Home loan processing fee refund

Submitted a compliant on 7th March but haven't received a response yet..

Dear Sir/Madam,
I had applied for a balance transfer of my home loan (currently I have my Home loan from L&T finance), and before applying I asked the HDFC executive whether do you fund for "B" Katha and He said yes. And He also mentioned that the processing fee would be waived and He told that I have to pay the processing fee but it will be adjusted...

    I have a current account with HDFC bank. My account no is [protected](neelam food products). we have to regularly deposit cash in the account. Every time i have to deal with the cashiers. they doesnt cooperate. they dont have good behaviour. Today i had to deposit Some cash in my account. When i was depositing cash in the account. they said we dont accept Rs 10 Note. Is Rs 10 note a valid Currency?. What i got from my customer, I will deposit that money. We dont have currency printing or changing machine. The teller name are Mohit and Tarun. Looking for Favourable response ASAP.

      My Current Bill reflect the FINANCE CHARGES of 1, 154.29 RS against my last generated bill on 39453 Rs for which my due date was[protected] and min due amount was 5064.58 and I paid 15.570 RS before my due date and rest amount was paid within next 20 days still you are charging me amount of 1, 154.29 on the name of Finance charges as this was informed by your sales person I get 50 days time to pay my outstanding amount but today I when called customer care they said you have been charged this amount because you have not paid the complete amount of 39453RS on the due date and when asked that I paid my minimum due amount and paid rest amount within next 20 days still why this has been charged will I get this amount credited back the CCE informed me that I need to pay total amount on due date or else they will charge the finance charges and this amount is non-refundable, not sure if this need to be done why you mention that minimum due amount in your bill statements and you're your sales person give wrong information . Actually, by mentioning this minimum due on the statement you are confusing the customers and cheating them and taking extra money from them because customer thinks that he had paid the minimum amount and can pay rest amount within next 50 days and if my payment was due i received SMS call or email from your which i keep receiving from HDFC people to sell your other services I think you can send an email at least informing customer about all this **** of finance charges and ask them to pay the complete amount.

      I will make sure that in my circle and via social media/blog I let the people know not to go for HDFC CC because no matter you pay your bill (which am doing from past 10 months ) they will take out any **** reason to charge you extra amount.

      You guys sucks !!

        I have purchased the HDFC Life Click2Protect Plus through online on 5th December 2016.

        Due to their slow process i have cancelled the policy on 5 th February 2017 that time they said my money will be credited in my account with in 10 to 15 days.

        Its been 40 days still i didn't got my money back and also not correct answer from the customer care of HDFC LIFE.

          My credit card number ending 5263 is a regalia card. Membership fees of 2862/- was charged in feb 14, 2016 which went unnoticed and now again on feb, 14, 2017, an amount of 2875/- has been charged.

          I have not signed in any application nor i have accepted through any other medium with hdfc bank to issue a paid regalia card. The bank has issued by themselves a paid card in leu of a free world card ending 6164 earlier and now i am being looted membership fees.

          I have been trying to revert the membership fees for both the years charged with the bank. Regarding the same i spoke to deepti supposed to be supervisor/ manager of hdfc credit card customer care and she opened a complaint # [protected] and soon closed the same without satisfactory response. She however said though the complaint is closed she will still follow up with the back end team and provide resolution for the same. No response yet. I send an email to [protected]@hdfcbank.com and no satisfactory response. They simply say regalia card is a paid card and membership fees have to be paid. However, they dont seem have any prood that i requested for regalia card which i never did.

          However, hdfc bank credit card division is running this scam o[censored]pgrading free cards to paid cards and charging membership fees without informing customers. I request consumer complaints forum to take this forward so that others dont fall into this scam.

            Dear Sir,

            My name is Rizwan Hasan and I am having a saving account number [protected] with Muradnagar, Ghaziabad Branch. On 19.03.2017, around 03:30, I have received 2 consecutive SMS from HDFC Bank stating withdrawal of Rs. 10, 000 in each transaction using my HDFC card at Ansari road Daryaganj around 3:3 but ATM card was with me at that time. I was in Mohan nagar Ghaziabad at that time.

