Hi All,

My current brokerage rate is 0.25%, but if buy or sell shares of transaction value less than 10000, hdfc is charging 25rs which is greater than 0.25 of trading value and DP charges for demat account is very high compared with other brokerage firms, I have sent a mail to HDFC securities several time to reduce the brokerage rate to 0.10 for delivery, but they never responded back. If my brokerage rate is not reduced to 0.10, I am going to close all my accounts associated with HDFC.

HDFC Securities charges are very high when compared with other brokerage firms, so don't opt for hdfc, there customer service is very very worst

The brok seems pretty competitive.
I am a customer and am happy with the overall services. The rate despite discounts are subject to a minimum of Rs.25/- or 2.5% cap on the trade value.

    I am Vikash Kumar. My HDFC corporate account number(zero balance account) is [protected]. That was my salary account. I am trying to close this account since 1 year approximately. I was opened this account at Agra(UP). Now days the bank are telling me there OD of -10400(INR). My account statement says that there is 0 balance. I'd talked to the bank for close my account. But they are saying me 1stly I have to pay the amount for closer. Every moth they are chaging more and more amout. Requesting you that, please suggest me what I've to do.

      I have bank customer from since 6+ years and credit card customer from since 5+ years & I am really happy with your all services. But from last 10 days I am really unhappy with your credit card services.

      On 20th March 2017 I have got SMS about deducted 1299.00 for ONE ASSIST MFEE from my credit card. I have called & emailed several time to ONE ASSIST & your bank customer care but no one taking care of my request to refund my money.

      ONE ASSIST guys saying me they have not received any amount till from HDFC bank credit card. But I can see debited money in to online banking; I have attached credit card deduction screenshot for your information.

      Also I have called HDFC bank customer care on 20th March 2017 & raised complaint about this deduction & they have told me to we have raised complaint about refund my money within 7 days. But as if now no refunded my money.

      This is my humble request to you guys please refund my money with immediate effect & please please don’t auto debit any money from my credit card in future.

      As per your information I have already blocked my credit card because of this all issue. If you are not able to refund my 1299.00 which is debited without any notification & intimation to me, then I will also close my bank account soon.

      I am writing this email from my register email address. If you need any information please let me know.

        The bank has been deducting money from me & my wife's saving account quietly without my knowledge or consent i don't know since when. To find out how much money has been deducted i have to check bank statement's & i don't know from where to start, since i have account with this bank way back since may be 1995 or near by years, can't say exactly.
        I won't like to disclose my account numbers on line, I have accounts with west punjabi bagh branch, new delhi. The accounts are in name of Anil Kishinchand Khiara & Dropadi
        The amounts were deducted from both accounts on 21st Jan., 2017 which i can observe now after looking at the statements.
        Please let me know if any more details are needed.

          We as Precision Engineers opened an limit account in your bank A/C no [protected]. Right from the day go there are problems as under
          *net banking not activated for the account it took us long time to activate the same.
          *Once the net banking started fund transfer not possible from account, it lso took very long time
          *Request made for Debit card, N times followed up finally informed not possible linked with this account
          * Request made for opening Current account all documents submitted and later informed no need of new account for getting Debit card, the same will be issued against CC account.
          * Finally your staff informed the card is in transit and will be delivered shortly on your registered address, Many telephonic enquiries made the same reply every time. More over out of many calls only few are acknowledged.
          * Now finnaly got reply from the bank that debit card can not be issued with subject account.
          * Is it not a clear case of harsment ?
          WHAT CUSTOMER SHOULD DO, CAN ANY BODY REPLY.
          Very sorry to wright that HDFC bank staff is good for nothing, They do not have basic work knowledge. Please let me know how to esclate to top person in HDFC Bank.

          I have taken a PL from HDFC bank . After paying few EMI's I lost my job. Still I paid 3 months EMIS . And also requested the bank to reschedule my loan.

          I don't get any response from them. After this also the recovery agents are calling my relatives and friends and threatening them.

          Can anybody help me on this

            I use to have hdfc acnt from 2012.. Whc later became dormat as i was not working.. During that time also hdfc had deducted 3000 rs frm my account on the pretext of sum avg maintaince balance.. And in this year also.. When i got to know that i have received the divided in my account hdfc has deducted that too.. Right now i m having my current new salary accnt wth hdfc whc is zero balance accnt so why wld i want to maintain 10k avg balance for an old account.. I think its unfair that they are charging for the hard earned money that we receive from our investments... Kindly guide as to how can u get my dividend amount back

            Since one month we are chasing for cheque book helping out with issue asking for documentation and not giving instant reply relation ship manager is not maintain his commitment just making us run again and again .

                This is to inform you that i have withdrawal 215000 from hdfc bank at mahasamund branch by self cheque ac holders name khorbahaara sahu. Date on 28.03.2017 in afternoon.
                My complaint is as you know that color full note is not accepted anywhere specially 2000 and 500 notes. But i have got 3 nos. Of rs 500 from the mahasamund hdfc bank.

                  This complain is regarding my credit card. As per the credit card dept my email address was not updated in the bank that was the only reason I never received a bill. My card limit was 25, 000. Every month the collection dept used to call me to pay my bill including the late payment charges. I had Called them number of time to update my email address. I never understood why were they treated me in such a way. In the month of feb I had a word with one of the agents and I asked her to send the executive to my place where I gave him 12, 000 cash. He gave me a slip and then there was a conformation call that came regarding that I had paid the bill. The entire month of feb no calls came from the bank. Then suddenly I get a call from collection dept in the month of march stating that my credit card bill had amount to 32, 000 though I have paid previously some amount near about 4000. The previous payment was not received by the bank. I am really worried. I am not going to pay any amount until and unless I get justice. Please help me.

