Hi, it took lot of humbleness and patience to write this, i have been an old customer of hdfc + nri. As i need some cash on 6/4/2017 went to the bank to withdraw with chq. For amount of rs. 50000/- found out the net or the link not working. They request me to go to another branch, after 8 km riding to another branch, found out no cash in that bank.
My complaint is what an hdfc bank no money no net

    Lost my food card

    I had lost my Food Plus card, i am a TCS associate, could you block the card and issue the new card.Also my old card has balance money in that account around 3K.

    Could you please transfer the amount in the new card. I am waiting for you response.

    I have mailed you about my salary slip but didn't get revert.

      I had a outstanding of credit card, but not able to pay for 8 months without job, i got my first salary credited, without my knowledge they have taken my whole amount, after 8 months I am getting my first salary no cash for basic needs, I am so surprised they did this, I will write to HDFC in this that they are big thretners and commit sucide only because of HDFC BANK, they are big cheaters, I made they payment evry month for 3 years and did noy use the card for pat 2.5 years, they only has interest every month, without job for 8 months I was not able to pay, but now this is my first salary and was willing to pay atleast minimum balance, but they took my whole salary without even intiating me, now I dont have money to go back home, eat, or have no money for the rest of the month, how they can even do this ????? Bloody HDFC BANK !!! YOU WILL NOT GET A SINGLE RUPEE hereafter after I die ...

          I wanted to close HDFC SB Account on because of various unforeseen charges levied on my account. I was informed by the branch to close all SIPs before closing the account. I filled up the SIP closure forms and submitted to all the MFs SBI, ICICI Pru, HDFC MF and Birla MF in the last week of January. I was informed that SIPs will be closed within next 20-25 days. Recently I observed that all the SIPs were hitting in the account and they were not closed by MF. Upon questing the MFs customer care I was informed that you had created these SIPs through a channel partner (guess who??? HDFC) and the channel partner is not allowing to close the SIPs. I was informed by respective MFs to send a request again to HDFC Bank for the closure of SIPs. My question if HDFC Bank was to cancel the SIPs why the branch did not educate me in the first place?? The same branch issued me an ATM card stating I will not be charged and I was charged some Rs 900 for ATM/Debit card issuance. It is Indore Mahalaxmi Nagar Branch. I am fade up with the bank, attitude of their staff and misguidance all across. That the reason I want to close my bank account and SIPs, please help

            Dear sir,
            I am an old and proud account holder in your reputed bank, I fulfill all my bank related necessities with HDFC bank only and have never tried other banks in spite of vivid offers. My car loan and personal loan is credited by HDFC only. Sir, I also use credit card issued by your bank, a certain amount is overdue on me which, due to some personal reasons I am not able to pay but I pay minimum required amount regularly. Sir, this month my account has been hold by your department without giving me any intimation, due to which I have faced some really grave situations. Sir I am feeling really harassed because prior to holding this amount your department didn't even bothered to notify me. Sir please make sure that this amount is released ASAP so that I can pay my dues which also includes my car and personal loan, and please ensure that I am not harassed like this in future.

              Dear sir / madam,

              I am holding hdfc life sampoorn samridhi plan with policy number: 15908808, which was commenced on 11/03/2013 for 5 years, and i have regularly paid approx. Rs. 83000 per annum to it.

              During the policy commencement, hdfc life policy person told me that the returns on it will be minimum 12-13% & can further increase as well.

              But as per the latest communication with the customer care after i have paid all 5 premiums, they have sent a document where the maturity amount has been calculated on 6% or 10% & has been mentioned that it can also be calculated on minimum 3%.
              The maturity amount with all these percentages suggest that i would be getting much lesser amount than i have invested on it.
              I have invested a lot in this policy even compromising on my current financial needs, hoping to get benefits in 2018. But it has completely destroyed my hopes & plans i had since past 2-3 years. I will suffer a huge loss.

              I feel cheated, misguided & misinformed by the brand hdfc with which i have had a long association.

              HDFC health insurance policy generated without my approval plz kindly take care &cancelled my insurance policy . I have alredy a heath insurance though my company maruti suzuki so plz cancelled my health insurance and refund my amount plz kindly take care
              Please send payment receipt for the paid premium for Policy no.
              15092868.The payment for the premium was done on 31.03.2017. But after 5 to 6 days, I diid not the reciept for the payment. So requested to please do the needful in that regard at earliest.

                I have made a transaction previously with a service provider 'whoeasy.com" for which i have been charged a sum of ₹1331.13 on 13.03.17

                I have raised this iasue with the HDFC bank but i did not received any response from them.

                Today, again a debit of ₹1033.97 has been charged from my credit card towards whoeasy.com without my confirmation for the second time.

