As i am out of country.
I recently checked my account through netbanking.
Which says have negative balance (Rs. -21705.40).
I then deposited an amount (Rs.10000) which got deducted from the main balance.
Now it shows current balance as (Rs. -11705.40) and closing balance as rs.10310.52.
What should i understand by this.
Please help. As i am not able to call anyone for customer care being out of country.

On 03/7/2017 amount rs. 5000/- debited continuously 6 times total rs. 30000/- from my credit card account without otp on 03/07/2017 afternoon through Facebk Ads . Please refund the same to to my credit card.

    Delay in converting minor account to major

    Hdfc bank is the worst bank…. We were converting our daughters minor account to major in the 12th main indiranagar branch at bangalore…we were planning to get a new account opened but can you imagine 2 weeks plus but the account has not been opened yet.. Whereas the commitment given was it takes 3 days to open a savings account.. They took additional amount of 11, 000 stating we need 10, 000 minimum balance.. We kept on following up with...

    Dear sir,

    I have hdfc vehicle policy no.[protected] renewed on 21st feb`17. I have registered a claim on 7th july 17 since i have met with a small accident. My car have observed few damages into front and right sides as one of your observer mr. Kamal has done inspection and asked workshop to do semi work only since he is giving some lame excuses that i should nt have screwed my broken glass, but actual to reach to workshop with damaged glass it won`t be possible, so i asked one local person to tight a screw so that i can easily reach workshop as preventive.

    Now you pls look into this matter, since its been 4-5 days i have left my car and it is simply not acceptable from a company like hdfc. If your people`s approach is going to be like this then no one going to continue your services.

    Kindly look into this and close it asap.

      We had recd an export payment o[censored]sd 41, 495.30 wherein banks has given us rate of inr 63.43/usd which was never discussed with us and that is exceptionally low. Earlier in a meeting it has been decided that bank will take margin of +/-.05 paisa in conversion o[censored]sd.

      At the same time we had also done an import advance o[censored]sd 3615.20 wherein bank has taken conversion rate o[censored]sd 64.40, even this was without confirmation but it is ok.

      We made several complaints to hdfc kanpur branch and lucknow treasury but in vain.

      Kindly look into the matter and resolve the issue.

        I am varadarajan mani maintaining a bank account with hdfc, chitlapakkam branch. My account number is [protected]. Sterling holidays at kodaikkanal had debited my account for my stay in their resort. They had wrongly debited my account twice because of an issue with their debit card swiping machine but one entry was cancelled by them and they have confirmed over an email that they have received the credit only once. The amount is inr 15, 239. I have contacted hdfc with the sale reversal slip and requested them to re-credit the amount of 15, 239. Hdfc has not done it till today and they are remaining silent on this issue. It has been pending for 15 days. I am mentally harassed and i need your help to fix this issue. I want to be compensated for this harassment and want my money back. On contacting hdfc they are saying this is the standard procedure to resolve such complaints whereas generally reversals and re-credit do not take more than 3 days. They are not responding or calling me also.

