Hi,
My name is vinay sachan i joined a company in the year 2014 and that company opened my salary account in hdfc bank. I left that job after few months because of study reason.
Bank change my salary account into saving account without taking permission from me. Now my salary is coming in another bank account and i don't use hdfc bank account. Hdfc change me negative balance every month.
I want to close hdfc bank account opened by my previous company without giving negative balance to bank.

      Hi,
      I have a hdfc credit card ending 0340 with jumbo loan which is auto debited from my account [protected].

      This month loan amount debited (transaction id:[protected] and deposited again with (transaction id:[protected] .
      Also I dropped too many mails to debit the loan amount from my account but nothing has happened .
      This month I got statement with fine and charges, why should I pay fine and charges when fault is in your system. Please revert fine from my statement and debit the loan amount from my account.

        Dear sir,

        I really have a very worst experience with hdfc bank while closure of my current account no.[protected] in the name of arihant jewellers pr. Suraj zambad, as my home branch in yavatmal, and i filed my application in my home brach i. E. Postal ground yavatmal, and than after 2 mths my account is not closed and i did so many calls to the executive who assist me in yavatmal brach while closing the account, he said we checked its in process, and i still got msgs of nargative bal in my account by mobile banking, nothing facility was closed on the account. Plz if this site help me out in this so plz help me in this matter, i really want that rbi should take some step against such situation that come in front of the customer. I have proof of closure of my current account but still i get sms for not maintenance of min. Bal. I am in very much tension now

            Hi,
            Hdfc regalia credit card policy said, if we put fuel for rs 400 and above the 2.5% surcharge is waived off. But they have changed the rules all of a sudden stating, it's reversed only if the card is swiped in hdfc bank machines in the petrol bunks. This is absolute non sense and cheating from the bank.

            This is a premium card and the fuel station where i put petrol doesn't have hdfc reading machine. I actually end up paying 1.5% of my fuel charges more. The whole reason to use credit card for fuel is to save tax (Because my company only accepts the card transactions). But by paying 1.5% more than what i fuel for, it's waste.

                This is omprakash my customer id is 59231504, I was brought TV in flipkart on August 2016 of Rs.35100 while ordering i had cnoverted the money into EMI it was not reflected in my credit card unbilled transaction. So i called to customer care service & spoke with representive regarding the issue they said it will reflect after the statement generation. I was waited till statement generation but purchased amount was not converted into EMI again i called to customer care & informed about all things happened they easily saying you will pay this amount we can change into emi after statement was generated, if this was the procedure you people's have to check and respond before statement generation. I raised a complaint about this but no responds from HDFC customer care so i stopped to pay my minimum due. I received call from one of your excutive on Dec 2016 stating kindly pay your minimum due and ask the customer service to convert the amount into emi. So we have paid the minimum & called to HDFC customer service on Jan 2016 that time total interest applied to my credit card is Rs.12000 So i spoke with your representative regarding my emi convertion and financial charges. Actually I asked to reverse the two months financial charges applied to card Rs.6000 I will pay the remaining to in a single payment. What they said is he cannot do that he suggested for settlement so i said ok to proceeed. He transfered my card to settlement team on Jan 2016 but i received a call from settlement team on Mar 2016 that time my credit card total financial charges is Rs 20000. Daily am calling to customer care they are saying card moved to collection department, I called to collection department they said still your card in customer service you have to speak with customer care also one of collection executive said we will call after 18th of April actually my bill generate on every month of 19th if they will call on 18th april means again this month charges will apply. When i asked to transfer my credit card to settlement department my total financial charges is Rs.12000 and now it is above Rs.20000, this is the procedure following in bank norms you have applied the amount into high then you will deduct as settlement right. I dont like to continue the relationship with HDFC, I will pay what i have use & retun your card. So revert the all charges applied to my card

                  I am the Proprietor of M/s Vision Corporate Management Services dealing in HR Consultancy and Recruitment for 15 years. In the due course of my business I was offered business Credit Card from HDFC Bank and also I have been paying promptly for the past 2-3 years.

                  The above said Card Payment, I got a settlement amount of 1, 33, 300/- with 8 equated monthly installments starting from Dec 2015 – 19th July 2016.

                  Mr Chaudhary (Phone No: [protected]) and Rajesh Pawar (Phone NO: [protected]) was in touch with me for collections and payments. Mr Kaushik was the collection agent who used to be used for follow ups and early remittance.