                I state these two debit are fraudulent ones and i am claiming for a refund towards these debits.

                My credit card bill was 15500. And I have paid bill of 13000 before due date. Now the interest of 3.5% should be calculated on remaining amount i.e. 2500. But they calculated on total bill amount 15500. This is not at all logical as then there is no meaning of paying any amount if they calculate interest on total bill amount.

                  This is in reference to the transaction made into my account without intimating me by hdfc bank.

                  An amount of Rs 575.00 has been debited on 15th feb'2017 from my salary account, mentioning about 'depository charges DEPOSITORY CHARGES JAN17 - with regard to my demat account. I have never used this account.

                  When the account was opened, I was told that it would be absolutely free. This is clear exploitation of customers.

                      I ve also got a call mob. No.[protected] (Pankaj pandey) and his senior anil chakkarwarti from hdfc loan dept. Gurgoan, offering loan of 100% amount of insurance policy... And very cunningly explaining me to buy bharti axa insurance so it can be mortgage by hdfc and with 0% interest. So i purchase the policy as he guided with all lesson... Saying don't reveal the loan process to the verification department.

                      After 10 days again he called me to confirm my policy no. And said loan procedure is in neft process if you want to do neft you have to purchase another insurance as a guarantee which is hdfc policy in name of family member which will be refunded by cancelling or else if you want to do rtgs there is a charge of 30% of loan amount and 12% of service charge which means almost 42% of loan amount will be deducted then they transfer the loan amount.

                      I said i dont have money to purchase another policy better you do cancel my application or send via rtgs but he tried to convince for purchasing another policy which is 35000/- per year otherwise 31st march 2017 is last day for this process.

                      After 2 days he again called me to convince to purchase policy this time i doubted and i begin to questioning him about his own word of last day process and about office address etc. But he easily manage to answer my question, i said just give me an assurance of passing the loan on behalf of this policy he have no answer for this, simply saying this is company offer for you and rest is upto you...

                      Don't believe them and i've checked their office number +[protected], +[protected] from truecaller these number are insurance agencies not from hdfc loan dept.

                            I have seen the following charges in my hdfc savings account.

                            1. Hdfc has started charging isaqmc once every quarter

                            2. Inst-alert chg inc st & oct-dec2016 - charging for instant alert for the account. When opening the account they mentioned that this service was free and now they are charging.

                            3. I asked in my branch and they said they don't know what it is ? and not read to help me understand why this deduction happen in every quarter.

                            They should inform the customer before charging. You cannot hold the customer at ransom.

                            I am not sure how to resolve this please advice...

                              As usual it was being shoped from Amazon online shopping site but dis time I got the balance deduction message from HDFC but not from Amazon site.
                              From Amazon the message is RETRY PAYMENT and then I went on revising the method but again it was going to be deducted.
                              That's y i cancelled an I have a complain here .
                              I want this issue must be sorted out very soon.

                                Hi guys, it took overriding lot of humbleness and patience to come here and write this, i have been a old customer of hdfc credit cards for more than 3 yrs and my credits have must have gone in lacs of rs (all which were paid on time), a year back i lost my credit card and blocked it, i did get a replacement card, i tried multiple times to get it activated, through there sms service and all, now already have two other cards from other banks which i shifted to using full time after HDFC dint have the time to activate my card, seems they have too much buisness. The feeling of going through the whole process almost 13 calls to customer care each of which gave me a different story and response. I tried registering a complaint never got an acknowledgement about the complaint.
                                Its like i have to go through hoards of government offices with so much ignorance .. My No is [protected]. hope their systems have not lost my reference..really i wonder how their systems work.

                                  On viewing my credit card statement for March, 2017 i.e. bill dated 19th March, 2017 I found the petrol bills debit wrongly made. I used to put for ''Rs.200 only everytime and as such i received message for Rs.200 each time. But in my statement petrol bill debit made as 202.70. 211.30 like that at all times. Why this error? So far i have not checked my bills every month. This month only I occasionally checked. and noticed. In this connection I already wrote to you and no reply was received. Please consider.

                                    I have applied for hdfc credit card, my credit card application no is [protected]w1, i fullfilled their necessary eligibility for credit card, and they said sir your credit card will be approved, but after some days i got email that they rejected my application, but i want to know why?? They rejected my application i want my documents back.
                                    This should be tell before taking my documents.

                                      Since 2 weeks i have been following up with hdfc but with no response.
                                      My account was debited with 50k without any intimation due to which my account balance is currently in negative state.
                                      Even my this month salary was adjusted in negative state and i am facing very hard times due to the same.
                                      Even my relationship manager is not picking up my calls.
                                      I have no idea who will be able to help me in this kind of situation when a bank which runs on customer's money is not respecting his customer.