                      Fraudulent transaction happened on my credit card ending **** **** **** 8868 on 27/03/2017 at 3:10 pm. Amount: 20999.26. Message says Amount paid to PAYPAL *NEXT RETAIL.
                      Card blocked immediately and also complained customer care regarding this disputed transaction. OTP was was not asked for this transaction.

                      This payment should be blocked and transaction should be reversed from my account. Today again called to customer care. Complaint no:[protected]

                          Hdfc bank is unknown about pradhan mantri awas yojna..they are not providing loan.they said that they do not have any info regarding this scheme..if PM MODI is giving benefits to the public then why banks are not supporting him??
                          Plzz take a initiative step against them as the people who r not aware of complaining thn how they people will take benefits..this is a demotion step in developing india..i request u to take some steps against banks..

                            #I did applying for PRAN generation for opening NPS account on 3rd March 2017 & application was submitted to HDFC securities, Kanjurmarg Branch, Mumbai on 6th March 2017 thru corporate HR
                            #Purpose was to avail additional tax rebate during current financial year ending on 31st March 2017.
                            #As per TAT - NSDL processes application within 12 working days and generate PRAN no and send intimation to applicant on their mobile no & email mentioned in application form.
                            #I did mention mobile no :[protected] and email Id:[protected]@gmail.com in Application form.
                            #Till date I didn't receive any communication either from NSDL or from HDFC securities.
                            #Mr.Pritam Oswal (mobile no[protected] is the person designated by HDFC securities, with whom our corporate HR coordinates .
                            #Since past 5days, While enquiring with Mr Pritam, everyday he keeps saying that PRAN will get genrate by EOD
                            #In fact his approach is very casual & negligence of customers and not giving exact reasons for the delay.
                            #According my conversation with Pritam so far, to me it looks he has not processed application in good time and hence the delay as well he is hiding the facts.
                            #In all this episode as a result due to delay in generation of PRAN, As an applicant I will not be able to get benefits of additional Tax rebates by availing Government NPS schemes in current Financial year.
                            #Hence I would request consumer complaint forum to help me out, getting details of chronological events with stage wise dates and time of processing of application and interim communication if any done by either NSDL or HDFC securities to the Applicant and Company corporate HR.
                            #Also do let me know in case should you need any further information.

                              Fraud transaction done on my hdfc credit card no.[protected] of rupees 26339.25 at paypal*lightinbox dated 25/03/2017 morning 8.51. I got a call from hdfc bank for the confirmation of this transaction, i told them that this is a fraud transaction and my card is with me kindly blok my card urgently and put this matter in disuput form of hdfc. After that i got sms of few more transations on my credit card but all decline becoes of blockage of my credit card.

                              Kindly decline this transaction also.

                                Hi,
                                Yesterday i have got a message from hdfc near 6:14:09 pm about deduction of rs 600 from my credit card.
                                The message says "your trx is debited to hdfc bank credit card for rs. 600.00 in mumbai at icvbp on[protected]:18:14:04. This is not an authenticated trx as per rbi mandate effective 1 may 12.".
                                After getting the massage i contacted with credit card customer care hdfc and they said only after the 48 hrs of the incident they can provide me the details of the transaction and after a discussion they suggested me to block my credit card as this may be a fraud case.
                                So can any one provide me the details from where the amount is deducted and also please ensure so that i have not to pay this 600.

                                  When i applied for a saving account, hdfc officials also compel me to open demat account and they opened. i never used this demat account due to i dont have any knowledge about this. several times bank charged me for not using demat and trading account. then i request to close this. bank close the trading ac but not demat, bank told that you have 2 unit of sbi share, which i never purchased. now i have to sold them but i dont know my user id. when i try to know every time i got a new number to solve this query from their official of customer care.

                                    I have a call from hdfc health insurance . Sir aap ke liye offer hain aap health insurance karwa lijiye .maine bataya mere paas company through alredy policy hai mai abhi nahi karwaunga . Fir usne bataye sir mai policy bhej deta hu agar aap ko achha nahi lage to mat lena .aur mujhe 30 day ka time diya gya tha . Bina approval ke meri policy generated kar di gyi plz cancelled my policy and refund my amount plz kindly take care

                                    I am not happy with my policy and want to surrender my policy . But the company people saying i will get my refund after 5 years. What kind of service is this ?
                                    We cannot get our money back ?.
                                    Why should i wait for 5 years to get my money back.
                                    Why are the agents making fake promises about policies.

                                      I take requst of jumbo loan pre close on 13 feb' 17 of card ending 3188. At that time suggest figure was 1, 05000 for conside all amount +Emi so i paid on 15 feb17. But now march'17 Statment emi deduct . It is very hopless service.

                                      During preclose tume no of time i ask about running month emi but only one answer everthing cover for that i have recording bank representative statement.

                                      If 4960 rs not credited withing one week i will go consumer court.

                                        In ref to the subject cited above i am to bring in your notice that i am the preferred customer of hdfc katra branch(j &k)holding acc no.[protected] on 22nd of march 2017.i submitted statement request form in the concern branch.i am sorry to say that till date i.e 27th of march 2017 undersigned have not recieved the statement with affect from 01/04 /2015 to 31/03/2016 which are required to submit my annual return.but nobody bothered in the concerned branch.treating me quack.so there is no other option for me to knock the door of consumer court
