I have cancelled my health suraksha policy my policy number is[protected]. I have cancelled it on 31/3/2017 i have got cancellation msg also but again after cancellation of my policy my money again got deducted on 14/04/2017 amounted 13, 481.
We have complained we got only 5370 instead of 13, 481. I didn't still got my remaining amount. Please kindly refund my remaining amount as soon as possible.

      I have issued a credit no [protected] which i didn't yet used for atleast one time bt still i get a bill amount of nearly 6000 i hv that bill too n asked for no dues certificate they refused to give n next day they again called n telled me that 15 rupees more left i don't know the real statement of my bill i want but no one is helping me my contact no [protected] hope u will contact soon for my help

        I owe a credit card from hdfc and was specifically taken for the installment of my iphone and all the payment should be covered within 11 months. I was actively doing all the payments and usage of this credit card for 1.5 years. Then i had stopped using the card actively. They never sent any mail updating me regarding the credit card statements. Suddenly from sep 2016 they started calling me and telling i owe 70000 of credit card payment. I asked them to send me hardcopy/soft copy of credit card statement but they use to say mam make this minimum payment and we will send you the documents. They took 6 months to send me the documents and send me finally in feb 9 i remember). There are many faults in the statement regarding the payment. Now they are calling me and asking me to settle with 56000.

          I am having salary account with hdfc electronic city, bangalore branch. Without my knowledge, they have created an demat account along with salary account. Now they have charged 860 as a depositary charge for that. I called customer care and raised a complaint, but they are simply giving me the reasons not the solution. They have asked me to go to the bank directly for closure of demat so that i can get the refund. Even i walked to the nearest branch and submitted the letter, they failed to accept it and asked me to send a mail to [protected]@hdfcbank.com, but when i sent the mail, its not delivered since there is no email id existing. I don't know why the bank people is so irresponsible and cheating us by stealing our own money. I am going to transfer my salary account to other bank if this issue is not getting solved. Also i am going to suggest my company management and employees not to prefer hdfc account as a salary account.

            Hi all,

            My name is snehal bhosale. Using hdfc credit card from past one year. I was never defaulter for any payment. Post taking credit card i got a call from hdfc for availing mediclaim for my parents. I have processed for the same and installments are still coming. Yet i haven't received mediclaim card. I cant use this benefit. Also i haven't received any statement which i can use to save my tax. Not sure what is happening. To verify details hdfc can reach home but to handover card they don't have time to do it and no courtesy to keep us inform.
            I haven't received my credit card statement from past more than 6 months. Just a sms. I am not aware about my itemized statement. How can you expect me to pay an amount, every month post receiving calls from credit card recovery team i do share all my issues with them. But its just a fake assurance which i have received every time and they just made me to pay minimum due with promise to share my complain to hdfc. From past 6 months hdfc just making me fool and unnecessary every month generate big amount of bill. If you will check my card statement for past 6 months i haven't swiped it at any place. Not sure how come bill is generating. I need whole explanation as soon as possible.

            If you will sum up all my issues then it will look like below.
            1. No statements from past 6 months
            2. No credit card usage by me from past 6 months still unnecessary bill is generating and its amount is increasing.
            3. No mediclaim card has received after completing whole year for my mom.
            4. No mediclaim statement/certificate received to get tax benefit.
            5. Telecallers are very rude and with lack of knowledge about process.

            Please do look into this and let me know by when all these problems will resolve. I am seriouslly feeling its lot of mental torture. Without using card unnecessary fake bills are generating. Because of this i am scared to use card.

                Illegal transaction saying excess db su

                I have seen a unknown transaction stating "vctf 04-03 excess db su". I called to hdfc customer care and logged a complaint asking for the reason. Complaint no:banc[protected] date 12 june 2017 as per the sms received. After a week i got another sms saying we are unable to reach you to update the status.                         My husband is in mental disorder and done heart surgery. He was terminated his private teaching job due to mental illness in 2014 November.
                        His condition is too critical and may not recover soon.