          Haryana vat was under consideration, and as a condition precedent to giving possession of the flat, mahindra lifespaces developers ltd (Mldl) asked us to obtain a fixed deposit of rs 4, 95, 100/-, specifically from hdfc bank limited bhikaji cama place new delhi creating lien in their favour to secure payment on the haryana vat issue. Mldl vide their email dated nov. 25, 2016 informed us that hvat liability as per the amnesty scheme is @1.05 % of the entire aggregate amount.
          Mldl vide their email communication dated 03 may 2017 sought options from members on options up to 30 april 2017 for release of lien for us to draw excess amount in fixed deposit and unilaterally extended the date to 07 may 2017. Further email of mldl dated 18 may 2017; they advised members to deposit cheques in their accounts but mentioned nothing about release of lien on excess amount in fixed deposit.
          Mldl vide their email dated 02 june 2017 informed that the process of removal of lien would be completed by 20 june 2017 and further they would inform us once confirmation is received from the bank.
          Mldl sent email expressing delight in releasing lien and further a statement of funds which are reportedly paid as haryana vat and further lien towards future demand by govt. Of haryana, and balance to be released. On[protected], i visited the mldl j-702 in aura and met mr. Jitender who advised me to meet mr. Vikas singh br. Manager of hdfc bank b c place for removal of lien. I informed him that with effect from 1st july 2017 gst would apply and retaining further money is not correct. He was unable to answer satisfactorily.
          On[protected], i sent an email giving details to vikas singh manager hdfc bank and met him on[protected] requesting for transfer of excess funds on removal of lien etc to my over draft account with hdfc bank. He informed that my name was not in the list sent to the bank by mldl. I was asked to come after 5th july 2017.
          I had sent further email to mldl for removal of lien and on 6th july 2017 sent email to mr. Vikas singh negi hdfc bank bc place new delhi, requesting for transfer of excess money in my over draft account with hdfc bank global business park gurugram. Mr. Vikas singh hdfc bank manager curtly declined my request stating: “we have received the second list yesterday evening from mahindra. We will start the exercise in second list next week as we have still not through with the first list.”
          Mldl should have asked buyers to give bank guarantee or create a lien on fixed deposit as per their format from any nationalised or scheduled bank in india. Instead, mldl insisted the flat buyers to take fixed deposit only in hdfc bank at bc place new delhi and lien on the fd, as a condition precedent to giving possession of the flat. This unlawful and unholy nexus between mldl & hdfc bank and deliberate delay in release of lien of f d which is stated to be up to rs 40 crore to their mutual advantages. This smacks of a scandal to deprive the helpless customers and needs to be investigated.

But till date I have received call from your representative for non receipt of payment. I am not happy with your poor service.

              From Kalpana(hdfc employee) regarding credit card. when I applied; verification completed and waiting for the card. I got to see a DISAPPROVED STATUS from their site. From past 1 month I hve been following for it. Still I dint got a perfect response from Kalpana. Worst experience from your employee.

              Things I am annoyed with...

              1. I did not get any SMS / call / E-mail regarding the disapproval of credit card
              2. The reason for disapproval is not at all given.. (Wondering why did they disapprove)
              3. Time spent in this process is completely waste. (Stop giving repeated calls)

              I need to know why application has been disapproved.

              One of your bank employee called again and again egarding credit card. when I applied; verification completed and waiting for the card.                 I tried with drawing 10K from HDFC bank but i have been delivered with only 8K 4 *2000 notes however i recounted them again and again but i have got only 4 notes instead of 5 for 10 k withdraw . immediately called HDFC and informed.

                This issue has been reported to their PNO, NODAL and all relavent team but no one gives the response even after more than 100 days.

                      Sanjeev Arora in my distance relation applied for HDFC Credit Card in Mumbai and gave my phone number as reference. I never received a verification call and the card was issued. He misused the card and is now out of India. I am not even in touch with that person. For last couple of months, I am receiving calls every now and then from the bank inquiring about him. I have shared the contact number I could find for him and have requested that I do not have any further information and not to call me again. I am still getting calls sometimes when I am in some meeting or working or at home or sometimes even when in hospital. This is becoming very irritating and this is not my fault that HDFC saved my number as reference without verifying with me. For last few times, I am getting the call from Shanti Goswami from +91 [protected]. I need my number to be removed and no more calls in future for Sanjeev Arora.

                        Sir,
                        On[protected] i went to the hdfc bank, tezpur branch (Assam) to deposit a cheque (Rs. 7, 123.00) of federal bank in the hdfc bank a/c no.[protected] of guwahati branch. Before depositing the cheque i wanted to confirm the a/c number and went to the counter no.-1 (Welcome desk). On observing non-home branch a/c on the ‘deposit slip’, the lady in that counter, ms. Rashmi rekha bardoloi, did not confirm the account number and refused to accept the cheque.
                        She pointed out that the account in which the cheque was intended to deposit was a non-home branch. She was not supposed to provide service for the hdfc non-home branch for, by doing that her own branch would not be benefitted. She had a lot of works to do but to provide service for the account maintained in hdfc guwahati branch. The party could have transferred the amount through neft instead of issuing the cheque.
                        As i went on requesting her to accept the cheque she asked me that why i had become so ‘adamant’. She told me that if she accepted the cheque that would increase number of “physical transaction” and for that her branch and she would become accountable. She cited our prime minister, shri narendra modi’s “digitalization” and advised me to go to federal bank for neft.
                        Surprisingly, neither did she confirm nor she accepted the cheque. As i was standing helplessly in front of the ‘welcome desk’, a male hdfc official came to me and accepted the cheque and handed over the counterfoil with the official seal without uttering a single word.
                        Ms. Rashmi rekha bardoloi gave me an ultimatum; that was the last occasion that the cheque was accepted and ordered me not to go to the branch for such service in future.
                        I felt insulted and embarrassed as i made to feel that i was an intruder and the most unwanted in the branch.