            I immediately checked through the net-banking and withdrawal was done through some ATM in Delhi. The customer care guy informed me the ATM ID of the ATM. The ATM ID is 8271. He told me to register a FIR and to visit nearby HDFC branch with FIR copy.

            I have already filled the dispute form with HDFC Bank Branch sco-39, Sector-56, Gurgaon on 17.03.2017.

            I would like to assure that these transactions were not authorised by me and my ATM card was with me all the time. Please look into the matter on urgent basis.

                I opened the salary account 2 years back and left the company after that. for the past two years Iam not using that account and I visited the branch recently and found that there is penality. I spoke to the bank person he said they can wavier the charge upto 5 thousand. Then I deposited the amount into the bank. Now the bank manager is denaying to reverse the charges. I large a compilant in Customer care they are also help less and not providing the proper solution. Can you please let me know where I have to file this compliant.

                  I Have Deposited a Kotak Mahindra Bank A/c payee cheque at HDFC ATM Center Baner pune, of dated 15/03/2017.
                  on 16/03/2017 i have received sms stating that "INR xx(Amt) deposited to ac no xx . clr bal is xx.
                  when i check my account it was not credited.
                  next day 17/03/2017 i got another sms "chq xx for INR xx deposited on ac no xx has been returned unpaid due to payment stooped by drawer" is that chq got bounce. i visited hdfc bank they mentioned payment has stooped by chq drawer. but when i take out my bank mini statement it was mentioned as CHD and next day CDR. will you please help me on urgent basis.

                    I opened hdfc salary bank account and opted for hdfc credit card as well.
                    On 17th march i activated my credit card and withdrawn rs 2000 just to check if my card is working fine or not. On 18th march i got my statement of rs 2348 adding cash advance fee 300 and service charges.

                    I got a service call from hdfc bank department for 3 times informing that how much money i can withdraw from my credit card and what is the limit but no one talk about hidden charges.

                    Called customer care and they told me that the information is there on website.
                    I aggreed, the information is there on website but while informing about my limit of credit card and cash withdrawal and insurance i can opt for why the information for charges wasn't revealed?

                    And the fact that i was just checking my credit card if its working fine and it was my 1st transaction and i got charged extra.

                    Very disappointed with with this, please reverse my cash advance charges else i would like to pay this one time bill and will not be interested to continue with hdfc bank either credit card or salary bank account.

                      This is rohan kanaskar one of the account holder of hdfc bank.

                      I joined a pvt company in the year 2015 and that company opened my
                      Alary account in hdfc bank but didn't gave any basic terms and
                      Conditions of salary account. I left that job after few month because
                      Of study reason.

                      Today i just logged on to the hdfc account and i shocked to see that
                      My balance was in - ve numbers. (Rs -1916.82). It happend without any
                      Notification or sms.

                      I am totally shocked and worrying about the same.
                      Can you please suggest me any way that what should i do. It is really
                      Helpful for me if the amount should be waived cause i am not in
                      Position to pay this amount. I need to closed the account asap.

                        I suppose to get a cash back offer for the oct 2016 sale. I have read through the terms and conditions that was posted on amazon site and then used my corporate credit card as there is no mention about corporate card. I suppose to get my cash back by jan 05 2017 but i did not get and when i approach them they said the offer is not eligible for corporate cards. I send them the terms and conditions posted at amazon during offer period asking them to point out where it was mentioned. But they took all these days do simply copy paste the recorded message instead of replying to my query. From day one i am asking this for which i did not get a reply till now. This is really frustrating. I copied the nodel officers but i feel they are sleeping. There is no value of ccing them in the mail. They dont even respond to me. Also i am not sure whether they are checking their mails. I have all the mail threads and attachments. If any one from the back is really interested to solve this, please get in touch with me so that i can send all the details to you.