                  I made payment regularly till Dec 2016 and a total of Rs. 107776/- was made against a settlement of Rs, 1, 33, 300/-.

                  Till Dec 2016, I was regularly told by Mr Chaudhary that the settlement letter is en-force and I could deposit the amount. It was supported by Mr. Rajesh Pawar of HDFC Collection on Phone and I was completely misguided by them for just to collect the money and to complete their monthly targets.

                  It was got cancelled in July 2016 Itself and I was never informed by those manager who stood themselves and feel above the law and bank.

                  In Dec 2016, I requested them to please rework on this settlement letter and issue a fresh settlement letter for the remaining amount. They promised to do it o but it has never happened and my current account with them has put in hold by debiting entire amount of credit card outstanding.

                  By above action, our banking has got stopped. We requested their card division and they got agreed to remove the hold with a conditional recovery of 1, 15, 000/- and a immediate cash deposit of Rs. 16, 100/-. Again a conditional settlement is issued.

                  In this regard, I would like to inform and request you the following,

                  1. If, my earlier agreement was alreddy got cancelled itself in July 2016, why I was not been informed either by Bank or by Manager Mr Chaudhary and Mr Rajesh Pawar.

                  2. Why till Dec 2016, I was kept in dark by your Bank or Mr r Chaudhary that settlement letter is still in-force.

                  4. Why again and again Mr Chaudhary and Mr Pawar has promised me to make a monthly payment of minimum till Dec 2016 while it was got cancelled in July.

                  Till date I have been made a payment of 107776/- + 16100/- i.e 1, 23, 876/- against the Ist settlement of 1, 33, 300/- and a balance of 9424/- is outstanding.

                  And we lodge a strict protest against HDFC Card and thier Manager Mr Chaudhary for misleading, misbehaving with the customer and keeping them in dark against bank policies a RBI guidelines.

                  Its seems to be a completely unprofessional an unethical commitment by a uneducated manager who even doesn’t know their customer in glance.

                      Dear Sir/Madam!
                      I am happy to become a member of HDFC bank as since I received credit card and enjoying the a facilities provide by your bank through a c.card.
                      But due to some reason while registering email id (rishabh.[protected]@gmail.com) was erroneously seeded by your executive. It came to know me when I contacted to customer care dept because they told me different mail id which I had not given to you. Therefore I was failure to deposit the bill on time as your executive told me.
                      Now tell me where I m wrong if I will not receive any statement neither physically nor through mail how could I guess when I have to deposite the bill.
                      Kindly look into the matter and continue the all facilities I was getting by credit card.

                        Ow when we iport material on L.C and when foreign bank submit all the original documents to hdfc bank, we have to go to gandhigram office, Ahmedabad and have to submit letter to collect docs and have to wait 30'-40 minutes to get the document.
                        On hdfc bank it is clearly mention that import documents can be collected at any of the branches than why they are not providing this service. We can get documents only from gandhigram office wasting around one hour of time.
                        This is so ridiculous for such big bank.
                        And its false promise and litigation matter.

                          Convert salary to saving account but i have pay maintenance charge November 2016 then submit all documents and request convert in salary account. But due to shift the branch other place and they lost my documents. They are punished to me and per month deduct account maintenance charge. So please very very request return my money and convert salary account.

                            This is to inform tou that there is a gang running who are calling people in the name of hdfc bank and collecting imp information from people for the purpose of credit card application and issuance but they are the fraud ladies.. speciality is the ladies impress customers with their soft spoken good profeasional english and then after collecting all information never reaponds.. m a victim of the same.                             Shivani calls forst as some manager and asks to send docs to [protected]@gmail.com and then says u ll receive all details about application update from pooja and after that they give one fake application no which i verified with the bank is not a application no for hdfc and the number pattern seems to be little differernt than the bank application no.. as the bank all have a typical format of application no generation..
                            funny thing is that the lady shivani called me for first time smwhr during sept2016 in the name of icici bank amd today apr2017 again she called me in the name of hdfc bank. Luckily i had saved her number earlier woth her name amd she also told today her name is shivani and calling from hdfc so i cathed her up and them i googgled more about this and i got to know few more people also had same kind of issues and names are exactly the same .. shivani and pooja .i believe its a very serious gamg who r using girls to trap people and do cyber crime.. hence requesting to closely look into this as this ll bring in bad name to hdfc .. i have already mailed about this is icici since last time they were icici employee while calling.. please find the guilty amd take the necessary action..