                        My questions are;
                        1. Was the hdfc bank tezpur (Assam) branch not supposed / authorized to accept cheques to be deposited in the account of hdfc bank guwahati branch?
                        2. How did any transaction by cheques become “physical transaction”? How could she become accountable for increased such “physical transaction” by cheques?
                        3. How could she compare “cheque transaction” with pm’s “digitalization”?
                        4. How could she behave with a 55 years old man in the hdfc office premises to give an impression as if the person (It’s me) were involved in some activities highly detrimental to the hdfc tezpur branch?

                        Hope, i would get the proper clarification of the above.

                        1. The above mentioned cheque was issued by m/s assam pharmaceuticals, tezpur against one of our invoices raised by m/s punnagiri drugs & pharmaceuticals, guwahati.
                        2. M/s punnagiri drugs & pharmaceuticals, guwahati is our ‘consignee agent’ and m/s assam pharmaceuticals, tezpur is our authorized stockist in tezpur.
                        3. I collected the payment by cheque and wanted to deposit the same in the hdfc bank account of m/s punnagiri drugs & pharmaceuticals.

                          I am Roshan Lal and buy two policies from HDFD Life Insurance. These policy buy me after wrong information from agent in March month and i am touch with agent team on telephonic and HDFC service center by mail also but these persons give me fake commitment. and after four month your on 03rd July given me final cannot cancelled these policies. Please help me these policies buy me for mortgage load and these people arrangement load for me. i and sharing contact person details who has touch with me but after 03rd of July these no are not picking or not reachable. after mentioned date one person called me Mr. Rajesh Batra-[protected] for give him Rs 64000/- for processing and disburse this loan amount in my account and he sharing me his company account details @ RBM Solution, Bank Name - Karur Vysya Bank, Account No- [protected], IFSC - KVBL0004144. This information received today on 08th July, 2017. Please help me cancelled this policies and reversal my amount in my account.

                            My customer id is 60529743 for HDFC. I hold IEC and export medicines. In the month of April I received USD 750 from Taiwan. After export I submitted all the documents and got confirmation from Rajendra.[protected]@hdfcbank.com that the documents were received by HDFC. Even after 2-3 reminders to clear the entry, it is still not done. This is not the first time. Last time also, I took lot of pain in getting the entry cleared with no clear information and proper support from HDFC. Now I am getting reminders to submit the documents which is already done and everytime I am replying to the reminder that the documents are already submitted and not to bother me times and again. Sorry to say but your trade team is pathetic in terms of service delivery which causes irritation.

                            Please sort it out urgently and confirm the clearance of entry. In case I get any further issue, I will have to close my all accounts with HDFC as I cannot spend my time in following up with HDFC for the work of HDFC everytime.

                              If the buyer o[censored]sed car wish to transfer their valid Insurance in the his/her name, HDFC ERGO General Insurance are charging lots of money on account of earlier No Claim Bonus (NCB) from the new buyers.

                              Despite of that NCB benefit is being awarded to the owner/car and that amount considered as discount from the total money of the Car Insurance.

                              It is unable to understand why HDFC ERGO charging the above money from the buyer of the used car?

                                I have HDFC Credit card Since long and am regularly using it. There had never been default on my part regarding outstanding amount. The payments are made in excess before due date.
                                That the monthly statements are received by 4th of every month. This time the statement has been received till date.

                                      Hi This is Ruchi...I am using Hdfc credit card. I have raised en number of request to converting my balance to EMI option but every time they are making false commitment and make a lots of excuses like no offer on my card for the same etc...and more over when they gave the card they haven't explain these thing and even lot of other promises are fake . but I'm requesting I can't make the payment please EMI no one is responding to my request and moreover i applied for my credit card on 1st june and received it on 13th june and they generate my bill on 19th and i need to pay the same before 9th july and as per there side they said customer can pay the bill in 50 day .