                        Mr Bejoy from HDFC replied to this on 19th March and that's it. I sent all relevant details to him on the mail id specified along with subject line as requested. Also followed up more than 5 times on that mail. Not even a single response i got either via mail or in this forum. Dont know whats the next step and how to get a resolution.

I badly need a explanation from HDFC and a resolution as early as possible. Its been 3 months over now, Since Jan 05th I am chasing HDFC bank as well as raised the concern in this forum without a resolution.

                          I have received suspicious calls today with the following numbers asking my 16 digit card details for id verification. They said 30% discount on every purchase i do

                          I denied to provide my card details. I confirmed from the bank and they said no such offer is given. I also checked truecaller app and found that there are already over 150 spam reports on these numbers.

                              This is in reference to the transaction made in my account under the header of depository charges; without any intimidation by the hdfc bank.

                              Kindly be informed that an amount of rs 862.50/- was deducted from my savings/salary account on 14 march 2017 under the name of depository charges feb[protected].

                              This is very bad and disappointing. And i have never used the demat account till now.. If i call the customer care they will not have answers. And they will not communicate that they are charging.. If they would had communicated that even if i don't use the account, still would be charged then i would have closed the account.

                              And after all we are working hard and earning money. Kindly suggest how do we proceed with the same to ensure that in future, no such issue is encountered.

                              Also, i request you to please refund the deducted amount to my savings account.

                              I had an issue with HDFC bank Depository Charges,

                              I have demant account, and there was no communication shared with us about depsiory charges, when account was open they said there is only delivery charges on security
                              however i can see they charges frequently on my DP account. when i asked them to provide the clerification they said it was charges to sell the sequirity from HDFC to NSE.
                              I said that they already charges as delivery charges on share, when i asked to provide more justification they didnt shared the input.

The teller refused to accept my amount to deposit. My knowledge and my rm confirmed that priority client can deposit 1 to non branch. But teller balaji redited to accept my deposit.                                     Hi, I m the priority client of HDFC BANK. I m unable to deposit my cash into Tiruvannamalai (Anna salai branch) teller desk. The teller refused to accept my amount to deposit. My knowledge and my RM confirmed that Priority client can deposit upto 1 lac to non branch. But teller Mr M.Balaji refused to accept my deposit. I want solution for that.. if I m wrong in my view, I want to raise complaint against my RM for wrong information given to me.

                                      Hi HDFC Support team,

                                      This is in regard to my account no[protected] which is with your bank at branch Gurgaon Global Business park. I’m unable to do any kind of debit transactions on my mentioned account, when contacted the Phone banking I was suggested to visit the nearest branch at Hinjawadi Pune and on visiting the branch, the associates were unable to assist and mentioned that there is a No Debit applied on my account and when asked for the reason I was given a wearied answer that there is no reason mentioned by the person who has blocked the account. On requesting the associate, she initiated a mail and also called the Gurgaon Global Business Park branch where my account is and following were the responses :-

                                      1. We will check and revert back to the mail which the associate had initiated from Hinjiwadi Pune but it passed an entire day there was no response
                                      2. The branch mentioned that they will call me in next 30 to 45 minutes with the reason and solution but again as usual there was no response.
                                      3. To have an updates I was given a number of the person at Gurgaon Branch but I have been trying since morning (10 15 times) but the person did not even bothered to answer my call at once or give a callback.
                                      4. When I was not left with any other option I again contacted the Hinjawadi branch Pune and it really came as a surprise to me that the bank had updated that they had called me but were unable to get connected with me which completely is a false statement.
                                      5. Additionally the Hinjawadi branch associate mentioned that since they were unable to contact me over the phone so they will revert to me via mail which I never received till now.

                                      This is really an insane and a surprising incident which I have never ever faced in my life till date, there might be some valid reason behind the lock on my account but is it not the duty of the bank to first inform the customer that there is so and so problem and it will have such and such impact. The account being linked with my salary has so many dependencies on EMI’s and other expenses and HDFC showcased such an insensitive act that it completely shocked me.

                                      Please look into the matter with immediate effect.
