Updated by Sushc45 I would like to show a lot of disrespect to HDFC as these guys do not inform anything before making a decision..
I understand i was stuck in credit card issues, they blocked my acct with no prior information & took my entire salary..Not only that, they have blocked my Current Account ... how will i make any transactions..? ???? Do you guys understand how much i suffered with all these.. and when savings account was blocked & released, why is my currecnt account still in block status ??
And regarding credit card, when i wanted to settle it they never called me for settlement instead blocked my account ? ?...why ?
To reach to a customer care rep, i have to try so many numbers & many times... still i dont get connected ? ?? why incorrect numbers are listed on statements ?
Cust care rep gives me number collection team number, where it just rings & gets disconnected ? ?? is this the way?
Guys tell me how will someone talk to the bank when in need, ..
sorry this calls me for a disconnection with HDFC..i surely will make a decision of nothing is done about it in 2 days.. i want a call back, relese my account & give me right collection team number
