With a fervent hope that you will credit this amount to my account within the stipulated time, again on 11-03-17 I have made the payment to the beneficiary and the same was successful. Hence it is requested to credit Rs.198 to my account and confirm.

In the month of jan 2017 i have purchased a life insurance policy from hdfc ergo, through my hdfc credit card now 5 to 7 days ago their representative named manas (Ph no.[protected]) call me from hdfc kolkata saying that there is a free offer for me which cover accidental insurance comes in my previous policy for free, and now i came to know they deducted 7918/- from my card without my knowledge....

Recently i noticed that rs. 551.29 has been deducted from my account under dc intl pos txn markup+st[protected] on 14th march 2017. I don't see the need of deduction of money. Even i didn't do any transaction. I need proper explanation on this issue with viable supporting evidence if not then i must get my money back. Hopping for your positive response.

I was using credit card ending with 6698 issued by hdfc. I used the card for a long time and due to the bad services provided by the hdfc authorities i stopped using the card. Amazon.in had initiated a refund on 9th March 2017 and said that it would be refunded before 14th March 2017 and that amount is still not reflecting in my account, It is kind off concerning about the fact that banks do not work on this at the earliest, we pay and we have to wait. I am hdfc bank credit card customer. Now few things to be stated before complaint,
1) While applying for credit card I had clearly mentioned that all the physical statements must be sent to my resedential address and not on office address.
2) i had provided all the documents asked.
3) Despite of providing all documents they entered my E-mail totally wrong.