                          It is not hdfc bank but fools of hdfc bank manege your account;

                          First disgusting regalia team updated by email id as gmail.com instead of as email.com;

                          This just shows how disgusting and careless is regalia create card back office team.

                          Then i called up my rm (At that time packia nadar); she refuses to help and guided me of process of sending letter to regalia team by dropping letter in box which goes to chennai; this was painful and troublesome being a preferred customer;

                          The fools, # or duffers of regalia chennai office respond back saying that my email si already registered, instead of changing my email.

                          I spoke to my new rm (Vaishnavi from hdfc); she tries to help and ask hdfc credit card division to pick up a new application form from em for change of email id;

                          The status as on date is that i get response from hdfc regalia team that my email already exists and can be changed.

                          This is highly shameful, disgusting by hdfc bank…

                              I have opned my current account in jalandhar model town branch. Your exututiv demanded me for such document required. After some time account was frezz. After that it was opend. And such a horrible experience and harrashment form your bank. I have given request for closer my account till last four months. But till date account is not closed and i am receiving negative account masges day by day. Please close my account. Do the needful.

                                Debited surcharge on fuel because amount was below 400

                                Hi,

                                I have hdfc platinum debit card which i am using for last 1 years and i found from january-2017 hdfc bank is charging surcharge on petrol which was not reverted back to my account. When i checked with hdfc bank person (Hdfc old madras road branch, bangalore) he mentioned for hdfc platinum card below 400 inr transaction on petrol pump they dont revert back the fuel surcharge.

                                An employee of the agency that collects credit card bills does not have the etiquette to speak with a client. Today he called me for bill payment of 9100/- with an abusive manner. He calls my alternate mobile number which is with my wife many times and is harresing her and when i asked about it he started using abusive language. Kindly take note of this complaint and do take necessary action against the employee and agency. Thank you.

                                  Dear sir/madam,

                                  I think it's time for hdfc to change it's abbreviation to - harassing deceiving fooling customers (Hdfc). I do not know what hdfc people are up to? I have been chasing you guys for my money which you guys have robbed in the name of amb+mutual fund service. I have never been informed from when and why you people have started charging my account for the said terms. I have been informed from one of your official mr. Arun that i have been charged for an amount of rs.1400 for mutual fund service. Now, can somebody explain to me when and with whose permission this forced service has been activated on my account. Why you people activate such services on you wish & charge customers whenever you want to. For your kind information, i have never requested for such stupid service even i had logged a complain a way back in august, 2013 regarding "demat and hdfc securities account" these services were too activated on hdfc's wish and after much of harassment i was assured from the hdfc end that these services were closed and in that confirmation email your bank officials had also confirmed that "there is no mutual fund account link to my account" then now how come this account has got activated & got charged for rs.1400. Complete correspondence of the mentioned complained has been attached below.

                                  If you guys really believe in a fair business then please stop this embezzlement and reverse the amount you have charged from my account amounting to a total of rs.4, 172 (Amb - rs.2, 772 + mutual fund - rs.1400).

                                    Hi i have issued a credit card on jan 2016 with the limit of 60, 000 and my card was suspended/ blocked on sep 2016 completely due to unavoidable payments and i mailed twice or thrice to the bank regarding my transactions but customer service team was not able to get any transaction until now as my card was suspended/ closed completely, i did not pay the amount regularly and the interest they charged me is 34, 600/- i don't know how much interest was and how it was calculated, as my company was closed and i am jobless, i am unable to pay at a time even i told to the customer care team and even i mailed to bank also i need some time to repay the money but they did not responded properly and the hdfc bank collection people calling me and my wife (I don't know how they got her number) harassing me like any thing even i payed 20, 000/- in feb 2017 & 40, 000 in may 2017, they are torturing me more by sending the collection executive to my house even i am not there in my home and one of the customer care girl called to my wife and harassing her also to pay the remaining money, i asked them time but they are not responding and until now they did not send any statements to my email.