                              This is in regard i Deepak Maggo r/o b-56 sharda puri ramesh nagar new delhi-110015 holding hdfc bank credit card but due some financial losses i was unable to pay there dues and i was in completely touch with bank at residence address and phone but on 10-04-17 and 11-04-17 i recieved a call from no +[protected] a guy informally abused me and ask for money and when i reacted back he is abusing my whole family what the hell is going with bank norms as i hd relation with hdfc bank from 2010.
                              Please help me in this matter as some gundas are sitting and calling for the money.

                                Double debit of amount.

                                I tried to make payment of ₹11549 to flipcart on 5 april using my debit card.
                                I received single OTP on my number but when i entered it then my account was debited twice for the transaction.
                                I also contracted flipcart regarding this and they said that they have received only one payment of ₹11549.
                                I went to the bank 3-4 times but nobody is solving my issue.
                                I request you to please solve my issue otherwise...

                                I applied for personal loan amounting rs. 1, 50, 000/- and loan amount was got credited in my bank saving account in the month of i am paying emi on regular basis through ecs.

                                But, till date i have not received any loan statement, sanction letter of loan etc. From the bank. Now, i require the mentioned details as well as personal loan schedule statement at the earliest for some specific purpose .

                                My personal loan accoun no. Is 27546648 . The tenure of loan is 3 years.

                                Please help and kindly forward the loan statement as well as personal loan schedule statement through e-mail. .

                                  2. There are two more car loans running on my name. Sir, I would like to draw your kind attention that one of my Alto Car Loan is going to be completed during the month of Feb 2018 and another one has recently taken during the month of Sep/Oct 2016. But still I am not aware even my Loan account Nos of my both Car Loan Account. May I request you to kindly forward the latest loan account statements of both these accounts also.                                     Hi,

                                    I try to withdraw the money of Rs.10, 000 from the indian bank atm on 6th April 2017. I received the SMS that i withdrawn the money at 8:27 p.m but i didnt get the cash from the ATM and it went for temporarily out of service.
                                    I have raised the complaint using my debit card details to this number [protected] and gave a complaint letter in the HDFC bank located at the Pallavaram branch.

                                    Pls find the complaint number details given below

                                    It's a huge amount. I have not received any update regarding this complaint as of now..

                                    Dear Customer,
                                    As an HDFC Bank customer, when you transact at a non-HDFC Bank ATM the transaction is routed through ATM networks authorized and governed by the RBI. As per the extant RBI guidelines, disputes pertaining to non/short dispensation of cash need to be resolved by way of Charge Back, wherein the card issuing bank raises a chargeback on the acquiring bank whose ATM was used to conduct the transaction. The acquiring bank has to revert with a valid proof in the form an ATM Log indicating that the funds were successfully dispensed failing which the customer’s account will be credited within 7 working days from the date of complaint. Furthermore, as per the network operating guidelines, the ATM log is sufficient and conclusive proof of successful cash dispensation.
                                    We would like to inform you that immediately on receipt of your complaint dated April 07, 2017 we had raised a chargeback on Indian Bank vide reference number 1289989. If the acquiring bank whose ATM was used to conduct the transaction does not revert with a valid proof in the form an ATM Log indicating that the funds were successfully dispensed, the amount will be credited to your account on the 7th working day from the date of complaint. Incase the acquiring bank provides a proof of the validity of the transaction the same will be forwarded to your home branch. A letter to that effect will also be sent to you and the account will not be credited. The status of the complaint will also be communicated to you through SMS on your mobile number.

                                      I am using HDFC credit card, in the month of March i paid CESC bill & also purchase something. My total used amount was Rs. 4762.14. Then after i deposit rs. 4770.00 on 07/04/17, which is higher than my purchased amount. But now i am looking that additional of my purchased you charged rs 100 for Branch cash dept & rs 15 for some additional service charge.

                                      Apart from my payment now system is showing to pay $107.14 additional charges. It mean i will have to pay again additional rs 100.00 apart from my remaining balance to clear my due amount, because you are charging rs 100.00 for cash deposit.

                                      Really frustrating. i have already paid some extra amount. in total rs 200 extra i am paying to your bank.

                                      When you bank offer me for the card, they told me that i will get cash back on purchasing or payment of CESC or LIC. But here i am paying extra amount to you. Your customer care or Bank must have to inform the customer about the hidden charges.

                                      I will clear all my due, but from today i will not use your credit card for any kind of purchase. Not a good experience to use your credit card.
