as i am working for xxxxx company. I said i don`t have any intrest in credit card as i already have 2 credit cards, she is insisting me to take the credit card. Also offering me that i will get american tourister bag.
          She initially said while submitting documents i will be getting american tourister bag. When the other executive came to collect the documents he said that he is not aware of it, then i make a call to initial person she said i will be getting once credit card get approved.

          Once i got the credit card i have asked delivery guy he said there is no such offers. When i call to the initial cheater lady ([protected]) she never picks my call...

          I want to complain on hdfc credit card executive for making false promises to reach their target.

          Dear sir,
          One assist service was renewed to my credit card without my prior permission and charged 1799. Last year i had a same issue and got my sevice cancelled.

              Hi,

              This is against my hdfc bank personal loan account no. 29001682. Emi for month of june was not deducted due to insufficient balance so it was paid to hdfc collection executive through receipt no.[protected] on 10th july 2017. After settlement again june emi was deducted by bank along with july emi on 12th of july 2017. I called to hdfc loan recovery person who coordinating to collect the june emi. The revert come from them that the person with whom you coordinating went on the leave for 1 month call after 1 month name was ashwini and number was [protected].

              I dont know why this type of discrepancy coming with a world's leading bank.

              I request you to please take necessary action on this.

                I am a senior citizen wanted to take a policy with my 3 years old grand daughter an american citizen as nominee. The official asked the birth certificate and passport copy and also my daughters details, like job particulars and salary. I gave the salary as 60000 us dollars alonwith email id. The official instead of putting by grand daughter as nominee inserted my name as nominee and kept my daughter name as policy holder.

                Since my daughter is an nri the official as given details in the application her local address and instead of nri he mentioned as resident indian. He had mentioned the bank name correctly as fifty third bank but salary, he mentioned as rs.2, 40, 000 per annum instead of 60, 000 us dollars as given by me.

                Further the mobile number was given as [protected] which neither mine nor my daughter. He has taken photocopy of my credit card no.[protected] and debited an amount of rs.24998/-

                The only authenticated data given was by daughters email. Id. Had he given any other email id like mobile number (Some others), i could have been in dark. Since with the fraudulent mobile number they manipulated to received welcome call, but because of deficiency the authorities at head office asked some clarification from my daughter through email. Then only the fraud came to light.

                Than i asked the official to cancel my application form. They informed that since the application is in may daughters name, she should give reply for cancellation. My daughter has sent reply with a remainder through mail.
                The official told it will take 2 to 3 days. But more than10 days no reply has come from local office. But the head office are asking my daughter who is an nri, that their medical team will contact her with the details of the appointment in 48 hours which is not possible

                Alll the documents details of my daughter and grand daughter required by the hdfclife official was given from my what'sup.

                I request the authorities to cancel above application and refund the amount.

                  I applied for a hdfc insta loan through my credit card over net banking on friday 9th june-2017 for which i didn't get the credit on same day.
                  So i called hdfc customer care on saturday 10th of june to enquire about the same, one of hdfc lady executive spoke to me and said that due to mismatch of cust id my loan is still not processed i will be getting the dd in 7 working days.
                  So i told her i was in some emergency i was expecting the credit same day, so she told she will be taking the new request and the old one will get cancelled automatically (No where she informed me processing fee will be charged for old one also) for which i said ok.
                  Moreover she also told me to take up one health policy which is mandatory if the loan request need to be processed for which i clearly refused.

                  On 12th june both the loans has been processed and i have got the credit for both the loans, when i called customer care they are saying they can take the request to cancel one of the loan but they will not be able to reverse the processing fee.

                  When hdfc executive has misguided and mislead-ed why i should take the debit of processing fee.

                    This is sandeep my credit card number ends with 9327 and am not happy with the service that you provide the customers.

                    I have tried calling credit card team for 3times and all my attempts are waste, your people say that my card is not eligible for emi.

                    If it is not eligible for emi there is no point o[censored]sing your card.

                    Its completely useless. So please provide me the information how to clear my total amount and get rid for your credit card asap.

                      My home loan A/C no –[protected], Project - Meha homes, Gowriwakkam, Chennai. I got my pre - approval as on Nov’2016, and still waiting for loan sanction. After several follow up in different level with different staff of HDFC, now I am reached here. I was there in Chennai(I am working in Saudi) in June’17 (whole month), for my property registration as committed by HDFC staff. But end up with disappointment by HDFC, every time very simple and confident answer “ all work done, in next few days you can have registration” just false commitment.

                      Simply they wasted my one month time, now I am back to Saudi. Still the same story every day I am listing. Expecting swift action towards the approval.

                          On 9/5/2017 i have open my account on bandra east branch. On same day i have sign the form for opening demat ac. I wanted open demat ac for applying cdsl and au financial ipo. Till date the dmat ac is not open nor i have received any well come kit. I feel because of delay in process opportunity loss by me. Other bank giving be better service. So wish to close the account now.

                            I have a credit card with last ending numbers 4283. Soon after i got up in the morning i found a sms of otp generated @11.32 pm valid till 11.42. I did not initiate any transaction by any means with my credit card. I checked up at around 6am from hdfc credit card backend by phone. Luckily no transaction happened. Why at all an otp was generated needs to be investigated and alert me.

                              I have received multiple calls from [protected], [protected], [protected] they have offer me in the behalf of hdfc for a lame insurance policy they have told me that they are from hdfc also given no of hdfc kol for personal assistance [protected] mr shoma they have told me lil emi around 577 and hidden benefits for life te free credit card and amount will be adjusted on 25 th month. Next day 11000/- was deducted from my account. This scam includes hdfc officials who is providing our name card no and also authorised contact no. I need my refund and stop that unessasery hdfc ergo i never authorised them to deduct 11000/- how can they. I need my refund hdfc persons has scamed me and lost my trust. I have been with hdfc from the bigenning of my career but now i think i need to think another options.

                                Hello sir, i am ved and i regulary receiving the call from
                                [protected] mr. Nitan and mr. Rohit sharma and his personal mob. No. Is [protected] and this person introduce himself from hdfc bank. He told me about interest free loan against future generali ltd insurace company policy plan. He is telling me he is senior manager of hdfc life insurance/loan dept. He told me about and convinced me fully on it.

                                By several follow up with these people they convinced me to get 10 times of loan of insurance value at 0% interest for ten years. Ie-if i will paid 50000 then hdfc will give rs 500000 for 10 years with 0% interest and benefit of insurance policy will go to hdfc bank.
                                Please tell me now what do. And how i solve this matter.

                                      The payment for reliance infocom worth amount 1807 was paid without my knowledge on 11-07-17 at 2.08 pm. I called the phone banking team to stop the payment immediately but the request was not attended and they said that the complaint can be taken once the payment is successful. We shall not stop the transaction.

                                      It is a fraudulent transaction but the bank is not ready to help.
